Healthy family specialists, who must be equipped with comprehensive and specific knowledge on the health of families with an extensive span of duty, should receive continued education for enhancing their capabilities. In this context, this study will focus on a coaching program that brings excellent result in helping healthy family specialists to set up a vision, exercising leadership and improve their personal relations, etc. with a focus on the potential and possibility of persons and organizations. To accomplish the purpose of this study, the present condition of the existing reeducation program for healthy family specialists conducted by the Central Healthy Family Support Center was grasped. This was done through an analysis on the educational programs for nurturing professional coaches executed by many educational institutions in an effort to propose the coaching education program for enhancing the capabilities of healthy family specialists. The contents related to instruction, time, qualifications, etc. proposed in the model developed through the considered educational program could be used in the future for the education of healthy family specialists so that they may enhance their capabilities.

The purpose of this study is to apply self-leadership program using films to nursing students and to confirm the effects of self-leadership, empowerment, self-directed learning and happiness. The study participants were 60 nursing students, the data was collected from March 7, to June 13, 2017. The data was analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and paired t-test using SPSS WIN 24.0 computer program. The self-leadership program consisted of 13 sessions, and 14 films were used for self-management, self-training, and self-branding. The self-leadership of nursing students was significantly increased after education(t=-4.38, p<.001). In details, behavior-focused strategies, natural-reward strategies, and constructive thought pattern strategies were all significant. Empowerment also increased significantly after education(t=-5.83, p<.001), and personal skills, collective recognition, and self-determination were all significant. Self-directed learning were high after education(t=-3.31, p=.002), and learning plans and learning practices were significant. In addition, the happiness of nursing college students was significantly higher after education(t=-4.49, p<.001). As a result of this study, self-leadership program using movies can improve self-leadership, empowerment, self-directed learning and happiness of nursing students and It will be possible to apply as educational intervention in the future.

This research is objective that we investigate the effects of transformational leadership type of the head of pre-school institution on its operation and management. In order to test, we selected the subject of 200 teachers at 50 preschools in Seoul city randomly and we measured leadership type of the head and the level of its operation and management to 174 pre-school teachers. Based on the collected questionnaire, simple correlation and multiple regression analyses were conducted to produce the following results: First, analyzed result, participants were higher recognition that the relationship between the institution head's transformational leadership and its operation and management, and between the two variable were significant static positive correlation. Second, we analyzed the difference between type of transformational leadership to the institution head's perceived by its teachers individuals variables. As a results, we found that the academic ability(a college to university graduation) was significant the ethical leadership and teachers gives a positive evaluation on the head's transformational leadership regardless of the teacher's background variables. Third, we analyzed the transformational leadership affect institution on its operation and management. its results, the transformational leadership was significant on its operation and management. In particular, it were affect according to the order, political leadership, educational leadership, cultural leadership. Our finding contribute that pre-school institution have to change consistently, and were asked higher quality by enhancing competition, politics and its operation and management. in order to it is important that there is transformational leadership of the head.
Purpose: Health care professionals represent an immediately available resource to promote smoking cessation. However, the content in smoking cessation intervention courses in most institutions is insufficiently covered due to the limited number of class hours. The purpose of this study was to develop a comprehensive tobacco cessation-web-based, multimedia, educational program for a range of medical professionals. Methods: Based on Jung's Teaching and Learning Structure Plan Model, a development process was proposed comprising four stages: (1) analysis, (2) planning, (3) production, and (4) operation/evaluation. The effectiveness of the program was tested using quasi-experimental design, and the participants in experimental group were required to complete the program. Changes in the level of knowledge and attitude were measured. Results: The educational program developed includes nine topics and 26 sub-topics. A total of 180 storyboards, 15 videos, and 27 pictures were made. After the education, the level of knowledge was significantly increased in the experimental group. Conclusion: This web-based program can be recommended as a potential medium for health care professionals to use in counseling smoking cessation. The study findings also indicated that the program may be either offered as a teaching aid or utilized concurrently with lectures for students studying health care-related topics.
This study was conducted to identify the factors that affect the output of health conters. An analystical model employed in this study was developed by modifying 'input-output model' and 'organizational behavior model'. Data were collected form two source; the 1995 report of thealth center which was submitted to the Ministry of Health and Welfare and a mail survey questionary of officers at health center, including 66 directors and 1,768 staffs of the health centers in southern region. The major findings are as follows: That analysis has identified the factors associated with dependent variables: medical services provided by the health center and health program performance(HPP). The number of primary medical facilities was negatively associated with health center performance while the number of staffs, job satisfaction, and professional background of health center directors were positively associated. These independent variables accounted for 40.1% of the variance of dependent variables. The variance of HPP was significantly explained by the number of health subcenter and primary health post, priority level of public health program by hief executive officers(CEOs) and legislator. A significant relationship was found between leadership types of health center directors and the performance of maternal and child health program. Considering these results, the authors suggested that the role in medical care service of health center in the should be rearranged at local level because medical care service of the health center is competing with primary medical facilities in the same region. It is also suggested that educational efforts be made to improve leadership of the health center directors and concern with public health program by the CEOs and legislators of local governments.

