지능형 실내 위치전환 시스템의 동기제어 (Synchronizing control of intelligent indoor lift system)

  • In this thesis. the application of the synchronizing control of the intelligent indoor lift system is showed. The separate axes of the indoor lift system are driven independently. PID controller, synchronous flexible logic compensating method and tilt sensor are applied to enhance the performance of the intelligent indoor lift system. the tilt sensor senses the horizontal error of the whole system. PID controller and synchronous flexible logic are used to compensate the synchronous errors of both the separate axes and whole system to be zero. Namely, using not the hardware coupling but the software algorithm. the indoor life system is operated without the error. Before applying the real system, the simulation using matlab testifies the possibility of the lift system. And the realization of the system is demonstrated with two DC servo motors. In the experiment test, flexible logic to compensate the synchronous error is chosen by the comparative method. the indoor lift system has to be considered the loading factor as the disturbance. Because the intelligent indoor lift system is developed to support the patients who don't change for themselves to move. finally, the system which considers the weight of the patient as the disturbance can carry the patients safely without synchronous and position error.

  • Various studies on energy saving for construction sites have been carried out and some construction machines using motors have installed regenerative systems such as elevators and excavators. The construction lift also uses motors and generates more regenerative energy when the lifts descend because lifts convey many construction materials and workers. For this reason, it is possible to apply the regenerative system to the construction lift. However, if the system is applied without considering the lift's characteristics, the new development would fail; we therefore need to propose a performance requirement. Thus, the purpose of this study is to propose a performance requirement for the energy-regenerative lift prior to developing the energy-regenerative lift.

  • 본 연구 결과는 해상풍력발전시스템 타워 내부에 설치하는 서비스리프트의 설계 및 구조해석에 대한 내용이며, 공학적 설계법 및 수치해석에 의한 구조해석을 통하여 서비스리프트의 안정성 및 신뢰성을 확인하였다. 설계의 주된 내용은 설계 허용한계 이내에서 만족스러운 성능으로 지상으로부터 타워상부의 해상풍력터빈 너셀까지 작업자와 수리보수용 장비를 안전하게 수송할 수 있는 충분한 능력을 확보하는 것이다. 구조해석을 통하여 서비스리프트 캐빈 및 안전장치의 총변형량과 등가응력에 대해서 검토하여 설계 시 적용한 안전율의 타당성을 검토하였다.

  • 건축물이 고층화, 대형화 될수록 수직 양중 계획 및 운영에 관한 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 이에 프로젝트 초기 단계에 실제 모델과 유사한 건설용 리프트 양중계획을 수립하려는 노력이 계속되고 있지만 프로젝트 착수 후 리프트 운행을 컨트롤 할 수 있는 시스템은 부재한 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 건설용 리프트 운영 효율증대를 위하여 센서를 사용한 리프트 운행 정보를 수집하고 실시간 분석이 가능한 건설용 리프트 최적화 운행 시스템 개발을 실시 및 검증 단계를 수행하여, 양중 효율의 지표가 되는 사용자 대기 시간의 단축을 도모하고 향후 무인 스마트 리프트의 초석이 되는 시스템을 제시하고자 한다.

  • An automatic welding system is designed for a part of fork lift. The system is composed of articulated type welding robot, welding positioners, shuttle for robot, system controller and welding equipment. From the application of the system, stable weld quality and production cost saving are achieved. In this paper, the hardware features and control structure of the system are presented.

  • Recently the concurrent construction method of framework and windows work has been applied for early beginning of exterior finishing works in tall building construction. However, the conventional method makes difficulties in auto-climbing of gang-form and climbing work of lift car since the removal of ACS(auto climbing system) should be preceded for operation of lift car up to the top floor. This study propose a concept model of integrated ACS and lift car system to resolve these problems and begin windows works early in tall building construction.

