This study aims to draw out planning principles and structure of Iksan imperial capital city in late Baekje, especially in view of the relationship among imperial capital city planning area, skeletal axis and the location of royal castle. With site survey and analysis of historical records, old maps, topographical maps, archeological excavation data, land registration map of 1915, some significant inferences were drawn out. Firstly from the point of topological conditions, the contiguous line of a stratum from Mireuk mountain(彌勒山) to Wangkung-ri castle(王宮里遺蹟) and two waterways made a topological axis of Iksan Imperial capital city. Secondly district of Iksan imperial capital city can be deduced to the inner area north to Kummado soil wall(金馬都土城), south to the confluence of Iksan river(益山川) and Busang river(扶桑川), west to Okum mountain fortress(五金山城) and Galjeon river(葛田川), east to line near to eastern wall of Jesuksa temple(帝釋寺). Iksan ssang-reung(益山雙陵) was located outside western boundary line of capital city. Thirdly axis from Wangkung-ri castle to northern Kummado soil wall made a skeletal axis of city structure. It got through northern lowland along Buk river(北川) between Yonghwa(龍華山) and Mireuk mountain. Fourthly the location of royal palace can be deduced to the north part of the city around Kumma town area along the planning principle of northern royal palace.

질병의 치료를 위해서는 약을 정시에 정량 복용해야 할 필요가 있으나 다수의 사람들이 약의 복용 시간을 어기거나 잊어버리는 경우가 빈번하게 발생한다. 이러한 문제점을 정보기술을 이용하여 해결하기 위한 앱이 등장하고 있다. 그러나 기존의 앱의 경우, 복용 알림 기능만 제공하거나 사용자 인터페이스가 불평하고, 복용 약의 사진 등록 등이 불가능하여 사용하기 어렵다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 복용 알림뿐만 아니라 복용 루틴 설정, 복용여부 확인, 병원 및 약국 검색, 사용자가 복용하고 있는 약의 이미지 첨부가 가능한 스마트 약물 복용 관리 앱을 개발하였다. 본 앱을 통하여 복용 시간을 잊어버리는 빈도를 낮추고, 실제 이미지를 통한 복용 약의 확인을 통한 정확한 투약이 가능하다. 또한 복용 주기가 다른 여러 개의 약을 복용할 경우, 이를 지원하기 위한 복용 루틴 설정도 지원하고 있다. 그리고 현재 위치에서 가까운 병원 및 약국에 대한 정보를 제공하여 병원, 약국에 대한 접근성을 높일 수 있다.

본 연구에서는 지적재조사사업의 완료에 따라 작성할 경계점등록부의 구성방안에 대해 기존의 경계점좌표등록부, 경계점표지등록부, 지상경계점등록부에서 나타난 문제점을 검토하고 이를 바탕으로 경계점의 등록과 관리를 위한 필지경계점 중심의 경계점등록부 작성방안을 제시하였다. 도출된 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 3개의 경계점 관련 등록부를 통합하여 관리함으로써 경계점 위치 설명도가 없는 지역에서도 기준점 현황을 바로 확인할 수 있어 신속한 측량이 이루어질 수 있다. 둘째, 일필지 단위의 필지중심이 아닌 필지경계점 중심의 경계점등록부를 작성함으로써 경계점의 연혁관리가 용이하고 경계점의 생성, 이기, 소멸 등에 있어 경계점의 지속적인 관리가 가능하다. 셋째, 경계점 위치 설명도는 토지분할 시점에 작성을 하게 되지만 토지분할의 목적이 주로 건물 신축이므로 건물 준공시점에 경계점 표시변경 신청으로 지형지물과 일치하는 경계점 위치 설명도를 유지할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest hospital clothing design which reflects ubiquitous info-communications technology as changing hospital environment in the information-oriented era of the 21st century. The methods of this study are documentary research of previous studies, observation research and deep interviews. Seoul national university hospital is selected as a target of observation for this study. Doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and patients who are the representative jobs in the hospital are interviewed from on July, 13, 2006 to on August, 1, 2006. According to observation research, the computers, OCR, and PACS are applied from registration to dosage through all courses of diagnosis. However, the most inconvenient problems to patients are the location of medical offices and confusion of reservation. Also, the needs and inconveniences of doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and patients are almost solved by using RFID technology as a result of deep interviews. They prefer wearing devices as an accessory to wearing devices as a clothing directly. In conclusion, suggested UFC design for hospital clothing with info-communications technology promotes efficiency, accuracy, convenience of work to medical personnel in changing hospital environment as the flow of the information-oriented era of the 21st century.

