The purpose of this study is to understand what kind of effects a local residents’ participation on a local environmental problem has on the Environmental consciousness of the resident, and on the local community. I (researcher) employed qualitative research methods on the residents' environmental movement, which claimed to preserve the Sung Mi Mountain from the Seoul City Hall's plan of the water reservoir construction. I tried to understand the participation motivation and participating actions, and also the changes and effects the participation brought at both a personal, and community level. The data were gathered by means of in-depth interview with the local residents and unstructured questionnaire. At first, through the residents' environmental movement, the participants acquired a growth in environmental consciousness. For example, they obtained better understanding of the environment, change of attitude to environment, and participation function. Secondly, it is meaningful that a local tie intervened by the environment, enforced self-governing, and shows how community sentiment plays an important role for local community organization. Moreover, the environmental movement contributed to developing a ‘culture for participation’. In conclusion, participating in a local environmental problem can be an integration of learning and practice and also leads to reflective thinking about the relationship not only between human beings and nature, but also among human beings. In addition, it can buildup a systemic cooperation for local problem-solving and the ability to make an alternative culture in the community. These are the significances of the local environmental problem-participation on the environmental education.

Recently, domestic construction companies have been facing difficulties due to many unstable factors including domestic and foreign factors due to technological power enhancement and the decline of the construction industry due to the government's real estate regulation policy and the ongoing recession. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effect of knowledge sharing and utilization on the performance of knowledge sharing and utilization in the field organization of domestic construction companies in this market situation. In this study, the structural equation model was used for empirical analysis. As a result of this study, it was confirmed that all variables except for the relationship between organizational culture and knowledge sharing and utilization had a positive effect.

For the case analysis comprehensive survey were implemented. And those data were analyzed along the research framework. The late-comer firms offered differential services, maintained creative and opened corporate culture, shoed learning capabilities which means absorption and organization of external knowledge, innovative efforts to control the insurgents than early-mover firms. When we analyze these phenomena along the developmental stages of late-comer, we can perceive that the stage of late-comers firms were moving from the "tracing the path" stage to "jumping the path" stage which means the creating capabilities were more or less enhanced and the firms become more stable in terms of business operation. In business model, early-mover firms showed clear definition for each business element, especially the revenue structure, while late-mover firms seemed unstable or unclear revenue structure.

In a good class, the elements that make up the class are organically related as a system. The goal of the class is to foster the ability of students to fully understand the educational content of the subject and then apply it to their professional areas. Therefore, for ideal classes, it is necessary to design students to acquire the necessary theories and apply them practically. The question We always ask ourselves during lectures is how to effectively give large-scale lectures for students. This is also the concern of all professors in charge of large-scale lectures opened across various major fields. Now is the time to find ways to effectively give lectures on a large scale. We studied how it is most effective to design and implement various factors such as lectures, presentation and group organization, assignment, group presentation, professor's group presentation guidance, lecture materials posting, questions and answers, group presentation feedback, final report writing, and grade calculation.

Factor on improvement of efficiency and raise the morale, rather than increase of medical income and reduce of the cost factors, had a stronger influence on the accreditation process. In the future, the hospital's participation to induce the accreditation program voluntarily will come up with an alternative policy concern about financial perspective. Also, the hospitals which preparing accreditation program to achieve the goal efficiently, will make use of transformational leadership through enhancing individual consideration and intellectual development to leading members participation. As the social acceptance of artificial intelligence increases, the number of cases of applying machine learning methods to companies is also increasing. Technical factors such as accuracy and interpretability have been the main criteria for selecting machine learning methods. However, the success of implementing machine learning also affects management factors such as IT departments, operation departments, leadership, and organizational culture. Unfortunately, there are few integrated studies that understand the success factors of machine learning selection in which technical and management factors are considered together. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to propose and empirically analyze a technology-management integrated model that combines task-tech fit, IS Success Model theory, and John Rice's algorithm selection process model to understand machine learning selection within the company. As a result of a survey of 240 companies that implemented machine learning, it was found that the higher the algorithm quality and data quality, the higher the algorithm-problem fit was perceived. It was also verified that algorithm-problem fit had a significant impact on the organization's innovation and productivity. In addition, it was confirmed that outsourcing and management support had a positive impact on the quality of the machine learning system and organizational cultural factors such as data-driven management and motivation. Data-driven management and motivation were highly perceived in companies' performance.