공기부양선의 추진 및 부양축계 종진동 해석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Analysis of Axial Vibration of Flexible Shafting System for Propulsion and Lift in Air Cushion Vehicle)

  • In this study, axial vibration analysis has been conducted on a propulsion and lift shafting system for an air cushion vehicle using ANSYS code. The shafting system is totally flexible multi-elements system including wood composite material of air propeller. aluminum alloy of lift fan and thin walled shaft with flexible coupling. The analysis calculated the axial natural frequencies and mode shapes of the shafting system taking into account an equivalent mass-elastic model for shafting system as well as the three-dimensional models for propeller blade and fan impeller. Such a flexible shafting system has very intricate vibrating characteristics and especially, axial natural frequencies of flexible components such as propeller blade and impeller of lift fan can be lower to the extent that causes a resonance in the range of operating revolution. The results for axial vibration analysis are presented and compared with the results of axial vibration test for lift fan conducted during Sea Trial.

전기공저펌프/가스리프트 혼합시스템이 오일 생산성에 미치는 영향 분석 (An Analysis for the Effect of ESP/gas Lift Hybrid System on Oil Productivity)

  • 적합한 인공채유법의 선정은 유정의 효율적인 운영과 경제성의 측면에서 중요하다. 일반적으로 인공채유법의 선정은 유정 설계에 포함되는 과정이며, 저류층의 상황이나 유정의 생산 조건에 따라 두 가지 이상의 인공채유법을 적용한 혼합시스템을 활용하여 오일생산량을 증가시킬 수 있다. 대표적인 인공채유법 중 하나인 전기공저펌프(Electric submersible pump, ESP)는 전기 에너지를 이용한 다단계 원심분리형 펌프를 이용하여 유정 하부에서 압력을 공급하는 방식으로 오일생산량을 증대시킨다. 그러나 이 방식은 펌프의 수명과 연관된 결함에 의해 적용 기간에 한계를 가지는 단점이 있다. 이에 전기공저펌프/가스리프트 혼합시스템(ESP/Gas lift hybrid system)을 적용하여 전기공저펌프의 결함 발생 시에는 바로 가스리프트로 전환하여 오일생산이 중단되는 시간을 감소시킬 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 퍼미안 분지에 있는 육상 수평정을 대상으로 전기공저펌프/가스리프트 혼합시스템을 적용했을 때의 생산 중단시간의 감소에 따른 오일생산량 차이 및 경제성 분석을 수행하였다. 전기공저펌프/가스리프트 혼합시스템은 전기공저펌프의 단독 적용에 비교하여 더욱 효율적인 오일 생산성을 나타냄을 확인하였다. 또한 이 연구에서는 혼합시스템을 적용했을 때 얼마나 경제적 이득이 있는지를 정량적으로 예측함을 나타냈다.

Analysis and Optimization of Permanent Magnet Dimensions in Electrodynamic Suspension Systems

  • In this paper, analytical modeling of lift and drag forces in permanent magnet electrodynamic suspension systems (PM EDSs) are presented. After studying the impacts of PM dimensions on the permanent magnetic field and developed lift force, it is indicated that there is an optimum PM length in a specified thickness for a maximum lift force. Therefore, the optimum PM length for achieving maximum lift force is obtained. Afterward, an objective design optimization is proposed to increase the lift force and to decrease the material cost of the system by using Genetic Algorithm. The results confirm that the required values of the lift force can be achieved; while, reducing the system material cost. Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and experimental tests are carried out to evaluate the effectiveness of the PM EDS system model and the proposed optimization method. Finally, a number of design guidelines are extracted.

소형 에어리프트 펌프의 성능특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Performance Characteristics of Small Airlift Pump)

  • Performance data in the literature on air lift pumps have been based primarily on pumps of long length and large diameter (high lift pumps). Since mariculture operations involve pumps of relatively short length and small diameter, performance data are required for efficient operation. To provide such data, an experimental apparatus was designed and fabricated to test all lift pumps from 2.1 to 3.4 cm inside diameter and from 40 to 300 cm in length. Instrumentation was provided to measure water flow rate and air flow rate as well as water temperature, air temperature, and pressure throughout the system. Results from this study correlate well with high lift pump data in that, for a given pump geometry, maximum water flow occurs for a specific air flow rate. Driving the pump with air flows larger or smaller than this optimum flow rate will decrease the pumping rate. The optimum flows are significantly different for low lift pumps compared to high lift pumps. However, the pumping rate for low lift pumps approaches that for high lift pumps with increasing length.
