This study aims to investigate the mediation effect of creativity in the relationship between the core competencies of lifelong educators and the life competencies of adult learners. A survey was conducted for adults participating in the lifelong education programs in lifelong education institutes in Gyeonggi-do. Consequently, a toows. First, among the life competencies of adult learners, the problem solving ability showed the highest correlations with the planning, action, and support competencies, which are the sub-factors of the core cotal of 520 questionnaires were used for research analysis. The main findings of this study are as follmpetencies of lifelong educators. Among the creativity factors of adult learners, unique flexibility showed high correlations with the life competencies of adult learners. Second, the core competencies and creativity of lifelong educators had a 74.6% effect on the life competencies of adult learners. Among them, creativity was a variable that had a greater effect on the life competencies of adult leaners than on the core competencies of lifelong educators. Third, the mediation effect of creativity in the relationship between the core competencies of lifelong educators and the life competencies of adult learners was verified. The results of this study proved that the creativity of adult learners is an important variable for improving life competencies and that qualitative improvement through the core competencies of lifelong educators is required.

The subjects were 500 college students in 7 provincial areas for the study on the structural relation among professors' core competency, college students' cognitive learning competency and life competencies. The statistical methods of this study were as follows: frequency analysis, descriptive statistic analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structure equation model analysis. The results of the study are as follows. First, the lifelong learning educators' college students recognized core competency significantly affects on the college students' life competencies. Second, the lifelong learning educators' core competency significantly affects on the college students' cognitive learning competency. Third, the college students' cognitive learning competency significantly affects on life competencies. Fourth, the college students' cognitive learning competency has a significant mediating effect between the lifelong learning educators' core competency and the college students' life competencies. In other words, the lifelong learning educators' core competency based on the college students' cognitive learning competency has great effect on life competencies.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural relation among consciousness of lifelong education, leadership and life core competencies. The subjects were 607 university students who participated in the courses of the lifelong educator in Daejeon, Chungnam and Chungbuk province. As the results of the study, first, university students' consciousness of lifelong education had positive effects on their life core competencies. Second, university students' consciousness of lifelong education had positive effects on their leadership. Third, university students' leadership had positive effects on their life core competencies. Forth, university students' leadership had mediating effect between consciousness of lifelong education and life core competencies. In other words, university students' consciousness of lifelong education influences their leadership, and then it influences their life core competencies positively. These results can be used to change university students' consciousness of lifelong education and to develop their leadership and life core competencies. In addition, the results present that their participation rate can be increased through continuous interest and participation after their graduation. The study has a realistic point to operate lifelong educator training courses and lifelong education of university, so it is meaningful to provide the theoretical and practical implications for developing lifelong education.

The aim of this study is to provide basic data for college life adaptation support measures at the college level by identifying college life adaptation status, the relevance of university life adaptation and the core competencies. In order to ahieve this aim there are three objectives. This study is a research study to understand the relationship between college life adaptation and core competencies of college students before and after the coronavirus. The subject of this study was 171 university students from Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Honam. Data was collected through an untact questionnaire, and data analysis was performed using the SPSSWIN 25.0 program for mean, descriptive statistics, frequency analysis, T-test, correlation, and regression analysis. As a result, first, the difficulty of "emotional adaptation" before the coronavirus was high, and the difficulty of "academic adaptation" was high after the coronavirus. Second, the core competencies of college students were highest in the order of 'interpersonal relationship competency', 'problem solving competency', and 'information communication competency'. Third, as a result of analysis of the relationship between core competency factors and adaptation to university life, difficulties in social adaptation were found both before and after the coronavirus. After the corona, difficulties in adapting to school and learning new skills appeared. In conclusion, in order for university students to adapt to university life in the post-corona era, university-level support is needed to reinforce interpersonal relations competencies in unrect situations, reinforce information and communication competencies to promote academic adaptation, and reinforce new skills acquisition competencies.

The 2015 revised national science curriculum encourages students to cultivate the science core competencies such as scientific thinking, science process skills, scientific problem-solving ability, scientific communication skill, scientific participation and lifelong learning ability. To fill this purpose, we practiced science writing classes based on core competencies and examined the effect of its application. The target unit was 'weather and our life', 'acid and base', 'speed of an object', and 'structure and function of our body' in the fifth grade of elementary school. The results were as follows. First, it was proven that science writing activities based on core competencies did not help improving science process skills of learners. Second, it had a significant effect on the improvement of the learner's self-directed learning ability, in particular, owner spirit, meta cognition and information search. Third, this strategy for science writing changed learners' scientific attitude positively. The above-mentioned results show that this science writing classes can be applicable as one of effective methods in cultivating science core competencies.

