치위생학 전공 석사과정 대학원생의 대학원 선택 확신 영향 요인 분석 (A Study on Graduate School Choice Conviction Related in Dental Hygienics)

  • 이 연구는 치위생학과 대학원에 진학한 치과위생사들이 대학원 선택 후에 자신의 대학원 대학원 선택 확신에 미치는 영향을 조사하고자 하였으며 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 일반적 특성과 대학원 선택동기인 외적요인과 내적요인 차이를 분석한 결과 결혼여부에 따른 대학원 특성 지각요인 중 재정접근성요인은 기혼이 높게 나타났으며, 교육프로그램요인에서는 미혼이 높게 나타났다. 월 평균 소득은 재정 접근성요인, 교육프로그램요인 평균 점수를 높게 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 경력이 낮을수록 교육프로그램요인 평균 점수가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 내적요인은 통계적으로 유의한 결과를 나타내지 못하였다. 일반적 특성과 대학원 선택 확신요인 차이를 검증한 결과 미혼일수록 대학원 선택 확신요인 점수가 높았고, 월 평균 소득에 따른 대학원 선택 확신요인과 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 대학원 선택동기 외적요인 중 교육프로그램요인과 장래성요인은 대학원 선택 확신요인에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만 내적요인은 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 종합해 보았을 때, 치과위생사가 치위생학과 대학원에 진학하고 대학원 확신 선택요인에 가장 중요한 요인은 교육프로그램(교수 명성과 질, 전공프로그램의 질, 교수 학생 관계, 교수학생 비율, 학술활동)요인임을 알 수 있었으며, 장래성(학위 취득 후 진로선택 유리, 소득과 수입에서 유리, 사회 진출, 박사과정 개설) 또한 대학원 선택 확신요인에 필요한 요인이라고 볼 수 있었다. 따라서 치위생학과 대학원은 치위생학과에 진학하고자 하는 치과위생사에게 교육 프로그램의 관련 정보를 제공해야하며, 학문의 발전과 전문가의 영역을 넓힐 수 있는 교육 프로그램을 개발 및 개선시켜야 할 것이다. 또한 이 연구의 결과를 활용하여 치과위생사의 인적자원을 양성함에 있어 치위생학과 대학원에서 이들에 대한 지원 방안을 마련할 수 있을 것이다.

치과기공사의 이미지와 선호도 조사 (Research on the Images and Preference of Work Values of the Dental Laboratory Technician)

  • 본 연구는 일반인들의 치과기공사에 대한 이미지를 알아보기 위하여 치과계에 관련이 없는 만 18세 이상의 일반성인 350명을 대상으로 선정하여 자기기입식 설문지를 이용하여 조사하였다. 자료의 분석은 SPSS 12.0 for Windows 통계 패키지 프로그램을 활용하여 전산처리 하였다. 분석기법으로는 빈도와 백분율, T-test, F-test(ANOVA)분석을 하였으며, 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 치과기공사의 이미지에 관한 연구는 직업적 이미지가 3.62, 업무적 이미지 3.46 순으로 나타났다. 이 중에서 직업적 이미지인 ‘전문적 지식과 기술이 필요하다’가 4.17로 가장 높았으며, ‘전문적이다’가 4.14로 높았다. ‘힘들고 스트레스가 많지 않다’가 2.43으로 가장 낮은 이미지를 나타났다. 치과기공사에 대한 선호도에 관한 연구는 2.67로 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 이 중에서 연령별은 20대 미만이 3.53으로 높게 나타났으며, 직업은 학생이 3.29로 높게 나타났다. 수입은 150만원 미만이 2.91로 높게 나타났다.

