  • In the future, a machine will be more improved in the form of advanced concept with collaborative ability in M2M(Machine to Machine, Mobile to Machine) environment for u-Manufacturing system. This paper tried to standardize M2M and design advanced concept machine. The M2M is front-end system for implementing autonomous ubiquitous environment. The advanced machine in M2M will be a collaborative machine with knowledge-evolutionary ability such as u-Machine(Ubiquitous machine), Vortal(Vertical Portal) machine and P2P(Peer to Peer) machine. Such advanced concept machines will be the key subject for M2M cooperation.

  • IoT is a kind of business means to maintain the scenario in aware of the situation with the user's through collaboration for M2M have intelligence to each appliance is of machine socializations. The existing IoT Progress from one situation one control of through a simple sensor data, mean from machine socialization is regulate and control on overall the flow of machine manager to solved a scenarios as the situation. In this paper, suggest schema for to apply the M2M of SNS of existing H2H, suggest is schema in information each appliance in solve scenario for machine manager.

  • In recent years, global Internet of Things is being fostered by strategic industry in major countries (IoT: Internet of Things) technology is the future Internet -based context-aware infrastructure capable of communication between objects and things. Existing technology was only a single device control via P2M (Puman to Machine) method and simple sensor data to someone directly control the devices down command. However, a kind of IoT Machine Socialization of devices, each device uses an internal feature information, and M2M (Machine to Machine) devices in ways that expand the overall scenario collaboration system through the Device Manager. In this paper, an algorithm of the whole system of the Machine Socialization for changing the system of the conventional system of P2M by M2M, and analysis.

  • In the future, a machine-tool will be more improved in the form of a knowledge evolution based device. In order to develop the knowledge evolution based machine-tool, this paper proposes the structure of standard M2M(Machine To Machine) and the scheme of agent communication in environment. The communication agent such as dialogue agent has a role of interfacing with another machine for cooperation. To design of the communication agent module in M2M environment, FIPA(Foundation of Intelligent Physical Agent) and ping agent based on JADE(Java Agent Development Framework) or FIPA-OS(Open Source) are analyzed in this study. Through this, it is expected that the agent communication can be more efficiently designed and the knowledge evolution based machine-tool can be hereafter more easily implemented.

  • For the effective operation of manufacturing system, FMS(Flexible Manufacturing System) and CIM(Computer Integrated Manufacturing) system are developed. In these systems, a machine tool is the target of integration in last 3 decades. In nowadays, the conventional concept of machine tools is changing to the autonomous manufacturing device based on knowledge-evolution through applying advanced information technology in which open architecture controller, high speed network and internet technology are contained. In this environment, a machine tool is not the target of integration but the subject of cooperation. In the future, a machine tool will be more improved in the form of a knowledge-evolution based device. In order to develop the knowledge-evolution based machine tools, this paper proposes the structure of knowledge evolution in M2M(Machine To Machine) and the scheme of a dialogue agent among agent-based modules such as a sensory module, a dialogue module, and an expert system. The dialogue agent has a role of interfacing with another machine for cooperation. To design the dialogue agent module in M2M environment, FIPA-OS and ping agent based on FIPA-OS are analyzed in this study. Through this, it is expected that the dialogue agent module can be more efficiently designed and the knowledge-evolution based machine tools can be hereafter more easily implemented.

  • Core position of the M2M (Machine to Machine) is device integration fusion using an emerging wireless and next internet technologies as well as IEEE 802.x, Bluetooth, Zigbee, DMB, Wibro etc. for ubiquitous environment that is complementary with IT839 strategy from Ministry of Information & Communication.   • Recently, due to the development of the mobile communication system and communication technology, a communication paradigm changes from human-to-human(H2H) communication to machine-to-human(M2H) and machine-to-machine(M2M) communication. The machine means a device with networking capabilities Also, if M2M services will be activated, we can expect that many M2M devices connect to mobile communication networks, which leads to the lack of M2M identifier to identify a M2M device in mobile communication system. Therefore, this paper proposes the group identifier based M2M identification scheme to identify many M2M devices in mobile communication based M2M service network. In the future, the proposed M2M identification scheme can be utilized as a way to solve the shortage problem of M2M identifier.

  • The convergence of fixed and wireless networks in data communication is providing the necessary driver for M2M commerce to take-off. The opportunities provided by M2M Commerce areonly limited by imagination. Automotive Fleet and Freight, Tolling, Water and Power Metering, Supply Chain Management including Asset Management, Remote Monitoring and Diagnostics, Energy Management and Access Control and Security are among the many M2M applications that are currently getting rolled out. ARC Group expects the worldwide solutions market to be worth in excess of US$ 100 billion by 2007. In addition, operator revenues worldwide from the transport of Telematics data alone will rise from US$ 3.5 billion in 2002 to US$ 78 billion by 2007. This paper discusses some of the lifestyle and business opportunities provided by M2M Commerce in the new ear of network convergence. It also provides some case studies to demonstrate the benefits of M2M Commerce across the supply chain. The key focus of the paper is on achieving enhanced lifestyle, cost reduction, improved profitability and enhanced customer relationship management through M2M Commerce.
