Innovative Educational Technologies in Management Training: Experience of EU Countries

  • The article substantiates the feasibility of using and actively implementing innovative technologies in the practice of organizing the educational process. The need for the use of telecommunication technologies, which provide constant communication between students and the teacher outside the classroom, has been identified. Particular attention is paid to the latest approaches to the use of various forms of multimedia technologies in student education, which intensify the process of acceptance and assimilation of educational material by foreign students. The advantages of using innovative means of distance education are determined, which thanks to modern electronic educational systems allow students to receive quality higher education. Innovative technologies promote the development of cognitive interest in students, they learn to systematize and summarize the material studied, discuss and debate. In this regard, the reorientation of the system of higher education in Europe towards innovation is becoming the most important tool in ensuring the competitiveness of graduates in the labor market. In addition, the investment attractiveness of a university often depends on the innovative nature of the development of scientific, educational and practical activities of the subjects of the educational process, their inclusion in the national innovation system. The article analyzes that in the universities of the European Union in the training of specialists in the management of basic interactive methods, forms and tools are binary lecture, briefing, webinar, video conference, video lecture, virtual consultation, virtual tutorial, slide lecture, comp. utheric tests. Various classes on slide technology took active forms during the training of management specialists.

문화·관광부문 타당성조사를 위한 중력모형의 개선방안 (Improving the Gravity Model for Feasibility Studies in the Cultural and Tourism Sector)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to examine the gravity model commonly used for demand forecasting upon the implementation of new tourist facilities and analyze the main causation of forecasting errors to provide a suggestion on how to improve. Design/methodology/approach - This study first measured the errors in predicted values derived from past feasibility study reports by examining the cases of five national science museums. Next, to improve the predictive accuracy of the gravity model, the study identified the five most likely issues contributing to errors, applied modified values, and recalculated. The potential for improvement was then evaluated through a comparison of forecasting errors. Findings - First, among the five science museums with very similar characteristics, there was no clear indication of a decrease in the number of visitors to existing facilities due to the introduction of new facilities. Second, representing the attractiveness of tourist facilities using the facility size ratio can lead to significant prediction errors. Third, the impact of distance on demand can vary depending on the characteristics of the facility and the conditions of the area where the facility is located. Fourth, if the distance value is below 1, it is necessary to limit the range of that value to avoid having an excessively small value. Fifth, depending on the type of population data used, prediction results may vary, so it is necessary to use population data suitable for each latent market instead of simply using overall population data. Finally, if a clear trend is anticipated in a certain type of tourist behavior, incorporating this trend into the predicted values could help reduce prediction errors. Research implications or Originality - This study identified the key factors causing prediction errors by using national science museums as cases and proposed directions for improvement. Additionally, suggestions were made to apply the model more flexibly to enhance predictive accuracy. Since reducing prediction errors contributes to increased reliability of analytical results, the findings of this study are expected to contribute to policy decisions handled with more accurate information when running feasibility analyses.

무제의 효과: 미술품 제목의 유형이 관람자 반응에 미치는 영향 (Untitled Effect: Effect of Type of Artwork Title on Audience Reaction)

  • 본 연구에서는 미술품 제목의 유형, 특히 무제가 관람자 반응에 미치는 영향에 대하여 실증 분석하였다. 일반적으로 네이밍은 그 대상의 속성을 표현하는 기능을 하는데 제품이나 콘텐츠 산출물의 평가 및 가격에 영향을 미친다. 미술 작품에 있어서는 무제라는 네이밍이 적지 않게 이용되고 있는데 본 연구는 무제라는 제목이 관람자의 미술품 평가에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대하여 분석하는 것에 목적이 있다. 국내미술시장의 확대로 미술품에 대한 소비자 구매행동을 밝히기 위한 요구들이 이어짐에 따라 잠재적 소비자인 관람자의 작품에 대한 평가는 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 제품의 평가에 있어서 이름이 영향을 미치듯이 미술품에 있어서도 제목이 작품 평가에 영향을 미칠 수 있는지에 대하여 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 통해 관람자가 미술품을 평가하는 하나의 요인으로서 제목의 중요성을 밝히고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 선행 연구들에 기초하여 관람자들은 동일 작품에 대해서도 정보를 제공하는 제목과 정보를 제공하지 않는 제목에 대해 이해도, 주목도, 매력도, 그리고 호기심의 정도를 상이하게 가질 것이라는 가정을 설정하였다. 최종적으로 이용된 305명의 설문 응답을 다항회귀분석으로 분석한 결과 작품의 제목이 무제일 때 설명적 또는 연상적 제목일 때에 비해 관람자는 작품에 대해 낮은 이해도와 주목도를 보였으며, 특히 작품의 장르가 추상화일 때에 관람자는 무제인 작품에 대해 더 높은 호기심을 보였다. 본 연구결과는 미술작품에 있어서 제목의 중요성에 대하여 언급했던 기존의 연구들을 실증적으로 확인했다는 것에 의의가 있다. 또한 관람자가 미술품을 평가하는 데에는 이미지뿐만 아니라 제목의 영향을 받기 때문에 미술작가는 작품에 대한 상이한 반응을 유발하는 제목을 정하는 것에 있어서 신중해야 함을 시사한다.

