이 연구는 학교도서관교육과정이 정상적으로 운영되고 학교도서관이 교육성과를 산출할 수 있도록 하기위한 현안과 과제를 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 학교도서관교육과 관련된 법과 주요 정책을 살펴보고 학교도서관교육의 행태와 성과에 관한 선행 연구를 분석하였다. 그 결과로 인적자원의 전문성 향상, 교육과정 개선, 장학 및 지원체계 정비, 관련법 개정을 정책적 과제로 설정하고 추진방향과 개선안을 제안하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 대전 지역의 U-도서관 적정입지를 제안하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 문헌연구 및 국내의 U-도서관 현황 분석을 통해 적정입지선정을 위한 평가지표를 도출하고 이를 바탕으로 공공도서관의 위치, 제안위치와의 반경, 지하철역별 수송실적, 관공서·교통시설·편의시설, 주요시설의 현황, 지역구별 거주인주수 등을 분석, 적용하였다. 최종적으로 이를 종합하여, 대전 지역의 5개 자치구인 대덕구 2개, 동구 2개, 서구 4개, 유성구 6개, 중구 2개 총 16개의 U-도서관 위치를 제안하였다.

In order to establish a digital-based use environment for the provision of new information services suitable for the 5G era, it is necessary to discuss the direction of service provision by the National Library of Children and Young Adults in the 5G era. Based on utilization services in other fields, library services in the 5G era, including the development and provision of employee education and training services, ultra-high-definition and 360-degree realistic contents and education on library use, provision of multi-dimensional realistic media streaming broadcasting services, provision of telepresence education programs, activation of virtual communities, implementation of hologram performance halls/exhibit centers, and provision of unmanned book delivery services, environment monitoring, safety monitoring, and customized services, were proposed. In addition, based on 5G service, 5G technology, and library application direction, advancing into a producing and supporting base for ultra-realistic and immersive contents in the 5G era, strengthening online and mobile services in the non-contact era, and establishing a smart library environment were proposed as the service provision direction for the National Library of Children and Young Adults in the 5G era.

공공도서관의 경쟁우위와 지속성 유지를 위한 내적 원동력은 지적자본이다. 지적자본은 내부구성원의 역량, 구성원들이 형성하는 조직구조, 이용자 및 이해관계자의 협력으로 맺어지는 인적자본, 구조자본, 사회자본으로 구성된다. 이 연구의 목적은 지적자본 구성요소인 인적자본, 구조자본, 사회자본에 관한 배경이론을 토대로 공공도서관 지적자본 평가를 위한 기초자료를 제공하고 동시에 실험적 평가모형을 개발하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 지적자본의 배경이론을 토대로 공공도서관의 지적자본의 해석과 평가지표를 도출하였다. 또한 실증적 분석을 통해 지적자본 구성요소와 성과의 인과관계를 밝히고, 최적화된 지적자본 평가모형을 제시하였다.

This dissertation are studying the conceptual structure of decision making situation in libraries, by analyzing the library function, decision makings of library and then seeking economic and efficient alternative decision making by programming the· decision making situations, and finally, introducing how to apply management information system or decision making support system. For this purpose, in order to analyzing necessary factors for the decision making system, the questionnaire used Lickert method were distributed to 400 librarians of 36 universities in Seoul by means of mail. 193 librarians, $48\%$ of the questionnaire, are returned are studied by using 'SYSTAT' statistical software to figure out the factors of the decision making system. This dissertation was put six hypotheses and tested with the returned questionnaire. The following five result can be asserted. First, to the higher degree of the librarians' participation in the important library decision makings, the quality of formal library services are improved regardless of seniority of the work. Secondly, the t-test results show that all of t-test scores of seniority of the work, educational background, and responsibilities of the work are exceeding significant level and perception of decision making was proved to be different depending on seniority of the work, educational background, and responsibilities of the work in libraries. Thirdly, as the results of factor af factor analysis, the encouragement on participation in the library academic activities, the extent to get useful information about performances of library and the improvements of library works were grouped by similar posibilities of distribution and therfore the academic activities, the collection of information and the improvement of library performances is proved to be interrelational each other. Fourthly, the fifth hypothesis of the close relationship between the decision making situation and types of advisor by it was more or less interrelational, but their relationship was not seen some significancies. Lastly, as the dynamic organization of library management forming a special commitee or a project team with librarian can improve the extent and quality of the librarian's participation in the decision making of library works, and thus library will become to performance more rational and effective library management.

이 연구는 국내외 도서관의 직무사례를 분석한 선행연구 결과를 바탕으로 국내 도서관의 아동서비스 직무를 분석하고 표준모형을 제안한 후속연구이다. 이를 위하여 공공도서관과 아동도서관을 대상으로 직무에 대한 인식도를 조사 분석한 다음에 아동서비스를 강화하기 위한 표준 직무모형(중요성, 난이도, 전문성, 수행요건)을 제안하였다. 또한 표준 직무모형의 실천성을 화보하기 위한 아동사서의 전문성 제고와 자격제도화 방안을 제시하였다.

