소셜미디어 빅데이터의 텍스트 마이닝과 오피니언 마이닝 기법을 활용한 웹드라마 분석과 제안 (Webdrama Analysis and Recommendation using Text Mining and Opinion Mining Technique of Social Media)

  • 1인 스마트폰 사용으로 웹툰, 웹소설, TV드라마는 생산자에서 소비자에게 직접적으로 소비할 수 있는 Direct-to-Consumer로 전환되고 있다. 특히, 포털사이트의 웹드라마는 새로운 미디어로 급성장하고 있다. '연애세포', '0시의 그녀', '최고의 미래', '우리 옆집에 EXO가 산다' 등을 TV드라마의 시청률처럼 조회수, 유입자, 댓글, 좋아요 등으로 다양한 반응을 분석할 수 있다. 분석 방법은 소셜미디어 빅데이터의 텍스트 마이닝 기법과 오피니언 마이닝 기법으로 작품을 분석했다. 즉, 웹드라마 마다의 특정 키워드를 추출하고, 추출한 키워드의 긍정, 부정, 중립 등 시청자의 감정을 예측할 수도 있다. 주요 인기 웹드라마를 분석한 결과로는 이미 팬을 확보한 K-Pop 아이돌 멤버의 출현과 포털사이트의 편성 회사와의 연관성이 재생수, 유입자, 댓글, 좋아요에 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 TV 이외의 매체로 '모바일 TV'의 영향력을 증명하였다. 한계점으로는 모바일 특화 콘텐츠 확보와 비즈니스 모델을 정립하는 것이 필요하겠다. 이 부분을 해결한다면, 한국은 웹드라마의 콘텐츠 강국이라는 긍정적 이미지를 보여줄 수 있는 계기가 될 것이다.

코엔 형제의 연출 스타일 분석 :범죄 영화를 중심으로 (Analysis of Coen Brothers's Directing Style: Centering around Crime Movies)

  • 이 글을 통해 코엔 형제의 범죄 영화에 속하는 <블러드 심플>, <바톤 핑크>, <파고>, <그 남자는 거기 없었다>, <노인을 위한 나라는 없다>를 중심으로 감독의 연출 스타일을 분석하다. 코엔 형제 영화 구성의 특징은 서사적 구성, 내레이션의 활용, 해피엔딩의 거부다. 주제에 있어서는 인간본성을 탐구하고, 탐욕이 가져온 허무와 비극을 주로 다룬다. 극적인 요소로는 오해, 엇갈림, 추격의 모티프를 주로 활용하고 있다. 그의 작품의 캐릭터들은 어긋난 욕망으로 파괴되는 보통사람의 단순함이 대부분이고, 전형적인 캐릭터를 거부한다. 형식을 분석해 보면, 촬영은 스테디 캠을 자주 사용하고, 고정 숏에 광각렌즈를 애용한다. 초기 범죄영화는 표현주의적인 조명을 많이 사용했으나 나중엔 사실적인 자연조명을 주로 썼다. 고전적인 편집, 사운드는 음악보다 음향효과를 주로 사용했고, 실제 현장 사운드, 사실적인 연기와 개성을 중요 시 하였다. 분명 그의 영화는 크게 범죄 영화와 코미디로 분류할 수 있지만, 범죄가 우월한 느와르 스타일의 영화야말로 코엔의 독특한 연출 스타일을 느낄 수 있다.

코스튬플레이 패션에 대한 연구(1) - 인터넷쇼핑몰을 이용하는 코스튬플레이어 중심으로 - (A study on costume play fashion-mainly on the costume players who use internet shopping malls)

