도시공원.녹지의 시민만족도 모형 - 안양시를 사례로 한 교류적 접근 - (Citizen Satisfaction Model for Urban Parks and Greens - A Transactional Approach in the Case of Anyang City, Korea -)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 도시공원과 녹지공간의 이용과 미적 측면에서 도시민들이 중요하게 가치를 두고 있는 요인들을 평가하고, 다양한 공원녹지 요소에 대해 이용자 만족도 변화를 다루는 방법을 찾는 것이다. 이를 위해서 본 연구에서는 안양시의 1999년과 2007년의 환경의 질을 평가하기 위해 교류적 접근방법을 이용한 동적모형과 공원녹지만족도 개념모형을 발전시킨다. 그리고 실증적 연구방법으로 1999년과 2007년의 공원녹지 환경 조사와 1999년의 573개, 2007년의 982개의 설문을 포함한다. 분석결과, 첫째, 공원녹지만족도의 가장 중요한 요인은 '도시공원'이고, 그 다음으로 '도시경관'이었다. 둘째, 모형에서 공원녹지만족도는 도시거주성과 경관의 질을 포함한 도시환경의 질적 만족도의 원인이 된다. 셋째, 요인분석결과, 평가인자는 도시경관, 도시녹지, 선형시설, 도시공원, 하천녹지, 산림녹지의 6개 요인이었으며 2007년에는 시민들이 참여한 '안양천 되살리기 운동'으로 인해 하천녹지 요인이 새로이 나타났다. 넷째, 교류적 관점에서 환경변화 결과는 시민들의 태도변화 측면, 안정성 측면의 양면을 보여주고 있다. 만족도는 향상되었지만 대부분의 요인에서 만족-불만족 항목의 패턴은 변화되지 않았다. 녹도를 포함한 하천녹지와 선형시설(보행자전용도로, 자전거도로, 조깅로 등)은 긍정적으로 변화되었다. 2007년에 공원녹지만족도는 안양시의 노력과 시민운동으로 조성된 도시공원 및 하천과 녹도로 인해 두드러지게 향상되었다.

CNN 보조 손실을 이용한 차원 기반 감성 분석 (Target-Aspect-Sentiment Joint Detection with CNN Auxiliary Loss for Aspect-Based Sentiment Analysis)

  • 텍스트를 바탕으로 한 차원 기반 감성 분석(Aspect-Based Sentiment Analysis)은 다양한 산업에서 유용성을 주목을 받고 있다. 기존의 차원 기반 감성 분석에서는 타깃(Target) 혹은 차원(Aspect)만을 고려하여 감성을 분석하는 연구가 대다수였다. 그러나 동일한 타깃 혹은 차원이더라도 감성이 나뉘는 경우, 또는 타깃이 없지만 감성은 존재하는 경우 분석 결과가 정확하지 않다는 한계가 존재한다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위한 방법으로 차원과 타깃을 모두 고려한 감성 분석(Target-Aspect-Sentiment Detection, 이하 TASD) 모델이 제안되었다. 그럼에도 불구하고, TASD 기존 모델의 경우 구(Phrase) 간의 관계인 지역적인 문맥을 잘 포착하지 못하고 초기 학습 속도가 느리다는 문제가 있었다. 본 연구는 TASD 분야 내 기존 모델의 한계를 보완하여 분석 성능을 높이고자 하였다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 기존 모델에 합성곱(Convolution Neural Network) 계층을 더하여 차원-감성 분류 시 보조 손실(Auxiliary loss)을 추가로 사용하였다. 즉, 학습 시에는 합성곱 계층을 통해 지역적인 문맥을 좀 더 잘 포착하도록 하였으며, 학습 후에는 기존 방식대로 차원-감성 분석을 하도록 모델을 설계하였다. 본 모델의 성능을 평가하기 위해 공개 데이터 집합인 SemEval-2015, SemEval-2016을 사용하였으며, 기존 모델 대비 F1 점수가 최대 55% 증가했다. 특히 기존 모델보다 배치(Batch), 에폭(Epoch)이 적을 때 효과적으로 학습한다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구에서 제시된 모델로 더욱 더 세밀한 차원 기반 감성 분석이 가능하다는 점에서, 기업에서 상품 개발 및 마케팅 전략 수립 등에 다양하게 활용할 수 있으며 소비자의 효율적인 구매 의사결정을 도와줄 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

  • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70$\pm$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32$\pm$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CF 15-11 HFDs which failed APD test did not show changes in the UFR compared to normal dialyzers indicating that APD is a more sensitive test than UFR test to evaluate the integrity of the fibers. 30527 T00401030527 ^x For quantitative measurement of reflected light from a clinical diagnostic strip, a prototype old reflectance photometer was designed. The strip loader and cassette were made to obtain more accurate reflectance parameters. The strip was illuminated at 45˚c through optical fiber and the intensity of reflected light was determined at rectanguLat angle using a photodiode. The kubelka-munk coefficient and reflection optical density were determined ar four different wavelengths(500, 550, 570 and 610nm) for blood glucose strip. For higher concentration than 300mg/41 about glucose, a saturation state of abforbance was observed at 500, 550 and 570nm. The mice were divided into two groups. One group was injected with Photofrin II, intravenously (2.5mg/kg body weight). The other group received no Photofrin II. Mice from both groups were irradialed for approximately 15 minutes at 100, 300, or 500 mW/cm2 with the argon (488nm/514.5 nm), dye(628nm) and gold vapor (pulsed 628 nm) laser light. A photosensitizer behaved as an added absorber. Under our experimental conditions, the presence of Photolfrin II increased surface temperature by at least 40% and the temperature rise due to 300 mW/cm2 irradiation exceeded values for hyperthermia. Light and temperature distributions with depth were estimated by a computer model. The model demonstrated the influence of wavelength on the thermal process and proved to be a valuable tool to investigate internal temperature rise. 30536 T00401030536 ^x We investigated the structural geometry of thirty-eight Korean femurs. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. The results suggested that the femoral component suitable for Asians should be different from the currently-used components designed and manufactured mostly by European or American companies. 30537 T00401030537 ^x It is well known that nonlinear propagation characteristics of the wave in the tissue may give very useful information for the medical diagnoisis. In this paper, a new method to detect nonlinear propagation characteristics of the internal vibration in the tissue for the low frequency mechanical vibration by using bispectral analysis is proposed. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. Basic experimental system is constructed by using 3.0 MHz probing ultrasonic waves and the several experiments are carried out for some phantoms. Our department has developed an information system for routine hematology using down-sized computer system. We have used an IBM 486 compatible PC with 16MB main memory, 210 MB hard disk drive, 9 RS-232C port and 24 pin dot printer. The operating system and database management system were SCO UNIX and SCO foxbase, respectively. For program development, we used Xbase language provided by SCO foxbase. The C language was used for interface purpose. To make the system use friendly, pull-down menu was used. The system connected to our hospital information system via application program interface (API), so the information related to patient and request details is automatically transmitted to our computer. Our system interfaced with fwd complete blood count analyzers(Sysmex NE-8000 and Coulter STKS) for unidirectional data tansmission from analyzer to computer. The frame and leaflet of the polymer valve were made from polyurethane, To evaluate the hemodynamic performance of the polymer valve a comparative study of flow dynamics past a polymer valve and a St. Jude Medical prosthetic valve under physiological pulsatile flow conditions in vitro was made. The polymer valve showed smaller regurgitation volume and transvalvular pressure drop compared to the mechanical valve at higher heart rate. Because the point of maximun temperature of laser-irradiated gelatin exists below the surface due to surface cooling, evaporation at the boiling temperature is made explosively from below the surface. The important parameters of this process are the conduction loss to laser power absorption (defined as the conduction-to-laser power parameter, Nk), the convection heat transfer at the surface to conduction loss (defined as Bi), dimensionless extinction coefficient (defined as Br.), and dimensionless irradiation time (defined as Fo). Dependence of Fo on Nk and Bi has been observed by experiment, and the results have been compared with the numerical results obtained by solving a 2-dimensional conduction equation. Fo and explosion depth (from the surface to the point of maximun temperature) are increased when Nk and Bi are increased.To find out the minimum laser power for explosive evaporative removal process, steady state analysis has been also made. We obtained a two-dimensional current density distribution within a phantom by processing the real and imaginary MR images from a 4.77 NMR machine. We implemented a resistivity mage reconstruction algorithm using the finite element method and sensitivity matrix. Optimal stimulus parameters, which can minimize muscle fatigue and can achieve effective muscle contraction were determined in slow and fast muscles in Sprague-Dawley rats. Stimulus patterns of our stimulator were designed to simulate electromyographic activity monitored during locomotion of normal subjects. Muscle types of the lower extremity were classified according to their mechanical property of contraction, which are slow muscle (msoleus m.) and fast muscle (medial gastrocneminus m., rectus femoris m., vastus lateralis m.). Optimal parameters of electrical stimulation for slow muscles were 20 Hz, 0.2 ms square pulse. For fast muscle, 40 Hz, 0.3 ms square pulse was optimal to produce repeated contraction. Higher stimulus intensity was required when synergistic muscles were stimulated simultaneously than when they were stimulated individually. Electrical stimulation for each muscle was designed to generate bipedal locomotion, so that individual muscles alternate contraction and relaxation to simulate stance and swing phases. Portable electrical stimulator with 16 channels built in microprocessor was constructed and applied to paraplegic patients due to lumbar cord injury. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70${\pm}$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32${\pm}$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. The system connected to our hospital information system via application program interface (API), so the information related to patient and request details is automatically transmitted to our computer. Our system interfaced with fwd complete blood count analyzers(Sysmex NE-8000 and Coulter STKS) for unidirectional data tansmission from analyzer to computer. Dependence of Fo on Nk and Bi has been observed by experiment, and the results have been compared with the numerical results obtained by solving a 2-dimensional conduction equation. Optimal stimulus parameters, which can minimize muscle fatigue and can achieve effective muscle contraction were determined in slow and fast muscles in Sprague-Dawley rats. Stimulus patterns of our stimulator were designed to simulate electromyographic activity monitored during locomotion of normal subjects. Muscle types of the lower extremity were classified according to their mechanical property of contraction, which are slow muscle (msoleus m.) and fast muscle (medial gastrocneminus m., rectus femoris m., vastus lateralis m.). Optimal parameters of electrical stimulation for slow muscles were 20 Hz, 0.2 ms square pulse. For fast muscle, 40 Hz, 0.3 ms square pulse was optimal to produce repeated contraction. Higher stimulus intensity was required when synergistic muscles were stimulated simultaneously than when they were stimulated individually. Electrical stimulation for each muscle was designed to generate bipedal locomotion, so that individual muscles alternate contraction and relaxation to simulate stance and swing phases. Portable electrical stimulator with 16 channels built in microprocessor was constructed and applied to paraplegic patients due to lumbar cord injury. 목포지방 기상요인과 단작목화의 생육 및 섬유수량과의 관계 (Relationship between Meteorological Factors and Lint Yield of Monoculture Cotton in Mokpo Area)