경북농촌지역 중식지원 초등생의 영양상태에 관한 연구 (Nutritional Status of School Lunch-Supported Elementary School Children in Gyeongbuk Rural Area)

  • The number of school lunch-supported children who belong to low-income families has been rapidly increased in Korea. This study was aimed at evaluation of nutritional status of school lunch-supported elementary school children. One hundred school lunch-supported children and 119 non-supported children of fourth to sixth year class in 3 elementary schools in Gyeongbuk rural area were selected, and surveys were conducted twice, i.e., once during school term and once during summer vacation in 2006. Food consumption survey during school term was carried out through an interview by dieticians at school-lunch time using a 24-hour recall method, and the survey during summer vacation conducted by recording food intakes for three days by children. Nutrient intakes were calculated using CAN-Pro 3.0 program. School lunch-supported children showed higher rate of skipping breakfast and rather irregular meal time as compared to non-supported students. Eating alone was more frequent in school lunch-supported children than in nonsupported children. The average nutrient intakes and nutrient adequacy ratios were lower in supported children than in non-supported children. During term, percentages of nutrient intakes provided by school-lunch were higher in supported children than in non-supported children. Intakes of energy nutrients were within acceptable macronutrient distribution ranges, but proportion of carbohydrate intake increased during vacation. Analysis of patterns of food intakes based on major food groups (dairy, meat, grain, fruit, vegetable) indicated that meals during term were more balanced as compared to meals during vacation. In conclusion, food behaviors and nutrient intakes of school lunchsupported children were inferior to those of non-supported children during term and during summer vacation. They were provided with more nutrient intakes from school lunch during term as compared to non-supported children. Therefore, it is necessary not only to keep meal support program during vacation but also to provide a proper nutrition education as a part of school lunch program to improve nutritional status and food behaviors of school lunch-supported children.

초등학교 도서관의 학부모 멘토링 프로그램 운영에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Parents Mentoring Programs Supported by Elementary School Libraries in Seoul)

  • 본 연구는 서울시 북부교육청에서 실시하고 있는 저소득층 학생을 위한 학교도서관 내 학부모 멘토링 프로그램을 조사 분석하기 위하여 서울북부지역 5개 초등학교에서 실시하고 있는 학교도서관 학부모 멘토링 프로그램을 다각적으로 분석하였다. 우선 학교별 멘토링 현황을 분석하고 멘토, 멘티, 전담자에 대한 설문조사 및 담임교사와 방과 후 교사를 포함한 면담조사를 실시하였으며 멘토링 후에 멘토가 작성한 멘토링 활동일지를 분석하였다. 연구결과로 학교도서관 학부모 멘토링 프로그램은 학교도서관의 역할을 확대하고 사회적으로 소외받을 수 있는 대상아동에 대하여 독서를 통하여 더 넓은 세계를 접하도록 함으로써 책과 함께 한 작은 소통이 궁극적으로 사회양극화 해소를 위한 하나의 계기를 만들어 가고 있음을 밝히고 있다.

대구시민의 의료기관 이용률과 연관요인 (Utilization Rate of Medical Facility and Its Related Factors in Taegu)

