한국인의 연령별 및 지역별 생활시간 사용과 만족도: 라이프스타일 유형을 중심으로 (The Koreans' Time Use and Satisfaction by Age and Region: Focusing on Lifestyle Types)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 2014년 국민생활시간조사 자료를 통해 한국인의 연령별, 지역별 생활시간 사용형태에 대한 라이프스타일 유형을 규명하기 위한 기초자료를 마련하기 위함이다. 2014년 국민생활시간조사 자료 중 주 행동의 시간만을 사용하여 삼각형 모델에 제시된 필수유지시간, 의무시간, 자유시간 총 3가지 영역으로 구분하여 연령별 및 지역별로 비교 분석하였다. 연령별 라이프스타일 유형에서 10대, 20대, 50대는 합리적 생활추구형, 30대, 40대는 성취추구형, 60대, 70대, 80대 이상은 소극적 현실직시형을 차지하였다. 지역별 라이프스타일 활동 시간 중 필수유지시간은 전북, 의무시간은 울산, 자유시간에서는 강원이 가장 많은 시간을 차지하였다. 연령별 만족도는 연령이 높을수록 삶에 대한 만족도가 높았고, 지역별 만족도는 대전이 삶에 대한 만족도가 가장 높았으며 울산이 가장 낮았다. 라이프스타일 유형별 삶에 대한 만족도는 합리적 생활추구형, 성취추구형, 소극적 현실직시형 순으로 만족도 점수가 높았다. 앞으로의 연구에서 생애주기별 접근과 여가의 특징에 따른 분류, 라이프스타일 유형 세분화를 통해 라이프스타일 유형에 대한 체계적인 연구가 필요할 것으로 보인다.

  • This study classified respondents by degree of obesity using Body Mass Index(BMI) and investigated the differences in self-esteem, food lifestyle, social-cultural attitudes towards appearance, and diet-related attitude and behavior such as trial number of diet, exercise time and period, use of diet information, interest in weight control, diet motivation, and dietetic therapy. A survey was conducted with 258 adults between the ages of 20 and 29 who lived in Daegu and Uijeongbu from November $17^{th}$ to December $14^{th}$ 2014. Data collected from the respondents were analyzed using descriptive statistics, factor analyses, analyses of variance and chi-square tests. This study divided the respondents into three groups (the underweight, the normal weight, the overweight) according to Body Mass Index. The results showed that there were significant differences in food lifestyle (health-conscious, popularity-seeking, taste-seeking), social-cultural attitudes towards appearance, exercise time and period, use of diet information, interest in weight control, diet motivation, and dietetic therapy among groups classified by degree of obesity. However, there were no differences in self-esteem, convenience-seeking, and trial number of diet among them.

공동주택 거주가구의 에너지라이프스타일 유형에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Energy-Lifestyle of Apartment Residents)

  • This study examined apartment residents' energy-lifestyle, and their energy consumption patterns by energy-lifestyle. The major findings are as follow: 1)In order to identify energy lifestyle, three dimensions - value of life, energy consuming behavior and energy awareness - were defined by literature reviews, and each dimension was tested to define components. 2)The scores of the 14 factors that were defined by factor analysis on the three dimensions of the energy lifestyle were subject to cluster analysis, and then lifestyle was categorized into five groups. G1 is very negative, and indifferent to energy waste or saving at home. G2 is passively carrying out energy saving activities at home, only within their comfort. G3 is aware of energy saving, and more actively keeping energy saving behavior in their everyday lives, while they also show energy waste behavior at the same time. G4 is particularly indifferent to energy costs, and presenting energy squandering behaviors. G5 is better aware of energy saving than other groups, and carrying out energy saving behaviors in their everyday lives. This study would be of help to establish energy saving management and education plans in apartments.

Factors Affecting the Usage Pattern and Satisfaction of Delivery Food according to the Food-Related Lifestyle of Chinese Students in Gyeonggi Area

  • This study was performed to provide fundamental data on the convenience foods purchase according to the food-related lifestyle. This study was conducted on 398 Chinese international students residing in Gyeonggi area between October and December 2019. Among the total 373 survey subjects, gender was 183 male students (49.1%) and 190 female students (50.9%). This study was conducted by questionnaire method with reference to previous studies. There are significant differences in economic pursuit and taste pursuit for delivery food use, economic pursuit and taste pursuit for delivery food information, health pursuit and taste pursuit in delivery food ordering method, and economic pursuit and convenience pursuit for delivery food use (p<0.05). Delivery food usage time was significantly different in convenience pursuit, health pursuit, eating out pursuit, and taste pursuit (p<0.05), and the delivery food preference menu was significantly different in economic pursuit, health pursuit, eating out pursuit, and taste pursuit (p<0.05). The menu positive factors among satisfaction factors showed statistically significant differences in economic pursuit (β=0.188, t=3.531) and health pursuit (β=0.160, t=3.099) among food related lifestyle factors. In conclusion, this study presented the desirable direction of delivery food usage in Chinese students.

