본 논문은 다중전원공급 SoC(System-on-Chip)에 사용될 저전력 단일전원 level-up/down shifter를 제안한다. 제안된 회로는 다양한 전원을 사용하는 IP간의 신호의 인터페이스 회로로 사용할 수 있으며, 단일전원을 사용함으로써 저전력으로 동작하고 시스템의 전원배선과 레이아웃의 복잡도 및 지연시간이 감소하는 장점을 가지고 있다. 제안된 level-up/down shifter는 각각 IP간에 신호들이 level-up 일 때는 500MHz 입력 주파수에서 동작하고 level-down일 때는 1GHz에서 동작하도록 설계했다. I/O 회로에 level-up/down shifter를 사용하면 시스템간의 신호를 연결할 때 잡음에 강하다는 사실도 검증했다. 시뮬레이션 결과는 0.18um CMOS 공정에서 각각 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V의 전원을 사용하여 검증했다.

The main objective of this research is how they recognize the face appearance before and after the make-up, based upon the survey on the female college students of their 20s (221 College students in Daegu metropolitan City), who are very conscious about their appearance. In addition, it is to provide the fundamental findings, which are necessary to establish the appearance management of self-concept through the make-up. The results are as follows: About 78% of subjects are performing the make-up on daily basis or needs basis, and 91.6% of the subjects wanted to have more elegant and improved make-up. Comparing the self-satisfaction level before and after the make-up, the satisfaction level on their appearance has been very much improved to 77.2% after the make-up, while the level was 28.8% before the make-up. It has been found out that the purpose of the make-up is more appreciated in pursuing the self-concept, rather than pursuing the beauty. Also we revealed that they could achieve a certain level of psychological stability by improving each individual's social image. We also found out that the stylish and modern style of image contributed more to the satisfaction level of make-up, compared with the image of neatness, individuality, delicacy, or youthfulness.

본 연구에서는 예비창업자의 개인적 규범과 창업준비수준이 창업의지에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 그리고 개인적 규범과 창업준비수준이 창업의지와의 관계에서 창업교육의 조절효과를 분석하였다. 이를 통해 창업을 계획하는 예비창업자들이 보다 성공적인 창업을 할 수 있도록 유용한 자료로 제공하고자 하는 목적을 위해 k 지역 소재 교육기관과 대학교에서 창업교육을 받은 예비창업자들을 대상으로 2017년 9월 13일에서 2017년 11월 14일까지 설문을 실시한 총 211부에서 통계에 활용이 어려운 11부를 제외한 200부를 최종 표본으로 선정하였다. 자료는 SPSS 20.0을 활용하여 신뢰도분석, 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 회귀분석을 하였고 그 결과는 아래와 같다. 첫째, 개인적 규범은 창업의지에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 창업준비수준은 창업의지에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 개인적 규범과 창업의지와의 관계에서 창업교육은 조절효과가 있었다. 넷째, 창업준비수준과 창업의지와의 관계에서 창업교육은 조절효과가 있었다. 그러나 본 연구는 표집지역을 k지역으로 한정하였기에 연구결과를 전국으로 일반화하는데는 한계가 있으며 나아가 개인적 규범과 창업준비수준 뿐만이 아닌 예비창업자의 창업의지 영향요인에 대한 지속적 연구가 계속되어야 할 것을 제안한다.

SoC(System-On-Chip) 시스템에서 초 저전력 시스템을 구현하기 위한 dynamic voltage and frequency scaling (DVFS)알고리즘에 사용될 시스템 버스의 다중 코어 전압 레벨을 생성해주는 새로운 다계층(multi-level) 코어 전압용 high-speed level up/down Shifter 회로를 제안한다. 이 회로는 내부 회로군과 외부 회로군 사이에서 서로 다른 전압레벨을 조정 접속하는 I/O용 level up/down shifter interface 회로로도 동시에 사용된다. 제안하는 회로는 인터페이스 접속에서 불가피하게 발생하는 속도감쇄와 Duty Ratio 불안정 문제를 최소화하는 장점을 갖고 있다. 본 회로는 500MHz의 입력 주파수에서 $0.6V\sim1.6V$의 다중 코어 전압을 각 IP들에서 사용되는 전압레벨로, 또는 그 반대의 동작으로 서로 Up/Down 하도록 설계하였다 그리고 제안하는 I/O 용 회로의 level up shifter는 500MHz의 입력 주파수에서 내부 코어 용 level up shifter의 출력전압인 1.6V를 I/O 전압인 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V로 전압레벨을 상승 하도록 설계하였으며, level down shifter는 반대의 동작으로 1Ghz의 입력 주파수에서 동작하도록 설계하였다. 시뮬레이션 및 결과는 $0.35{\mu}m$ CMOS Process, $0.13{\mu}m$ IBM CMOS Process 와 65nm CMOS model 변수를 이용한 Hspice를 통하여 검증하였다. 또한, 제안하는 회로의 지연시간 및 파워소모 분석과 동작 주파수에 비례한 출력 전압의 Duty ratio 왜곡에 대한 연구도 하였다.

