Finally, it has been identified that the relationship between leader-member exchange and organizational commitment didn't prove to be moderated by perceived organizational support. The contribution and limitation of this research were discussed, and future researches were mentioned.

Thirdly, both the employees' turnover intentions and organizational commitment were significantly influenced by the organizational support and the leader-member exchange. These results suggest that it is necessary to have active communication between organizational leaders and members to improve employee empowerment. In this study, we examined the impact of empowering leadership on leader-member exchange(LMX), leader trust, and in-role behavior. The role of LMX and leader trust in the relationship between empowering leadership and in-role behavior was verified. We surveyed 289 small and medium enterprises in Yangsan, Ulsan and Gyeongju city. SPSS 18.0 was used for overall descriptive statistics and exploratory factor analysis. AMOS 18.0 was used to conduct confirmatory factor analysis to confirm the validity of the research variables and to conduct a covariance structure analysis to verify the research hypothesis. The result of this study were as follows. First, empowering leadership has a significant effect on LMX, leader trust. Second, empowering leadership did not have a significant effect on in-role behavior. Third, LMX has a significant effect on leader trust and in-role behavior. Fourth, leader trust has a significant influence onin-role behavior. Finally, LMX and leader trust play a mediating role in the relationship between empowering leadership and in-role behavior. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested that the LMX and leader trust should be strengthened through the leader's empowering leadership in order to enhance the employee's in-role behavior.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of organizational virtue and leader member exchange on workplace-incivility by reducing workplace incivility. And second, to examine how incivility in the organization will affect affective commitment. Third, the effect of conscientiousness on the relationship between workplace-incivility and affective commitment in the organization is examined. In this study, 234 domestic workers were surveyed and their hypotheses were verified for empirical study. This study revealed that organizational virtue and leader member exchange had negative effects on workplace-incivility, and organizational incivility also had negative effects on affective commitment. In addition, the relationship between workplace-incivility and affective commitment in the organization showed that the lower the degree of conscientiousness in personality, the stronger the negative effect of workplace-incivility on affective commitment. Therefore, this study suggests that empirical studies show causal relationship between workplace-incivility and affective commitment in the organization. In addition, the moderating effect of conscientiousness on the relationship between workplace-incivility and affective commitment was demonstrated, and it is meaningful that the effect of organizational virtue, leader member exchange relationship and affective commitment is demonstrated empirically.

In addition, a moderating effect of role overload in the relationship between safety communication and safety commitment and that of performance monitoring in the relationship between safety commitment to accidents. Data were collected from 193 workers in a railroad company. The results indicated that the goodness of fitness of the proposed model was acceptable. More specifically, both perceived organizational support and leader-member exchange were significantly related to safety communication and safety communication was, in turn, significantly related to safety commitment which was ultimately related to accidents. Also, the moderating effects of both role overload and performance monitoring were found. Implications of these findings for safety and the possible roles of variables in the organizational level are discussed.