  • 1978년부터 1992년까지 작물시험장목포지장의 시험포장에서 재배하여 관측한 목화의 4품종(Kinggus, 용당재래, 113-4,380)의 주요특성과 재배기문중 관측된 기상자과를 이용하여 목화 단작의 생육 및 수량과 기상요인과의 및 수량 추정식을 한 유도는 다음과 같다. 1. 기상요인중 변이가 큰 것은 7월의 강수량과 폭풍일수로서 변이계수가 84.89%, 97.05%로 높았고 5~9월중의 평균기온과 최고기온 및 최저기온은 비교적 변이가 적었다. 2. 생육및 수량형질의 변이는 9,10월의 적채면수량에서 68.77%, 78.52%로 높아서 연차간변이가 아주 컸고 조면비율과 결과지수는 11.77%, 19.13%로 변이가 약간 컸으며 개화기와 개서기는 6.05%, 7.83%로 변이가 아주 적어서 연차간 변이가 아주 적었음을 알 수 있었다. 3. 5월의 강수량과 결과지수간, 7월의 일조시수와 삭수간, 7월의 최고기온과 적채면 수량간, 8월의 증발량과 적채면 수량간에는 고도의 정의 상관이 인정되었다. 4. 7월의 기상요인($X_1$~$X_8$)을 이용하여 9. 10. 11월의 총적채면 수량(Y)을 추정한 결과 Y =-1080.8515 + 144.7133$X_1$+15.8722$X_2$ + 164.9367$X_3$ + 0.0802$X_4$ + 0.5932$X_5$ + 11.3373$X_6$ + 3.4683$X_7$ - 9.0846$X_8$(r=0.8448**)의 회귀식을 유도할 수 있었으며 8월의 기상요인(X$_4$를 제외한 X$_1$~X$_{9}$)을 이용하여 총적채면 수량(Y)을 추정한 결과 Y =2835.2497 + 57.9134$X_1$ - 46.9055$X_2$ - 41.5886$X_3$ + 1.2559$X_5$ - 21.9687$X_6$- 3.3763$X_7$- 4.1080$X_8$- 17.5586$X_9$의 회귀식을 유도할 수 있었으며, 이 식을 이용하여 실제수량과 이론수량과의 관계를 분석한 결과 일직선상에 아주 가깝게 추정하여 오차가 적었다.

