해양은 도시와 연계되어 교류의 공간으로 활용되고 유기적 관계를 형성하며 인간과 친수 공간을 구성한다. 해양치유산업은 의료와 웰빙으로 삶의 질을 개선하는 융합 부분으로 부가가치를 창출하고 의료산업과 결합 되어가는 미래 산업이다. 해양치유산업의 정책 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 해양치유산업 운영이 가장 높다. 종합 중요도는 제1순위가 해양친수공간에 해양치유산업 운영의 부분의 전문의료서비스 병원형이다. 해양치유시설 개발과 산림치유 연결성을 강화하는 내용으로 구성하고 의료기술의 고도의 전문화된 전문의료서비스 개발이 필요하다. 둘째, 제2순위는 해양치유산업 특성화에서 가치창조성이다. 해양치유효과에 대한 새로운 가치창조성을 위하여 의 신약학 연구개발 등 통합적이고 체계적인 정책이 진행되어야 한다. 셋째, 해양치유산업의 정책 개발을 위하여서는 세분화된 시장의 가능성을 탐색 할 필요가 있으며 본 연구는 세부항목에 관한 구체적 정책제안에 한계를 가지고 있다.

본 연구는 육가공식품산업 정보화를 추진함에 있어, 육가공식품산업 업무시스템 중 영업관리, 구매자재물류관리, 생산관리 3개의 프로세스를 표준화 시키고 표준 모듈을 개발하며, ERP시스템 개발에서 나타나는 통합적인 업무 기능 설계 표준화에 대하여 연구한다. 본 연구로 정보화 추진정도가 더딘 식품산업과 관련 전문 IT업체에서 생산설비정보 표준화 모듈 도입 비용을 줄이며, 효과는 극대화하고, 연구 표준화가 비교 분석될 수 있는 데이터베이스가 되어 신뢰성을 제공한다. 본 연구 결과를 적용함으로써 식품 원/부재료가 입고하면서부터, 완제품이 되어 소비자에게 출고될 때까지 영업, 구매자재물류, 생산의 효율적인 공정 확립, 품질 향상, 생산비용 절감이 가능하다.

According to the changing environment of management, the concept of the one-to-one marketing is appeared in the environment of management by high Quality that customers needs. In this paradigm, CRM(Customer Relationship Management) offering integrated multiple view points is able to be executed by the advance of Information Technology (IT). In this study, the environment and the management status of the steel company that CRM implemented is analyzed. This study presents the system architecture which applies OLAP(on-line analytical processing), web technologies, and logistics service. Then this research presents a variety of effects and development direction in the future.

This paper focuses on the recent extraordinary growth of Chinese cross-border online shopping and draws implications for firm strategies and government policies in Korea to utilize the phenomenon as an opportunity to expand into a broader market via e-commerce exports. I conduct a survey of Chinese cross-border online consumers to identify constraining and determining factors during the stages of their purchase decisions of Korean products. Given the fact that Chinese cross-border online shopping is at the incipient stage and consumers have expressed a strong intent to repurchase, future strategies should focus on attracting new consumers. Accordingly, Korean firms should build a powerful brand image, improve product quality and post-purchase services, and take full advantage of the popularity of the Korean Wave. Meanwhile, the government must step up policy efforts by, for instance, improving e-commerce export statistics, simplifying logistics and clearance procedures, and building trust in Chinese consumers.

전자상거래에서 핵심적인 연구질문 중의 하나는 서비스품질에 영향을 주는 핵심 driver가 무엇인가를 이해하는 것이다. 이 연구에서는 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 관리기능 변수를 파악하고 그것이 서비스품질의 4개의 각 세부요소에 어떻게 영향을 끼치는가를 조사한다. 본 연구에서는 기존문헌을 토대로 서비스품질의 각 세부요소에 영향을 미치는 7개의 선행변수를 도출하였다:배달(delivery), 제품반품(reverse logistics), 불만처리(claim resolving), 추천(recommendation), 고객맞춤화(customization), 상호작용성(interactivity), 접촉(contact). 실증적 테스트결과 이 선행변수들은 모두 서비스품질의 각 세부요소에 유의한 결과를 나타냈으며 이는 어떻게 서비스품질의 수준이 관리될수 있는지에 대한 이해를 돕는데 도움을 줄 것이다.

The competitiveness of the manufacturing company is evaluated in terms of line productivity, quality cost, inventory level, logistics efficiency, and so on. The productivity is defined by the number of products divided by the number of workers within the given operation time. Increasing the productivity is not easy to man-operated situation in the line, since it heavily depends on the standard time of the workers. This paper deals with the productivity of the Back Light Unit assembler for TFT-LCD, and proposes the methodology of investigating the optimal process by simulation of Arena.

This paper considers a problem of locating both distribution centers and retailers in a zone-dependent two-level distribution network where either a distribution center or a retailer should be located in each zone. Customer demands of each zone should be satisfied directly from either its own distribution center or its own retailer being supplied from a distribution center of another zone. The objective of the proposed problem is to minimize total cost being composed of distribution center/retailer setup costs and transportation costs. In the analysis, the problem is proved to be NP-hard, so that a branch-and-bound algorithm is derived for the problem. Numerical experiments show that the proposed branch-and-bound algorithm provides the optimal solution efficiently for some small problems.

In the last few years, lasers have found new applications in production engineering as tools for surface treatment, cutting, welding, drilling and marking. So far, the laser has mainly been used in special laser processing machines ('laser-only') directly integrated into a production line or serving as stand-alone stations in the workshop. By combining conventional metal cutting technologies with laser processes in one machine, complete processing of a workpiece with different technologies in one setting can be realized. The main advantages are a reduction of the material flow between the production machines, which leads to a reduction in processing time and logistics, and an enhancement of manufacturing quality due to the processing in one setting. In addition to this approach new processing technologies such as laser-assisted machining are possible.

In this paper, a collision-free resource reservation scheme for WUSB (Wireless Universal Serial Bus) networks with WiMedia D-MAC (Distributed Medium Access Control). Since distributed characteristic of the WiMedia D-MAC supporting DRP (Distributed Reservation Protocol) scheme may cause lots of conflicts, overall performances of the WUSB with WiMedia D-MAC can be deteriorated. In addition, when we consider multi-hop environment, "mobile" hidden node problem due to mobility of WUSB devices can be happened, and it is a critical problem to mobile WUSB devices transceiving real-time QoS (Quality of Service) traffic. To tackle the problem, we propose a new DRP reservation mechanism to prevent DRP conflicts for multi-hop mobility support in WUSB networks with WiMedia D-MAC and show its improved performance via simulation results.

컨테이너 선박의 대형화, 항만의 중심항과 주변항으로 체제 변화 등과 같은 항만 환경의 변하는 항만간의 경쟁을 심화시키고 있다. 선행연구에서 항만경쟁력 요인 분석을 통해 항만물류 서비스품질 또한 한 요인임을 밝혔다. 기존의 항만물류 서비스품질에 대한 연구에서 항만물류 서비스품질을 통한 고객만족에 관한 연구는 많지만, 항만물류 서비스품질의 선행변수에 대한 연구는 미비했다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 항만물류 서비스품질이 선행변수로 전략지향성의 요인인 혁신지향성, 고객지향성, 경쟁자지향성을 선정하여 이들의 관계를 규명하고자 하였다.