다목적 가변 모형을 통한 제주지역 크루즈항구의 모항여건 분석에 관한연구 -한·중·일 주요항만비교를 통한- (Analytical Study on Home Port Conditions of Cruise Port in Jeju Area through Multi-purpose Variable Model -Through comparative analysis of main ports in Korea·China·Japan-)

  • 본 연구에서는 제주도, 상하이, 요코하마 크루즈 항만을 비교하여 제주도가 가지는 강점과 약점을 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위해 Cruise Network 분석 프로그램을 통하여 8개요인(공항, 선석, 비용, 거리, 시내접근성, 쇼핑시설, 소스마켓(배후시장), 관광)비교를 통하여 평가하였다. 세 개의 크루즈 항구를 비교하여 평가한 결과 제주도는 민군복합항을 완공하여 크루즈 2개선석(접안능력)을 확보하는 것만으로도 상하이 크루즈 항만보다 우위에 있을 수 있고, 신공항이 완성되면 요코하마 크루즈 항만보다 우위를 점할 수 있어 향후 동북아시아 최고의 크루즈 항만의 조건을 갖출 수 있을 것이라는 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. Cruise Network 분석 프로그램을 통하여 얻은 결과는 행정 정책이 뒷받침이 되어야 한다는 과제를 안고 있다. 이 연구가 크루즈 항만의 특성 및 배후지 평가를 위항 8개의 요인만을 가지고 각각의 지역을 평가하여 결과를 도출한 점은 평가 대상지지역의 다양하고 복잡한 여건을 충분히 종합하지 못한 한계를 가진다. 그리고 향후에는 크루즈 항만에 대한 평가요인을 세분화 하여 평가할 필요성이 있다. 또한 향후 연구에서는 크루즈 산업의 경제적인 효과와 융 복합 산업으로서의 관련 산업에 대한 연관성을 연구해 볼 필요성이 있을 것이다.

융합 서비스 모델 개발 방법론 및 체계 연구 (A Framework for Creating Inter-Industry Service Models in the Convergence Era)

  • In today's rapidly changing and increasingly competitive business environment, new product development in tune with market trends in a timely manner has been a matter of the utmost concern for all enterprises. Indeed, developing a sustainable new business has been a top priority for not only business enterprises, but also for the government policy makers accountable for the health of Its national economy as well as for decision makers in what type of organizations. Further, for a soft landing of new businesses, building a government-initiated industry base has been claimed to be necessary as a way to effectively boost corporate activities. However, the existing methodology in new service and new product development is not suitable for nurturing industry, because it is mainly focused on the research and development of corporate business activities instead of new product development. The approach for developing new business is based on 'innovation' and 'convergence.' Yet, the convergence among technologies, supplies, businesses and industries is believed to be more effective than innovation alone as a way to gain momentum. Therefore, it has become more important than ever to study a new methodology based on convergence in industrial quality new product development (NPD) and new service development (NDS). In this research, therefore, we reviewed any restrictions in the existing new product and new service development methodology and the existing business model development methodology. In doing so, we conducted industry standard collaboration analysis on a new service model development methodology in the private sector and the public sector. This approach is fundamentally different from the existing one in that ours focuses on new business development under private management. The suggested framework can be categorized into industry level and service level. First, in the industry level, we define new business opportunities In occurrence of convergence between businesses. For this, we analyze the existing industry at the industry level to identify the opportunities in a market and its business attractiveness, based on which the convergence industry is formulated. Also, through the analysis of environment and market opportunity at the industry level. we can trace how different industries are lined to one another so as to extend the result of the study to develop better insights into industry expansion and new industry emergence. After then, in the service level, we elicit the service for the defined new business, which is composed of private service and supporting service for nurturing industry. Private service includes 3steps: plan-design-do; supporting service for nurturing industry has 4 steps: selection-make environment- business preparation-do and see. The existing methodology focuses on mainly securing business competitiveness, building a business model for success, and offering new services based on the core competence of companies. This suggested methodology, on other hand, suggests the necessity of service development, when new business opportunities arise, in relation to the opportunity analysis of supporting service based on the clear understanding of new business supporting infrastructure optimization. Meanwhile, we have performed case studies on the printing and publishing field with the restrict procedure and development system to assure the feasibility and practical application. Even though the printing and publishing industry is considered a typical knowledge convergence industry, it is also known as a low-demand and low-value industry in Korea. For this reason, we apply the new methodology and suggest the direction and the possibility of how the printing and publishing industry can be transformed as a core dynamic force for new growth. Then, we suggest the base composition service for industry promotion(public) and business opportunities for private's profitability(private).