좌굴방지장치 영향을 고려한 복합재 적층판의 압축강도에 대한 이차원 크기 효과 (Two Dimensional Size Effect on the Compressive Strength of Composite Plates Considering Influence of an Anti-buckling Device)

  • 시편 게이지 면적($길이{\;}{\times}{\;}폭$)의 이차원 크기효과가 T300/924 $[45/-45/0/90]_3s$ 탄소섬유/에폭시 적층판의 압축거동에 대해 조사하였다. 개조된 압축시험치구(ICSTM)와 좌굴방지장치가 $30mm{\;}{\times}{\;}30mm,{\;}50mm{\;}{\times}{\;}50mm,{\;}70mm{\;}{\times}{\;}70mm,{\;}90mm{\;}{\times}{\;}90mm$의 게이지 길이와 폭을 가진 시편들의 압축시험에 사용하였다. 모든 경우의 파괴들은 시편 게이지 길이 내에서 주로 갑자기 발생하였다. 파괴 후 분석결과는 $0^{\circ}$층의 섬유의 미소좌굴에 의해 파괴를 시작하여 최종파괴를 일으키는 임계파괴기구일 것으로 생각되었다. 이것은 매트릭스 지배적인 파괴를 의미하며, 초기섬유굴곡에 따라 파괴가 지배적으로 시작된다는 것을 말한다 이것은 또한 제작공정과 품질이 압축강도를 결정하는 중요한 역할을 한다고 볼 수 있다. 좌굴방지장치를 장착하고 시험할 때 장치의 볼트 조임 토크에 따라 시편과의 접촉마찰 등에 의해 실제 압축강도 보다 크게 나타나는 결과를 보였다. 좌굴방지장치의 영향을 유한요소법을 이용하여 해석한 결과 실제 압축강도 보다 7% 정도 크게 나타남을 확인하였다. 부가적으로 홀을 갖는 시편들의 압축시험도 수행되었다. 홀에 의한 국부응력집중이 적층판 강도에 지배적 요인이었다. 파괴강도는 홀 크기와 시편 폭이 증가할수록 감소하였으나 탄성응력집중계수로 예측된 값보다는 일반적으로 크게 나타났다. 이것은 사용된 복합재가 이상적인 취성재질이 아니라는 것을 의미하며 홀 주위에서 다소간의 응력이완이 발생한다고 볼 수 있다. X선 검사 사진분석에서 섬유좌굴과 층간분리형태의 손상이 파괴하중의 약 80%에서 홀 가장자리로부터 시작되었고 임계파괴크랙길이인 2-3mm의 불안정한 상태에 도달하기 전까지는 하중 증가와 더불어 안정되게 파괴가 진전되었다(시편의 기하학적 크기에 의존함). 이 손상과 파괴는 선형 cohesive zone 모델로 해석되었다. 노치없는 시편의 압축강도와 평면 파괴인성의 측정된 적층판 변수들을 사용하여 홀의 크기와 시편 폭의 함수로서 홀을 갖는 적층판의 압축강도를 성공적으로 예측하였다.