  • 도시지역 주민의 의료기관 이용률과 그 관련요인을 조사분석 하기 위하여 1988년 7월 3일부터 7월15일까지 1단계 단순집락 표본추출을 통하여 선정한 대구시 남구 지역의 450가구를 대상으로 면접조사를 실시하여 431가구 1,723명에 대한 자료를 분석하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 대상자 1,000명당 조사기간 2주간의 급성이환율은 101이었고 9세이하군에서 202로 가장 높았고, 지난 1년간 만성이환율은 77이었으며 고연령층, 저소득층 그리고 의료보호 적용군 등에서 유의하게 높았다(p<0.01). 대상자 1,000명당 2주간의 의료기관 이용률은 689이었고, 이중 병의원이용률이 294로 가장 높았고, 약국 보건소 그리고 한의원 및 한약방 순이었다. 성별로는 여자가 785회로 남자 591보다 높았으며, 연령별로는 70세이상 군이 2,022회로 가장 높았다(p<0.01). 그외 특성에서는 의료보호 적용군 2,057(p<0.01), 월30만원미만 소득군 346, 자영업이 907로 가장 높았다. 2주간의 의료기관 이용자 1인당 평균 방문회수는 3.25회이었고, 이중 병의원이 3.26회로 가장 많았으며, 한의원 및 한약방, 약국 그리고 보건소 순이었다. 성별로는 여자가 3.47회로 남자보다 많았다. 그외 50대연령군이 5.02회, 의료보호적용군 6.41회, 월30만원미만 소득군 3.78회, 그리고 생산직이 3.64회로 가장 많았다. 대상자 1,000명당 연간입원율은 27.6이었고, 여자 38.9 남자 16.3으로 여자가 높았고 연령별로는 70세이상군이 133.3으로 가장 높았다. 의료보장상태별로는 의료보험적용군이 비적용군보다 2배이상 높았으며, 의료보호적용군에서는 한건도 없었다. 월 30만원미만 소득군이 20.8로 가장 낮았으며 소득이 증가할수록 입원율이 높아졌다. 직업별로는 무직 및 기타직이 35.9로 가장 높았고, 전문, 관리 및 사무직이 가장 낮았다. 입원의료 이용자 1인당 연평균 입원일수는 총 22.5일이었으며, 성별로는 남자가 28.1일로 여자보다 많았다. 연령별로는 40대가 72.3일로 가장많았다. 직장, 직종 및 지역의료보험적용군이 28.8일, 월 30만원미만 소득군이 44.5일 그리고 무직 및 기타직이 21.9일로 가장 많았다. 대상자 1,000명당 연간 총 입원일수는 560일이었으며, 여자가 661일로 남자보다 많았으며, 연령별로는 70세이상군이 2,800일로 가장많았다. 의료보험 적용군이 비적용군보다 3배이상 많았으며, 직업별로는 무직 및 기타직이 789일로 가장 많았다. 2주간 병의원 이용여부를 종속변수로 한 지수형회귀분석에서 유의한 계수는 9세이하군(+), 70세이상군(+), 급성질병(+), 만성질병(+), 공 교의료보험적용(+), 직장, 직종 및 지역의료보험적용(+) 그리고 전문, 관리 및 사무직(-) 등이었다. 약국이용여부 분석에서는 9세이하군(+), 50-69세군(+), 70세이상군(+), 금성질병(+), 만상질병(+) 그리고 공.교의료보험적용(-) 등이 유의하였다. 2주간의 병의원 외래이용회수에 대한 중회귀분석에서는 급성질병(+), 만성질병(+) 직장, 직종 및 지역의료보험적용(+), 전문, 관리 및 사무직(-) 등이 유의한 변수였으며, 약국이용회수 분석에서는 급성질병(+), 만성질병(+), 공.교의료보험적용(-) 그리고 직장, 직종 및 지역의료보험적용(-)등이 유의하다. 연간 입원의료 이용여부에 대한 지수형 회귀분석에서 통계적으로 유의한 변수로는 9세이하군(+), 70세이상군(+), 만성질병(+), 공.교의료보험적용(+) 그리고 직장, 직종 및 지역의료보험적용(+) 등이었다.

대학생 소비자의 금융 이해력 및 금융소비자교육 요구도 분석 (The Consumer Financial Quotient and Demand on Financial Consumer Education of University Students)