중국 수출확대를 위한 한국 농식품 브랜드 아이덴티티 정립 (A Study of Korean Agri-Food Brand Identities for Expanding Exports to China)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to target Chinese consumers of Korean agri-food through the analysis of agri-food brand identity images to set future directions for proposed agri-food exports to China. Since negotiations began for a free trade agreement (FTA) between Korea and China, some Koreans have worried about the Korean agriculture sector. The world trading system has undergone many changes in recent years. Since the start of FTA negotiations on agriculture, China and Korea have faced a heightened sense of crisis. China is trying to export agricultural products so actively that its agricultural exports could increase by more than 7% annually. China exported about one-tenth of its agricultural products to Korea in the period 2002-2010. Recently, the importance of brand identity has tended to increase, as the world becomes one unified market. In this situation, we should try to promote agri-food exports to China. It is very important to understand consumers' recognition of Korean food and the image of the Korean agri-food industry, to establish an export strategy. Research design, data, and methodology - This study targeted 2,800 adult men and women aged 25-59 years living in four major cities in China (Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Qingdao) with a household income within the top 10% level in the China, using the one-to-one interview survey method. In addition, four groups by region (eight people per group) for a total of 32 groups were surveyed by using the focus group interview (FGI) research method, and impressions of imported agri-food were surveyed using 17 questions about fresh agri-food and 22 questions on processed agri-food. Factor analysis, brand positioning, biplot analysis, and so on, were carried out based on the results of these surveys. This research presents the brand identity of Korean food; according to the analyses, the brand identity is based on trust, safety, and attractiveness. Result - Factor analysis results showed that Chinese consumers expect four major qualities in imported fresh agri-food: freshness/safety, attractive appearance, premium branding, and excellent taste/quality. In the case of processed agri-food, it turned out that Chinese consumers are focused on safety/hygiene/freshness, health, and taste. In addition, in the fresh agri-food analysis by country, American foods had the upper hand; the image of American foods was also recognized as the most positive for processed agri-food. Meanwhile, according to the biplot analysis, Korean agri-food is strongly preferred for its appearance, but no country is strongly preferred as regards the level of freshness/safety that is expected by Chinese consumers. Conclusions - In this study, we analyzed the image of imported agri-food expected by Chinese consumers by reconstructing agri-food characteristics from the brand perspective. The research result shows that a Korean brand identity must be the ultimate goal for activities undertaken to enhance the image of Korean agri-food in the future. Additional research is needed because brand image can be formed through various channels.

BMO 평가모형을 이용한 인터넷 쇼핑몰 비즈니스모델 자가평가 방법론에 관한 사례 연구 (A Series of Rearch for the Theory of Self-estimating Internet Shopping-mall, Business model which uses BMO Estimating Model)

  • 본 연구는 인터넷 쇼핑몰 창업 시 활용할 수 있는 비즈니스 모델 사전 자가 평가 방법론을 개발하는 것이다. 자가 평가 방법론은 Bruce Merrifield 박사가 제안한 BMO 모형을 인터넷 쇼핑몰에 맞도록 재구성하였으며, 평가 항목이 변형을 위해 인터넷 비즈니스의 특징, 인터넷 비즈니스 모델의 사업성 평가에 관한 이론, e-business의 성공 실패요인, 벤처기업의 성공 실패요인, 기술가치 평가 요인, 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 성공 실패요인 등에 관한 선행연구들을 고찰하였다. 재구성된 사업매력도 평가항목은 매출규모, 시장성장성, 경쟁력, 위험분산도, 업계 재구축 가능성, 특별한 사회적 상황이며, 자사회의 적합성 평가항목은 경영자특성, 컨텐츠제공력, 상호작용성 구현 및 운영, Commerce, Fulfillment, 마케팅력이다. 재구성된 BMO모형으로 인터넷 쇼핑몰 사업을 진출하고자 하는 I사, D사, G사를 대상으로 사례연구를 하였다. 본 연구는 자가평가를 통한 부적격한 인터넷 쇼핑미로 비즈니스 모델의 사업화 방지, 인터넷쇼핑몰 비즈니스 모델의 평가를 통해 사업을 점검하고 실행할 수 있는 지침 제공, 인터넷 쇼핑몰 비즈니스 모델이 실행에 필요한 자원의 수준과 확보의 용이성 평가에 활용될 수 있다.