From a social psychological perspective, Make-up is an tool for run a lot smoother and perform communication efficiently. Many people give a turn to hair color through dyeing form due to yearning to change individual image through the image which the color is having. This paper study how make-up behavior, hair color and self-consciousness will affect the Level of Expected social-psychological effect of College Girl Students. In the sense of make-up behavior, according to result, a group of make-up behavior of self-satisfaction-oriented the level of expected social-psychological effect higher than a group of make-up behavior of tradition-oriented. Hair colors doesn't seem to be having much effect on the level of expected social- psychological effect, but have been shown to influence make-up behavior and self-consciousness. On the self-consciousness, a group of high self-consciousness the level of expected social-psychological effect higher than a group of low or fair self-consciousness. They doesn't have much effect passive expected effect as 'complement of self insufficiency' or 'a person consciousness' But they are affect active expected effect as 'the pleasure of change' and 'positive ascent'.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of start-up risks on university students's entrepreneurial intention. In particular, the start-up risk considers the recent ongoing Covid_19 Pandemic along with the level of awareness of the start-up risk of business administration university students. For this purpose, a total of 204 questionnaires collected for two months from October to November in 2020 were used to verify this relevance empirically through multiple regression analysis. The empirical analysis results are as follows. First, the level of students' awareness of start-up risks has no statistically significant relevance to their entrepreneurial intention, but the higher the level of negative perception of Covid_19 Pandemic, the lower the entrepreneurial intention. On the other hand, additional analysis showed that the students with low self-efficacy majoring in business administration, it was found that negative perceptions of start-up risk had a negative effect on start-up willingness. This study is timely and different from previous studies in that it empirically verified the effect of start-up risk on business administration university students' entrepreneurial intention at a time when negative perceptions of start-up risk increase and COVID_19 Pandemic make it increasingly difficult to start a business administration universit student.

본 논문에서는 다중해상도 알고리즘을 제안하여 탐색점과 복잡도를 블록정합 알고리즘과 비교하여 나타내었다. 또한 스피드 업을블록정합 알고리즘과 비교 하였다. 제안한 다중해상도 NTSS-3 Level 알고리즘을 비교대상인 TSS-3 Level 알고리즘과 NTSS 알고리즘에 비교하였다. 비교 결과 탐색점과 스피드업에서 제안한 NTSS-3 Level 알고리즘이 우수함을 나타내었다. 따라서 제안한 NTSS-3 Level 알고리즘이 비교 대상인 블록정합 알고리즘에 비해 탐색점에서 $2{\sim}3$배 우수한 성능을 나타내었고 복잡도 계산에서도 $2{\sim}4$배의 우수함을 나타내었다. 스피트업에서도 제안한 NTSS-3 Level 알고리즘이 2배 이상의 성능을 나타내었다. 따라서 제안한 다중해상도 NTSS-3 Level 알고리즘이 탐색점과 스피드 업 대비 PSNR 우수함을 나타내었다.

본 연구에서는 원자력발전소 내 증기발생기의 원만한 수위제어 향상을 위하여 고리 원자력발전소 모델을 기준으로 Full Linear Scale Down 1/10 크기의 증기발생기 Mock-up을 제작하여 증기 덤프 밸브 개폐시 수위의 수축(shrink), 팽창(swell) 현상을 확인해 보고, 그 원인을 규명하여 보았다. 이와 함께 본 연구를 위하여 개발한 Fuzzy제어기를 이 Mock-up의 제어기로 운용해 봄으로써 제작된 Mock-up이 실제 원자력 발전소 증기발생기의 경우와 같이 수위제어가 가능함을 확인하였고 이에 따라 향후 개발되어질 수 있는 제반 제어기들을 본 Mock-up에 도입, 운용해 봄으로써 제작한 Mock-up의 Simulator로서의 활용 가능성을 실험적으로 검증할 수 있도록 하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare muscle activation patterns of lower extremities in stroke patients during stepper climbing, stair-up, and level-ground gait conditions by surface electromyography (EMG). Methods: Subjects included 19 hemiplegic patients comprehensive rehabilitation center for inpatients with stroke. Surface EMG was used to measure the subjects' medial gastrocnemius (GCM), tibialis anterior (TA), biceps femoris (BF), and rectus femoris (RF) activity as they took six steps during stepper climbing, stair-up, and level-ground gait conditions. Results: There was no significant difference in the BF or RF muscle activity for the stepper climbing, stair-up, and level-ground gait conditions. However, there were significant differences in the medial GCM and TA muscle activity between each condition on the patients' hemiplegic side(p<0.05). There was significant difference in the medial GCM, TA, RF, and BF muscle activity between each condition on the patients' non-hemiplegic side (p<0.05). Conclusion: As a result, the overall muscle activity during the level-ground gait was higher than the stair-up condition, and the muscle activity during the stair-up condition was higher than the muscle activity during the stepper climbing condition. As one of the many methods used for gait training, we suggest that the stepper exercise could be applied at an earlier stage in the gait training process.

The notions of intuitionistic fuzzy UP-subalgebras and intuitionistic fuzzy UP-ideals of UP-algebras were introduced by Kesorn et al. [13]. In this paper, we introduce the notions of intuitionistic fuzzy near UP-filters, intuitionistic fuzzy UP-filters, and intuitionistic fuzzy strong UP-ideals of UP-algebras, prove their generalizations, and investigate their basic properties. Furthermore, we discuss the relations between intuitionistic fuzzy near UP-filters (resp., intuitionistic fuzzy UP-filters, intuitionistic fuzzy strong UP-ideals) and their upper t-(strong) level subsets and lower t-(strong) level subsets in UP-algebras.
