Monthly variation in species composition of shallow water fish in Cheonsu Bay were determined using samples collected by a beach seine in the shallow water at Namdang beach from April 2010 to March 2011. The species composition were compared to the data obtained in 1885~86 and in 1993, and factors affecting the long-term change in species composition were analyzed. Fish collected during the study were 25 species, 2,194 individuals and 16,762 g. Chelon haematocheilus were predominated in abundance, accounting 68.5% in the number of individuals. A few number of fish were collected during the cold months from November to April. Abundance was high from July to September by a large catch of juveniles of pelagic fish. Species composition in 1993 did not differ significantly from that in 1985~86 although Fabonigobius gymnauchen living in the fine sediments were increased in abundance. Abundance increase of this gobiid fish was considered to be related to the sedimentation of fine particles due to weakened water circulation after dike construction. The number of species and catch amount in 2010~11 were significantly decreased comparing to those of the former periods; especially in pelagic fish and benthic fish, but C. haematocheilus were greatly increased in abundance. C. haematocheilus is an estuarine fish being able to survive in relatively poor quality of water. This increase seems to be related to fish larvae from the culture net cages recently installed in the inner bay. Recent decrease in abundance of shallow water fish suggested that water quality has been gradually getting poor and recently attained over a critical level for the nursery function of fish.
The Mongolian milk processing technology has a specific characteristic as a result of the living habits of Central Asian nomads. There are many kinds of milk products in Mongolia due to their processing activity used milk from various dairy animal species. Mongolia has over 30 kinds of dairy products and fermented milk products which are occupied more than 36% of the Mongolian dairy products. Herdsmen who engaged extensive livestock production have specific methods to conserve and prepare the starter culture of fermented milk products in nomadic condition. Specifically, Mongolian lactic starter cultures were prepared from keeping milk products and specific wild plants. Nowadays, over 5 kinds of wild plants such as Rheum undulatum L. Rheum ribes L, Rumex acetosa L. Artemisa sibersena L, Artemisa vulgare are used for lactic starter preparing. Traditional processing methods of the Mongolian fermented milk products are based on the scientific basis and there are easy to learn and operate.
Recently, tourists and sightseers are increasingly showing their interests in the native local food cultures as their living standards improve. This is why the local autonomy bodies are vigorously trying to develop their local native foods as tourism commodities, which is a part of their efforts to bring a life to their local economies. This study explores the solutions to promote the native local foods of Jeonju area as a tourism item, eventually contributing to the progress of the local economy. The target population of this study was the owners of native local food restaurants in Jeonju area, and the survey was conducted from February 10th to 25th, 2008. For data analysis, frequency analysis was used. In order to achieve this goal, analysis on local restaurant managers for their business operation should be conducted. The results showed they had daily sales of under 100,000 won and did restaurant promotions through pamphlets, brochures and so forth. The development of food was carried out mostly by the restaurant owners and the restaurant management type was independent. To activate the food tourism in Jeonju area, it is necessary to develop a representative native local food restaurants of Jeonju area as a tourism attraction, excavating new food festivals and food tourism courses suited to different areas and developing various food ingredients and spice packages.
Songguk-ri site gained academic recognition by the excavation of stone coffin tomb with a bronze dagger in 1974. And it is confirmed that this site is epoch-making in Korean bronze age through the following excavation started in 1975. But the excavation reports published until now do not have even overall view of this site, thus it is difficult to get the whole picture of this site. Thus, in this paper the author reexamined all reports on this site and by making the map of overall view and distribution of archaeological features as a basic research. Moreover, I analyzed also artifacts from this site, and compared with the recent papers written by other researchers about the chronology and character. Songguk-ri site has livelihood domain which consists of dwelling pits, attached features, storage pits, pot-firing features, wood fence, abatises, buildings above ground, as well as cemetery which consists of stone-coffins, jar-coffins, pit tombs. Trace of making large terrace was also excavated. These features seem to belong to the same archaeological stage, dated about B.C.850-550, according to C14 dating. On the other hand, the intensification of wet-rice cultivation made this group more productive. Based on this financial strength, some influential group emerged they constructed defensive settlement to protect their products safely. Besides it seems that there were frequent occurrence of conflicts. However, we can know that they kept their stable life, through the expansion of living space. Consequently, Songguk-ri site played a role of the summit among some settlement in this area.
This paper uses the diary entitled Kieo, which was kept by Ryu Hyeong-eop for 38 years, to analyze the active space of small-scale Yangban landlords. Ryu lived during the period spanning from the end of the Taehan Empire through the colonial era. The researcher classified the contents of Kieo into different sections which were divided according to different stages of the writer's life, his objectives, destinations, and periods, and based on the writer's life-cycle, strived to recreate his spatial activities. As a result, researcher was able to ascertain that Ryu's spatial activities gradually increased, and that his active space also continuously expanded. Ryu's active space during his youth was narrow and centered around certain specific places. However, this active space gradually increased as time went by. It was during the middle stages of his life that the volume of his spatial activities was the heaviest. In addition, the objectives of his outings also became more diversified over time. This change was originated in the larger changes in his roles within the family and community, as well as by the changes in the periodic situation. Moreover, the regional sphere of Ryu's outings, including his day and over nights trips, allowed the researcher to form a better understanding of the daily living area of the Yangban.

