  • In this raper, Economic value of reserve margin i.i presented by opportunity cost for Korean power system, and the level of compensation for spinning reserve that is necessary to operate power system stably is proposed. The generator that is giving up for opportunity to participate in energy market must take opportunity cost. it is relative to not only whole demand level but also marginal cost of each resource. In this paper, assume that all resource in Korea is equivalent to six generator for simulation. and we evaluate value of reserve in the time of high demand and low demand. Also we propose the way to improve a evaluation method by examine relationship between capacity payment and value of reserve.

  • The number of tunnel has fast increased with the rapid expansion of highway network. Tunnel should be designed to provide for drivers both safety and pleasant driving conditions. In this perspective, the design for tunnel lightning is very important in order to provide its safety, pleasantness, and cost-efficienty of maintenance, all of which should be considered and analyzed for a better tunnel lighting. This paper attempts to compare the low-pressure sodium lamp, which has usually been used for tunnel lighting, with the fluorescent lamp, which we consider as an alternative for the former. In an effort to determine the number of lamps to meet the required illuminance in the tunnel, this research employs a simulation technique which would allow us to conjecture, with the aid of basic model, the life cycle cost for illumination per each tunnel. This analysis is expected to provide a basic method and related information for tunnel development and design.

  • This paper proposes a voltage compensation method to improve the control performance of B4 inverter which is studied for low-cost drive systems. The B4 inverter employs only four switches and it has a center-tapped connection in the split dc-link capacitors to one phase of a three-phase motor. In the B4 topology unbalan-cd three-phase voltages will be generated by the dc link voltage ripple.   • A simplified control method for the single-phase active power f1Iter is proposed. This method has the advantages of using only one current sensor, a simple control circuit and low implementation cost. A model of this method is derived. A prototype is also developed to demonstrate the performance of this method. The test results show that the proposed active power filter has the expected performance.

  • 본 논문에서는 저비용 SoC 테스트를 위한 테스트 설계 기술에 대해서 다룬다. IEEE 1500 랩드 코어를 SoC TAP (Test Access Port) 을 통하여 스캔 테스트를 수행하는 방법을 제시하고, 지연고장 테스트를 위한 테스트 클럭 생성회로를 설계한다. TAP의 신호만을 이용하여 SoC 테스트를 수행함으로써 테스트 핀 수를 줄일 수 있고, SoC 내부의 회로를 사용하여 지연고장 테스트를 수행함으로써 저가의 테스트 장비를 사용할 수 있다. 실험을 통하여 제시한 방식의 효율성을 평가하고, 서로 다른 주파수의 클럭을 사용하는 여러 코어의 지연고장 테스트를 동시에 수행 할 수 있음을 확인한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 경량화된 서명의 특징추출기법을 이용하여 사용자의 편의성 및 전자상거래의 효율성을 높일 수 있는 퍼지볼트스킴 기반의 인증 프로토콜을 설계한다. 서명은 간편하고 저렴한 생체정보 중 하나이기 때문에 전자상거래에서 보편적으로 사용되는 인중수단이지만, 전자상거래시 저비용의 안전성을 확보한 프로토콜의 부재라는 취약성을 가진다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여, 비밀정보를 정확하게 생성해내는 퍼지볼트스킴 및 서명의 특성에 적합한 특징추출기법을 설계하고, 이 특징추출 과정에서 적용된 매개변수들을 활용하여 서명 기반의 효율적인 인증 프로토콜을 설계한다. 본 프로토콜을 적용시의 효과는 1) 간편하고 저렴한 서명의 이용, 2) 서명처리 및 인증에 약 1초의 시간소비로 실시간 사용자 검증 가능, 3) 로그인 및 검증시 통신횟수 1회로 최저, 4) 사용자 인증과 동시에 비밀 값 획득 등이다.

