본 연구에서는 학습자 행동모델을 이용하여 개별적인 학습 환경을 제공할 수 있는 적응적 하이퍼미디어 학습 시스템을 제안하였다. 본 시스템에서는 학습자의 학습행동정보를 실시간으로 추적하여 관리할 수 있는 LBML을 제안하였다. 제안 시스템은 학습행동정보 수집시스댐과 적용적 학습지원시스템으로 구성된다. 학습행동정보 수집시스템은 웹 2.0기술을 이용하여 SCORM CMI 데이타 모델을 기반으로 학습자의 학습행동정보를 실시간으로 수집한다. 수집된 학습행동정보는 LBML 스키마를 기반으로 개별 학습자의 LBML 인스턴스로 저장된다. 적웅적 학습지원시스댐에서는 LBML 인스턴스를 분석하여 학습자의 반웅에 대한 즉각적인 피드백을 제공할 수 있는 규칙기반 학습지원모률과 상호작용적 학습지원모듈을 개발하였다.

이 연구의 목적은 공학교육의 질 개선을 위해서는 학생들의 학습과정에 대한 분석이 함께 이루어져야 한다는 가정 아래, 공과대학생들의 학습과정을 분석하고 이를 통해 학습지원의 방향을 탐색하는 것이다. 학습과정 분석은 다섯 가지 영역-수업내활동, 수업외활동, 상호작용, 학습성과, 학습지원체제-으로 이루어졌으며, 수도권에 위치한 S대학의 공과대학생들을 대상으로 설문 조사를 하였다. T-test, Anova, 위계적선형모형을 활용한 회귀분석을 활용하였다. 연구 결과 전공과 교양 수업 만족도는 높았으나, 자기주도적 학습활동이나 교수와의 상호작용은 낮았으며, 고등사고력 활동에 많이 참여하고 있지 않았고 학습성과 역시 낮았다. 학습성과에 중요한 영향을 미치는 요인은 교수와의 상호작용, 고등사고력 활동, 수업에의 적극적인 참여였다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 고등교육의 질 개선을 위해 수업에의 적극적 참여와 고등사고력 활동을 강조하고 글쓰기 지원 및 교수-학생간 상호작용 활성화 등을 제안하였다.

The digital transformation and COVID-19 are also causing major changes in teaching-learning methods. The biggest change is the spread of remote training and the emergence of various innovative learning platforms. Distance education has been criticized for not meeting technology trends and field demands..However, the problem of distance education is being solved through a system that supports various interactions and collaborations and supports customized learning paths. The researcher conducted a case study on domestic and foreign learning platforms that provide non-face-to-face ICT education. Based on the case study results, the researcher presented the functional characteristics of a learning platform that effectively supports non-face-to-face learning. In common, these sites faithfully supported the basic functions of the information system. In addition to learning progress check and learning guidance, some innovative learning platforms were providing differentiated functions in practice support, performance management, mentoring, learning data analysis, curation provision, and CDP support. Most learning platforms supported one-way, superficial interaction. If the platform effectively supports a variety of learning experiences and provides an integrated learning experience thanks to the development of IT technology, user satisfaction with the learning platform, intention to continue learning, and achievement will increase.

In the programming education, there is a great need of a teaching support system that can support the learner in the programming process regardless of the computer language due to instructor's difficulty of checking the progress of learners in real-time. Its importance is especially important in lower grade coding classes such as in K-12 education because they are not used to coding and so simple problems can be regarded as complex problems. For this, a pilot coding education support system based on Levenshtein distance algorithm which shows learners' progress to given solution in real-time was developed in order to help learners to solve complex problems easily, and the learners' motivation and self-efficacy was measured for estimating the usefulness of developed system targeting elementary school students. When the learners use the developed system, it was found that a statistically significant difference appears in the sub-factors of learning motivation compared with traditional class teaching environments. Among the sub-factors of self-efficacy, the efficacy dimension showed statistically significant difference too.

