본 연구는 국토정중앙의 개념 정립과 지리적 위치자원으로서의 가치를 파악하며, 그 활용 방안을 모색해 보는 것이다. 국토정중앙은 중앙경선과 중앙위선이 교차하는 지점이다. 이러한 국토정중앙이라는 지리적 위치자원은 지리교육의 위치교육 자료, 대척점 기준, 측지측량 기준점, 장소마케팅 요소 등으로 활용이 가능하다. 본 연구는 향후 국토 전역에 산재해 있지만, 숨겨져 있는 수많은 지리자원을 개발하는 이른바 지리상의 발견의 한 모델이 될 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

This paper presents a new approach of a evaluation of location marginal prices(LMPs) considering demand response resources in the competitive electricity market. The stabilization of the electric power supply and demand balance has been one of the major important activities in electric power industry. Recently, much attention is paid to the demand-side resources which are responsive to incentives or time-varying prices and existing power system planning and operation activities are incorporated with the so-called demand response resources. In this paper, we first present an analytical method for calculation of LMPs considering demand response resources and then break down the LMPs into three components. In this study, we assume that Korean power system consists of two major regions, one which is the metropolitan and the other is non-metropolitan region. In the case study, we have considered several LMPs cases with different use of locational demand response resource and we can obtain a locational signal to demand response resources. Also, the economics of demand response resources are evaluated, compared with the increase of transmission line capacity and of generation capacity.

본 연구의 목적은 공연예술 산업의 입지적 특성을 파악하고, 그들의 지역 경제와의 연계성을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 공연예술 산업이 가장 집중되어 있는 서울을 대상으로 소비자가 관련시설이 있는 장소를 방문해야 하는 소비의 유사성을 지닌 갤러리와 영화 상영관의 각 사업체의 주소자료를 이용하여 커널밀도분석과 공간적 자기상관성(Spatial Autocorrelation)분석을 실시한다. 특히 LISA(Local Indicator of Spatial Association)를 적용하여 국지적 핫스팟을 확인한다. 분석 결과 갤러리와 영화 상영관의 분산 분포와 달리 공연장은 대학로 일대를 중심으로 응집된 단일 핫스팟이 나타난다. 대학로 일대를 중심으로 하는 공연장 밀집지역에는 공연예술 산업의 가치사슬을 구성하는 다양한 활동들이 인근에 밀집분포하며 공연예술 산업의 클러스터를 형성하는 입지적 특성이 파악된다. 또한 다중회귀분석을 통하여 공연장의 분포를 설명하는 경제활동을 파악하여 지역 경제경관과의 연계성을 분석한다.

전국의 문화유적분포지도가 172권의 책자로 발간되었으며, 고고학 조사 및 국토이용을 목적으로 하는 일반인을 대상으로 웹을 통해 유적정보가 공개되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 문화유적분포지도에 나타난 유적정보의 분포를 통계적으로 검토하고, 이를 통해 유적의 분포특성을 검토하는데 있다. 이를 위해 지리정보로 구축된 문화유적분포지도의 유적(문화재)정보 87,859개소의 정보를 토대로 유적의 분포현황을 통계적으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 남한에 분포하는 유적의 분포특성은 주로 역사적 도시를 중심으로 유적이 분포하고, 시대와 유형에 따라 공간적 분포가 다르게 나타나며, 하천과 밀접하게 관련되었다는 것으로 요약된다. 이러한 결과는 고고학적 연구에서 시대와 유형의 구분이 매우 중요하다는 점을 고려할 때 보다 세분된 시대와 유형에 대한 접근이 필요하며, 향후 유적정보를 이용한 문화재의 공간적 분석과 해석에 대한 연구가 고고학 연구에도 중요한 기여를 할 수 있음을 의미한다.

Rural policies in Korea have been changed into amenity-oriented ones recently to enhance the quality of life for villigians, which should be supported by the amenity-oriented maintenance system for rural space or environment too. Although so many studies on the classification system of amenity resources had been carried out, few ones which classified them principally by their spatial characteristics had been tried. From the viewpoint mentioned above, this study tried to propose a tentative classification system of amenity resources focussed on their locational characteristics. By the literature review, its draft was prepared, and after 2-round expert checks, the final table determined, which composed of 3-subsystems; green, production and living environment. Through the field application works in two case villages, its practical applicability was ascertained, from which two regarding points were found; public usability of terms and seasonality of amenity resources, especially green ones.

