In this paper, we design an intelligent loaming management logics which provide personalized teaming considering adaptive learning content dement and content sequencing. We enhance the existing functional model including adaptive learning management functions. Also, we present a system architecture to implement the adaptive learning management system. We realize the adaptive teaming management system based on the SCORM run-time engine.

In the area of e-learning education, SCORM2004 that is suggested by ADL and is a defacto standard allows to design and apply various interrelations among learning objects which organize learning process through consolidating IMS Simple Sequencing into S&N. In this paper, we intend to realize a web_based adaptive learning management that enable to guide experientially the learning activity through the SCORM 2004 S&N and the Traffic-Signal-Lamp Metaphor. This adaptive system allows professor to design the learning courseware realizing various learning strategies to be able to reuse same learning contents and student to be leaded a adaptive learning through being supplied immediately the state and evaluation of learning.

IIn this paper, we developed e-Leaning system based on open source software. We selected the Moodle that after compared the open source learning management systems. Moodle is APM(Apache, PHP, MySQL) based learning management system(LMS) support SCORM(Sharable Content Object Reference Model), a software package designed to help educators create quality online courses. One of the main advantages of Moodle over other systems is a strong grounding in social constructionist pedagogy. Also we integrated Moodle and legacy systems such as streaming service, webhard service, and short message service. Therefore this research showed that open source based e-Learning system include learning management system is stable and possible.

The Purpose of this study was to investigate the influences of the teacher-directed and the learner-directed ICT used instruction on learning achievement of home economics and resource management behavior according to the learning ability of students and resource management behavior of a mother. The subjects of this study were middle school students, who was divided into three groups traditional instruction group, teacher-directed ICT used instruction group, and learner-directed ICT used instruction group. This study was carried out the experimental instruction. After experimental instruction, the learning achievement and resource management behavior was estimated by test sheets. The data were processed with two-way ANCOVA and Scheffe test for post-hoc analysis The results of study were as follows : First, there was no significant difference in the influences of the ICT used instruction on learning achievement of home economics according to the learning ability. Second, there was significant difference in the influences of the ICT used instruction on learning achievement of home economics according to the resource management behavior of a mother. Third, there was no significant difference in the influences of the ICT used instruction on the resource management behavior according to the learning ability. Fourth, there was no significant difference in the influences of the ICT used instruction on the resource management behavior of a student according to the resource management behavior of a mother.

The purpose of this study was to examine the learning competencies of students at a college from September 1 to November 30, 2017, in an effort to provide some information on how to foster learning competencies in college years, which lay the foundation for work and social lives. 1. The learning competencies of the subjects consisted of academic vision, student identity, cognitive regulation, emotional regulation, learning management and creating learning environments. Out of five points, they scored the highest in academic vision and student identity with 3.34, followed by learning management with 3.20, creating learning environments with 3.18, emotional regulation with 3.16 and cognitive regulation with 3.14. 2. There were statistically significant differences in academic vision according to age, the area of major, the academic credential of their fathers, commuting time, military service experience and career plans. 3. There were statistically significant differences in student identity and cognitive regulation according to gender, age, the area of major, the academic credential of their fathers, commuting time, military service experience and career plans. 4. There were statistically significant differences in emotional regulation according to age, the area of major, the academic credential of their fathers, commuting time, career plans and daily mean study hours. 5. There were statistically significant differences in learning management according to gender, age, the area of major, grade point average, the academic credential of their fathers, career plans and daily mean study hours. 6. There were statistically significant differences in creating learning environments according to gender, age, the area of major, the academic credential of fathers, commuting time, career plans and daily mean study hours. As they were poorest at the cognitive regulation area among the areas of learning competencies, self-directed learning programs that deal with how to study, learning process, how to take notes and arrange them, how to link different pieces of acquired knowledge and how to map out study plans should be developed to give support to students.

Sookmyung Women's University Library developed a Cyber Learning Program for Information Literacy Education in the Fall semester of 2004. The program was enforced as a pass/fail prerequisite of the "Reading & Writing", a compulsory course for the first-year students. The paper describes why and how the university reached to the decision to initiate such a program. It identifies the factors which contributed to the early success of the program by analyzing the contents development process and the actual course management process. Suggestions for further developments is made by analyzing the technical and procedural difficulties faced using the Learning Management System(LMS).

The present paper examines the effect of "community of learning" factors as well as learning and contextual factors on the e-learning performance empirically. The concept of community of learning, which was derived from community of practice, has not been emphasized in previous studies on e-learning. Data were collected from 226 people who had experienced e-learning and multiple regression analysis was used to analyze the data. The results are as follows; First, learning motivation and appropriateness of learning contents, ease of system use, and knowledge sharing have a positive effect on learner's satisfaction. Whereas, learning motivation, appropriateness of learning contents, ease of system use, knowledge sharing, and activated communication are appeared to affect the ability of performing tasks significantly.

Recently, flipped learning is being highlighted especially at the college of engineering because of its self-directed learning which direction matches that of the engineering education system. Although many engineering professors have tended to apply the flipped learning to their classes, they experienced a number of significant problems and challenges in practical implementing. By using TRIZ method as a tool for creative problem solving, that have been developed and applied in many fields ranging from engineering as well as management, this study aims to solve the education dilemma between learning efficiency and learning effectiveness, create a new concept of the flipped learning based on the solutions, and then explore its educational feasibility for successfully adopting it to engineering courses. This study suggests an instructional design for implementing the flipped learning according to the characteristics of engineering classes and then designs a new model of the flipped learning according to that procedure. Also, based on the empirical results in applying a new flipped learning model to the applied mathematics, this paper proposes several guidelines for the successful application of flipped learning in the future.

This study analyzed the effects on system quality, learning commitment, and satisfaction in a mobile environment. A survey was conducted on 192 students enrolled in K University, and the research results are as follows. first, it was found that usefulness had an effect on learning commitment, but connectivity and reliability did not affect learning commitment. second, it was found that the usefulness and connectivity of the system quality had a significant effect on the satisfaction of use. third, the intermediary effect of learning immersion was verified as the connectivity, reliability, and usefulness of the system quality influence the satisfaction of use. connectivity and reliability had no mediating effect of learning commitment, and usefulness was found to play a partial mediating role in affecting user satisfaction. This study is meaningful in that it can provide a plan for improving the quality management of mobile learning and improving the learning effect by analyzing the effects on mobile learning from multiple perspectives.

Purpose - This study explored factors of online education that affect student dissatisfaction and learning effectiveness in higher education during the COVID-19 pandemic. Research design, data, and methodology - This study combined qualitative and quantitative designs. The qualitative part of this study involved in-depth interviews using a criteria-based purposive sampling technique. The quantitative part of this study consisted of an online survey. Results - The qualitative results revealed that students faced significant problems related to online learning, including a lack of learning environment, interaction, and support from the school. The quantitative results indicated that the effects of transitioned-online courses on student dissatisfaction were higher with student support, the interaction between students and instructors, online learning environment, and course organization and evaluation based on the order, while the effects on learning effectiveness were higher with the online learning environment, interaction between students and instructors, course organization and evaluation, and student support based on the order. Conclusion - The results implied that online learning in the era of the COVID 19 pandemic negatively affects student satisfaction and learning effectiveness. Policymakers and school leaders should improve students' satisfaction and learning effectiveness when confronted with the pandemic. Better policies should be adopted to improve better way of teaching in the era of COVID19.
