지능형 학습 시스템을 위한 메타데이터 모형 분석 및 설계 연구 (A Study on Analysis and Design of Metadata Model for Intelligent e-Learning System)

  • 소셜 네트워크 서비스의 부각과 다매체 환경에서의 사용자 참여 확대와 같은 최근 IT 기술 환경의 변화로 이러닝 시스템 역시 다양한 환경에서 변화하고 있다. 메타데이터는 시스템 간의 상호운용성을 위한 데이터의 규약이며, 이러닝 메타데이터는 국내외 기판에 의해 표준화가 이루어지고 있으나, 주변 환경의 다양한 변화를 고려하는 메타데이터 요소의 제안이 요구되는 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 지능형 학습 시스템을 위한 메타데이터 모형을 분석 및 설계하는 방법을 연구 제안하고, 표준 메타데이터인 KEM 3.0을 기반으로 향후 필요할 것으로 예상되는 메타데이터 요소의 요구사항을 도출하였다. 도출된 요구사항을 바탕으로 요구사항을 중요도에 따라 분류할 수 있는 카노 모형에 따라 3-Layer 모델로 설계하였다. 향후 본 논문의 모형 설계를 기반으로 이러닝 기술 환경의 변화를 반영한 지능형 학습 시스템을 개발하여 국제적 표준화로 발전되기를 기대한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 언제, 어디서나, 어떤 내용에 관계없이 학습할수있는 유비쿼터스환경의 e-learning 모델을 위하여 기존 e-learning 모델의 한계점을 분석하고, 유비쿼터스 네트워크망과 차세대 센서기술등을 적용하여 SCORM표준안을 기반으로 한 LMS에 학습콘텐츠의 변환서비스와 협력학습서비스기능을 추가한 유비쿼터스 환경에 대응하는 LMS모델을 제안하였다.

Research on Developing a Conversational AI Callbot Solution for Medical Counselling

  • In this study, we explored the potential of integrating interactive AI callbot technology into the medical consultation domain as part of a broader service development initiative. Aimed at enhancing patient satisfaction, the AI callbot was designed to efficiently address queries from hospitals' primary users, especially the elderly and those using phone services. By incorporating an AI-driven callbot into the hospital's customer service center, routine tasks such as appointment modifications and cancellations were efficiently managed by the AI Callbot Agent. On the other hand, tasks requiring more detailed attention or specialization were addressed by Human Agents, ensuring a balanced and collaborative approach. The deep learning model for voice recognition for this study was based on the Transformer model and fine-tuned to fit the medical field using a pre-trained model. Existing recording files were converted into learning data to perform SSL(self-supervised learning) Model was implemented. The ANN (Artificial neural network) neural network model was used to analyze voice signals and interpret them as text, and after actual application, the intent was enriched through reinforcement learning to continuously improve accuracy. In the case of TTS(Text To Speech), the Transformer model was applied to Text Analysis, Acoustic model, and Vocoder, and Google's Natural Language API was applied to recognize intent. As the research progresses, there are challenges to solve, such as interconnection issues between various EMR providers, problems with doctor's time slots, problems with two or more hospital appointments, and problems with patient use. However, there are specialized problems that are easy to make reservations. Implementation of the callbot service in hospitals appears to be applicable immediately.

유비쿼터스 학습공간과 OWL 상황 모델 설계를 통한 상황 인식 학습 시스템 구현 (Implementation of Context aware Learning System by Designing Ubiquitous Learning Space and OWL Context Model)

  • 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 기술은 유비쿼터스 학습 즉 u-러닝의 출현을 이끌며 미래 학교 교육의 개선 방향으로 제시되고 있다. 유비쿼터스 학습 환경에서는 우선 사용자들이 언제 어디서나 학습을 위해 다양한 내장형 컴퓨터들을 활용할 수 있도록 이러한 기기들을 도처에 편재시키고 네트워크를 통한 상호작용을 지원하는 것이다. 다음 단계는 지능적인 학습 서비스를 지원하는 것으로, 상황 정보를 이해하고 이를 공유하도록 상황 지식과 상황 추론이 가능한 상황 인식 서비스를 도입하는 것이다. 그러나 아직까지 실제 학교를 대상으로 상황 인식 서비스를 지원하기 위한 온톨로지 상황 모델 설계 및 적용에 대한 연구결과는 미비한 상태이다, 이에 본 논문은 상황 인식 기반의 유비쿼터스 학습 서비스를 지원하기 위해, 기존 LAN 환경에서 이루어지는 학교 네트워크를 대상으로 USN을 활용한 유비쿼터스 학습 공간을 제안하고, OWL을 사용해 유비쿼터스학교 환경에대한온톨로지기반의상황모델을설계한다. 또한제안한유비쿼터스학습공간과온톨로지상황모델이 유비쿼터스 학습 환경에 적합함을 확인하기 위해 유비쿼터스 환경에서의 상황 인식 학습 서비스들을 구현한다.