공동주택 분양시장의 투자자와 실수요자 특성 연구 - 부산·경남지역을 중심으로 - (A Study to Analyse the Characteristic of New Condominium Buyers with the object of Investment and Owner-Occupation : The Case of Busan and Gyeong Nam Area)

  • 공동주택 분양시장에서 투자자와 실수요자를 구분하여 파악하는 것은 마케팅전략의 수립과 마케팅범위를 확정하는데 중요한 요소가 된다. 실수요자의 범위와 특성을 파악하고 효율적인 마케팅전략을 수립한다면 비용을 절약하여 이익을 극대화 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 공동주택 분양시장에 참여하는 시장참여자를 투자자와 실수요자로 분류한 뒤 그 특성차이를 살펴보았다. 분석에 활용된 자료는 국내 상위10대 건설회사 중 한곳으로부터 제공받은 주택분양관련 자료이다. 이 자료는 부산 및 경남지역에서 분양한 5,549세대의 주택정보 및 계약자 정보를 포함하고 있다. 분석결과 투자자는 실수요자에 비해 더 먼 거리에서 접근하는 것으로 나타났으며, 연령이 높아질수록, 가격이 낮을수록 투자자의 참여확률을 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 부산과 경남으로 지역을 구분하여 분석할 경우 경남은 표본전체 모형과 유사한 결과를 나타냈으나 부산은 일부 상이한 결과를 나타냈다. 부산이 상이한 분석결과를 나타낸 것은 지역에서 발생하는 인구특성의 변화현상과 관련된 것으로 해석된다. 이러한 결과들은 시장에 따라 투자자의 특성이 다름을 실증적으로 보여준다.

  • 본 연구는 1991년 이후 급속히 종가하고 있는 뉴질랜드 한인 이민자들이 선택한 직업인 농업을 중심으로 어떻게 직업으로서 농업을 택하게 되었는지를 이해하고 적응해 나가는지를 분석한다. 전통적 농업사회였던 시기에 이민이 농업활동으로 이어진데 비해서 뉴질랜드의 이민은 동경하던 다양한 삶의 질의 추구에 그 바탕을 이루고 있다. 본 연구에서는 뉴질랜드의 농업환경의 재구조화와 관련 뉴질랜드의 농업을 간략히 살펴보고 한인들의 생업으로서 농업을 택한 것은 현지에서 경제활동을 모색하다가 가장 적합한 직업과 거주지를 동시에 고려한 결과 농업에 종사하게 되었다. 또한 그들의 직업이 농업 국가인 뉴질랜드의 농업환경과 밀접히 관련되고, 뉴질랜드인의 도시 근교 원예업을 중심으로 한 소규모 농장의 보급과 승계의 결과로 이해되어진다.

Various forms of entrepreneurship education have been established centering on universities, and the scale of the entrepreneurship support programs of the government and the private sector has been increasing. Entrepreneurial education can enhance entrepreneurship and promote entrepreneurial intention. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of experience of entrepreneuship education and social awareness of entrepreneurship on entrepreneurial intention through entrepreneurship, focusing on women who were relatively alienated from entrepreneurial activities. This study will provide suggestions for women's entrepreneurship in the future. Conclusions - Although women's economic activity is increasing, women's activities in the field of business start-up are still passive. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of entrepreneurship on entrepreneuship education and the social perception of entrepreneurship. As a result, we found that social awareness, entrepreneurship education, and entrepreneurship all had a significant influence on the intention of entrepreneurship. Positive social atmosphere for entrepreneurship induces interest in entrepreneurship education and forms a virtuous cycle structure that fosters entrepreneurship through entrepreneuship education. In addition, the introduction of diverse programs that encourage entrepreneurship should enhance the attractiveness of promising talent to enter the entrepreneurial market.