  • 배경: 대부분의 악성종양에 있어 그 치료성적을 평가하는 가장 유용한 방법으로 가장 많이 사용되는 매개변수는 전체 5년 생존율이다. 그러나 근치적 절제술이 시행된 위암환자에 있어 재발의 대부분은 수술 후 3년 이내에 일어나므로 3년 무병 생존이 5년 전체 생존의 의미를 대치할 수 있는가를 알아보고자 한다. 대상 및 방법: 근치적 위절제술을 받고 추적이 가능한 656예에서 생존 함수로 산출한 각각의 생존확률을 이용한 단순 회귀분석에서 3년 무병 생존이 5년 전체 생존을 대치할 수 있는지를 파악하였다. 결과: 추적 기간동안 175예에서 재발이 확인되었고, 재발시기별 누적빈도는 수술 후 1년이 81예(46%), 3년이 156예(89%), 5년이 170예(97%)였다. 3년 무병 생존확률과 5년 전체 생존확률 사이의 회귀 분석결과 상관성은 r=0.87, 설명력은 $R^2=0.76$, 회귀 방정식은 5년 전체 생존확률=0.18+($0.80{\times}3$년 무병 생존확률)을 나타냈다. 복막파종, 혈행성 전이, 국소 재발의 경우 상관성과 설명력은 각각 $r=0.89\;(R^2=0.80),\;r=0.88\;(R^2=0.78),\;r=0.86\;(R^2=0.73)$으로 모두 높은 상관관계가 있음을 나타냈다. 결론: 위암환자의 근치적 위절제술 후 3년 무병 생존 확률은 5년 전체 생존확률에 대한 높은 상관성 및 설명력을 보였다. 위암의 치료성적을 평가하는 방법으로 5년 전체 생존 대신에 3년 무병 생존을 이용한다면 기간을 단축(2년)하여 평가하고 결론을 얻고 또한 보고할 수 있는 이득이 있겠다.

방사선 치료에서 3D 프린터로 제작된 금속 필라멘트의 투과율에 관한 유용성 평가 (Evaluation of the Usefulness of the Transmittance of Metal Filaments Fabricated by 3D Printers in Radiation Therapy)

  • 방사선 치료는 고에너지 X선을 최소 20 Gy에서 80 Gy까지 다양하게 조사되기 때문에 종양이 위치하는 국소부위에 고선량을 투여하며 일부 정상조직의 여러 부작용이 예상 된다. 현재 임상에서는 정상조직의 차폐를 위한 노력으로 대표적인 재료인 납을 사용하고 있지만 납은 인체에 유해한 중금속으로 분류되고 있으며 다량의 피부접촉은 중독을 유발할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 FDM(Fused Deposition Modeling)방식의 3차원 프린터의 재료 Tungsten, Brass, Copper을 이용하여 납의 한계점을 보완 할 수 있는 측정시트를 제작하고 투과성능을 알아보고자 한다. 3D 프린터를 이용해 Tungsten 혼합 필라멘트 투과측정 시트 크기는 70 × 70 mm, 두께는 1, 2, 4 mm로 제작하였으며 제작한 측정시트의 투과성능을 확인하기 위해 선형가속기 (TrueBeam STx, S/N: 1187)에서 발생된 6, 15 MV을 Water Phantom과 Ion chamber (FC-65G), elcetrometer (PTW UNIDOSE)을 사용하여 SSD 100 cm, 물 속 5 cm에서 100 MU를 조사하여 측정하고 투과성능을 평가하였다. 각 소재의 측정시트를 1 mm씩 증가시킨 결과 6 MV에서는 Tungsten 시트의 경우 3.8~3.9 cm일때의 시트는 기존 납의 차폐체 두께 6.5 cm 보다 얇으며, 15 MV에서는 Tungsten 시트의 경우 4.5~4.6 cm일 때 시트는 기존 납의 차폐체 두께 7 cm 보다 얇으며 동등한 성능을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통하여 Tungsten 합금 필라멘트을 이용하여 제작한 투과측정 시트는 고에너지 영역에서의 투과 차폐 가능성을 확인하였으며. 대체품으로써의 사용가능성 또한 우수함을 확인하였다, 향후 3D 프린팅 기술로 차폐제 제작을 위한 기초자료로 제공할 수 있을 것으로 사료 된다.

난소 미분화배세포종에 대한 방사선치료 결과 (Treatment Result of Ovarian Dysgerminoma)