라이프스타일 집단별 혼례용 패션명품 소비자의 브랜드 선호도 및 구매행동 연구 (A Study on grand Preference and the Actual Condition by Wedding Fashion Masterpiece Consumer's Lifestyle Group)

  • The study surveyed preference and Actual Condition of wedding fashion masterpiece brand by consumer's lifestyle group. First, it was found that the brand preference by wedding fashion masterpiece consumer was Bulgari in precious metal, Burberry in scarf, Louisvuitton in bag and Chanel in cosmetics. Second, as a study result of purchase status, wedding fashion masterpiece brand consumers, who enjoy shopping about 1 time a month, usually purchased the masterpiece in masterpiece hall of department store. Their total purchase amount for wedding was less than 5 million in most cases. Third, regarding purchase-experience brand by consumer's lifestyle group, in clothes, there was significant difference between 4 groups such as shopping unconcerned type, reasonable economic type, self-focused brand-oriented type and social achievement type. In bag, slight difference appeared in 4 groups. Fourth, as a study result of the brand preference by consumer's lifestyle group, there was somewhat significant difference between precious metal, clothes, scarf, bag and cosmetic variables. Fifth, as a study result of the difference of information source use by consumer's lifestyle group, it was found that social achievement type used most various sources such as commerce, store and personnel information. Sixth, as a study result of shopping trend by consumer's lifestyle group, social achievement group searched for pleasure, unique personality and ostentation. Shopping unconcerned type searched for necessary shopping with comfortable style without sparing time in shopping.

대학생을 위한 라이프스타일 재설계 프로그램 개발 (Development of a Lifestyle Redesign Program for College Students)

  • 본 연구는 대학생을 대상으로 적용 가능한 라이프스타일 재설계 프로그램을 개발하고자 하였다. 프로그램 개발을 위해 전문가 8명을 대상으로 델파이 연구방법을 시행하였다. 라이프스타일 및 시간 사용에 대한 선행연구를 기반으로, 1차 델파이 조사에서는 평가도구, 라이프스타일 유형 파악, 생활시간조사표를 통한 활동의 우선순위 결정에 대한 조사가 이루어졌다. 2차 델파이 조사에서는 전문가 의견을 바탕으로 구성하였고, 내용타당도 지수가 낮은 경우에는 수정 및 보완하여 재구성하였다. 3차 델파이 조사에서는 2차 내용의 틀을 유지하면서 전문가 자신의 2차 때 응답과 다른 전문가와의 2차 평균 점수를 함께 제시하였다. 연구결과 최종적으로 평균이 3.88~4.00점, 내용타당도 지수가 모두 1.00, 수렴도가 모두 0.00인 프로그램을 도출하였다. 대학생을 위한 라이프스타일 재설계 프로그램은 1단계 중재 전 평가로 라이프스타일 유형 파악과 범용 평가도구의 적용, 활동을 선택을 하고, 2단계는 중재실행으로 라이프스타일을 재설계하며 진행자가 개입하여 대학생들이 잘 실천할 수 있도록 독려하고, 3단계는 중재결과로 라이프스타일 유형의 변화를 확인하며 중재 후 범용 평가도구를 적용하고, 마지막 4단계는 프로그램을 종결하는 것으로 프로그램이 개발되었다. 이는 대학생들 자신이 원하는 생활을 성공적으로 수행하기 위해, 그들의 수행패턴을 변화시키는 하나의 중재로 라이프스타일 재설계를 활용하도록 하는 근거를 제공하였다.

