스마트러닝 품질은 전통적인 교육보다 복잡하고 다양한 요인으로 구성된다. 본 논문에서는 스마트러닝 품질을 콘텐츠, 시스템, 서비스측면에서 살펴보고 문헌연구와 표적집단면접법(FGI)에 의해서 스마트러닝 품질요인을 분류하였다. 설문조사는 리커트식 5점 척도에 의하여 사용자들이 품질요인의 만족도와 중요도를 상대적으로 평가하도록 하였다. 설문지는 39문항으로 구성하였으며 불성실하게 응답한 설문지 8부를 제외하고 112부가 최종분석을 위하여 활용되었다. 수집된 데이터는 SPSS 18.0을 활용하여 통계적으로 분석되었으며, 실증적 검증을 위해서 중요도-만족도 분석이 활용되었다.

수학 교과에서는 컴퓨터와 인터넷 환경을 교수 학습에 적극적으로 활용해 왔다. 그러나 수학 교수 학습 웹사이트 운영의 질적인 측면에서는 여러 문제점들이 제기되어 왔다. 본 연구는 영국 케임브리지 대학교의 'Millennium Mathematics Project' 사업의 일환으로 1997년부터 운영되고 있는 NRICH 웹사이트의 운영 방식, 웹사이트 체계, 콘텐츠 내용, 콘텐츠의 연계 방식 등을 조사하였다. 이를 바탕으로 주제 중심의 콘텐츠 구성, 지속적 장기적 자료 축적, 이용자들의 참여 유도, 다양한 협력 사업 등의 측면에서 우리나라에 주는 시사점을 정리하였다.

Hotels drive the growth and development of tourism. Despite their important role, many hotels are small and medium-sized firms (SME) that are struggling to survive against fierce competition. Experts agree that strategic planning is vital for SME survival, but it is not wholly applicable for SME managers. Meanwhile, Mintzberg's concept of crafting strategy offers a more productive insight into SME strategic planning, but its abstract nature has historically discouraged empirical research on its practical benefits. This study will be the first to empirically explore the operationalization of Mintzberg's crafting strategy characteristics, and analyze its influence on organizational learning using structural equation model. Using a sample of 50 hotels in Bali, Indonesia, this study reveals that managing pattern and stability, detecting discontinuity, and knowing the business have a positive but weak effect, whereas reconciling change and continuity proves to have a positive and significantly strong effect on organizational learning. This study has bridged the gap between the abstract concepts of crafting strategy, which is a potentially better approach for SMEs, with daily operational practices. This study also proves that Mintzberg's approach can be used to predict organizational learning. This relationship is crucial since previous studies concluded that organizational learning improves company performance.

Purpose: This study aims to examine the demographic similarities and differences in objectives, methodology, and findings of previous studies in the context of gaining financial literacy using videos. This study employs a systematic review design. Research design, data and methodology: Based on the content analysis method, 15 articles were chosen from Scopus and Science Direct during 2015-2020. After formulating the research questions, the paper identification process, screening, eligibility, and quality appraisal are discussed in the methodology. The keywords for the advanced search included "Financial literacy," "Financial Education," and "Video". Results: The results of this study indicate the effectiveness of learning financial literacy using videos. Significant results were obtained when students interacted with the video content distribution. The findings of this study provide an overview and lead to a better understanding of the use of video in financial literacy. Conclusions: This study is important as a guide for educators in future research and practice planning. A systematic review on this topic is the research gap. Video learning was active learning that involved student-centered activities that help students engage with financial literacy. By conducting a systematic review, researchers and readers may also understand how extending an individual's financial literacy may change after financial education.

Deep learning methods and their application have become an essential part of prediction and modeling in water-related research areas, including hydrological processes, climate change, etc. It is known that application of deep learning leads to high availability of data sources in hydrology, which shows its usefulness in analysis of precipitation, runoff, groundwater level, evapotranspiration, and so on. However, there is still a limitation on microclimate analysis and prediction with deep learning methods because of deficiency of gauge-based data and shortcomings of existing technologies. In this study, a real-time rainfall prediction model was developed from a sky image data set with convolutional neural networks (CNNs). These daily image data were collected at Chung-Ang University and Korea University. For high accuracy of the proposed model, it considers data classification, image processing, ratio adjustment of no-rain data. Rainfall prediction data were compared with minutely rainfall data at rain gauge stations close to image sensors. It indicates that the proposed model could offer an interpolation of current rainfall observation system and have large potential to fill an observation gap. Information from small-scaled areas leads to advance in accurate weather forecasting and hydrological modeling at a micro scale.