현대 학습자들은 배경, 학습 스타일, 능력 등에서 다양한 차이를 보인다. 하지만 모든 학습자에게 동일한 학습 내용을 전달하는 전통적 교육 방법은 이러한 학습자의 다양성을 충분히 고려하지 못한다. 따라서 개별 학습자의 특성에 따라 최적의 학습 경험을 제공하는 맞춤형 학습 시스템의 구현은 오늘날 에듀테크 시대에 더욱 중요해졌다. 본 논문은 증가하는 학습자 중심의 교육 요구에 따라 학습자의 특성, 관심사, 학습 이력 등을 종합적으로 분석할 수 있는 모델들을 파악한 후 이를 기반으로 맞춤형 학습 시스템을 설계했다. 본 시스템은 학습자의 학습 이력을 기반으로 학습자의 현재 수준과 목표에 맞춘 자기주도적 학습을 지원하기 위해 강점과 약점을 파악할 수 있도록 설계되었으며 이 과정에서 시스템의 설계 변경 없이 필요한 학습 요소들을 확장할 수 있도록 구성하였다. 본 연구를 통해 사용자 맞춤형 학습 시스템 구축에 필요한 주요 기반을 파악하고 맞춤형 학습을 지원하기 위한 시스템 아키텍처를 효과적으로 구축할 수 있다.

본 연구는 성인대학생의 사회적지지, 대학교육서비스품질, 학습몰입의 관계에서 학습동기의 매개효과를 검증하여 성인대학생의 학습효과 향상과 학습촉진 강화를 위한 학습체계 구축에 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 대구광역시와 경상북도에 위치한 2~3년제와 4년제 대학교에 재학 중인 성인대학생 573명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회적지지와 학습몰입의 관계에서 학습동기는 부분 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학교육서비스품질과 학습몰입의 관계에서 학습동기는 완전 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과는 성인대학생의 학습몰입을 높이기 위해서는 다양한 지지체계 구축과 교육서비스 향상을 위한 지속적인 개발과 노력이 필요하다는 것을 시사한다.

대학에서의 연구, 학습, 그리고 행정 업무 처리가 현재 대부분 컴퓨터를 통하여 이루어진다. 따라서 대학에서의 IT 하부구조와 대학정보시스템은 점차 복잡해져 가고 있다. 그러나 정보 시스템을 사용함에 있어서 문제가 생겼을 때, 헬프 데스크나 전산센터 등이 운영된다 하더라도 사용자가 빠른 시간 내에 해결책을 얻기가 매우 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위해 ITIL(Information Technology Infrastructure Library) 기반의 서비스 데스크를 대학에 구축하는 방안을 제시한다. 본 논문에서 제안된 방안은 대학의 전산 기술지원 서비스의 개선을 통해 대학에서 전산 관련 장애가 발생하였을 때 교수학습자원의 활용 및 업무 등에 난관을 겪지 않고 빠르게 대처할 수 있는 시스템 구축에 사용될 수 있다.

Experience API provides a learner-centered model for learning data collection and learning process recording. In particular, it can record learning data from multiple data sources. Therefore, Experience API provides very good support for ubiquitous learning. In this paper, we put forward the architecture of ubiquitous learning system and the method of reading the learning record from the ubiquitous learning system. We analyze students' learning behavior from two aspects: horizontal and vertical, and give the analysis results. The system can provide personalized suggestions for learners according to the results of learning analysis. According to the feedback from learners, we can see that this u-learning system can greatly improve learning interest and quality of learners.

정보 사회에서 교육 패러다임의 급격한 변화는 학교, 교사, 학생의 역할 변화를 포함하고 있다. 수업의 방향이 교사주도에서 학습자 주도로 바뀌어감에 따라 학생들은 자기 주도적 학습을 수행하는 동안에 다양한 지원을 필요로 한다. EPSS(Electronic Performance Support System)는 기업체, 기관, 학교 등에서 업무 수행자가 원하는 순간에 지원을 의뢰할 수 있는 수행 지원 시스템으로, 본 논문에서는 이러한 EPSS를 프로토타입으로 설정하여, 학습 패러다임의 변화를 지원해 줄 수 있는 ELSS(Electronic Learning Support System)에 관한 모델 개발을 시도하고 학습 적용 가능성을 타진하였다. 먼저, EPSS에 관한 다양한 이론들을 고찰해 보았고 이를 토대로 ELSS의 개념, 설계시 고려사항, 구성요소 등으로 구성된 ELSS 모델을 제안하였다.