의료서비스에 대한 수요와 공급은 지역의 자연환경과 함께 경제.사회 정치적 상황과 의료제도에 따라 차이가 있으므로 의료서비스시설의 입지문제는 그 수요와 공급의 공간작인 특성에 대한 연구가 선행되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 기존 의료서비스시설의 공간적 분포패턴을 토대로 의료서비스 시설 입지의 지역적 차이를 분석하고, 우리나라 의료서비스시설의 입지적 특성과 의료서비스의 공간배열의 원리를 밝히는데 역점을 두었다. 특히 다른 서비스 시설의 입지문제와는 차별화 되는 입지결정 및 운영의 이원성과, 기능과 규모에 따라 입지원리가 다르게 작용하는 계층구조에 대한 분석을 시도하였다 이러한 연구는 의료서비스에 대한 지역 주민의 요구를 충족시킬 수 있는 의료기관의 적절한 공간적 배분계획모형 수립을 위한 기초 작업으로 지역 주민의 삶의 질 향상을 위한 의료서비스시설의 바람직한 의료서비스 시설 입지계획에 방향을 제시하는 기초가 될 수 있을 것이다.

수요자원의 전력시장 참여가 확대됨에 따른 발전자원의 설비 건설비용 및 운영비용 감소 유도를 위해 발전자원과 수요자원을 동등한 형태로 전원계획에 참여 가능하다. 즉, 지역 별 수요자원의 특성을 고려하여 발전자원과 수요자원을 통합한 전원계획 수립을 할 수 있을 것이다. 본 논문에서는 지역 별 수요자원 산정 후, 발전자원과 수요자원을 동등하게 고려한 전원계획문제를 정식화 한다.

It is expected that there will be delay of scheduled transmission network reinforcement and huge investment of renewable energy resources in Korea. As transmission capacity expansion delayed, supplying power to Seoul metropolitan area will not be increased as scheduled. In addition, uncertain renewable energy out of Seoul metropolitan area can cause transmission congestion in the future power system. These two combining effects will make the difference in locational marginal prices(LMP) and congestion costs increase. In that sense, this paper will analyze how much the congestion costs for Korea power system are incurred in the future power system. Most of previous approaches to analyze the congestion costs for electric power system are based on the optimal power flow model which cannot deal with hourly variation of power system. However, this study attempted to perform the analysis using market simulation model(M-Core) which has the capability of analyzing the hourly power generation cost and power transmission capacity, and market prices by region. As a result, we can estimate the congestion costs of future power system considering the uncertainty of renewable energy and transmission capacity.

This study is to develop a Geotourism program focused on Taean Haebyeongil course 5 (coastal walkway) and to introduce an explanation board to revitalize an effective Geotourism program of the Taeanhaean National Park. Generally Geotourism program is developed by analyzing topography, geology and cultural resources of the Taean Haebyeongil course 5. An explanation board, which is revitalizing an effective Geotourism program can be used when explaining each trekking courses and providing information about observable geological features to the visitors. This study suggested a new method of explaining geological features and cultural resources to visitors of the Taeanhaean National Park. Additionally, developing a new program of Taean Haebyeongil, is believed to provide a diversity of locational contents to visitors. Hopefully this new program will boost the tourism business of Taean Haebyeongil.

본 연구는 경제전반의 저성장 기조에도 불구하고 성장세를 보이는 지식서비스산업의 입지적 특성과 하위 업종별 고용기회의 변화를 분석한다. 특히 우리나라 20-30대 청년층이 선호하는 전문직서비스업 중 고용분포가 높은 업종인 출판업, 정보서비스업, 교육서비스업을 중심으로 지난 10년간 입지분포의 공간적 특성을 파악하고 고용분포의 변화를 예측한다. 이를 위하여 수도권지역을 대상으로 지식서비스업과 하위 3개 업종별 입지계수(LQ)를 산출하고, LISA 분석을 통해 집중분포지역을 파악한다. 또한 지식서비스업과 하위 3개 업종별 입지분포에 영향을 미치는 사회경제적 요인을 파악하고, 마르코프 체인 모형(Markov Chain Model)의 확률과정을 적용하여 고용분포지역의 변화를 단기예측한다. 분석결과, 수도권의 일부 특정지역을 중심으로 집중분포를 보이고 있는 세 업종별 특성에 따라 분포에 영향을 미치는 유의미한 변수에 차이가 나타났고, 업종에 따라 지역별 고용분포의 재분산에도 공간적 차이가 나타날 것으로 추정되었다. 본 연구에서 살펴본 지식서비스업종은 청년층의 고용분포가 가장 높지만 동시에 인력부족도 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이들 업종별 구인-구직과정의 마찰을 감소시키기 위한 노력이 필요할 것이며, 이는 청년실업 문제를 완화하는 데에도 기여할 수 있을 것이다.