Purpose: This study considers the variables related to self-leadership of Korean nursing students and verifies the results of precedent studies through meta-analysis. Methods: This study selected a total of 48 precedent studies regarding the investigation of the correlation between variables related to self-leadership of nursing students conducted between 2009 and 2019 and carried out a meta-analysis. Results: For the effect size of variables related to self-leadership of nursing students, individual characteristics had a medium effect size (ESr=.49) and the effect size was larger for meta-cognition (ESr=.65), emotional intelligence (ESr=.58), and self-efficacy (ESr=.54). The characteristics of nursing competency (ESr=.45) also had a medium effect size and the effect size was larger for professional self-concept (ESr=.60), social support (ESr=.58), and critical thinking (ESr=.56). This result shows that individual characteristics were highly correlated with self-leadership compared to the characteristics of nursing competency. Conclusion: This study is significant in that it verified the effect of variables related to self-leadership and presented the direction and preliminary data for a follow-up study. It is necessary to include variables considering individual characteristics in the development of an educational program for improving self-leadership in the future.

But national defense leadership is not show in the circumstance of national security crisis. As you know, national defense leadership is a process that make use of influence. Because of the environmental change, our national defense leadership is having a new turning point. First, international order, which is under post-cold war, raises possibility of guarantee of peace and security in international society but also, cause the increase of multiple uncertainty and small size troubles in security circumstance. In addition, Korean society is rushing into democratization and localization period by success in peaceful change of political power went through about three times. The issue of political neutralization of military is stepping into settlement but still, negative inheritance of old military regime is worrying about it. In this situation, we can't expect rise in estimation about the importance of security and military's reason for being. So, military have to give their concern to not only internal maintenance of order and control and growth of soldiers but also developing external leadership to strength influence to society and military's the reason for being. So for these alternative I'm suggesting a digital leadership of national defense which fits digital era. This digital leadership is the leadership which can accept and understand digital technology and lead the digital organization. To construct digital national defense we need a practical leadership. The leadership has to be digital leadership with digital competence that can direct vision of digital national defense and carry out the policy. A leader who ha s digital leadership can lead the digital society. The ultimate key to construct digital government, digital corporate and digital citizen depends on digital leader with digital mind. To be more specific, digital leadership has network leadership, next generation leadership, knowledge driven management leadership, innovation oriented leadership. A leader with this kind of leadership is the real person with digital leadership. From now on, to rise this, we have to build up human resource development strategy and develop educational training program.
This research first finds out the resources, activities, and effectiveness of quality management effort and the resulting customer satisfaction when the total quality management is lacking in most Korean medical agencies today. Then, it analyzes the relationship among the factors mentioned earlier. This paper utilizes actual data and presents a theoretical model which explains that the resources of quality management affect the activities and that the fruit of the quality management effort benefits the customers in the end. In addition, this study conducts a corroborative analysis through executing a survey, getting a descriptive statistical result on the subjects' characteristics and the research variables using SPSS 9.0 WIN PROGRAM, and the model is approved through analyzing its make-up using LISREL 8.12 WIN PROGRAM. The study's finding is the following: First, the management leadership affects the worker's, educational training, the quality of medical service, and the survey of customer satisfaction positively. However, it does not affect the quality of work positively. Second, the internal customer satisfaction affects the worker's participation, educational training, the quality of medical service, and the survey of customer satisfaction positively. Third, the quality of medical service and the survey of customer satisfaction affects the result of quality management positively, but the worker's participation, educational training, and the quality of work do not affect the result of quality management positively. Fourth, the management leadership does not appear to affect the result of quality management positively. Fifth, the internal quality management appears to affect the result of quality management positively. Sixth, the external customer satisfaction appears to affect the result of quality management positively. In conclusion, the findings in this study indicate that medical agencies need to utilize the active variables of quality management in order to successfully establish a total quality management.

Globalization, development of the information society, intensification of migration processes, and internationalization of education in recent years have significantly affected the international labour market and increased competition between professionals in various fields. Academic, research and teaching staff are currently facing rapid changes and growing demand for quality educational services. Under such conditions, educational institutions around the world pay particular attention to improving the quality of the educational process in order for their graduates to be able to compete in the international labour market. The study of the experience of teachers' professional training in advanced countries opens new opportunities for improving the system of pedagogical training in Ukraine in order to adapt it to the requirements of the European educational space. The progressive achievements of countries demonstrating a high level of teachers' professional training in accordance with international standards, having rich historical educational traditions are of considerable scientific interest; consequently, this contributes to their leadership in science and education at the regional and global levels. The purpose of the present academic paper lies in analysing the latest trends in exploring teaching experience in the European countries and performance review of passing by students and teachers of the program on studying of pedagogical practice and experience of teaching in the countries of Europe. Methodology. Analytical and empirical (questionnaire) methods were used in the research process. Results. According to the obtained results of the research, the advantages, the most common areas of educational programs and the wishes of the participants regarding the practical implementation of the experience were identified.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the educational needs of the industry for engineering education using the engineering competency scale. For needs assessment, t-test, Borich Needs Assessment and the Locus for Focus(LFF) were conducted using 400 employees' answers of industry. The results of this analysis are as follows. First, there was a significant difference between the level of importance and actual level. Second, all items were ranked using the Borich's needs assessment formula. Third, as a result of LFF model, 19 items were placed in the highest priority HH section. Fourth, 17 items with the highest priority in engineering education were selected. Finally, the highest educational needs were 6 items related with interpersonal skills, 2 items related with leadership, and 9 items related with professional attitude and ability. Based on the results of this paper, it is necessary to develop and operate an education program to reduce the gap between the industry requirement and the current level of engineering students.