The purpose of this study is to identify disciplinary professors' core competencies in Div. Military Science student. To best accomplish the study, I select core competencies in the precedent study about Disciplinary Professors' Core Competencies studies. The 5 factors of core competencies are as follow ; teaching core competency, evaluation core competency, guidance core competency, class management core competency, speciality development core competency. Through this study I developed disciplinary process model. This model is conducted to fit the structural relationship among the disciplinary professors' core competencies and students' life satisfaction and aspiration for military occupation. But this study has some restriction, so we should study actual proof the more.

This paper presents the core competencies diagnosis system which targeted our collegiate students in an attempt to induce the core competencies for reinforcing the learning and employment capabilities. Because these days data give rise to a high level of redundancy and dimensionality with time complexity, they are more likely to have spurious relationships, and even the weakest relationships will be highly significant by any statistical test. So as to address the measurement of uncertainties from the classification of categorical data and the implementation of its analytic system, an uncertainty measure of rough entropy and information entropy is defined so that similar behaviors analysis is carried out and the clustering ability is demonstrated in the comparison with the statistical approach. Because the acquired and necessary competencies of the collegiate is deduced by way of the results of the diagnosis, i.e. common core competencies and major core competencies, they facilitate not only the collegiate life and the employment capability reinforcement but also the revitalization of employment and the adjustment to college life.

This essay is a landscape of core values and relevant evidences about Creative Leadership in order to make sketches of Korean-style leadership framework. Glancing through this work, you can smell the distinctions of Korea creative leaders, particularly, in the aspects of procommunity pragmatism and ordinary innovation. Most Korea creative leaders were social mentors and masters who had enlarged their influences from the individual domain to social area in all the dimensions of human life. At the individual stage, the Creative Leadership suggests 'Jungki(正己)' as a core value of themselves, which is materialized as such competencies as self-assertiveness, observation and experimentation, and strong inquiry. Because most of them were technical masters dealing with new methodology and new knowledge including alchemy, medicine and weapons, the creative leaders show us very unique core values and competencies in the life sequences of the individuation, relationship, organization and community unlike other Korean-style leaderships and global practices. This study aimed to develop an e-PBL program for high school students using COVID-19 related data and to investigate the impact of the developed program on students' science core competencies. For this, the e-PBL program was developed in consideration of the characteristics of learners and e-PBL, and a science core competency analysis framework. The program was applied to 26 general high school life science club students. Test for science department core competency was conducted before and after class by questionnaires and their conversation data during class was collected and analyzed by the framework. As a result of the study, the developed program was effective in improving five science core competencies. In the results of the analysis of the science core competency questionnaire, there were significant effects on scientific thinking ability, scientific inquiry ability and scientific problem solving ability. Unlike in the results of the questionnaires, the five sciences department core competencies appeared evenly in student discourse analysis. Among them, scientific communication ability and scientific participation and lifelong learning ability did not show significant results in the questionnaire, but in the discourse analysis results. Both abilities were the most evenly displayed competencies through the program stages. Through the study, we expect that the program is possibles to be useful instructional material to make high school students increase science core competencies.

This study focuses on Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) as a theoretical perspective to provide education that enables adolescent students to understand themselves, establish healthy relationships with others, and form a healthy community. The meaning of learning and core competencies were analyzed. Results showed that the core competencies of SEL were all included in the nature, goals, subject competencies, core concepts, generalized knowledge, and achievement standards of the 2015 revised Home Economics Education (HEE) Curriculum. The implications for this are: First, the core competencies of SEL can be sufficiently cultivated through explicit education in HE classes without introducing a separate SEL program in the school field. Second, since HEE is a subject that emphasizes practice, the competencies of SEL can be applied in connection with actual life outside of school. Lastly, the effectiveness of SEL can be increased through HEE because the goals of SEL, which emphasize the connection between parents and the creation of healthy and safe community, are similar to the goals of HEE.
