미분류 데이터의 초기예측을 통한 군집기반의 부분지도 학습방법 (A Clustering-based Semi-Supervised Learning through Initial Prediction of Unlabeled Data)

  • Semi-supervised learning uses a small amount of labeled data to predict labels of unlabeled data as well as to improve clustering performance, whereas unsupervised learning analyzes only unlabeled data for clustering purpose. We propose a new clustering-based semi-supervised learning method by reflecting the initial predicted labels of unlabeled data on the objective function. The initial prediction should be done in terms of a discrete probability distribution through a classification method using labeled data. As a result, clusters are formed and labels of unlabeled data are predicted according to the Information of labeled data in the same cluster. We evaluate and compare the performance of the proposed method in terms of classification errors through numerical experiments with blinded labeled data.

전문가시스템 실용화를 위한 지식오류분석방법론 연구 (A Development of Knowledge Error Analysis Methodology for practical use of Expert Systems)

  • The accuracy of knowledge is a major concern for expert system developers and users. Machine learning approaches have recently been found to be useful in knowledge acquisition for expert systems. However, the accuracy of concept acquired from machine learning could not be analyzed in most cases. In this paper we develop a comprehensive knowledge error analysis methodology for practical use of expert systems. Decision tree induction is an important type of machine learning method for business expert systems. Here we start to analyze with knowledge acquired from decision tree induction method, and extend the results to develop error analysis methodology for general machine learning methods. We give several examples and illustrations for these results. We also discuss the applicability of these results to multistrategy learning approaches.

  • 본 논문은 문제기반학습모형(Problem-based learning model)접근방법을 공학회계라는 다분히 학제 간 성격(공학과 회계학)을 갖는 교과에 어떻게 적용할 지를 다룬다. PBL 접근방법은 급변하는 기업 환경에서 공학회계와 관련한 기업 문제를 제기하고 다룰 수 있을 것이며, 또한 이를 시스템적 관점해서 해결하려는 공학 측면에서도 적절할 것으로 판단된다. PBL모형의 현실적인 적용을 위해서 학생들이 해결해야 할 문제를 생성하고, 해결하는 과정을 수행할 수 있도록 웹 기반 실습 시스템을 개발, 제안한다.

  • 건설산업의 국제경쟁력 강화를 위해서는 기술력의 확보가 무엇보다 중요하다. 기술력은 유능한 엔지니어의 양성과정에서부터 시작됨의 인식으로 대학교육의 중요성이 대두되고 있는 현실이다. 본 연구에서는 수동적 교육의 한계를 극복하기 위하여 능동적 학습방식의 의의 및 중요성을 제시하고자 한다. 사례로서 중량의 양중작업용 타인크레인을 대상으로 능동적 학습 절차와 주요 수행 내용을 설명하고 학습효과를 분석한다.

  • Novelty detection involves identifying novel patterns. They are not usually available during training. Even if they are, the data quantity imbalance leads to a low classification accuracy when a supervised learning scheme is employed. Thus, an unsupervised learning scheme is often employed ignoring those few novel patterns. In this paper, we propose two ways to make use of the few available novel patterns. First, a scheme to determine local thresholds for the Self Organizing Map boundary is proposed. Second, a modification of the Learning Vector Quantization learning rule is proposed so that allows one to keep codebook vectors as far from novel patterns as possible. Experimental results are quite promising.

창의적 캡스톤 디자인을 활용한 팀 프로젝트수업 운영에 따른 학습만족도 및 이해도 변화에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Change of Learning Satisfaction and Comprehension of Team Project Instruction Using Creative Capstone Design)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the change of comprehension degree about learning satisfaction and capstone class by applying the subject which draws idea for team project task in college to creative capstone design program. The Capstone Design Program is designed to train fieldworkers with creative problem solving skills and is widely applied as a problem-solving course in team-based projects. In this paper, based on the case study of the 'fusion capstone design' operated in the first semester of 2015 ~ 2017, the capstone design course was established in the course of designing ideas for problem solving. The results of this study are as follows: First, the questionnaire about capstone design instruction process, instruction method, and learning achievement satisfaction were analyzed. As a result, understanding of capstone design was found to be higher than that of class before class, and satisfaction of performance course, method of teaching performance and learning outcome were obtained.

조직구성원의 자기주도학습능력이 흡수능력과 정서적 몰입 및 직무몰입에 미치는 영향 (Enhancing organizational commitment and job involvement through self-directed learning and absorptive capacity)

  • As organization's success depends on how much employees are active in recognizing new knowledge and transform into organization's value, this study is to examine the influence of employees' self-directed learning capacity on organizational absorptive capacity, organizational commitment and job involvement. The study has shown that managerial level employees have high level of self-directed learning capacity, and employees who have such high level capacity also shown to have high level of absorptive capacity and organizational affective commitment and job involvement. There were static correlations between all the variables, and absorptive capacity has a complete meditated effect on each variables. Hence, in order to enhance absorptive capacity, organizations should put their effort to develop employees' self-directed learning capacity, which will not only improve individual competency but also lead to organization's success in this competitive global market.

  • This paper complements the work of Courtney et al. in viewing learning organizations as inquiring systems. Hegelian inquiring systems are based on the dialectic. Dialectic can not exist without dialogue. The guarantor of this system is conflict. Hegelian inquiring systems would facilitate multiple and contradictory interpretations of reality. Hegelian synthesis of two opposing models-thesis and antithesis-is the epitome of open systems and double-loop learning. Knowledge gained from the Hegelian inquiring systems may result in an entirely new strategic direction to organizations. This paper reviews some guidelines and principles of Hegelian learning organizations and IT support of it. Also it proposes the immediate deployment of Hegelian learning organizations in the wicked business environments and finally suggests the development of new, flexible information technologies and systems for Hegelian organizations.

  • 한국 기업들의 필리핀 진출이 활발해지면서 필리핀 현지의 한국 업체들은 한국어 능력을 보유한 현지인력의 채용을 확대하고 있다. 이 논문에서는 한국의 e-learning 경험을 바탕으로 필리핀 현지 한국인 산업체 인력의 한국어 능력 향상을 위한 e-laering 시스템과 학습관리시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 이 시스템은 JAVA, ASP와 HTML로 구현되었으며, 강의 자료 및 학생 자료는 MS SQL-Server로 관리되도록 구현하였다.

  • In this study, software products developed in the course of testing, software managers in the process of testing software test and test tools for effective learning effects perspective has been studied using the NHPP software. The finite failure nonhomogeneous Poisson process models presented and the life distribution applied exponential and log shaped type hazard function. Software error detection techniques known in advance, but influencing factors for considering the errors found automatically and learning factors, by prior experience, to find precisely the error factor setting up the testing manager are presented comparing the problem. As a result, the learning factor is greater than autonomous errors-detected factor that is generally efficient model could be confirmed. This paper, a failure data analysis of applying using time between failures and parameter estimation using maximum likelihood estimation method, after the efficiency of the data through trend analysis model selection were efficient using the mean square error and coefficient of determination.
