일본 학교도서관의 정보활용교육 변천 (The Historical Changes of Information Literacy Instruction in Japanese School Libraries)

  • 본 연구는 일본의 학교도서관에서 정보활용교육이 시대적 변화에 따라 어떻게 전개되어 왔는지를 밝히고, 역사적 변천을 통해 형성된 최근 동향에 대한 심층적인 분석을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 관련연구, 전국학교도서관협의회의 간행물, 학습지도요령 등을 검토하였다. 연구 결과, 일본 학교도서관의 정보활용교육은 1940년대 후반 이후 도서관 이용지도의 도입기, 1950년대 후반 이후 지도방법의 모색기, 1980년대 이후 정보리터러시교육의 확립기, 2000년대 이후 탐구학습으로의 확대기를 거쳐 발전해 온 것으로 나타났다.

오류분석을 통한 효율적인 영작문 지도법 (An effective teaching method of English composition through error analysis)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate common errors made by Korean learners in English composition and to find out what is an effective and appropriate teaching method of English composition in Korea. For these purposes, 197 students on the third grade in high school were selected as the subjects of this research. The students were tested by way of the immediate translation of 31 simple Korean sentences into English which are supposed to be easy for those students to write without any difficulty. About 2 minutes were given for testing each sentence. The results are as follows : First. the whole sum of errors made by 197 students was 2,972 and these types of errors were classified into 13 categories by Duskova's grammatical method and James'. The errors with comparatively high frequency were prepositional errors(17.2%), verbal errors(15.4%), and the errors with low frequency were article errors(1.9%), to-infinitive errors. Second, when Korean students learn English as a target language, overgeneralization(33.6%) and reduction(17.5) influenced the learners much more greatly than language transfer(22.2) did. But the influence of language transfer including interference & overgeneralization(l5.2%) and interference & reduction(10.7%) was no less than 48.1%. The statistics shows that the learners have a tendency to analyze, systematize and regularize the target language when they start to learn a new language.

Development of an Internet-based Robot Education System

  • Until now, many networked robots have been connected to the Internet for the various applications. With these networked robots, very long distance teleoperation can be possible through the Internet. However, the promising area of the Internet-based teleoperation may be distance learning, because of several reasons such as the unpredictable characteristics of the Internet. In robotics class, students learn many theories about robots, but it is hard to perform the actual experiments for all students due to the rack of the real robots and safety problems. Some classes may introduce the virtual robot simulator for students to program the virtual robot and upload their program to operate the real robot through the off-line programming method. However, the students may also visit the laboratory when they want to use the real robot for testing their program. In this paper, we developed an Internet-based robot education system. The developed system was composed of two parts, the robotics class materials and the web-based Java3d robot simulator. That is, this system can provide two services for distance learning to the students through the Internet. The robotics class materials can be provided to the student as the multimedia contents on the web page. As well, the web-based robot simulator as the real experiment tool can help the students get good understanding about certain subject. So, the students can learn the required robotics theories and perform the real experiments from their web browser when they want to study themselves at any time.

한국과 중국 지역 초등학교 정보교육 교재의 프로그래밍 교육 내용 (Programming Education Contents of Local Elementary School Textbooks in Korea and China)

  • 본 연구는 우리나라 부산시와 중국 저장성의 초등학교 정보교육 교재의 프로그래밍 교육 내용을 조사한다. 프로그래밍 교육의 목표 설정과 교육용 프로그래밍 언어 선택 그리고 프로그래밍 교육의 내용 선정과 전개 방식에 관하여 두 가지의 교재에서 초등학교 정보교육 교재에 필요한 내용을 확인한다. 두 지역의 교재는 초등학교 수준에 맞는 프로그래밍 언어를 선정하고 창의적인 학습 주제를 선정하여 학습자 스스로 문제를 해결해 가는 과정에서 프로그래밍을 학습하도록 한다. 본 연구의 결과로 초등학교 정보교육 교재의 프로그래밍 교육은 학습자 스스로 문제를 해결 과정에서 자연스럽게 프로그래밍을 학습하도록 구성하고 있음을 확인하였다.

대학의 경영혁신 방향에 대한 이론적 연구 (A Study on the Application Possibility of Management Innovation Strategy in University)

  • In the 1990s, university environment is changing rapidly(especially, difficulty of student registration which are originated student's decrease and various deregulation) and university get ready for the new ways of management culture. This new ways are management innovation strategies. The purpose of this study is to suggest the direction of effective innovation(to search application possibility of management innovation strategy), solving the problems occurred by the enlargement and change in the environments of universities. From early in the 1990s, korean corporations perform actively many management innovation strategy including benchmarking, restructuring, downsizing, zero-based budgeting, BPR, learn organization and total quality management. But korean most universities performed hardware management innovation strategies such as corporate portfolio restructuring(including outsourcing, M&A, MBO etc.) and organization restructuring. Therefore korean universities have got to concerns about more software management innovation strategy such as total quality management and learn organization. Also we have seen another problems such as that universities try to merely duplicate certain management innovation strategies which are used by another university. rather than to make various effort to adequate their own organizations. In conclusion, korean universities are to play an important roles in the development of knowledge society. The management innovation and individual competence development in the university are required to overcome crisis of university.

