국제물류관리와 전자적물류정보의 경쟁요인에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on the Competition Factor Electronic Logistics Information and International Logistics Management)

  • As Global industrial structure is diversified, multinational corporations accomplished fast internationalization to introduction of new management policy by development of an IT technology. Enterprise' business environment is changing transcending border. To overcome raging waves of change accident and to be secured enterprise's future, the logistics is recognized the third profit source joining in curtailment of sale enlargement, production cost. To seek cost saving or reform in logistics class that is last area of pursuit of profits within ancient city life in the fast lane from these viewpoint, importance of study that integrates and manages international logistics bases supply neck walk is emphasized. Specially, to meet on in terms of competitive power security regarding curtailment of logistics cost is available through link between logistics bases, various consumer's request, merchandise and service logistics management that supply fixed quantity as is reliable in right place at good season was embossed by point game plan of business management, and SCM efficiency anger of mortification international logistics activity importance of study that see at that dominate competitive advantage point bring. This study analyzes interrelation and presents model for integration of international logistics bases supply network with supply network habit at factor and supply chain, and supply network activity in integration of supply chain process and production. Also, it establishes following method of study to achieve study purpose for actual proof analysis for integration sequence of international logistics bases supply network. Specially, immersion of network and supply network, very high interrelation appeared by thing which is with international logistics base supply network integration. The integration of international logistics base supply network means that the enterprises which give trust and sincerity deal with market environment change positively and can decide proceeding of various cooperative work. Also, it means the possibility by necessity of cooperative relation and interdependence to continuous immersion and normative immersion, for the maintain of long business relations.

  • In the marine industry although there has been significant growth towards safety, security and risk assessments or risk-based strategies such as marine insurance and regulations to avoid the risks of damage to properties and the environment or the prospect of premature death caused by accidents etc, the moves toward managing the risks which are linked directly to the business functions and decision making processes have been very slow. Furthermore in the marine industry most perceptions, methodologies and frameworks of dealing with hazards, risks, safety and security issues are for their assessment rather than their management. This trend reveals the fact that in different marine industry sectors such as logistics and shipping there is a lack of coherent risk management framework or methodology from which to understand the risk-based decisions especially for the purpose of design, construction, operation, management and even decommissioning of the marine related applications. On the other hand risk management is not yet viewed holistically in the marine industry in order to, for example, assign a right person, i.e. risk manager, who can act as a coordinator and advisor with responsibilities that are only specific to risk management. As a result this paper, by examining the present physical borders and risk-based activities in the marine industry, aims to propose an appropriate risk management methodology in addition to the emergent role of risk managers which will enable the industry users initially to become familiar with the concept of risk management at its holistic level. In the later stages this eventually can lead to development of risk management capabilities at an exclusive level and its integration into the marine industry functions in future.

  • The underlying success of logistics depends on the flow of data and information for effective management. Over the last 30 years, we have seen the power of microprocessors double about every 18months. This continuing trend means that computers will become considerably smaller, cheaper, and more abundant; indeed, they are becoming ubiquitous and are even finding their way into everyday objects, resulting in the creation of smart things. In the long term, ubiquitous technologies will take on great economic significance. Industrial products will become smart because of their integrated information processing capacity, or take on an electronic identity that can be queried remotely, or be equipped with sensors for detecting their environment, enabling the development of innovative products and totally new services. The global marketplace runs on logistics, security, speed, agility and flexibility..In this paper we report that pairing these traditional logistics functions with RFID technology can be a huge value-driver for companies. This winning combination yields increased logistics management effectiveness and more efficient visibility into the supply chain management.

  • Transportation in the logistics, many business organizations are engaged in monitoring and tracking the vehicles in order to improve logistics services, reduce expenses and secure security in cargo transportation. It is saving time and money by tracking and monitoring vehicles which transport cargo in supply chain of logistics. Therefore the main issue of delivery flow is to improve services, and ensure the safety in transportation system. This article suggests the tracking and monitoring model to keep safety transports on ICT network. It focuses on precise delivery control by monitoring and tracking vehicles to save time and costs. The status of product movement is analyzed for proper decision making. The vehicle embedded with RFID is automatically tracked in the movement process by tracking and monitoring model. The main role keeps safety tracking to reduce costs and to deliver products at proper time and location.