Jon Gyunk Gak established in 1475 was the library of Sung Kyun Kwan which was the only university in the period of Yi Dynasty. For the study of library histories of Korea, particularly the libraries of high learning institutions the Jon Gyung Gak library acquires a greater importance. The collection of Jon Gyung Gak consisted mainly of Chinese classics such as the works of Confucius, Mencius, or the books about histories which were the textbooks of students in those days. But the books about Laoism or Buddhism were strictly forbiddened, and also books like medicine or agriculture pertaining to technical sciences were disregarded. The Jon Gyung Gak was destroyed by fire in 1514 and suffered severely again by the 1m Chin War in 1590's, but the library had been made constant efforts to maintain its collections for the performance of educational functions. This paper gives special emphasis to analyzing the collection of Jon Gyung Gak by its chronological order.

고객만족도는 고객의 충성도 이탈율, 재구매율 신규고객창출 등과 밀접한 관련을 맺고 있어서 기업의 성과측 정의 평가관점에서 중요한 의미를 지닌다. 이처럼 중요한 의미를 갖는 고객만족도 측정은 민간부분에서 이미 일반화되었으며, 다양한 평가모형들이 존재한다. 그러나 기존의 일반적인 평가모형은 업종별 차별성이 없고, 새롭게 등장한 인터넷을 기반으로 한 공공도서관의 e-서비스 환경을 반영한 고객만족도 평가를 수행하기에는 한계가 있다. 본 연구는 기존의 도서관 서비스 관련 연구와 고객만족도 평가관련연구들을 고찰하고 이를 바탕으로 공공도서관 서비스 분류체계와 공공도서관 서비스에 특화된 고객만족도 평가체계를 제시한다.

본 연구의 목적은 도서관의 성과를 도서관 서비스가 국민 개인의 삶에 미치는 영향을 통해 종합적으로 파악하려는 Vakkari와 Serola(2012)의 성과측정지표에 근거하여 한국 공공도서관의 서비스 성과를 평가하는 것이다. 우리나라 성인들의 인구사회학적 분포에 기반하여 전국의 성인 1,000명을 대상으로 웹설문조사를 실시하여 지난 1년간 공공도서관을 이용해 본 경험이 있다고 응답한 629명의 응답을 분석하였다. 조사 결과, 일상생활 19개 영역 가운데 응답자의 약 2/3 정도가 "소설 및 비소설류 독서", "교육 및 학습 기회제공", "여가 중 자기 계발" 등 세 영역에서 공공도서관의 혜택을 가장 크게 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 나머지 16개 영역에서의 혜택은 상대적으로 낮게 인식되고 있었다. Vakkari와 Serola성과척도의 요인구조를 우리나라 연구 참여자에게 적용한 결과, 원래의 구조와는 다른 구조가 발견되었다. 기존의 "일상생활"과 "여가활동" 영역은 유지한 가운데, "일/업무"와 "학습"이 하나의 요인으로 결합되었고, "여가활동"에서 분리되어 나온 "독서/자기계발" 영역이 새로운 요인을 형성하고 있었다. 마지막으로 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 공공도서관 서비스 혜택에 대한 인식차를 조사한 결과, 남성은 일/학습, 여성은 독서/자기계발 영역에서 혜택을 더 크게 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타나 성별 차이가 밝혀졌다. 본 연구 결과는 인구사회학적 분포에 비례하여 표집한 전국 성인을 대상으로 그들이 인식하는 도서관 서비스의 혜택을 조사함으로써 2014년 현재 우리나라 공공도서관 서비스의 전체적인 성과 수준을 파악하려 했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

본 연구에서는 충남도서관이 광역대표도서관으로서 도민의 삶의 질을 향상시킬 수 있는 도서관 서비스를 개발하고, 도내 공공도서관을 종합적이고 체계적으로 지원할 수 있도록 하는 제2차 충청남도 도서관 발전종합계획을 마련하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 제1차 도서관 발전종합계획의 성과분석, 충청남도 도내 도서관의 진단과 분석, 충청남도 정책환경 분석 및 도서관정책 환경전망 분석을 실시했다. 그리고 최종적으로 충청남도 제2차 도서관 발전종합계획의 사명, 비전, 목표, 추진전략 및 실행계획을 제안했다. 먼저, 사명은 '충청남도 도민을 포용하고 미래 지식·문화 가치를 선도한다'로 제안했고, 비전은 '미래의 지식·문화를 이끄는 포용의 공간'으로 제안했으며, 목표는 1) 누구나 즐길 수 있는 차별 없는 도서관 환경 구축, 2) 공동체를 포용하는 도서관 서비스, 3) 지식문화 가치를 실현하는 도서관 운영, 4) 미래를 선도하는 도서관 인프라, 5) 공동체 교류·협력 네트워크 강화의 5가지이다.
