This study investigated the present situation of the use of cinematographic works and the problems of copyright. Surveys were conducted in public and university libraries for these. Also, content analyses were conducted to make sense of copyright problems in libraries. As a result, this study found that problems of copyright had occurred in various aspects related to public performance, lending, digitization and internet services according to the diversity of facilities for watching cinematographic works and library services. Also, the librarians' questions to the copyright were very various from the primary level to specific level. This study suggested that regular courses of study in library schools need to be opened to primitive understanding to copyright law and occupational training programs for librarians need to be opened to complementary education as revisions of copyright law. This study also suggested that the online Q&A services need to be started for librarians who have detailed copyright problems.

This study was conducted to contribute to the improvement of bibliotherapy programs in the LIS field by analyzing 76 bibliotherapy program researches of 6 different major fields published in journals during 2001 to 2014. The programs were analyzed in terms of research trends, major areas, subjects and detail subjects. According to the study, the proportion of graduate students was higher than that of professors and instructors in terms of researchers' status in LIS and psychology. Also, programs for elementary students were found to be frequently carried out in schools and libraries by all fields. As for the topics of the programs, self-esteem was the most frequent topic and others such as depression, broken families, sociality, academic achievement and interpersonal relationships were also being dealt with. At public elementary schools in areas where multicultural students are concentrated, they have difficulty understanding classes due to their lack of Korean proficiency. Multicultural teaching and learning materials produced by teachers have not been managed or reused and stored individually. To overcome this situation and increase students' learning effect, the study applied digital curation to multicultural teaching and learning materials and suggested to link the materials with a platform that can be stored, used, and shared. The study was based on B Elementary School in A City, a multicultural international innovation school under the Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education. The process of applying digital curation to multicultural teaching and learning materials was analyzed by collecting, organizing/selecting teaching and learning materials, categorizing subject, classifying subtopic, and linking with platforms. Practical issues and policy suggestions in school settings were also proposed.
Education is one of the priority sectors specified in Tanzania, and it has committed to provide 11 years of compulsory free basic education for all from pre-primary to lower secondary level. Despite the Government's efforts to provide free basic education to all children, there are 2.0 million (23.2 per cent) out of 8.5 million children at the primary school age of 7-13, who are out of school in Tanzania. The ICT class should be offered as a regular class in all secondary schools in Tanzania, recommended by the ministry of education. However, many schools are struggling to implement this mandate. Most of schools offer the ICT class with theory without any real hardware. Some schools were given with computers but they were not maintained for operation. There is a huge task to make ICT education universal. Main issues include: remoteness (off-grid area), lack of ICT teachers, lack of resources such as hardware, infrastructure, and lack of practical lessons or projects to be used at schools. An innovative blended ICT/STEM education program is being conducted not only for Tanzanian public and private/international schools, but also for out-of-school adolescents through institutions, NGO centers, home visits and at the E3 Empower academy center. For effective STEM education to take place and remain sustainable, more practical curriculum, and close-up teacher support need to be accompanied concurrently. Practical, project-based simple coding lessons have been developed and employed that students experience true learning. The effectiveness of the curriculum has been demonstrated in various project centers, and it showed that students are showing new interests in exploring new discovery, even though this was a totally new area for them. It has been designed for an easy replication, thus students who learned can repeat the lessons themselves to other students. The ultimate purpose of this project is to have IT education offered as universally as possible throughout the whole Tanzania. Quality education for all children is a key for better future for all. Previously it was hoped that education with discipline will improve the active learning. But now more than ever, we believe that children have the ability to learn on their own with given proper STEM education tools, guidelines and environment. This gives promising hope to all of us, including those in the developing countries.

This study looks into how hearing-impaired college students use libraries and what their information needs are in order to prepare basic materials which would be applied for developing a library service program and others proper enough to be used by the hearing-impaired college students. In order to achieve the research goal, the study gathered data from a total of 155 hearing-impaired college students through a survey and interviews and a frequency analysis, a cross validation, a t-test and a one-way ANOVA were conducted to analyze the data. At the end of its research, the study confirmed that the hearing-impaired college students' gender, years, degrees of disability, schools, specialties and prosthetic appliances would make significant differences in how the students use the libraries. In addition, the study took a look into differences in the hearing-impaired college students' information needs caused by types of the students' prosthetic appliances, schools and degrees of disability and found out that these types of the prosthetic appliances the students use would significantly affect every category of their information needs. The study now also understands that both the schools and the degrees of disability would make significant differences in a few categories of the information needs, and the former influences education and promotion targeting users and arrangement of sign language interpreters while the latter affects education and promotion targeting users and improvements in browsing environments.
Purpose: This study aimed to provide an overview of the present status of start-up literacy. Methods: The study selected literature from KoreaMed, RISS (Research Information Sharing Service), KISS (Korean studies Information Service System), KISTI (Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information), Ovid-MEDLINE (Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online), Embase, and Cochrane Library DB. Start-up curricula were collected from the homepage of nursing schools in Korea and the USA. Their contents were searched using Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) platforms; KOCW, K-MOOC, and Coursera. Results: Fifteen articles were selected through a systematic literature review. The main themes of nursing start-up were "driver," "barrier," "required competency," and "importance of education." The courses contained business planning, finance, marketing, leadership, and entrepreneurship. The main contents of MOOCs were similar. Conclusion: The results indicate the necessity to develop multi-scope nursing start-up education programs. Nursing start-up models integrated with appropriate business knowledge and skills in health care settings are needed. This study can be used as a guideline to design start-up education programs in nursing.
