본 연구의 목적은 다양한 전공 학생들이 한 그룹을 형성하여 지역사회에 봉사할 수 있는 수업으로서 현재 당면한 지역 문제 관련 수행과제를 선정하여 융합전공수행 기반으로 해결하는 융합전공수행 기반 수업(convergence major based learning, CMBL)을 개발하고 이에 적합한 교수 학습모델을 구축하는 데 있다. 우리는 융합 전공역량에 관한 전반적인 문제해결 역량을 배양하기 위해 지역의 실질적인 문제를 찾고 해결하는 팀 프로젝트형 수업 형태를 지닌 CMBL 수업을 개발하였다. 그리고, 본 수업을 위해서 교수자는 지역사회의 현장을 탐색하여 연결해주는 교두보 같은 역할을 수행하고 학생들은 연결된 기관들을 직접 방문하여 현장 관찰, 질적 인터뷰 등을 통해 대상자에 대한 이해와 공감을 기반으로 그들에게 절실한 문제들을 찾아내고 본인의 전공적인 역량을 최대한 발휘하여 직접 해결하는데 필요한 CMBL 수업 교수학습 모델을 개발하였다. 따라서, 우리는 다양한 전공을 가진 학생들이 한 그룹을 형성하여 지역사회의 현실적인 문제해결의 역량을 배양하여 지역사회가 요구하는 대학융합교육의 미래지향적 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

There has been an increase in the public concern about possible health risks by electromagnetic exposure from mobile phones. Recently, increase in the use among young children of portable telephones public concern regarding potential health hazards due to a hot spot appearing inside the infant head, has been growing. Since the biological hazards due to RF exposure are caused mainly by a temperature-rise in tissue, the effect of localized SAR for portable telephones should also be related to the temperature-rise in the human head. In this paper, it was measured that in the actual use of portable telephone the temperature of the local tissue in the human-head change. As a result, it should be noted that the mean temperature of human-body and localized tissue is rising from beginning call. However the temperature variation of localized tissue is recovered rapidly as normal temperature, although the mean temperature of human-body rising continuously at ending call of portable telephone.

Purpose - Local social commerce market has grown up remarkably. And, Coupang has shown new delivery strategy of rocket delivery. Making new paradigm at local market, Coupang has expanded market scale. This study investigated state of local social commerce market, weight and promotion strategy of Coupang market to find out competitiveness edge of Coupang. Research design, data, and methodology - The study investigated state and concept of social commerce to find out state, problems and competitiveness of social commerce. New distribution service was short of precedent studies. Statistical analysis and experimental analysis were not used, and interview was done to investigate three of social commerce businesses. Results - CRM construction is insufficient to have poor system, Local delivery system could not be made enough at overnight delivery and customers were dissatisfied with ties with another company. Promotion shall be done by delivery system for increase of profitability, funding for more investment, chatbot to build new customer control system, and new delivery system to produce profit. Conclusions - Coupang and others have grown up rapidly to worsen profit and to jeopardize survival. Excessive initial investment has threatened the businesses, for instance, low sales of Amazon, excessive expenses, bench marking of logistics system, and others.

본 연구의 목적은 저출산·고령화로 인해 지방재정부담이 급증하는 가운데 공공시설정비를 위한 민간투자사업을 활성화하기 위한 방안을 분석하는데 있다. 이를 위해 일본의 지역플랫폼 형성을 통한 민간투자사업 활성화와 나라시노시의 공공시설정비사례를 연구대상으로 하였다. 연구방법은 일본의 지역플랫폼 관련 제도와 정책 그리고 나라시노시의 공공시설정비사례에 대한 정부와 지방자치단체의 문헌과 통계자료 등을 수집해 분석하였다. 그 결과, 지역플랫폼을 통해 지방자치단체와 지역 내 산·관·학·금분야의 참여자 간에 사업노하우와 사업경험을 공유 및 습득하게 해 지방자치단체와 지역 내 참여자의 전문성과 사업역량을 향상시키고 있는 것을 확인하였다. 그리고 지역플랫폼을 통해 안건을 파악해 사업화하고 사업실현가능성을 사전에 논의함으로써 민간투자사업을 활성화하고 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

This letter presents an enhancement of EigenTrust. Using the beta distribution, local trust values can be more correctly evaluated. Simulation shows that the proposed scheme calculates the local trust more correctly by up to 8%. For personalization, the proposed scheme provides cumulative transitive values from the local trust to the global trust with mathematically guaranteed convergence.

