  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of exterior vascular laser irradiation therapy by live blood analysis. Methods: We analysed the changing forms of the live blood sample with a microscope before and after exterior vascular laser irradiation therapy of the blood. Results: Rouleau of red cells, erythrocyte aggregation of red cells, thrombocyte aggregation, uric acid crystals, red crystals, and protoplasts in blood were decreased significantly after exterior vascular laser irradiation therapy. Conclusions: This study suggests that exterior vascular laser irradiation will have positive effects in eliminating various effete matters in blood and will have efficacy in the treatment and prevention of cardiovascular system disorders and hyperlipidemia, caused by effete matters, or numbness and arthralgia caused by blood stagnancy and blood circulation disorder.

  • Objectives : It is known that rouleau condition of red blood cell on live blood analysis is related to degree of fatigue. This study was planed to prove the correlation between rouleau condition of red blood cell and degree of fatigue by using the questionnaire 'Symptom Table on Fatigue Perception' that had been verified before. Methods : We analyzed the correlation between rouleau condition and degree of fatigue by calculating ratio of rouleau of red blood cell after measuring degree of fatigue by the questionnaire to the people who had not evidence of illness on health examination and did not take any medicine. Results and Conclusions : This study showed a significance of positive correlation(0.464) between physical fatigue and rouleau condition of red blood cell.

Methods : We had analyzed the changing forms of the live blood sample with microscope before and after vascular laser irradiation therapy of blood. The live blood analysis was operated on Rouleau of red cell, erythrocyte aggregation, thrombocyte aggregation, uric acid crystals, red crystals, protoplasts. First, we analyzed all patients on each item, then did same thing classified two groups, Interior and exterior. Results : Rouleau of red cell, erythrocyte aggregation, thrombocyte aggregation, uric acid crystals, red crystals, protoplasts were decreased significantly, after interior and exterior aggregation, uric acid crystals. Interior vascular laser irradiation therapy was more effective than interior on Rouleau of red cell, erythrocyte aggregation, thrombocyte aggregation, uric acid crystals. Interior vascular laser irradiation therapy was more effective than exterior on red crystals, protoplasts. Conclusions : This study suggests that live blood analysis has the usability on vascular laser irradiation therapy. Then according to interior and exterior vascular laser irradiation therapy, the result has some different on each item. So it is better that choose the method, interior or exterior, for more effective therapy.

  • Thirty buffalo calves were randomly categorized into three groups on the basis of age, i.e. birth to 6 months; 6 to 12 months and 12-24 months. Blood samples were collected to monitor certain vital metabolites in relation to age and prediction of performance in growing buffalo calves. Amongst the various blood parameters estimated the serum glucose, cholesterol and gamma globulins have shown highly significant correlations with age and live weight-gain of the animal as well. However, the multiple regression analysis clearly indicated the influence of age and live body weight on blood metabolites in buffalo calves.

  • This study was conducted to determine the nutritive value of live yeast culture (RumiSacc, Saccharomyces cerevisiae) and to investigate its effects on milk yield, milk composition and some blood parameters in lactating cows. Six multiparous Holstein cows were allocated to two groups of three cows and assigned randomly to one of two diets in a cross-over experiment. Daily 50 g RumiSacc was top dressed at the p.m. feeding for the treatment group. RumiSacc supplied a high protein and energy with high organic matter digestibility values (83.35%) determined by in vitro enzymatic analysis. Yeast culture supplementation significantly increased milk yield, tended to increase fat yield, protein yield and lactose yield of milk. Methylated fatty acid level of 18:3 (n-3) in milk fat was increased by yeast culture supplementation. The concentrations of methionine, phenyalanine, tyrosine, tryptophan and taurine were significantly increased with dietary inclusion of yeast culture. Live yeast culture supplementation did not affect other performance characteristics, milk quality characteristics and blood parameters. As a conclusion live yeast culture (RumiSacc, Saccharomyces cerevisiae) had high nutritive value and positive effects on milk production and some milk quality characteristics in lactating cows under field conditions.

  • These days, many people live a healthy life, but suffering caused by chronic diseases. The main factors of chronic diseases are stress, blood pressure and obesity. Chronic diseases which are caused by high blood pressure are very high incidence. Therefore, this paper suggests the ways to prevent as diagnosis a phenomenon that occur rising in blood pressure consistently by analyzing the voice according th rising in blood pressure. For this, I studied some influence on voicing through rising in blood pressure by applying pitch that measure vocal fold vibration and intensity that measure voice energy size that is one of technique. That collect and analyse the voice after rising blood pressure by aerobic exercise.

  • Eurasian eagle owl (Bubo bubo kiautschensis) is a natural monument (No. 324) and is also classified as an endangered wildlife grade II the Ministry of Environment of Korea. Eurasian eagle owl is threatened by the human being. But the efficient rescue and treatment for Eurasian eagle owl are still problematic, due to lack of basic data. In this study, to obtain basic resources for establishing more efficient rescue system, we held a physical examination and measured size physical part. In addition, we analyzed blood sample and feces samples and autopsy. We conduct the physical examination with measuring tapes and scales for 16 live features and 11 dead features. After inhalation anesthesia take the blood samples from wing vein. Blood samples are analyzed in hematologic and chemistric methods. We collected the feces through individual floor of cages from 12 live features and conducted the feces analysis. Autopsy was conducted for 11 dead samples. In physical examination, the mean body weight and total length of live features was 2.26${\pm}$0.35kg, 61${\pm}$2.38cm, the mean body weight and total length of dead features was 1.57${\pm}$0.51kg, 59.31${\pm}$3.51cm. Mean PCV was 46.57${\pm}$4.97%, while mean TPP was 3.49${\pm}$0.57g/dL. In feces sample analysis, 9 of 12 owls(75%) were infested by gastrointestinal helminths. The infection rates were: Trematoda (41.7%), Capilaria sp.(66.7%), acanthocephalans (25%). In autopsy, we confirmed 11 features were infested by duplicated infection of more than 2 helminths. Result of this study will be used for establishing reference range for physical features, blood analysis in Eurasian eagle owl. Therefore, to obtain basic resources for establishing more efficient rescue system, we have to make long-term conservation plans for Eurasian eagle owl.

  • Non-invasive blood glucose measurement from mouse tail was performed by near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopy. Three groups; normal, type I diabetes (insulin dependent diabetes mellitus, IDDM), type II diabetes (non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus, NIDDM) group, were studied over a 10 weeks period with the collection of near-infrared (NIR) spectra. Spectral variations from long-term measurement (10 weeks) from dramatic and nonlinear changes in the optical properties of the live tissue sample were compensated by chemometrics techniques such as principle component analysis (PCA) and partial least squares (PLS) regression. The effect from mouse body temperature changes on NIR spectral data was also considered. This study showed that the compensation of variations from long-term measurement and temperature changes improved calibration accuracy of non-invasive blood glucose measurement.