  • 목적 : 난소 미분화배세포종은 젊은 가임기 여성에 발생하며 방사선에 대한 감수성이 높아 복식자궁전적출술 및 난관난소절제술 후 방사선치료를 시행하는 것이 통상적인 치료 방법이었다. 항암화학요법을 본격적으로 사용하기 이전에 서울내학교병원에서 방사선치료를 받은 환자를 대상으로 친료 성적을 분석하였다. 대상 및 방법 : 1980년 8월에서 1991년 5월까지 서울대학교병원 치료방사선과에서 방사선치료를 받은 18명을 대상으로 후향적 분석을 시행하였는데, 16명의 환자는 수술 후 방사선치료를 받았고, 나머지 2명은 근치적 목적으로 방사선치료를 받았다. 수술 후 방사선치료를 받은 환자들의 추적기간은 51개월에서 178개월로 중앙값은 99개월이었다. 연령분포는 11세부터 42세로 중앙값은 22세이었다. 병기별 분포는 IA기 3명, IC기 8명, 11기 2명, 111기 3명이었다. 1명의 환자에서 Turner's syndrome이 동반되어 있었다. 방사선치료는 6 MV와 10 MV 선형가속기나 Co-60 원 격치료장치를 이용하였으며, 전 복부에 1950-2100cGy(중앙값=2000cGy)후 골반부에 1050-2520cGy를 추가하여 골반부에 총 3000-4500cGy(중앙값=3500cGy)를 조사하였다. 5명의 환자에 서는 대동맥임파절 부위에 900-1500cGy를 조사하였고, 대동맥 임파절 전이가 있었던 1명에서는 1620cGy후 전이 부위에 900cGy를 추가하여 총 4470cGy를 조사하였다. 대동맥 임파절 전이가 있었던 1명을 포함한 5명의 환자에서는 종격동 및 쇄골 상부에 2520cGy를 조사하였다. 절제가 불가능하여 방사선치료만 받은 2명의 환자는 111기 1명과 좌측 쇄골상 임파절 전이가 동반된 IV기 1명이었다. III기 환자에서는 전 복부에 2000cGy후 골반부에 2070cGy, 대동맥 임파절에 2450cGy를, IV기 환자에서는 전 복부에 2000cGy후 골반부 및 대동맥 임파절에 2400cGy, 종격동에 2520cGy 그리고 좌측 쇄골 상부에 3550cGy를 조사하였다. 결과 : 난관난소절제술 후 방사선치료를 시행 받은 환자의 5년 국소 치유율은 $100\%$이었으며 종격동 조사를 시행하지 않은 131기 환자 1명에서 종격동 전이가 발생하였으나 항암화학요법으로 치유되어, 전체 환자에서의 5턴 생존율은 $100\%$를 보였다. 방사선치료만 받은 2명의 환자는 각각 112, 155개월간 무병 생존하고 있다. 결론 : 난소 미분화배세포종에 있어서 난관난소절제술 후 방사선치료는 물론 수술이 불가능한 경우의 방사선치료의 완치율은 매우 높았다. 그러나, 방사선만 아니라 항암화학요법에 대한 감수성이 높고 치유율이 높으므로 난소의 기능을 보존할 필요가 있는 경우에는 항암화학요법을 시행하고 항암화학요법에 저항성이 있거나 치료 후에 재발된 경우에 방사선치료를 적용하는 것이 타당할 것이다.

만경강유역의 개간과정과 취락형성발달에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Cultivation Processes and Settlement Developments on the Mangyoung River Valley)

  • 만경강유역을 하나의 연장선상에 놓고 연구한 결과, 그 공간상에서 역사와 더불어 형성발달해온 시공연속체를 확인할 수 있었다. 만경강상류에서 하류 하구연안에 이르는 면장공간상에서의 개간과정은 여말에서 부터 시작되어 오늘에 이른 것으로 볼 수 있다. [기원지-지향지] 지향가설에서 본 개간과정에서 개간의 기원지는 만경강상류 산간계곡의 지류곡지 개간을 효시로 하여 기원지가 이루어지고, 조선조 중기까지는 수방대책의 발달과 더불어 하천 중류까지 진출하고, 하천 본류에 대한 하류지역의 계간은 하천의 규모와 유수량의 증가로 인한 하안의 홍수와 범람을 극복할 수 있는 인공제방을 축조할 수 있는 기술수준에 이른 1920년대에 들어서야 본격화되고, 그후 연이어 하구연안의 간석지 개간도 시행되어 개간의 개척첨단이 이들 지향지인 해안간석지일대에 형성되는 것을 볼 수 있다. 시간의 흐름과 더불어 각 시기마다 공간의 변화도 수반되어 시공연속체가 발달하는 것을 볼 수 있다. 취락의 경우 개간과정에 따라 산간계곡 산록일대에서는 주변입지적 집촌, 하천중류와 하류에서는 중앙입지적 집촌, 하천하구 간석지에서는 중앙입지적 열촌형태가 우세하게 나타났다.