  • The importance of finance in our society is truly absolute, and the of financial consumers who cope with the financial environment is becoming. Recently, many authorities in Korea to perceive the absence of serious economic or financial consumer education in order to find a fundamental solution for such a phenomenon, there is a growing need to introduce financial consumer education. This study aims to review the comprehension power of finance among consumers are college students in this society the importance of finance is becoming greater, and to a way promote financial consumer education by analyzing the demand level for The main results obtained from the include the following. First, as a result of reviewing the characteristics of respondents, their average age was 21.8 years old, and on average they each had 4.16 credit cards. Most of them had no experience of receiving financial consumer education in their teenage years, and their interest level in investment was shown to be above average. Second, as a result of reviewing their comprehension power of finance, it was shown to be 64.10 points on average their comprehension of the income area was the highest, their comprehension money management was shown to be the lowest. Third, as a result of reviewing the perception level of the provision of financial consumer education, it was shown to be very low the perception level of on-line and off-line financial consumer education provided by the YMCA was shown to be the highest. Fourth, as a result of reviewing the level financial consumer education, it was shown to be very high. For the level for institutions financial consumer education, financial institutions the highest. For the level for the method of financial consumer education, respondents chose practical experience the most and education books the least. For the intention of participating in financial consumer education, most respondents that they would participate, and most of them answered that the starting period should be the teenage years and childhood Therefore, as a result, most university student's consumers have concerned on financial education and financial inportance, it need to educate for the university student's consumers, and it need to develop technical tools and contents for ficancial education.

여자고등학교의 보건교육과목 설정에 관한 기초적 조사 연구 (A Study on the Establishment of Health Education Subject in Girl's High School)

  • The purpose of this thesis is to provide the framework of the health education curriculum on a school level which should be accomplishe in futrue and farthermore to establish the health education as a independent and regular course. The relation among the status in quo and the satisfaction degree of health education, the degree of the knowledge about health, the degree of the understanding of the health education and the degree of requirement for the health education curriculum has been analyzed in this paper. The research has been carried out through the questionnaire forms distributed to the girl students and the instructors at a few general senior high school and vocational senior high schools in Seoul, and the consequences are as follows : 1. As to the degree of understanding of the health education, it has been indicated that the health education should be performed one or two hours a week from the elementary school for all the boy and girl students by the experts trained in the departments concerned with health. 2. Concerning the degree of requirement for health education curriculum, the high school girl students have shown the need for first aid, sex education, environmental health, drinking, smoking, drug abuse, maternal and child health, industrial health, safety health, mental health, growth & development, epidemiology, the old health in the order named. On the other hand, the instructors have shown the need for drinking, smoking, drug abuse, sex education, maternal and child health, public health and industrial health also in the order named. The items having low degree of requirement are biostatistics, community health and health administration in case of the gril students and biostatistics, health administration and health economics in case of the instructors. 3. The status in quo and the satisfaction degree of the health education has proved higher in senior high school curriculums than in junior high school curriculums, and the most instructive course about health has turned out to be gymnastics in junior high school and the training course in senior high school respectively. 4. As to the degree of understanding of the health education in case of the girl students, the significance has been found between the health condition and the time for performing the health education, the monthly income and the objects for the health education, and the school records and the school hours per week. The significance has been shown only in regard to the school records in case of the degree of requriement for the health education curriculum. 5. The degree of requirement for the health education in case of the instructors has shown the significance between the teching career and the need for the health education. In addition, the degree of requirement for the health education curriculum has indicated significance with regard to sex and age. 6. The degress of the understanding of the health education according to the degree of knowledge about health and the degree of requirement for the health educatio curriculum have been all turned out to be statistically significant. 8. Among the factors which have an influence on the degree of the understanding of the health education, the recognition of the relation between the health course and the training course has significatly influenced the selection of the health education instructors. In additon, the understanding of the need for the health eduation has significantly influenced the objects for the instructors and the school hours, and the understanding of the need for establishing the health education course has significatly influenced the time for performing the health education.