  • Though old generation criticizes on costume play that it is accepted by young generation without any criticism, it is gaining popularity and is settled with unique Korean characteristics. The study is to understand the characteristics of costume play and investigate on the attitude of costume players enjoying it. For this study, a survey was conducted on costume players who order tailor-made costumes or rent them by using references, existing papers and internet sites. The results are as follows. 1.37% of costume players live in Seoul and Gyeonggi area, 37% in Gyeongsang-do and Busan with 21% in other areas. Two areas shows higher rate than any other regions, as Seoul Comic and Busan Comic are held regularly and there are faster exchange with Japanese culture in these areas with enough money 2. Among costume players, female accounts for 73.7% with 26.3% male. It shows that female likes costume play more than male. It is because woman responds actively to what she likes than man does. The number of male is steadily increasing. By age, high school student is 40%, middle school student is 36%, older than 20 is 16% with 3% of elementary school student. 3.61% of them like the reproduction of character costumes, 14.7% like Pancos and another 14.7% likethe reproduction of character costumes and creation. 69.5% participates in costume play both in groups and individuals, 26.3% in groups and 4.2% in individuals. 45.3% participates in comic more than 8 times in a yew, 43.2%, 1-2 times and 11.6%, 3-4 times. Mostly they want $50,000{\sim}80,000$ won costume. 4. on the criticism of old generation that costume play is nothing but the imitation of Japanese culture, 87.4% of the respondents answered 'absolutely not' They think costume play is one of their favorite cultures. 5. on the parents response to costumeplay, 87% of the respondents answered 'Ethey understand', 13% said 'they cannot understand and dissent'. The respondents said costume play didn't affect their school records with 25% respondents who said they got better grades.

Altmetrics: Factor Analysis for Assessing the Popularity of Research Articles on Twitter

  • Altmetrics measure the frequency of references about an article on social media platforms, like Twitter. This paper studies a variety of factors that affect the popularity of articles (i.e., the number of article mentions) in the field of psychology on Twitter. Firstly, in this study, we classify Twitter users mentioning research articles as academic versus non-academic users and experts versus non-experts, using a machine learning approach. Then we build a negative binomial regression model with the number of Twitter mentions of an article as a dependant variable, and nine Twitter related factors (the number of followers, number of friends, number of status, number of lists, number of favourites, number of retweets, number of likes, ratio of academic users, and ratio of expert users) and seven article related factors (the number of authors, title length, abstract length, abstract readability, number of institutions, citation count, and availability of research funding) as independent variables. From our findings, if a research article is mentioned by Twitter users with a greater number of friends, status, favourites, and lists, by tweets with a large number of retweets and likes, and largely by Twitter users with academic and expertise knowledge on the field of psychology, the article gains more Twitter mentions. In addition, articles with a greater number of authors, title length, abstract length, and citation count, and articles with research funding get more attention from Twitter users.

Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion YouTube Videos as a Source of Patient Education

  • Study Design: Cross sectional study. Purpose: To assess the quality of anterior cervical discectomy and fusion (ACDF) videos available on YouTube and identify factors associated with video quality. Overview of Literature: Patients commonly use the internet as a source of information regarding their surgeries. However, there is currently limited information regarding the quality of online videos about ACDF. Methods: A search was performed on YouTube using the phrase 'anterior cervical discectomy and fusion.' The Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA), DISCERN, and Health on the Net (HON) systems were used to rate the first 50 videos obtained. Information about each video was collected, including number of views, duration since the video was posted, percentage positivity (defined as number of likes the video received, divided by the total number of likes or dislikes of that video), number of comments, and the author of the video. Relationships between video quality and these factors were investigated. Results: The average number of views for each video was 96,239. The most common videos were those published by surgeons and those containing patient testimonies. Overall, the video quality was poor, with mean scores of 1.78/5 using the DISCERN criteria, 1.63/4 using the JAMA criteria, and 1.96/8 using the HON criteria. Surgeon authors' videos scored higher than patient testimony videos when reviewed using the HON or JAMA systems. However, no other factors were found to be associated with video quality. Conclusions: The quality of ACDF videos on YouTube is low, with the majority of videos produced by unreliable sources. Therefore, these YouTube videos should not be recommended as patient education tools for ACDF.

코로나19 백신 관련 영상의 특성 및 이용자 반응에 대한 연구 (Study on Characteristics and User Reactions of Videos Related to COVID-19 Vaccine)

  • 이 연구는 코로나19가 야기한 인포데믹 상황에서 유튜브상에서 확산된 코로나19 백신 관련 영상의 주요 특성과 이용자 반응의 차이를 알아보고자 하였다. 코로나19 백신 관련 영상 579개에 대한 내용분석 결과, 허위정보는 모두 개인 채널이 저자인 것으로 나타났으며, 기관 및 단체, 언론사, 정부 채널에서는 사실 중심 보도와 더불어 허위정보에 대한 보도도 한 축을 이룬 것으로 나타났다. 진보 성향의 채널은 백신 접종을 찬성하는 긍정적 정서의 비율이 높았고, 보수 성향의 채널은 백신 접종에 반대하는 부정적 정서의 비율이 높았다. 백신 접종이 시작된 이후에 정부 채널의 영상이 증가했고, 긍정적 정서의 영상이 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 좋아요 수에 영향을 미치는 영상의 특성 요인을 회귀분석을 통해 알아본 결과, 개인 전문가 영상, 진보 성향 채널의 영상이 좋아요를 더 많이 받은 것으로 나타났다. 연구 결과를 종합하여 소셜미디어를 활용한 코로나19 백신 관련 정부 정책 홍보 방안에 대해 제시하였다.

