In the building construction, the steel-frame work occupies an important position in terms of structure, cost and quality. Especially in Japan, steel frames have traditionally been the main structure of many buildings. For steel-frame works in such positions, this paper investigates an existing steel fabricator to clarify the actual conditions of design decision making process and management method in steel production process. This study focuses on a steel fabricator (Company M in the following sentences), whose main market is Japan and which has facilities in Thailand, China, and Japan. Company M uses QR codes to control the production status of products, and exchanges all information between inside and outside the company via specialized departments in the form of documents. The authors have already analyzed the relationship between production lead time and defect rate based on actual project data at Architectural Institute of Japan in 2016. In 2019, we expressed the process from the confirmation of the design information of the current steel frame to the production by WBS, and clarified the relationship between the production lead time and steel frame product quality structurally. In this paper, the authors reoport the progress of the survey conducted so far, the positioning of the collected data, and the future survey policy.

Numerous researches related to internet shopping malls have been researched by numerous researchers. Such as, establishing criteria to evaluate service quality of electronic commerce, identifying factors affecting successful internet shopping mall operation, and examining relationships among the factors in electronic commerce based shopping mall needed to be focused on. However, most researches that have been undertaken only consider the service quality model or basic functional dimension. In accordance with this indispensability, the integrated structural relationship among variables, which are potentially inherent in customer's perception and affect personnel royalty on internet shopping mall needs to be acknowledged. The purpose of this study is to examine which factors should be able to facilitate performance of internet shopping mall. Based on the relevant literature, it has been empirically analyzed how corporate image, system quality, service quality and delivery quality affect customer satisfaction as well as customer royalty. The research's problem is that it was tested with data collected from 212 respondents. This study developed and empirically analyzed a model representing the relationship by using the Structural Equation Model. The major findings of this study are, firstly, that the higher corporate image is positively affecting the system quality and delivery quality. Secondly, the higher delivery quality is positively affecting the service quality. Thirdly, the higher service quality is positively affecting the customer satisfaction. Finally, the higher customer satisfaction is affecting the customer royalty.

In point of fact, there is a lack of explicit models that explain how services are perceived and evaluated by consumers who use them; present research on service quality has begun as a measure to complement this development. In this study, we applied the service quality model of PZB model based on Parasuraman et al.(1988) and the BNC model based on Brady and Cronin(2001), and compared the superiorities of each model. As a result of analyzing the questionnaire provided for terminal users, the BNC model is more superior than the PZB model. The increase in the number of factors led to an increase in the provided information, as a result of this, the model's explanatory power seems to be high. The results of this study may be different according to the characteristics of the industry, but we hope that the results presented in this study will lead to the expansion of the scope of research for the port loading and unloading business in the future.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the components and verify the relationship among service quality, customer satisfaction and relationship quality in liner shipping company. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, literature survey related to service quality, customer satisfaction, relationship quality was carried out and took an empirical analysis by the use of questionnaire method for employees in international freight forwarders. The final results are as follows; First, correlations between service quality and customer satisfaction are found to be positive. But service quality component of tangibles and responsiveness with customer satisfaction are not to be positive. Second, as the other study on the similar logistics industries, the correlation between customer satisfaction and relationship quality is found to be positive in this study.

Regarding seaport operation, a higher quality performance and increasing competitiveness are main goals to adapt to the evolution of international trade. This paper discusses about the competition among Southern Vietnam seaports concerning the strategic positioning analysis, by applying BCG method. This technique describes the performance of business based on two variables such as relative market share and average growth rate. The finding shows up different performances of 21 seaports and how the strategic positioning of each port changes in the period 2007-2016. After analyzing, this research pointed out the growth in strategic positioning of ports in Cai Mep-Thi Vai complex, gradually replacing Ho Chi Minh City-Dong Nai-Binh Duong and becoming the transportation hub of Southern Vietnam. Also, The results obtained would be helpful for port administrators and operators to establish short and long-term strategies to improve competitiveness in the future.