제주지역 고등학생의 건강지각과 건강증진 행위에 관한 연구 (A Study on Jeju High School Students' Health Perception and Health Promotion Behavior)

  • The purpose of this study was to provide basic data necessary for creating a more successful health enhancement program, health education and health policy which can enhance health management abilities and enable a healthy school life by examining relations between high school students' health perception, who are in early adolescence, and their health promotion behavior. The subjects in this study were 813 students from 8 high schools on Jeju Island. The collected data were analyzed with t-test and one-way ANOVA through questionnaires by researcher on the basis of advance research. The findings of this study were as belows : 1. When general characteristics were considered, health perception was more significantly affected by those who were boys, whose family income was on a higher level, who scored better in school, whose parents were more concerned about their children's health, and who had experiences of being hospitalized. Especially, the more parents were concerned about their children's health, the higher the child's self-confidence on health(p<.05), anxiety on health(p<.05), practicality on disease prevention(p<.05), self-confidence on future health(p<.01), health care ability(p<.01), and family roles on health(p<.05). The less parents were concerned about their children's health, the higher the child's anxiety on disease(p<.01) and uncertainty on future health(p<.01). 2. When students' health promotion behavior was concerned, in the area of Eating Habits, having regular meals(72.9%), moderate consumption of meat(89.7%) and a balanced diet(64%) were common, whereas having a regular breakfast(37.4%) and eating vegetables and fruits(43.6%) were rare. In the area of Exercise, all subareas such as exercising 3 or 4 times a week(76.7%), more than one hour of exercise at a time(74.9%), a short distance walk(51.8%), exercise within one hour after meals(87%), and whether wanning up or not(88.6%) were above average. In the area of Personal Hygiene, all subareas such as drinking boiled water(57.3%), washing hands after using the bathroom(71%), brushing teeth after eating(42.4%), washing up after going out(50.3%), and washing hair and taking a frequent bath(77.2%) were rare. In the area of Control of Personal Relations, consulting personal problems with family(78.7%) had a positive response, whereas meeting someone new(59.8%), maintaining sound relations with the opposite sex(47.3%), having respect for one's opinion(51.5%), and maintaining peaceful relations with people(58.4%) had rare negative results. In the area of Stress Management, not being competitive(69.4%), releasing problems(62.4%) and sleeping soundly(66.2%) were common, whereas having your own ways to relieve stress(46.8%) and having your own dreams and hopes(58.5%) were rare. 3. When general characteristics were considered, as far as relations of health promotion behavior were concerned, the boys were significantly different in the area of Eating Habits(p<0.01) and Exercise(p<0.01), and the girls were in the area of Personal Hygiene. As family economic status was high and parents were concerned about their children's health, the entire areas of health promotion behavior were significantly different. Whether or not they were hospitalized made no significant difference in statistics. 4. When their regions were considered, it comparing city to town, there was no statistically significant difference in health perception and relations of health promotion behavior according to general characteristics. As seen in the results above, high school students' level of health perception and level of practicing health promotion behavior were generally low. In conclusion, by enhancing health perception, a plan for activating health education, which can implement positive health promotion behavior, should be made.

청소년 흡연예방을 위한 멀티미디어 CAI 개발 (A Study on the Development of Multimedia CAI in Smoking Prevention for Adolescents)