The purpose of this study was to improve interest and attitude of student's Technology-Home Economics Curriculum and to recognize the change of recognition on Traditional image through Natural Dyeing and Jogakbo making on the unit of making living goods with fabrics in Technology-Home Economics curriculum on first year high school. The abridged result of study following this: First, in Natural Dyeing and Jogakbo making, teaching-learning plan applying LT cooperative studying and learning materials have been developed. Second, after applying the developed lesson plan, the result showed that the change in learning interest and attitude about Technology-Home Economics curriculum was positively improved. After executing the class on Natural Dyeing and Jogakbo making, the interest and concern about tradition were very positively upgraded through the result analyzing the change of recognition on traditional image. Through these results, The Teaching-learning plan and learning materials would show high possibility of application as educational contents about traditional culture in the field of education. After executing the class on making of Natural dyeing and Jogakbo, the learning interest degree and attitude was very positively upgraded, and the recognition on traditional image had been changed to the active and positive recognition.

The purpose of this study is to explore the main characteristics regarding of implicating competence-based curriculum in Finland's home economics curriculum by analyzing curriculum documents and related literature. The research findings are categorized into four main characteristics. First, home economics in Finland belongs to the 7-9 grades. The key content areas are composed of 'food knowledge & skills and food culture', 'housing & living together' and 'consumer & financial skills' at an integrated approach. Secondly, the subject competences of home economics are not presented; however, the general objectives of transversal competences are defined in Finland's curriculum document. Transversal competences describe the aspects of the objectives that are emphasized in grades 7-9 and strengthens the connectivity with each subject. Thirdly, the objectives of home economics included in the instructions in Finland consist of a content system that links learning skills, content areas, and transversal competences. Both learning skills as a role of subject competences and content areas as objectives support teachers who restructure an curriculum. Fourth, in terms of achieving subject objectives, the assessment criteria in Finland home economics is to evaluate the achievement of good knowledge and skills through actual performance. Based on the research findings, the main features of the revised curriculum in Finland include encouragement of flexibility in education systems and learner's uniqueness in schools. If the implementation of subject competences in home economics is to be strengthened, it is necessary to intergrate the knowledge and competence, require a curriculum system for implements' subject competence, carryout assessment as learning to learn, and facilitate school community and teacher community for deeper co-operation.
The pine mushroom fruit body have a harvest only from natural pine forest instead of artificial culture like other edible mushrooms until now on. We investigated the interrelationship between pine mushroom colonies and insect/invertebrates fauna, and changes of their seasonal populations. Two famous pine mushroom producing district were selected on Bong-wha and Gan-sung Eup, and were surveyed on the ground and in the soil with/without pine mushroom hyphae per month from June to November, 2005. There was some difference in collected Insects and invertebrates between two producing districts. Total number of collected species and individuals were 73 and 22, and 63 individuals with 19 species in Bon-wha and Gan-sung area, respectively. Otherwise, there were many mites and nematodes were living in soil with mushroom hyphae. The population densities of mites were Increased to November from June, however, the population of nematodes were fluctuated with low in hot weather and high in cool.
The essential purpose of this study is to exemplify empirically some relations of between Korea image attributes and Korea image making in Uzbekistan. This study is for providing basically empirical analysis for intensifying Korea's economic capacity based on Korean image in Uzbekistan and for offering any kinds of implications for the entry and management activities of Korean enterprises in world-wide business. This study is organized in two stages. First, the study model is designed by reappraising relevant theories, previous studies and the current investment qualifications concerning the country image attributes and image making. Second, the survey of Uzbekistan people who are living in South Korea is accomplished by collecting questionnaires. SPSS 15.0 for windows is being activated for correlation, reliability, validity and finally the statistical method of structural equation modeling is utilized to testing the hypothesis by AMOS 7.0 for windows. In conclusion partially, Korea image attributes: economic capability, popular culture, national traits and enterprise competence are proved to influence positively to Korea image making: recognition, attractiveness and confidence which is considered generally by Uzbekistan people.

Background. 5-(and-6)-carboxy-2',7'-dichlorofluorescein diacetate, succinimidyl ester mixed (CFSE) is the fluorescent labelling agent of living cells and used to trace the cells in vivo after transplatnation of various cells. The CFSE labelled cells can maintain fluorescence for up to 7 days after labelling. The MC3T3-E1 cell line (MC3T3) has been used for many studies about osteoblast, which is well known as a mouse preosteoblast. So the CFSE would be used to trace the transplanted MC3T3. However there are few reports about CFSE labelling of MC3T3. This study is aimed to know about adequate concenturation and incubation time of CFSE to MC3T3. Materials and methods. The MC3T3 was incubated in a humidified atmosphere of 95% air with 5% $CO_2$ at $37^{\circ}C$ using ${\alpha}$-minimal essential medium (${alpha}$-MEM) containing10% FBS and gentamycin. Ten mM CFSE solution in dimethylsulphoxide (DMSO: 1%) was diluted with phosphate buffered saline (PBS) and final concentration of culture medium was, respectively, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 ${{\mu}M$. Then the MC3T3 was incubated with CFSE in a humidified atmosphere of 95% air with 5% $CO_2$ at $37^{\circ}C$ for 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and 45 minutes in each concentration. The fluorescence of CFSE labelled cells was analysed with a inverted fluorescence microscope. The duration of cell labelling was also studied. Trypan blue dye exclusion test was done for cell viability. Results. For concentration between 5 and 10 ${\mu}M$, CFSE did not significantly label the MC3T3 in vitro. The destruction of MC3T3 was observed at the concentration of 20 ${\mu}M$. In the concentration of 15 ${\mu}M$, the best labelling was obtained at an incubation period between 15 and 30 minutes. The MC3T3 labelled with an incubation period of 15 minutes at 15 ${\mu}M$ was still fluorescent 7 days after CFSE labelling. The mean cell viability was 95.93%. Conclusion. These results suggests an incubation period of 15 minutes at 15 ${\mu}M$ of CFSE provides best labelling of MC3T3 in vitro.