본 논문에서는 HMIPv6환경에서 모바일 호스트들의 지역적인 환경과 이동 패턴을 고려한 페이징 기법을 제안한다. 제안한 페이징 기법은 지역적인 환경과 모바일 호스트들의 핸드오프 확률에 따라서 적응적으로 페이징 도메인을 구성할 수 있고 핸드오프 확률을 기반으로 단계적으로 페이징을 실시한다. 그리고 본 논문에서는 광장과 같이 이동 패턴이 자유로운 개방된 환경과 도심과 같은 이동 패턴이 제한된 실제 도심 중심지 환경을 기반으로 제안한 기법에 대한 실험을 실시하였다. 실험 결과 본 논문에서 제안한 기법은 비교 기법에 비하여 전체적으로 우수한 성능을 보였고, 특히 호 요청비율이 많은 실제 도심 환경에서 더 좋은 성능을 보였다.

모바일상의 혼합현실 기반의 소프트웨어 기술은 현재 국내외적으로 시작 단계에 있다. 하지만 급속한 모바일 인터넷 인프라의 확산, 모바일 기기의 성능 향상 및 개방형 모바일 OS의 등장으로 인해 모바일 혼합현실과 같은 새로운 융합형 IT기술이 사용자의 요구에 부흥하여, 수요가 급신장 되고 있다. 모바일 혼합현실 기반 기술 중 하나인 마커의 검출과 추적은 혼합현실의 가장 기본이며 매우 중요한 과정이다. 본 논문에서는 낮은 CPU를 이용하는 모바일 환경에 최적화된 실시간 마커 추적 방법에 대하여 제안한다. 낮은 CPU의 처리속도를 보완하기 위하여 처리영역을 축소하여 가변 탐색영역내의 공간에서 처리를 수행하고, 좌표변환정보를 이용하여 추적을 수행하는 캘리브레이션 과정을 대신하여 캠 시프트 알고리즘을 이용하여 효과적인 추적 방법을 제안한다.

Objectives To protect public health from risk, the Minister of Environment in Korea legislated an act concerning the registration and evaluation of chemical substances. In this study, we estimated the value of a statistical life (VSL) of carcinogenic chemicals to evaluate the socioeconomic analysis in Korea. Methods The estimation of the health benefit can be calculated through an individual's VSL and willingness to pay (WTP). To estimate the VSL and WTP, we used a contingent valuation method through a web-based survey. Results The survey is conducted with 1434 people living in Seoul and six large cities. An analysis of the survey is essential to review the distribution of the characteristics of the target population. The statistically significant variables affecting the WTP are location, age, household income, quality of life. Through the review of data, we secured statistical validity. The WTP was estimated as 41205 Korean won (KRW)/person, and the estimated VSL appeared as 796 million KRW/person. Conclusions There is a case in which the amount of statistical life value is estimated in connection with domestic environmental policy, fine dust, etc. However, there are no cases of evaluation for chemical. The utilization of this result is possible for conducting other study with chemicals.

By statistics in August, 2007, currently Korean motors registration number broke through 16 million units. The demand of motors is being increased as time goes on and the demand of parking lot within apartment complex is increased together. Therefore, it is inevitable to expand underground parking lots. Underground parking lots have relatively weaker environment than the ground and physical/psychological problems as distance far away from the main building, fear for vehicle damage and crimes, impure air, darkness and closed feeling take place. Underground parking lots also occupy a lot of area ratio within apartment complex and have a lot of effects on other facilities. Therefore, underground parking lots are neglected for all that underground parking lots have deep relations with satisfaction for public space within apartment complex. Accordingly, the purpose of the study is to make reference materials when underground parking lots are planned by grasping satisfaction of underground parking lots through inhabitants'mental survey and surveying preferential location and requirements of parking lots.

본 논문은 Ad-hoc 네트워크에서의 전송을 효율적으로 하기 위한 클러스터링 알고리즘에 대해 실험을 통하여 살펴보았다. Ad-hoc 네트워크상 노드들은 정보전송과 위치등록, 노드간의 라우팅 경로유지를 위해 많은 패킷전송이 이루어진다. 본 논문에서는 무선 Ad-hoc 통신망에서 요구되는 알고리즘 프로그램개발을 통하여 패킷 전송효율을 분석을 통해 문자메세지, 무료통화가 가능한 알고리즘을 개발하여 향후 통신 서비스 산업에 적용가능함을 제시한다.
