디지털시대 물류 전문인력 양성방안 (An Education and Training Strategies for Logistics Professionals in the Digital Age)

  • 한국 물류산업은 양적인 측면에서 물류전문인력의 부족과 질적인 측면에서 산업계 요구에 부응한 실무 전문가를 양성해야 하는 이중고에 처해 있다. 본 연구는 국내와 해외 물류인력 양성교육을 상호 비교해 보고 디지털 시대에 필요한 물류인력의 역량과 기술들을 제시함으로써 국내 물류인력 양성정책에 대한 시사점을 도출하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 먼저 국내 대학의 물류교육과정 전수조사를 통해 물류인력의 수급상황을 검토하였고, 해외의 성공적인 물류분야 교육훈련 프로그램에 대한 사례분석을 시도하였으며, 심도있는 문헌연구를 통해 물류인력에 요구되는 기술과 역량을 종합적으로 제시하였다. 향후 효과적인 물류인력 양성을 위해서는 첫째, 국가표준물류역량지도의 작성과 이를 토대로 국가물류 역량개발 통합플랫폼 구축, 둘째, 물류인력양성을 위한 산학교육훈련 생태계 조성, 셋째, 디지털전환과 COVID-19 팬데믹에 대응한 신규 물류인력을 육성을 위한 교육프로그램 등이 필요하다.

  • Despite the growing importance of the logistics industry, it has been socially recognized as a 3D job and is perceived as a field of lower professional identity since the workers themselves think that they are engaged in a less important job. According to the related researches, it shows that professional identity affects the quality of service to customers, and applying it to the workers who are engaged in the logistics industry should be a meaningful subject of research. Therefore, this study intends to look into the impact of professional identity by managers in logistics centers on their service orientation and job engagement. To this end, this study surveyed managers in logistics centers across the country and conducted exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and path analysis through structural equation models. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, among the sub-factors of professional identity, recognition of professionalism did not have a significant effect on service orientation and job engagement, while acquisition recognition and range cognition had significant effects on it. Second, service orientation had a significant effect on job engagement. It believes that this study suggested implications for educational institutions and logistics companies that develop human resources of logistics in the aspect of that it presented the importance of developing human resources of logistics as well as the directivity to where the working environment such as the autonomy in their works and the extension of their authority should take their way.

동북아물류허브화를 위한 종합물류업의 발전적 과제 (A Study on the Developing Subject of Integrated Logistics Industry for the Northeast Asia Logistics Hub)

  • In this year(2006), the Korean government has announced the integrated logistics promotion act, to improve the international competitiveness of Korean logistics companies and to develop the north-east asia logistics hubs. Therefore, in this study, emphasized to goes forward better and presents integrated logistics industry expansive assignment through domestic logistics companies' problem and integrated logistics industry investigation of certification system as plan for successful fixing of integrated logistics industry for Northeast Asia logistics hub while strengthen international competitiveness of domestic professional logistics companies. So that the South Korea becomes Northeast Asia logistics hub country, to expand lacking logistics infra at good time is important, also, reform backward logistics system of consignor companies and advance actively to the Northeast Asia logistics market is very important to improve the professional logistics companies' upbringing to lead the Northeast Asia logistics market.

  • The logistics industry is based on personnel, and without talented individuals, corporate success in impossible. Therefore, we should fully understand and research China's future in logistics along with the status of related personnel in the country, and seek to establish valid measures concerning our country's logistics personnel. In order for Korea's logistics industry to develop, we should also consider professional training of personnel and the establishment of training facilities. The training of logistics personnel can promote national competitiveness, and can contributetowards the national economy. Also, the production of competitive personnel can secure the healthy and secure development of the Chinese logistics industry. In conclusion, our companies should continue professional training for current and new employees, and through internal training and certifications, improve workers' capabilities and productivity, promoting the healthy development of the logistics industry.

Promotional Plans of Fourth-Party Logistics in Korea: Applicability in Entering the Chinese Logistics Market

  • Purpose - This study aims to disclose the problems of both the government and the logistics industry regarding fourth-party logistics, and to provide various solutions at the level of enterprises as well as the government for the introduction of fourth-party logistics in China. Research design, data, and methodology - This study aims to reveal how a shipping company recognizes the creation of partnerships with fourth-party logistics providers, and it reveals several related implications. Results - Fourth-party logistics organizations can be used to achieve maximum business performance as professional logistics companies by incorporating the benefits of outsourcing and insourcing. Outsourcing logistics services through focusing on core competencies and improving customer service can have financial effects and advantages such as the simplification of labor issues. Conclusions - This study did not investigate Korean enterprises through an empirical analysis and provided fourth-party logistics concepts and promotional plans according to domestic and foreign literature. Further studies shall investigate not only the Korean fourth-party logistics model but also the training of logistics professionals to generate profits for both shippers as well as logistics enterprises.