  • Background: The purpose of this study was to develop a structured and individualized smoking prevention program for adolescents by utilizing a multimedia computer-assisted instruction model and to empirically assess its effect. Method: For the purpose of this study, a guide book of smoking prevention program for middle and high school students was developed as the first step. The contents of this book were summarized and developed into an actual multimedia CAI smoking prevention program according to the Gane & Briggs instructional design and Keller's ARCS motivation design models as the second step. At the final step, the short-tenn effects of this program were examined by an experiment. This experiment were made for middle school and high school students and the quasi experimental design was the pretest - intervention - posttest. The measured data was attitude, belief, and knowledge about smoking, interest in the program, and learning motivation. Result: The results of this study were as follows: First, the guide book of a smoking prevention program was developed and the existing literature on adolescent smoking was analyzed to develop the content of the guide book. Then the curriculum was divided into three main domains on tobacco and smoking history, smoking and health, adolescent smoking and each main domain was divided into sub-domains. Second, the contents of the guide book were translated into a multimedia CAI program of smoking prevention througn Powerpoint software according to the instructional design theory. The characteristics of this program were interactive, learner controllable, and structured The program contents consisted of entrance(5.6%), history of tobacco(30%), smoking and health(38.9%), adolescent smoking(22.2%), video(4.7%), and exit(1.6%). Multimedia materials consisted of text(121), sound and music, image(still 84, dynamic 32), and videogram(6). The program took about 40 minutes to complete. Third, the results on analysis of the program effects were as follows: 1) There was significant knowledge increase between the pre-test and post-test with total mean difference 3.44, and the highest increase was in the 1st grade students of high school(p<0.001). 2) There was significant decrease in general belief on smoking between the pre-test and post-test with total mean difference 0.28. In subgroup analysis, the difference was significantly higher in the 1st grade of high school (p<0.001), low income class (p<0.001), and daily smokers (p<0.01). 3) There was no significant difference in attitudes on his personal smoking between the pre-test and post-test. 4) The interest in the program seemed to lower as students got older. The score of motivation toward this prevention program was the highest in the middle school 3rd grade. Among sub-domains of motivation, the confidence score was the highest. Conclusion: To be most effective, the smoking prevention program for adolescents should utilize the most up-to-date and accurate information on smoking, and then instructional material should be developed so that the learners can approach the program with enjoyment. Through this study, a guide book with the most up-to-date information was developed and the multimedia CAI smoking prevention program was also developed based on the guide book. The program showed positive effect on the students' knowledge and belief in smoking.

  • 이 연구는 대학의 평생교육원 프로그램을 수강하는 학습자들을 대상으로 운영, 학습동기, 만족도를 중심으로 알아보고자 한 것이다. 연구방법은 인터뷰로 이루어졌다. 그 결과를 보면 다음과 같다. 먼저 운영 측면에서는; 첫째, 대학평생교육원 직원들의 친절에 대한 인식이 개학 초기에 더 강화되어야 할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 대학평생교육원 운영에 있어서 수강생들에게 주차료와 같은 지원이 확대되어야 한다. 셋째, 평생교육원 휴게시설도 보완되어야 한다. 참여 동기 측면에서는; 첫째, 보완적 학습을 하고자 하는 학습자들이 가장 많다는 것을 알 수 있다. 이들은 대부분 자신의 인생을 되돌아보고 앞으로 나아갈 방향에 대한 나름대로 준비를 하는 사람들이다. 둘째, 인간의 수명이 길어지면서 삶을 위한 경제적 준비 또한 지속적으로 필요로 하게 되었다. 그리하여 모든 학습은 경제적 수입을 위한 준비과정으로 인식하는 경향이 있다는 점이다. 셋째, 평생교육에 참여하는 사람들은 대부분의 성인들은 건강에 대한 관심이 매우 높다는 것이다. 따라서 건강관련 프로그램을 확대하여 참여 동기를 높일 필요도 있다. 만족도 측면에서는; 첫째, 개인의 목적에 따라 다르게 나타난다. 취미나 관계형성이 목적인 사람은 만족도가 높고, 경제활동이 목적인 사람은 만족도가 낮게 나타났다. 둘째, 강사의 수업과정에 대한 고려도 필요하다. 즉, 평생학습자들은 성인들이므로 작은 불만은 드러내지 않는 경향이 많다. 따라서 강사들에게 수업진행을 위한 사전교육이 요구된다고 하겠다. 다음으로 평생교육원의 운영의 개선방향 측면에 주는 시사점을 보면; 첫째, 타 대학과 중복되는 프로그램을 과감하게 줄이고, 새로운 프로그램 개발을 위한 연구를 해야 한다. 이를 위해서는 수요자 요구 조사 등을 지속적으로 할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 학습자들의 이동거리를 감안하여 적절한 프로그램 운영 장소를 적극 발굴해야 한다. 기존의 대학시설 중심으로 프로그램을 운영하여야 한다는 인식에서 벗어나야 한다. 셋째, 대학의 평생교육은 대학생들을 포함하는 교육으로 나아가야 한다.