The rapid change in industry and the technological gap give rise to social demand for upskilling and reskilling and spread of alternative education. Against this backdrop, digital certification and career management tools can be used to manage various types of learning activities comprehensively. Digital badges provide various kinds of history information related to individual learning, and the reliability and transparency of the issued information can be strengthened by applying blockchain technology. There have been various discussions about digital badges for a long time, but due to the lack of standards to support the issuance and distribution of digital badges, they have been partially used in some areas. However, interest in digital badges is increasing due to the development of related technologies, establishment of standards, paradigm changes in higher education, and government policies related to nurturing digital talent. This paper deals with the use of digital badges for efficient and transparent learning management and career management in an online learning environment. The researcher analyzes the technical characteristics and use cases of digital badges, and proposes a plan for use in online higher education based on them.

IT 프로젝트가 성공적으로 실현되기 위해서 개별 컨설턴트의 역량은 매우 중요하다. 특히 IT 프로젝트 수행 동안 발생하는 다양한 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 학습이 필요하며 이 학습은 실행에 의한 학습, 타인을 통한 학습, 투자에 의한 학습으로 구분된다. 본 연구의 목적은 이러한 세 가지 학습프로세스가 컨설턴트의 의사결정 성과에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는 것이다. 연구모형을 수립하기에 앞서 팀장급 이상 컨설턴트와 3회 인터뷰를 수행하였다. 본 과정을 통해 연구모형과 설문문항에 대한 타당성 검증을 수행하였다. 100명 이상의 현직 컨설턴트들의 설문에 참여하였다. 연구결과 타인을 통한 학습은 의사결정에 아무런 영향도 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

This study was conducted to investigate the effect of learning style and lecture attitude on academic achievement in non-face-to-face lectures. Among students attending H University in the first semester of 2020. 1,880 students voluntarily participated in the survey. The questionnaire consists of 33 questions, and actual GPA was used to determine academic achievement. In this study, ANOVA and regression were utilized to find out the factors affecting academic achievement. The results are as follows. First, in the correlation between learning style types, the higher the avoidant learning style, the lower the independent, cooperative, and competitive types. Second, the higher the independent learning type, the higher the positive lecture attitude and GPA, and the higher the type of cooperative learning, the higher the negative lecture attitude. Third, the positive attitudes of 4th graders were higher than that of 1st graders. Fourth, there was no difference in learning style between colleges. Fifth, independent/competitive learning styles and non-face-to-face lecture attitudes had a significant effect on academic achievement in non-face-to-face lectures. In conclusion, in order to narrow the academic gap, instructors must identify the type of learning style. And it is necessary to consider students' preferences for non-face-to-face lectures.

등교수업과 온라인 수업을 병행하는 블렌디드 러닝에서 온라인 수업의 단방향성과 상호작용의 단절이 학력격차를 심화하는 원인으로 지목되고 있다. 본 연구는 위드 코로나 시대에 온라인 수업의 효과를 높이기 위한 블렌디드 러닝 모델을 개발하기 위하여 교사, 학생, 학부모 교육 공동체를 대상으로 표적 집단 인터뷰를 통하여 온라인에서 교사와 학생, 학생과 학생 간의 상호작용을 높이기 위하여 돌봄 요소를 고려한 EduCare 모델을 제안하였다. 제안된 블렌디드 EduCare 모델에 대하여 전문가 타당성 검토를 거친 6가지 수업 운영 모형을 제안하였다. 온라인 돌봄요소를 고려함으로써 상호작용을 극대화할 뿐만 아니라 학습 실재감, 심리적 안녕감, 사회적 실재감을 높일 수 있으며, 궁극적으로 온라인 학습효과를 증진시킬 것이다.

한국교육방송공사에서 초등학생을 대상으로 4주간 실시한 학습 멘토링의 교육적 효과를 분석하기 위해, 학습 멘토링에 참여한 27명의 학생을 대상으로 자기주도적 학습능력과 정서적 안정감의 변화를 사전사후 검사를 통해 분석하였다. 그 결과, 학생들의 자기주도적 학습능력과 정서적 안정감이 모두 향상된 것으로 파악되었다. 또한, 학생들은 학습을 지도해준 멘토에 대한 만족도가 높게 나타났다. 따라서 원격 수업 상황에서 소외계층 학생들의 학습 격차를 줄이려면, EBS 학습 멘토링 사업을 지속적으로 추진하고, 멘토링 기간과 멘토링에 참여하는 학생과 교사의 수도 크게 증가시켜야 한다.
