One of the main problems of topological localization in a real indoor environment is variations in the environment caused by dynamic objects and changes in illumination. Another problem arises from the sense of topological localization itself. Thus, a robot must be able to recognize observations at slightly different positions and angles within a certain topological location as identical in terms of topological localization. In this paper, a possible solution to these problems is addressed in the domain of global topological localization for mobile robots, in which environments are represented by their visual appearance. Our approach is formulated on the basis of a probabilistic model called the Bayes filter. Here, marginalization of dynamics in the environment, marginalization of viewpoint changes in a topological location, and fusion of multiple visual features are employed to measure observations reliably, and action-based view transition model and action-associated topological map are used to predict the next state. We performed experiments to demonstrate the validity of our proposed approach among several standard approaches in the field of topological localization. The results clearly demonstrated the value of our approach.
Community has been defined as a group of interacting people living in a common location. The word is often used to refer to a group that is organized around common values and is attributed with social cohesion within a shared geographical location, generally in social units larger than a household. The word can also refer to the national community or global community. The word "community" is derived from the Old French communit$\acute{e}$ which is derived from the Latin communitas (cum, "with/together" + munus, "gift"), a broad term for fellowship or organized society. A sense of community refers to people's perception of interconnection and interdependence, shared responsibility, and common goals. Understanding a community entails having knowledge of community needs and resources, having respect for community members, and involving key community members in programs. But, on account of industrial development, At some point, we have individualism behavior. therefore, This study will achieve local community activation using school land.

During start up and shut down, the generator is rotating at a low speed and copper dusts cause arcing between the turns in the slot. Shorted turns occurred primarily by the movement of these copper dusts between individual windings in the generator rotor. Detection of shorted turns was performed in five gas turbine generators in two combined cycle power plants. Two types of permanent and temporary flux probes were used in this paper. These flux probes have been used to develop a methodology for detecting shorted turns in an operating generator's rotor. The flux probes sense the rotor winding slot leakage flux and produce a voltage proportional to the rate of change of the flux. This pattern of flux variation is the signature unique to each rotor winding. An appropriate waveform analysis technique canidentify the pole location, the slot number, and the number of shorted turns within each slot. Shorted turns in field winding of gas turbine generator(125.7 MVA) were detected to twelve turns on al total 190 turns.

This paper proposes a CS/MLBP(carrier sence/message and location based priority) reservation sheme in integrated data/voice local area networks. In this sceme reservation can be done with only 2 reservation bits regardless of the total number of stations in the network. Thus the reservation time is shorter than that of DSMA scheme(6) where reservation time is proportional to the logarithm of the total number of stations. Simulation results show that, as compared to DSMA scheme, this control scheme improves th delay-throughput characteristics of both the data and the voice traffic, reduces the lossrate of voice packet at heavy load. Results also show that the performance of the propoxed scheme is independant of the total number of the stations allowed.

It is a common observation that whenever any patient arrives at the front desk of a hospital, outpatient clinic, or other health-associated centers, they have to first queue up in a line and wait to fill in their registration form to get admitted. The long waiting time without any status updates is the most common complaint, worrying health officials. In this paper, UrNext, a location-aware mobile-based solution using Bluetooth low-energy (BLE) technology, is presented to solve the problem. Recently, a technology-oriented method has been gaining popularity in solving the healthcare sector's problems, namely the Internet of Things (IoT). The implementation of this solution could be explained through a simple example that when a patient arrives at a clinic for her consultation. There, instead of having to wait in long lines, she will be greeted automatically, receive a push notification telling her that she has been admitted along with an estimated waiting time for her consultation session. This will not only provide the patients with a sense of freedom but would also reduce uncertainty levels that are generally observed, thus saving both time and money. This work aimed to improve clinics' quality of services and organize queues and minimize waiting times in clinics, leading to patient comfortability and reducing the burden on nurses and receptionists. The results demonstrated that the presented system was successful in its performance and helped achieve high usability.