Demand for Sea & Air intermodal transport has increased between north-China costal cities and Incheon since China's international airline network was not established completely. It will be big opportunity for Incheon to be logistics hub of Sea & Air intermodal transport in the north-east Asia, musing large sea-air cargoes to be transferred at the port of Incheon. Therefore, this study aims to propose competitive strategy on Sea & Air intermodal transport system of Incheon. In this analysis results, this paper shows that sea & air cargoes rather from china to U.S. than from China to Europe is very significant, considering geographically for Incheon and is also devote to not only providing high quality services but also activating RFS(Road Feeder Service) system, enlarging toward Shanghai, Weihai, and Yantai.

In the recent years, the companies have manually recorded a production status in a work diary or have mainly used a bar code in order to collect each process's progress status, production performance and quality information in the production and logistics process in real time. But, it requires an additional work because the worker's record must be daily checked or the worker must read it with the bar code scanner. At this time, data's accuracy is decreased owing to the worker's intention or mistake, and it causes the problem of the system's reliability. Accordingly, in order to solve such problem, the companies have introduced RFID which comes into the spotlight in the latest automatic identification field. RFID is an automatic identification technology by radio communication technology that allows us to identify or record information without contacting the corresponding object, and as Gen2 and EPCIS, EPCglobal's standard tag for RFID, have recently been established, it will be introduced to the whole computation industry. This study suggests RFID type Modeling Notation for analyzing logistics flow to improve MES focusing on extended model of EPCIS, and EPCISEvent Template in manufacturing industry.

If the development of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) for maintenance of the end step is conducted systematically and efficiently, the weapon system lifecycle can be postponed and the availability can be improved. DEFense CONdition (DEFCON) is maintained as perfect. Nevertheless, like its importance, the guide for maintaining the depot performance is applied differently for each weapon system. The errors that can result cause additional cost, etc. ILS development at depot level maintenance is different from full scale development. Therefore, this study distinguishes the management and deployment section for the development concept. An additional way to perform an efficient development of depot maintenance element when determining the depot maintenance period were presented. This study examined how the Reliability, Availability, Maintainability (RAM), Logistics Support Analysis (LSA), and ILS 11 elements intersect at the depot maintenance sources. An analytical study of concrete adoptable plans was performed. The systematic adoption of a development procedure can make it possible to calculate the adoptable development cost. In addition, it can be helpful for improving the quality level and practical use of work products.

This study aims to suggest a containerization plan for non-standardized cargo; it also reveals the significance of containerization in facilitating freight inducement and cargo creation for increasing the competitiveness of the Gwangyang port container terminal and checking excessive competition among terminal operators. Therefore, this study suggested a containerization plan and its significance by dividing 14 items, ones with low containerization ratios or undergoing containerization, bulk, and liquid cargoes. In the case of general cargo, it will be necessary to raise the utilization rate by remodeling a general container or improving cargo loading techniques. In the case of bulk cargo, it will be necessary to exploit the benefits of containerization in preventing product deterioration due to rain, facilitating the sale of small orders, ensuring clean cargo handling, and reducing logistics cost, among others. In the case of liquid cargo, it will be necessary to order and sell liquid cargo in small quantities by using superior quality, safe, and durable Flexitank or Flexibag products, which offer transportation convenience and reduce time and costs.

The increase in the number of ships entering and leaving the port and the creation of various cargo volumes can promote local economy and lead to regional development, attracting businesses, and influx of local residents. The port area of Dangjin consists of the limited cargo and most private docks, making it increasingly weak in meeting the local economic development and the expectations of local residents. Therefore, in order to promote regional development and revitalize the local economy, and to reduce the sense of alienation of local residents, it is necessary to make it easier to access and water to ports through the development of all areas of Eumseompo-gu, and to make active changes in the marine and port logistics environment. As seen through various cases of port development at home and abroad and the redevelopment of the ports at Gohyeon Port in Geoje, Dangjin Port should be able to quickly demonstrate the development of the Dangjin Port area and improve the quality of life for the residents of the metropolitan area. This is the time when the government's drive is highly requested.
