  • In the present investigation sufficient conditions are found for certain subclass of normalized analytic functions defined by Hadamard product. Differential sandwich theorems are also obtained. As a special case of this we obtain results involving Ruscheweyh derivative, S$\u{a}$l$\u{a}$gean derivative, Carlson-shaffer operator, Dziok-Srivatsava linear operator, Multiplier transformation.

  • In the problem of estimating estimable functions in classification linear models, we propose a method of obtaining least squares estimators of estimable functions. This method is based on the hierarchical Bayesian approach for estimating a vector of unknown parameters. Also, we verify that estimators obtained by our method are identical to least squares estimators of estimable functions obtained by using either generalized inverses or full rank reparametrization of the models. Some examples are given which illustrate our results.

  • In this paper, a new form of generalized linear models is proposed. The proposed models consist of a distribution function of the mean response and a weighted linear combination of distribution functions of covariates. This form addresses a structural problem of the link function in the generalized linear models. Markov chain Monte Carlo methods are used to estimate the parameters within a Bayesian framework.

  • In this paper, we obtain the enumeration results on the number of linear extensions of diamond posets. We find the recurrence relations and exponential generating functions for the number of linear extensions of diamond posets. We also get some results for the volume of graph polytope associated with bipartite graphs which are underlying graphs of diamond posets.

  • In this work, we rst introduce a class of analytic functions involving the Dziok-Srivastava linear operator that generalizes the class of uniformly starlike functions with respect to symmetric points. We then establish the closure of certain well-known integral transforms under this analytic function class. This behaviour leads to various radius results for these integral transforms. Some of the interesting consequences of these results are outlined. Further, the lower bounds for the ratio between the functions f(z) in the class under discussion, their partial sums $f_m(z)$ and the corresponding derivative functions f'(z) and $f^{\prime}_m(z)$ are determined by using the coecient estimates.

  • The frequency response functions of systems incorporating a non-linear cubic stiffness subject to sinusoidal excitation are derived using the Volterra series and the convergence characteristics investigated. It is shown that the series representation of the frequency response functions converges only when the sinewave input amplitude is within a certain range. Within the range of convergence the frequency response function based on the Volterra series approaches the analytical one as more higher order frequency response function terms are included. Proposed is a criterion for the studies systems to predict approximately the range of sinewave input amplitude for which the series representation of the frequency response functions converges.

  • In this paper tried the estimation of parameter using of Cal-Sal functions. System equation given by the linear differential equation is converted into the integral equation, operation matrix for integral of Cal-Sal functions is used to find the estimation of parameter on the given system. Converting linear differential equation to linear algebraic equation, the method presented here computing time and required memory size can be reduced. Therefore real time data process can be possible.

  • This paper presents a linear programming based algorithm for pattern classification. Pattern classification is being considered to be critical in the area of artificial intelligence and business applications. Previous methods employing linear programming have been aimed at two-group discrimination with one or more linear discriminant functions. Therefore, there are some limitations in applying available linear programming formulations directly to general multi-class classification problems. The algorithm proposed in this manuscript is based on quadratic or polynomial discriminant functions, which allow more flexibility in covering the class regions in the N-dimensional space. The proposed algorithm is compared with other competitive methods of pattern classification in experimental results and is shown to be competitive enough for a general purpose classifier.