The purpose of this study ins to verify the characteristic location of Byungyoung Castle, physical type, inside spatial organization, and the scheme of Byungyoung Castle. The study utilizes historic literature, ancient maps related to Byungyoung Castle, topographical and cadastral maps which were published under the rule of Japanese Imperialism Castle, topographical and cadastral maps which were published under the rule of Japanese Imperialism and the topographical maps which were made recently by National Geographic Institute with various scales. The methodology of the study is to interpret the contents from the historic literature on the site map. The methodology of the study is to interpret the contents from the historic literature on the site map. The result of the study is as follows; Byungyoung Castle does duty as a defensive base for the entire country and has a specific character of location that has the dual function of a mountain fortress for national defense and of a village fortress for the town. Byungyoung Castle has four gates on four sides and has a oval shape very close to a circular form. The road construction inside the castle is composed basically of a cross shape. Byungyoung is located in the northwest area of this major road system. The private houses that lie along the north-south road are build up at the core area of the lower level and the town market built up around the south gate becomes the heart of life for the people. Schematically, it has the same pattern as regular village fortress, in that the houses for the guests and the houses for the public office are arranged to the east and the west. It is considered that there is certain functional parallel between Byungyoug Castle and Ulsan castle because there are no facilities for sacrificial rites no institutional budding.
The purpose of this paper is to examine the temporal and spatial characteristics of mobile games through Mikhail Bakhtin's chronotope concept in order to examine the changes of mobile games and gaming. Based on chronotope, a concept that refers to the inner relation between time and space reproduced in the novel, I examined the inner relation between the space - time experience in the mobile game platform and the reconstruction of the mobile game text. The mobile game builds the present-here world based on the player's will while superimposing the act of playing through the mixed platform of existence based on the player with the time and space of everyday life. The chronotope of a mobile game with players as platforms is created in the current space of now-here rather than connecting to the virtual world. In this paper, I review the role of chronotope reproduction in mobile games, focusing on role-playing games and location based games. In the mobile role-playing game, an unhistorical chronotope appears in which the player has a loose sense of distance around the automatic combat system, while the narrative and relational experience is weakened. In a location-based game, a chronotope of player-driven generation that generates amusing meanings through the overlap of the virtual world and the real world appears.
Based on the relationship between urban public space, urban lighting and the sense of place, this paper aims to analyze the lighting environment types with the sense of place and their characteristics. First, with the theory study as the research foundation, it extracts six spatial factors of public space lighting design and then analyzes 12 relevant cases on the basis. Finally, it divides the 12 cases into four types, Basic types, Storytelling, Interactive and Multi-Media and analyzes the core design factor and characteristics of various types. The results show that: first, functionality, sustainability and aesthetics are the basic factors to realize the urban public space lighting places. Second, the six cases of "Storytelling" show that the theme of specific areas, namely the exploration of "story" is conducive for lighting design to form clear and definite environment recognition. Third, for "Interactive" and "Multi-Media", the intervention of new media technology and new lighting way has made the wide expansion of urban lighting design connotation and extension. The research results show that strengthening the urban location performance by the lighting design could improve the city image, which provides the basis for the development of urban public space lighting design.
The basic technology of virtual reality can be described as the cognition of the condition change in virtual world by stimulating the visual, auditory, kinesthetic and tactile sensation. Among these, the kinesthetic and tactile sensation is one of the most important things to recognize the interaction. In this paper, it is addressed the haptic device which help the human feel the sense of the operator, and is designed in modular type to expand for five fingers later. the haptic device is driven by tendon and ultrasonic motors located in the wrist part. Each joint is actuated by coupled tendons and adopts more actrator by one than the number of the joints, called 'N+1 type'. The haptic device adopts metamorphic 4-bar linkage structure and the length of linkages, shape and the location of joint displacement sensor are optimized through the analysis.

The townscapes of “Bu” and “Mok” in the Yi Dynasty, Showing the typical landscape characteristics of Korean pre-industrial city, were influenced by the two major socio - cultural norms, One of Which is the “Pung - su theory” a traditional religious system on human settlements, the other is the “Churyegogong system” ; a principle of the traditional oriental city planning. The former exerted main influencs on the location of towns, its external Boundaries of domain and its direction, by natural topographic features in macro perspective, and the latter on the inner parts of townscapes, i. e., the landscape system of ‘center’, ‘boundary’, ‘direction’, and ‘domain’, as representations of administrative and Socio-cultural structures of that era, in micro perspective compared with the former. The systems of Korean old townscapes can be summurized as followhg brief paradigm, with general and .case studies. And the constituents of the paradigm, such as center, boundary, direction and domain, are inferred to reinforce the “sense of place” in townscapes, with their ‘physical appearence’, ‘meaning’, and ‘social activities’.