조리실습교육에 대한 학습자의 요구도 조사 (Research on the Needs of Learners for Cooking Practice Education)

  • The study was aimed to estimate the degree of recognition of, satisfaction with and needs for cooking practice education. 300 female students of middle schools and high schools in Seoul, Kyung-gi, Inchon area were targeted fer the research, which has been conducted from January 1st to December 20th in 2003. The crosstab, the t-test, and the ANOVA analysis were processed as methods using SPSS. The study showed that most of students had experienced cooking exercises, and the degree of satisfaction of the high school group was higher than that of the middle school group. Both groups answered they wanted more time for the cooking practice classes and the middle school group had the greater necessity. The necessity far practice lessons of cooking traditional foods reaches n high level in both groups, All the students answered they liked both western and traditional foods, but preferred the traditional food to the western one. They also believed the traditional food was more healthy than the western one. In terms of the needs for cooking practice education, the middle school group wanted to learn how to cook cake, pie, steak potato chip, and hamburger, while the high school group wanted cake, pie, steak sandwich, and potato chip. As for the traditional food, the middle school group wanted to learn how to cook Naegmyun(cold noodles), fried rice, rice hash, dumpling soup, and knife-cut noodles. The high school group, however, picked knife-cut noodles, fried rice, iced noodles, rice hash, and rice-cake soup.

  • 일반적으로 작은 구조의 신경 회로망은 좋은 일반화 성능을 나타내지만 원하는 학습 목표까지 학습하기가 어려운 경향이 있다. 반면에 큰 구조의 신경 회로망은 학습 데이터는 쉽게 배우지만 일반화 성능이 좋지 않은 경향이 있다. 따라서 좋은 일반화 성능을 얻기 위한 일반적인 방법은 학습이 되는 한도 내에서 최소 구조의 신경 회로망 즉 최적 구조 신경 회로망을 찾는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 가중치의 제곱과 뉴런 출력의 분산의 곱으로 정의되는 임팩트 팩터(ImF: Impact Factor)를 이용한 새로운 연결 소거 알고리즘을 제안한다. 그리고 함수 근사화 문제에 적용하여 제안된 방법이 효율적임을 보인다.

Traffic-based reinforcement learning with neural network algorithm in fog computing environment

  • Reinforcement learning is a technology that can present successful and creative solutions in many areas. This reinforcement learning technology was used to deploy containers from cloud servers to fog servers to help them learn the maximization of rewards due to reduced traffic. Leveraging reinforcement learning is aimed at predicting traffic in the network and optimizing traffic-based fog computing network environment for cloud, fog and clients. The reinforcement learning system collects network traffic data from the fog server and IoT. Reinforcement learning neural networks, which use collected traffic data as input values, can consist of Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) neural networks in network environments that support fog computing, to learn time series data and to predict optimized traffic. Description of the input and output values of the traffic-based reinforcement learning LSTM neural network, the composition of the node, the activation function and error function of the hidden layer, the overfitting method, and the optimization algorithm.

조리교육과정에 요구되는 직업기초능력과 역량에 관한 연구 (A Study on Basic Vocational Competencies and Capabilities required for Culinary Arts Curriculum)

  • Vocational education has been constantly blamed for training skills that are not suitable for the field. This study was sought for finding out the necessary skills for the hotel entry-level cooks by conducting in-depth interviews, questionnaires, and case studies in terms of NCS's basic competencies and competencies required at work environment. The results of this study are as follows: First, in the field, job performance ability is more important than skills and knowledge. Second, among the NCS's basic competencies, communication skills, interpersonal skills, self-development skills, information skills, and professional ethics are prioritized competencies for hotel-entry level cooks. Third, in terms of competency factors at work, it is necessary to learn the adaptability of the field. Fourth, in case of overseas culinary institutes, the core of their culinary education was the system to learn how to operate the site rather than the education about cooking skills or knowledge. Fifth, in holistic approach, the result showed that four elements which are skills, knowledge, field practice, and simulation training are required for Culinary Arts curriculum.

수출중소기업은 어떤 직무적성을 가진 대학생을 채용할까? -광주 지역을 중심으로- (What Kinds of Aptitude Will Be Required for Undergraduate Students Who Want to Join Export-Oriented SMEs?)

  • The main objective of this study is to examine the required aptitudes for undergraduate students who want to join export-oriented Small & Medium Enterprises(SMEs). 178 Dataset from a survey of exporting firms in Gwangju, Korea, were used to analyze the study. The results of the study are as follows ; First, the most required aptitude is 'the capability related to build up human relationship'. So students should learn negotiation skills in the college. In addition to this, student also try to join informal club and cultivate teamwork capabilities. Second, finding out a job in export-oriented SMEs is needed to equip with problem-solving capabilities. To do it, students should learn various subjects related to trade theory. Additionally, having some certificates like 'international trade master' can be better. Third, communication capabilities including foreign language and international business skills will be also required for students who are preparing for joining export-oriented SMEs. However, capabilities related to information technology and basic statistic skills does not have statistically significant correlation to recruitment intention. As a result, students who have such above-mentioned four aptitudes may have better position to find out jobs in export-oriented SMEs.