청주지역 일부 초등학교 고학년 학생의 스마트폰 사용시간에 따른 간식 선호도, 식행동 및 생활습관 (Lifestyle, Dietary Behavior and Snack Preference of Upper-grade Elementary School Students in Cheongju according to the Usage Time of Smartphones)

  • Objectives: This study was conducted to examine the length of exposure to smartphone and its association with dietary behavior toward snacks, lifestyle, and nutrition knowledge in elementary school students. Methods: Subjects were 372 5th and 6th grade schoolchildren in Cheongju, Korea, and data was collected by a self-administered questionnaire. They were divided into two groups by the time spent using smartphone: moderate (< 2 hours/day) and overexposure (${\geq}2$ hours/day). Data was analyzed using frequency analysis, ${\chi}^2$-test, and independent t-test as well as analysis of covariance when necessary. Results: Approximately half of subjects (41.4%) reported spending ${\geq}2$ hours/day using smartphone. That habit was more frequent among students in the 6th grade, those who received more monthly allowance, and who has a working mother. 63.4% of the subjects reported that they consumed snacks while watching television, using a computer and/or a smartphone and 48.1% said that they consumed snacks while they use a smartphone. Both situations were most prevalent among those with overexposure to smartphone (${\geq}2$ hours/day). We also observed that a higher percentage of subjects from the overexposure group spent more money on snack foods with the preference for ice cream, fast food, and carbonated drinks. Further, those in the overexposure group consumed more ice cream, cookies, and carbonated drinks. In addition, they had less desirable dietary behavior and health-related lifestyle (sleep duration and frequency of regular exercise) compared to those with moderate smartphone usage (< 2 hours/day). However, there was no statistical difference in nutrition knowledge among children with different degrees of smartphone usage. Conclusions: Our results showed that longer smartphone use was associated with less desirable snack preference/consumption and other dietary behavior in elementary school students. Thus interest and positive attitudes towards healthy snacks and diet should be reinforced in nutrition education programs, especially for those who are prone to use smartphones.

우리나라 대학생의 흡연행동과 환경요인, 건강생활실천 간의 관련성 (Association with smoking behavior, environmental factors and health promoting lifestyle among Korean university students)

  • Objectives: This study performed to analyze general characteristics, environmental factors, and health promoting lifestyle by smoking behavior among university students. Methods: In 2011, interview survey was conducted with 700 Korean students of university and college in located 7 metropolitan cities and the biggest province (Gyeonggido). To examine the factors related to smoking behavior, it collected environmental factors, health promoting lifestyle, and mental health. Multiple logistic regression analysis for survey data identified the difference of smoking behavior. Results: The 20.4% of university students was current smoker. Smoking rate of male was higher than that of female. The university students residing in Seoul and surrounding areas were less likely to have smoking behavior than them residing in local areas. In multiple regression models, difference by gender, academic year, college level, college type, region, secondary smoking exposure time, health status, monthly drinking, alcohol use disorder, and eating breakfast remained significantly (p<0.01, p<0.05). Conclusion: Future efforts should be focused on association between health risk factors and environment factors in physical, mental, and social aspects. To achieve this, we will need to provide the integrated health promotion program to decrease smoking problems of university students.

노인의 여가생활시간 소비패턴분석 (An Analysis of the Using Pattern of Leisure Time for Elderly)

  • This study analyze using pattern of the Korean elderly leisure time to know their leisure lifestyle. In order to do this study, we analysed the time use dairy which were collected by Korean National Statistical Office in 1999 and analysis of data was done through mean of time, percentage of acting people hourly. The result of this study were as follows : 1) The elderly spend leisure time average 6 hours 34 minute in a day and enjoy leisure activities from A.M. 11:00 to P.M. 12:00 and from P.M. 8:00 to P.M:. 10:00 mainly. 2) The elderly spend leisure time for acquaintance, using mass media, sports leisure activity and dilettante life. Especially the elderly associate with more others than their family, use more TV than others and spend time for break and amusement as dilettante life.

  • 본 연구에서는 미용실 이용고객의 성향은 제공되는 서비스요소와 함께 감성마케팅으로 대변되는 외적요소인 디스플레이 요소에도 많은 영향을 받고 있다 이렇듯 디스플레이 요소가 중요하게 작용하고 있는 현 시점에 미용실 고객의 라이프스타일이 디스플레이 구성요소에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지와 미용실 고객의 라이프스타일에 따른 고객 만족 차이를 살펴보고 미용실의 디스플레이 구성요소가 고객만족에 어떠한 영향을 미칠 것인지 살펴보아 미용실 경영자에게 효율적이고 능률적인 미용실 디스플레이에 대한 아이디어를 제공함으로써 고객만족을 위한 전략을 수립하는데 유용한 정보를 제공하고자 하였다. 연구결과는 조명과 전체적인 분위기에 가장 영향을 미치는 라이프스타일 요인은 '편의지향형'이며, (p<0.05 수준)에 통계적으로 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 색채에 가장 영향을 미치는 라이프스타일 요인은 '외모유행지향형'이며, (p<0.05 수준)에 통계적으로 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
