2014년 특별관측 기간 동안 청미천 농경지에서의 WRF/Noah-MP 고해상도 수치모의 (High-Resolution Numerical Simulations with WRF/Noah-MP in Cheongmicheon Farmland in Korea During the 2014 Special Observation Period)

  • 본 연구에서는 청미천 농경지를 중심으로 고해상도 지형 및 토지피복 자료 기반의 WRF/Noah-MP 결합시스템을 구축하고 수치모의 한 결과를 2014년 8월 21일부터 9월 10일까지의 청미천 하계 특별관측 자료와 비교하여, 농경지에서의 지면 및 대기모의 성능을 평가하였다. 지면 및 대기 변수의 단기 및 중기모의에 있어서 Noah-MP의 동적 식생 가동이 얼마나 유용한지를 살펴보기 위하여, 동적 식생을 포함하지 않은 실험(CTL)과 포함한 실험(DVG)을 관측기간에 대해 양방향 6중 둥지격자 시스템으로 수행하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 크게 세 가지로서 다음과 같다. 1) CTL 실험은 낮 동안의 순단파 복사 에너지를 과대 모의 함에 따라 현열 및 잠열 플럭스와 보웬비도 관측에 비해 과대 모의하는 경향을 보였다. CTL 실험의 기온은 관측을 대체로 잘 따라갔으나 일출 후 기온의 상승 속도가 관측에 비해 빠른 모습을 보였다. 최저 기온 및 최고 기온의 시점은 잘 모의하였는데, 특히 일 최저기온의 모의는 관측과 $0.3^{\circ}C$ 오차 이내의 성능을 보여, 동해 및 병해충과 연관된 엽면수분 지속시간 예측에 고무적인 결과로 평가되었다. CTL 실험의 10m 바람은 동서 및 남북 풍속 모두 대체로 과대 모의하는 경향을 보였고, 강수 또한 과대 모의하는 경향을 보였으나 강수의 시작 종료시점은 대체로 잘 포착하였다. 2) Noah-MP의 동적 식생을 구동시킨 DVG 실험은 CTL 실험에 비해 엽면적지수, 단파 복사, 지표면 플럭스, 보웬비, 기온, 바람, 강수의 모의를 전반적으로 관측에 더 가깝게 생산하는 것으로 나타났다. 강수, 온도, 복사, 가용 영양소 등의 변동에 대응하여 엽면적지수를 예단하는 DVG 실험은 CTL 실험보다 더 큰 엽면적지수를 생산했으며, 이는 실측에 더 가까운 결과였다. DVG 실험에서도 일출 후 기온 상승률은 관측에 비해 높았는데, 이는 CTL와 DVG 실험 모두에서 공통으로 사용한 YSU 경계층 방안이 갖는 혼합층의 조기 성장 특성과 관련이 있는 것으로 분석되었다. CTL 실험이 보인 바람과 강수의 과대모의 경향도 DVG 실험에서는 어느 정도 완화되는 개선점을 보였다. 3) 수평 해상도의 증가에 따른 청미천 농경지의 수치모의 성능 향상은 지표면 플럭스, 기온, 바람 강수 모두에서 미비하거나 거의 없는 것으로 나타났으며, 보다 정확한 평가를 위해서는 농경지 상의 여러 지점에서 입체적인 관측이 이뤄져야 하고, 모형에 사용되는 지형 및 토지피복 자료의 도메인 간 일관성이 확보되어야 할 것이다.

소라, Turbo cornutus의 생식세포형성과정 및 생식주기에 관한 조직학적 연구 (GAMETOGENESIS AND REPRODUCTIVE CYCLE OF THE TOPSHELL, TURBO CORNUTUS SOLANDER)