워드 임베딩과 CNN을 사용하여 영화 리뷰에 대한 감성 분석 (Sentiment Analysis on Movie Reviews Using Word Embedding and CNN)

  • Reaction of people is importantly considered about specific case as a social network service grows. In the previous research on analysis of social network service, they predicted tendency of interesting topic by giving scores to sentences written by user. Based on previous study we proceeded research of sentiment analysis for social network service's sentences, which predict the result as positive or negative for movie reviews. In this study, we used movie review to get high accuracy. We classify the movie review into positive or negative based on the score for learning. Also, we performed embedding and morpheme analysis on movie review. We could predict learning result as positive or negative with a number 0 and 1 by applying the model based on learning result to social network service. Experimental result show accuracy of about 80% in predicting sentence as positive or negative.

인터넷 윤리교육을 위한 SNS 기반의 블렌디드 러닝 시스템 구현과 효과 분석 (An Implementation and Analysis on the Effectiveness of SNS based Blended Learning System for Internet Ethics Education)

  • The purpose of this paper was to design and implement effective learning model for internet ethics education, following the learning principle and procedure of PBL(Problem-Based Learning) which is one of the constructivism teaching-learning theories(, and to apply it). In this learning model, online learning and face-to-face classes were systematically combined for achieving the teaching-learning goals and the main module for online learning run on Moodle, an open source LMS(Learning Management System). It is possible for learner to participate actively in creation of micro-contents and reorganize contents using various SNS(Social Network Service). The learner can achieve the learner-oriented learning and select micro-contents in order to reorganize the personalized learning contents to take advantage of SNS among learners. To examine educational effectiveness of the proposed learning model, an experimental study was conducted through the education content and method to the subjects of two classes in the second-grade of university located in OO city. 60 students(treatment group=30, control group=30) participated in the experiment. The result statistically verified that the proposed learning method is more effective in cultivating consciousness of internet ethics than the face-to-face PBL learning method. The results of this paper also showed that a lecture using blended learning is efficient in achieving learning performance and that learners responded positively(, which are indicating that the higher effectiveness of learning would be expected) by forming connectedness among learners using SNS.   • Machine learning model gained the popularity in recent years as multi-national companies have incorporated machine learning in their services. Such service is called machine learning as a service (MLaSS). Such services are provided to users based on charge-per-query which triggers the motivations for adversaries to steal the trained victim model to reduce the cost of using the service. Therefore, it is important for companies that provide MLaSS to protect their intellectual property (IP) against adversaries. It has been arms race between the attack and defence in a context of the privacy of machine learning models. In this paper, we provide a comprehensive study of recent development in protecting privacy of machine learning models.

유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서의 킬러서비스 사례연구: 현장체험 학습을 중심으로 (A Study on Killer Services in Ubiquitous Computing: The Case of the Scene of Labor Learning)

  • In this study we designed the killer services for the scene of labor learning in ubiquitous computing. To achieve this study, we have explored the unmet needs of teachers in the scene of labor learning and examined whether the unmet needs could be served by the resources and capabilities of ubiquitous computing. Then, we have crafted a detail killer services that includes value propositions and resource maps by using statistical methodology. Finally, the killer services for the scene of labor learning proposed to serve educational users with the service architecture. The result of this study will be applied to develop new business model in ubiquitous computing as the basic research.

Relationship between Course Evaluations and Learning Achievement for the Software Lecture in General Education

  • The course evaluations was used to collect the students' opinion and verify the learning performance for a long time. However, many evaluations' methods are not consider each characteristics of the course, and many courses were presented to students with the same question for the course evaluations. This research aims to make a learning success model considering the questionnaire of course evaluations and relationship between the factors of learning and learning satisfaction/benefit. In order to make a model, we identify the items of the questionnaire and distinguish the factors considering the items. The factors are Information Quality, Knowledge Quality, System Quality and Service Quality. Consequently, the research shows the connection and relationship between them and learning satisfaction/benefit.

과학과교육 강의에서 예비 초등교사들의 학습환경에 대한 인식과 과학 교수효능감 (The Perceptions of Pre-service Elementary Teachers in Regards to the Learning Environment in Science Education Courses and Their Science Teaching Efficacy Belief)

  • This study examined how pre-service elementary teachers' perceptions regarding the learning environment (learning focus/ability-meritocracy/cooperative climate) and achievement goals (mastery/performance-approach/performance-avoidance) in science education courses jointly contributed to their science teaching efficacy beliefs (personal science teaching efficacy belief/science teaching outcome expectancy). A path analysis supported a causal model in which the perception of the learning focus influenced the mastery goal, which in turn influenced the personal science teaching efficacy belief and science teaching outcome expectancy. The perception of learning focus also had a direct effect on science teaching outcome expectancy. The perception of ability-meritocracy influenced personal science teaching efficacy belief via the performance-approach (positively) or, conversely, the performance-avoidance goal (negatively). No link .was deduced from the perception of cooperative climate. The educational implications of these findings were also discussed.