The aim of this paper is to consider of detecting the location, the jump size and the number of change-points in regression functions by using the local linear fit which is one of nonparametric regression techniques. It is obtained the asymptotic properties of the change points and the jump sizes. and the correspondin grates of convergence for change-point estimators.

The types of sixth industry to aim of boosting agriculture and rural areas and Korea's sixth industrial cases(Local community, production-centric, distribution-centric, dine out-centric, treatment-centric, export-centric) and competitiveness measures through Japan and China. Specifically, the competitiveness through the sixth industrial case is to maximize added value through cooperation between communities and to coexist among local residents. Efforts are needed not only to create jobs for the elderly but also to gain consumer confidence, and various measures should be sought to establish a cooperative system. In addition, as customers ' needs change rapidly in the smart age, the life cycle of goods and services is getting extremely faster. Therefore, the sixth industry is expected to be able to predict changes in customer and market trends quickly and accurately, thus making efforts to bring new products and services to market more necessary and contributing to achieving rural activation.

It is very important to provide a parameterized quality of service (QoS) using traffic specification (TSPEC), such as mean data rate, maximum burst size, and peak data rate, when packets from the application layer need to be transmitted with guaranteed services in a high-rate wireless personal area network (HR-WPAN). As medium resources are limited, the optimal medium time required for each device needs to be estimated to share the resources efficiently among devices. This paper proposes a variable-service interval-based resource allocation algorithm to efficiently make a reservation of medium resources based on a parameterized QoS. In other words, the proposed algorithm calculates the number of medium access slots (MASs) based on TSPEC, local resources, and local conditions and determines suitable locations for the MASs within a superframe to accommodate more devices. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can accommodate more devices and has greater than 10% resource allocation efficiency in an HR-WPAN compared to existing schemes.

Big data has recently been used in various industries such as tourism, medical care, distribution, and marketing. And it is evolving to the stage of collecting real-time information or analyzing correlations and predicting the future. In the tourism industry, big data can be used to identify the size and shape of the tourism market, and by building and utilizing a large-capacity database, it is possible to establish an efficient marketing strategy and provide customized tourism services for tourists. This paper has begun with anticipation of the effects that would occur when big data is actively used in the tourism field. Because the method of use must have applicability and practicality, the spatial scope will be limited to Seosan, Chungcheongnam-do, and research will be conducted. In this paper, to improve the quality of tourism courses by collecting and analyzing the number of mention data and sentiment index data on social media, which reflect the tourist's interest, preference and satisfaction. Therefore, it is used as basic data necessary for the development of new local tourism courses in the future. In addition, the development of tourism courses will be able to promote tourism growth and also revitalizing the local economy.

본 논문은 지역 주민들의 일상 생활에서의 연속적인 위험지도 작성을 지원하는 시스템의 설계 및 시범 개발을 기술한다. 우리는 일본 사가현의 전통 마을 모델에서 인터뷰 설문 조사를 실시하여 시스템을 설계하였다. 결과는 지속적인 노력에도 불구하고 많은 실질적인 문제가 남아 있으며 주민들이 안전하지 않다고 느끼고 있음을 보여준다. 이러한 결과를 고려하여 지역 기반의 방재 및 저감에 기여하는 독자적인 정보통신기술 기반 지원 시스템을 설계, 개발하였습니다. 지속적인 주민 참여 및 게시 디자인은 커뮤니티 기반 접근 방식의 핵심 개념입니다. 우리 시스템은 지역 사회 기반 위험 정보를 통합함으로써 위험지도를 계속 작성하도록 지원합니다. 지역 주민은 재해로 위험 할 수 있는 위치에 대한 정보 (재난 유형, 위험 수준, 사진, 의견, 위치 정보)를 등록합니다. 또한 웹 서버를 통한 정보 공유가 가능합니다. 이 정보 공유를 통해 각 지역의 지역 위험 정보를 사용할 수 있게 될 것으로 기대한다.