  • 1979년 3월부터 1980년 2월까지 울산 근해에서 채포 수집한 소라, Turbo cornutus를 대상으로 생식세포형성과정 및 생식주기를 조직학적인 방법으로 조사하였다. 1. 소라의 생식소는 패각내 후반부의 표면에 위치하고, 난소와 정소표면은 2층의 피막으로 덮혀 있는데 외층은 단층원주상피세포로 구성되어 있고, 이들 단층원주상피상에는 입방형 혹은 원주형의 점액선세포가 존재한다. 상피세포층의 내층에는 체섬유와 근섬유로 구성된 섬유성피막으로 되어있으며 이 섬유층에서 기원하여 간중장선쪽으로 뻗어나온 소엽상피상에서 시원생식세포들이 형성된다. 2. 난소소엽상피 및 정소소엽상피상에는 eosin에 강하게 염색되는 과립성세포와 미분화간충직들이 영양세포로 관여하고 있으며 이들은 생식소가 발달함에 따라 감소한다. 3. 초기분열증식중인 난원세포는 $10\mu$내외이고 핵은 뚜렷한 인을 가지며 그 크기는 $8\mu$전후이다. 세포질이 점차 충만되면서 그 크기가 $50~60\mu$로 되면 난모세포들은 포도송이 모양으로 난소소엽에 부착한다. 완숙난의 크기는 $180\~210\mu$이며 $10\mu$내외의 gelatin 상피막에 싸여 있다. 4. 방란${\cdot}$방정을 끝낸 생식소는 일부 미방출된 난과 정자의 퇴화흡수가 일어남과 동시에 외측 섬유성 피막으르부터 새로운 소엽상피들이 발달하며 새로운 생식세포를 형성하기 시작한다. 5. 생식조기는 분열증식기, 성畏장기, 성숙기, 방출기 그리고 회복기등의 연속적인 조기로 구분 할 수 있었다. 6. 산란기에는 8월에서 11월까지로 주산란기는 9월부터 10월이었다. 7. 산란기는 지역별 다소 차이 나타내나 거의 수온 $20^{\circ}C$에 전후에 산란성기를 이루고 있어 산란은 수온과 밀접한 관계가 있는 것 같다.

장티브스에 관한 임상적 관찰 (Clinical review of Typhoid Fever Patients)

  • The author reviewed the medical records of 96 typhoid fever patients who were diagnosed, admitted, and treated at Sea grave Memorial Hospital from January 1 , 1973 through August 31, 1975. Diagnosis was determined by clinical observation, aerology and bacteriology, eighty patients were treated medically, the remaining 16 patients required surgical intervention. The following results were obtained: 1) The age distribution of the patients revealed that 33.3% wert between 10 and 19 years old 21.9% were between 20 and 29, and 19.8% were between 30 and 39. The majority of patients were from these more active age groups. Male to female sex ratio was 1.3 : 1 2) Seasonal distribution was observed. Most illness occurred in the summer and autumn month 5. 3) 84. 3%of the patients came from farm families. 4) Duration between onset and admission averaged 16.0 days. The group without compilations was admitted after an average of 15. 1 days; The group with complications was ad-matted after an average of 19.4 days. 5) Methods of treatment before admission were as follows: 10.4% at medical clinics, 61, 5% at pharmacies (antibiotics 47.9%, other. drugs 13.5%), 7.3% by herb medications, 20.8% had no treatment. 6) Main clinical symptoms were as follows: fever 93.8%, headache 47.9%, abdominal pain 47.9%, chills 38.5%, cough 36.5%, general weakness 26.0%, nausea e vomiting 24.0% and generalized pain 21.9%. 7) Temperature of patients on admission: 22.9% were 39f or more, 67.6% were between 37℃ and 38℃, and 9.4% were 37℃ or less. 8) Occurrence of intensional bleeding after onset of disease averaged 9.3 days; perforation occurred at an average of 19. 1 days. 9) Interval between onset of major complication and surgical intervention averaged 2.8 days. 10) Among the 68 patients who underwent the bacteriological test the positive rate was 44.1% (30). The positive ,ales to, each separate culture method were as follows: 20.4% in the blood culture, 40.4% in the stool culture and 6.7% in the urine culture. Among these bacteriological positive patients 15 patients had a negative results or less than 160 titer of vidal reaction. 11) The initial vidal test of the total group showed a counts of 160 titer or more in 60.4% and less than 160 titer in 39.6%, 12) W. B. C. Counts in the uncomplicated group indicated that 32.5% were 6,000/㎣ or less, 47.5% were between 6,000 and 10,000, arid 20.0% were 10,000/㎣ or more. In the complicated group, 37.6% were 6,000/㎣ or less, 25,0% were 6,000-10,000/㎣ and 37.6% were 10,000/㎣ or more. 13) Duration of hospital stay of the patients averaged 6.4 days in the uncomplicated group and 12.7 days in the complicated group. 14) Subdiaphragmatic free air simple X-ray was found in 91.7% of the perforated cases. 15) Duration of antibiotic therapy until an febrile state was attained averaged 4.8 days in the uncomplicated group and 6.5 days in the complicated group. 16) Operative procedures were as follows: one layer simple closure of their perforation with or without debasement in 56.3%, drainage only in 6.3%, small bowel resection with primary anastomosis in 18.8% , externalization in 6.3%, cholecystectomy in 6.3%, The clinical findings of this study suggest the following recommendations. According to Top's report; 1% of typhoid fever patients treated with chlorarnphenicol and 2% of patients treated with other drugs become chronic carriers. Therefore, importance should be given to the strict control of these carriers. Immunization, improvement of sanitation and living standards are all needed for the prevention and treatment of disease, but a more serious problem is a lack of knowledge on the part of patients and their families. Thus it is most urgent to enlighten the citizens about the transmission and hygiene related to contagious disease. Legal restriction of sale of antibiotics at drug stores without a physician's prescription is an urgent matter for public health administrators. An even more important nursing responsibility is the reemphasis on health education both in the clinical setting and in the home.