  • The total estimated socioeconomic logistics cost in transportation sector, including traffic congestion, household travel expenses, national macroeconomic logistics and traffic accident related cost, amount to approximately 240 trillion won a year in 2009. The amount is in increasing trend every year due to the inefficient infrastructure system in urban city roads and in intercity highways. The Government adopts the 4th National Spatial Planning (Revised) which is in progress in order to build a new physical environment ensuring people's welfare by providing the efficient and sustainable transportation networking system.

  • 항만물류 전문인력을 양성하기 위한 교육은 항만물류분야의 영역과 그 범위가 매우 광범위하여 국가와 기업이 요구하는 능력을 갖춘 인력을 양성하기란 현실적으로 한계를 보이고 있다. 본 연구는 항만물류 전문인력 양성을 위한 중등교육에 필요한 중요 교과목을 도출하기 위해서 인력 수요 및 공급에 대한 현황 및 예측치를 살펴보고, 국내의 선행연구를 바탕으로 평가모형을 구축하여 교과목의 우선순위를 제시함으로써 의사결정의 판단근거를 제공하는데 목적이 있다.

  • 대다수 산업과 무역유통 기업은 물류 자원을 통합한다. 기업들은 제품 운송부분을 원가를 절약하기 위해서 전문적인 물류회사에 맡긴다. 여기서 전문적인 물류회사를 제 3자 물류라 한다. 컴퓨터와 인터넷의 발전에 따라 발주와 화주 그리고 제 3자 물류회사 간에 인터넷을 통해 연결된다. 여러 회사에서 사용하는 관리 프로그램이 각각 다르기 때문에 이질적인 데이터는 제 3자 물류정보시스템에 큰 문제가 되었다. 본 논문에서는 지식 공학 방법론을 이용하고, prot$\'{e}$g$\'{e}$를 개발도구로 이용하여 도메인 온톨로지를 구축하였다. 그리고 물류 온톨로지에 규칙 베이스를 만들어서 그들이 완전하게 개념간의 관계를 표현할 수 있다. 또한 물류 온톨로지와 룰 베이스의 기초에 제 3자 물류회사의 배송센터에 지능 정보시스템을 설계하고 정보 시스템의 작업 프로세스를 시각적으로 보여주도록 실례를 제시하였다.

  • This study has been performed to consider how to support to be effectively linked hiring of skilled human resources that were discharged through actually related education programs, as demand of they are recently being increased due to the expansion of the logistics market, and effort to train them is being propelled. That is associated with the Busan region, and field of logistics service is 3PL that is seriously considered the area of professional services at the last logistics market. Through the methodology of System dynamics, this study has been modeled about dynamic mechanism considered the growth of logistics marker and relation to employment, and has been estimated about ripple effect within logistics market of major policies related with them.

국가경쟁력제고를 위한 SOC투자 방안 (Infrastructure Investment for Enhancement of Global Competitiveness)

  • A recent study conducted by KOTI reported that regional and urban read congestion costs in Korea are continually rising in the ranges between 3.1% thru 4.1% of GDP in the every respective year during the past 10 years. The report explicates that the congestion problem has motivated sharp raise of the logistics expenditure from 4.4% of GDP in the year of 1998 to 16% in the year of 2003. Even though, the government has allotted annual budget in the ranges between 2.7% and 3.7% of GDP to the SOC investment for the consecutive years of past decade, the amounts are however far less and insufficient to meet with social requirements and its demands. The cost of logistics has been excessively went up much higher rate than that of other industries and that of 9.6% in Japan and United States respectively It is obvious that the high logistics cost could be a detrimental factor to fierce emulation with others in the global trade market. Therefore it is an essential matter to eliminate or exclude all the probable sources that might cause or create extra costs on logistics. In consideration of such situation in Korea, the SOC investment with private capital could be a best cogitable scheme to acquire its prompt demand solutions and stimulate the emulation ability in the international trade market what's more betterment for all of our quality life in the near future.