빅데이터 분석을 통한 메타버스에 대한 인식 변화 분석 - 코로나19 발생 전후 비교를 중심으로 - (An Analysis of Changes in Perception of Metaverse through Big Data - Comparing Before and After COVID-19 -)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the flow of change in perception of metaverse before and after COVID-19 through big data analysis. This research method used Textom to collect all data, including metaverse for two years before COVID-19 (2018.1.1~2019.11.30) and after COVID-19 outbreak (2020.1.11~2021.12.31), and the collection channels were selected by Naver and Google. The collected data were text mining, and word frequency, TF-IDF, word cloud, network analysis, and emotional analysis were conducted. As a result of the analysis, first, hotels, weddings, and glades were commonly extracted as social issues related to metaverse before and after COVID-19, and keywords such as robots and launches were derived, so the frequency of keywords related to hotels and weddings was high. Second, the association of the pre-COVID-19 metaverse keywords was platform-oriented, content-oriented, economic-oriented, and online promotion-oriented, and post-COVID-19 clusters were event-oriented, ontact sales-oriented, stock-oriented, and new businesses. Third, positive keywords such as likes, interest, and joy before COVID-19 were high, and positive keywords such as likes, joy, and interest after COVID-19. In conclusion, through this study, it was found that metaverse has firmly established itself as a new platform business model that can be used in various fields such as tourism, travel, festivals, and education using smart technology and metaverse.

한국노인의 식품에 대한 개념 연구 (A study on connotative meaning of foods to elderly Korean)

  • This study was designed to investigate and quantify components of the connotative meaning of foods, and to analyze the correlations between food concepts and food frequencies on elderly Korean. It involves adapting a communications research tools, the semantic differential and demonstrating its use with two population groups, urban and rural aged. The data were collected by interviewing 217 males and females of 70 years of age and older living in urban and rural areas. To assess how they feel and what they know about foods, the instrument which contains concepts of price, taste, goodness of health, interest, usuality, likes and dislikes, appetite, fattening, quality, and nutritive value about foods were developed. The result shows that there are significant correlations between food concepts and food frequencies. The more affirmative concepts the elderly have, the more food frequencies tend to be. positive concepts are appeared on the meat, fishes, vegetables & fruits, Kimchi and the rice, but negative connotations are appeared on the milk and sugar. There are significant differences between the urban and rural elderly on food concepts.

  • MMS(Mobile Mapping System) generates a efficient image data for mapping and facility management. However, this image data of MMS has many difficulties in a practical use because of huge data volume. Therefore the important information likes road sign post must be extracted from huge MMS image data. In Korea, there is the HMS(Highway Management System) to manage a national road that acquire the line and condition of road from the MMS images. In the HMS each road sign information is manually inputted by the keyboard from moving MMS. This manually passive input way generate the error like inaccurate position, mistaking input in this research we developed the automatic road sign identifying technique using the image processing and the direct geo-referencing by GPS/INS data. This development brings not only good flexibility for field operations, also efficient data processing in HMS.

Distributed Simulator for General Control System in CEMTool

  • This paper proposes a distributed simulator for general control system in CEMTool. Systems can be described by SIMTool likes the simulink in Matlab. For distributed simulation, we can seperate any system into several parallel subsystems in SIMTool. The number of parallel subsystem can be determined by the system's property. After seperation, parallel simulator will do initialization, one-step-ahead simulation, block-distribution and ordering and so on. Finally, simulator will create independent C codes and executive files for each subsystem. The whole system is fulfilled by several PCs, and each PC executes one subsystem. There are communications among these subsystem using reflective memory or ethernet. We have made several experiments, and the 5-stand cold rolling mill control system is our main target. The result of parallel simulation has shown effective speedup in comparison with one pc simulation.