도심 자율주행을 위한 라이다 정지 장애물 지도 기반 위치 보정 알고리즘 (LiDAR Static Obstacle Map based Position Correction Algorithm for Urban Autonomous Driving)

  • This paper presents LiDAR static obstacle map based vehicle position correction algorithm for urban autonomous driving. Real Time Kinematic (RTK) GPS is commonly used in highway automated vehicle systems. For urban automated vehicle systems, RTK GPS have some trouble in shaded area. Therefore, this paper represents a method to estimate the position of the host vehicle using AVM camera, front camera, LiDAR and low-cost GPS based on Extended Kalman Filter (EKF). Static obstacle map (STOM) is constructed only with static object based on Bayesian rule. To run the algorithm, HD map and Static obstacle reference map (STORM) must be prepared in advance. STORM is constructed by accumulating and voxelizing the static obstacle map (STOM). The algorithm consists of three main process. The first process is to acquire sensor data from low-cost GPS, AVM camera, front camera, and LiDAR. Second, low-cost GPS data is used to define initial point. Third, AVM camera, front camera, LiDAR point cloud matching to HD map and STORM is conducted using Normal Distribution Transformation (NDT) method. Third, position of the host vehicle position is corrected based on the Extended Kalman Filter (EKF).The proposed algorithm is implemented in the Linux Robot Operating System (ROS) environment and showed better performance than only lane-detection algorithm. It is expected to be more robust and accurate than raw lidar point cloud matching algorithm in autonomous driving.

사각 고주파 주입을 통한 저가형 인버터의 센서리스 운전 (Sensorless Operation of Low-cost Inverters through Square-wave High Frequency Voltage Injection)

  • 본 논문에서는 저가격 인버터에서의 사각파 주입에 의한 센서리스 기법의 제어 성능을 보인다. 저가격 인버터는 소위 말하는 B4 인버터이다. 이 인버터는 저가격화를 위하여 스위칭 소자를 4개를 사용한 형태이다. 고주파 주입을 통한 센서리스 기법을 B4 인버터에 적용하였으며, 주입 고주파의 주파수는 1kH이다. 본 논문에서는 Matlab/ Simulink를 이용한 B4 인버터를 이용한 영구자석 전동기의 센서리스 시스템 모델을 설명한다. 한편, 본 연구에서는 회전자의 위치 추정을 위한 고주파 전류 성분 검출에 노치 필터를 사용하였으며, 추정된 속도의 리플 저감을 위하여 이차 저역 통과 필터를 사용하였다. 노치 필터에 의해 추출된 전류 파형에 고주파 전압을 곱하여 영구 자석 동기 전동기의 회전자 각도를 추정한다. Simulink 시뮬레이션의 통해 제안하는 기법의 타당성을 보인다.

시료 두께에 의한 저온진공건조기의 열적 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Thermal Characteristics of the Low Temperature Vacuum Dryer by Material Layers)

  • In tradition, there have been two kinds of drying methods, which are sun drying and artificial drying. The sun drying method which has been adopted traditionally has been replaced by the hot-air drying method which is one of the most general methods of artificial drying, with its simple drying system, low initial cost of drying plant, and easy operating method. But the hot-air drying method has some defects ; (1)much energy loss happens due to the discharge of hot air during the drying process, (2)control of drying rate is not easy on account of changing relative humidity of inlet air for uniform hot air temperature, (3)high temperature of floods in drying process brings about the production of low-grade drying products. Also, the hot-air drying method is inducing environmental and sanitary problems which are resulting from the emission of high temperature and high humidity air, including stick on the drying progress. Vacuum drying technique, whose drying time and 7uantity of exhausting energy is about 1/3 ~1/4 of hot air drying, is very excellent in the drying efficiency. As the results, it took about 20 hours for material to reach about 18% of the final moisture content in order to store products for a long time, from about 470% of the early moisture content at the beginning of drying, and maximum drying rate comes to about $0.35 kg/m^2hr$ at about 350% of the moisture content.

가정간호수가 적정성 검증 및 수가체계 개선 방안 (Test on the Cost and Development on the Payment System of Home Health Care Nursing)

  • Purpose: This study focused on analysing costs per home health care nursing visit based on home health care nursing activities in medical institutes. Method: The data was collected in three stages. First, the cost elements of home health care nursing services were collected and 31 home care nurses participated. Second, the workload and caseload of home care nursing activities were measured by the Easley-Storfjell Instrument(1997). Third, the opinions on improving the home health care nursing reimbursement system were collected by a nation-wide mailing survey from a total of 125 home care agencies. Result: The cost of home health care nursing per visit was calculated as 50,626\. This was composed of a basic visiting fee of $35,090{\\}({\fallingdotseq}355$)$ and travel fee of $15,536{\\}({\fallingdotseq}15$)$. The major problems of the home care nursing payment system were the low level of the cost per visit, no distinction between first visit and revisits, and the limitations in health insurance coverage for home health care nursing services. Conclusion: This study's results will contribute as a baseline for establishing policies for improvement of the home health care nursing cost and for applying a community-based visiting nursing service cost.