선진 해운국의 Freight Forwarding System에 관한 연구 - 미국제도를 중심으로 - (Study on the Freight Forwarding System of Advanced Shipping Country - A Case of United States of America System -)

  • In the end of 2007, Korea Government promulgated the Rule of 'Basic Act of Logistics Policy' for improving international logistics forwarding business. The goals of these rules are to achieve the development of our nation's economics for providing the security and efficiency of logistics system and enforced competition of logistics enterprises. This is established the basic principles of the legal basis for expanding into the Logistics Hub Center of North-east Asia. However In May 1999 new licensing requirements for ocean freight forwarders and NVOCCs operating in the USA were established by the US Federal Maritime Commission(FMC). Due to these regulations, each ocean transportation service provider in the USA acting as ocean freight forwarder, NVOCCs, or NVOCC agent must obtain a license to operate as Ocean Transportation Intermediary(OTI) before it begins operations. Only licensed OTIs may act as US transportation agents or receiving agents of other NVOCCs, on both US exports and imports. In this context, I think this study will be contributes for the development of korean freight forwarding system by analysis and comparing with between the Rule of the Basic Act of Logistics Policy of Korea and OTI freight forwarder & NVOCCs of USA.

The Influence of E-commerce Logistics Service Quality on Customer Engagement Behavior

  • Purpose: With the rapid development of e-commerce, logistics services, as an important part of e-commerce shopping, have gradually attracted people's attention. Customer engagement behavior is a new topic in marketing, and its connotation is still being explored. The purpose of this paper is to study the relationship between logistics service quality and customer engagement behavior. Research design, data and methodology: This study employed the method of online questionnaire survey, with Chinese e-commerce platform users as the survey objects, 248 valid survey sample data were collected, and the method of factor analysis and structural equation model analysis was used to verify the research hypothesis model constructed in this paper. Results: The four dimensions of e-commerce logistics service quality have different influences on customer satisfaction, and the influence of availability on customer satisfaction is not significant. Convenience, assurance, and security have a significant positive impact on customer satisfaction; Customer satisfaction has a significant positive impact on the three dimensions of customer engagement behavior: customer repeat purchase behavior, online word-of-mouth, and customer referrals. Conclusion: The results of this study will provide useful reference for the managers of e-commerce companies to improve customer engagement behavior by improving the logistics service quality.

컨테이너화물 모니터링을 위한 스마트폰 애플리케이션 개발 (Development of Smartphone Application for Monitoring Container Cargo)

  • Most of monitoring systems in logistics industry have limitations on monitoring container information in real-time. And customers only could check information gathered from certain points through web browser. That is why it is very hard to take actions in advance when emergency situation has happened. But if customers could check information such as position and status of freight in real-time through their mobile devices, they could take prompt actions. So, in this study, mobile application based on mobile devices is developed to monitor position and status information of the container in real-time. Entire devices monitoring container in aspect of logistics security are handled by workers in the field. So it is strongly required to develop monitoring system operated in mobile devices. For that reason this study aims to develop mobile application in order to monitor information related to container security and safety in real-time.

  • Data analysis is a process of generating useful information by evaluating real-world raw data for making better decisions in business development. In the freight transport logistics companies, the analysis of freight data is increasingly garnering considerable importance among the users for making better decisions regarding freight cost reductions. Consequently, in this study, we used R programming language to analyze the freight data that are collected from freight transport logistics company. Usually, the freight rate varies based on chosen day of the week. In here, we analyzed and visualized the results such as frequency of cost vs days, frequency of requested goods in ton vs days, frequency of order vs days, and frequency of order status vs days for the last one-year freight data. These analysis results are beneficial in the viewpoint of the users in ordering process.

  • Logistics security has been enhanced to control cargo containers effectively and safely in global logistics. In response to the change, This study describes the system now being developed that tracks container position, watches cargo security status and gets informations of surrounding until the cargos arrived at its destination. We examine completion and satisfaction of the product for prospective users. For this, considering earlier studies about customer trust, satisfaction, service quality and purchase decision, we analyse an effect among the variables empirically. As a result, when the program is released, we examine customers' satisfaction and purchase decision for the informations to be offered from the program.

  • 대부분의 물류시스템은 물류정보와 물류흐름의 불일치로 인한 실세계 문제로 운송물류 추적성에 어려움을 경험한다. 이의 해결 방안으로 쇼핑몰을 이용한 주문 상품의 운송에 참여하는 공급체인 기업에 대한 사례연구를 통해서 물류와 정보 흐름의 일치를 통한 주문 상품의 추적성을 확보할 수 있는 운송 물류 추적 모델을 도출하였다. 문헌연구를 통해서 운송 물류 추적 모델에 가장 적합한 참조 모델로 허가형 퍼블릭 블록체인 모델을 선정하였고 운송 물류 추적 모델의 실용성 검증을 위한 비교 분석과 평가를 위해서 중앙집중형 모델과 블록체인 모델을 사용하였다. 본 논문에서 제안하고 있는 운송 물류 추적 모델은 실세계의 물류시스템과 통합되어 운송 물류의 추적을 통해서 운송 정보와의 불일치를 탐지하는데 사용될 수 있고 기업 이미지 제고를 위한 마케팅 도구로 활용될 수 있다.