백화사설초(白花蛇舌草) 메탄올 추출물(抽出物)의 항종양(抗腫瘍) 효과(效果) 및 항암(抗癌) 기전(機轉)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) (Study of Hedyotis Diffusa Methanol Extract on Anti-tumoral Effect and Mechanism)

  • Objectives: This experimental study was carried out to evaluate the effects of aqueous and methanol extracts of Hedyotis diffusa which has long been used for cancer treatment in oriental medicines on the induction of apoptotic cell death in human lymphoid leukemia cell line, HL-60. Methods: Cells were treated with various concentrations (200 to $0.4{\mu}g$) and periods (6 to 30 hr) of $H_2O$ and methanol extracts of Hedyotis diffusa. Then, cells were tested for viability by MTT assay. Cells wrere treated with $200{\mu}g/ml$ of methanol extract fork various periods. Genomic DNA was isolated, separated, on 1.5% agarose gels, stained with ethidium bromide and visualized under UV light. Cells were treated with $200{\mu}g/ml$ of each extract for 16 hr. Then, cells were treated with Hoechst dye 33342 and observed by fluorescence microscopy. Cells were treated with various doses of each for 12 hr and $100{\mu}g/ml$ of methanol extract for various periods. Lysate from the cells used to measure the activity of Caspase-1 and-3 proteases by using fluorogenic peptide substrates including acetyl-YVAD-AMC and acetyl-DEVD-AMC, respectively. Cells were treated with $200{\mu}g/ml$ of each extract for various periods. Cell lysates were immunoprecipated with anti-JNKl antibodies. The immune complex was reacted with $32^p-ATP$ and c-Jun as a substrate. The phosphotransferase activity of JNKI was measured by using PhosphoImage analyzer (Fuji Co., Japan). Nuclear extracts were isolated and incubated with oligonucleotide probe of $NF-{\kappa}B$. Transcriptional activation of ${\kappa}B$ was measured by using EMSA and visualized by PhosphoImage analyzer (Fuji Co, Japan). Cell lysates were prepared and analyzed by Western blotting with anti-Bc12 antibodies and anti-Bax antibodies. Cells were pretreated with various doses of methanol extract for 2 hr. Then, the extract was removed by centrifugation. Cells were resuspended with RPMI-1640 media containing 0.3% agarose, 10% FBS, overlayred onto bottom layer agarose and incubated at $CO_2$ incubator for 6 days. The number of colony was counted under light microscopy ($\time100$). Results: The death of HL-60 cells was markedly induced by the addition of methanol extract of Hedyotis diffusa in a dose and time-dependent manners. The apoptotic characteristic ladder pattern of DNA strand break was observed in death of HL-60 cells. In addition, it was shown nucleus chromatin condensation and fragmentation under Hoechst staining. Therefore, Hedyotis diffusa extract-induced death of HL-60 cells is mediated by apoptotic signaling processes. The activity of Caspase 3-like proteases remained in a basal level in HL-60 cells treated with aqueous extract of Hedyotis diffusa. However, it was markedly increased in HL-60 cells treated with methanol extract of Hedyotis diffusa. In addition, the phosphotransferase activity of JNKl was increased in HL-60 cells treated with methanol extract of Hedyotis diffusa. Furthermore, the activation of transcriptional activator, $NF-{\kappa}B$ was markedly induced by methanol extract of Hedyotis diffusa. Anti-apoptotic Bc12 was cleaved into 23Kda fragment by treatment of methanol extract of Hedyotis diffusa. However, expression of proapoptotic Bax protein was increased by treatment of methanol extract of Hedyotis diffusa in a time-dependent manner. Furthermore, methanol extract markedly inhibited the colony forming efficiency of HL-60 cells in semisolid agar culture. Conclusions: Above results suggest that methanol extract of Hedyotis diffusa induces the apoptotic death of human leukemic HL-60 cells via activations of Caspase-3 proteases, JNKI, transcriptional activator $NF-{\kappa}B$, In addition, our results also suggest that methanol extract of Hedyotis diffusa reduces the malignant potential of HL-60 cells via down regulation of colony forming effciency through cleavage of Bc12 as well as induction of Bax.

  • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70$\pm$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32$\pm$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CF 15-11 HFDs which failed APD test did not show changes in the UFR compared to normal dialyzers indicating that APD is a more sensitive test than UFR test to evaluate the integrity of the fibers. 30527 T00401030527 ^x For quantitative measurement of reflected light from a clinical diagnostic strip, a prototype old reflectance photometer was designed. The strip loader and cassette were made to obtain more accurate reflectance parameters. The strip was illuminated at 45˚c through optical fiber and the intensity of reflected light was determined at rectanguLat angle using a photodiode. The kubelka-munk coefficient and reflection optical density were determined ar four different wavelengths(500, 550, 570 and 610nm) for blood glucose strip. The mice were divided into two groups. One group was injected with Photofrin II, intravenously (2.5mg/kg body weight). The other group received no Photofrin II. A photosensitizer behaved as an added absorber. Under our experimental conditions, the presence of Photolfrin II increased surface temperature by at least 40% and the temperature rise due to 300 mW/cm2 irradiation exceeded values for hyperthermia. Light and temperature distributions with depth were estimated by a computer model. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. The results suggested that the femoral component suitable for Asians should be different from the currently-used components designed and manufactured mostly by European or American companies. 30537 T00401030537 ^x It is well known that nonlinear propagation characteristics of the wave in the tissue may give very useful information for the medical diagnoisis. In this paper, a new method to detect nonlinear propagation characteristics of the internal vibration in the tissue for the low frequency mechanical vibration by using bispectral analysis is proposed. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. Basic experimental system is constructed by using 3.0 MHz probing ultrasonic waves and the several experiments are carried out for some phantoms. Our department has developed an information system for routine hematology using down-sized computer system. We have used an IBM 486 compatible PC with 16MB main memory, 210 MB hard disk drive, 9 RS-232C port and 24 pin dot printer. The operating system and database management system were SCO UNIX and SCO foxbase, respectively. For program development, we used Xbase language provided by SCO foxbase. The C language was used for interface purpose. To make the system use friendly, pull-down menu was used. The system connected to our hospital information system via application program interface (API), so the information related to patient and request details is automatically transmitted to our computer. Our system interfaced with fwd complete blood count analyzers(Sysmex NE-8000 and Coulter STKS) for unidirectional data tansmission from analyzer to computer.   • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70${\pm}$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32${\pm}$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. The system connected to our hospital information system via application program interface (API), so the information related to patient and request details is automatically transmitted to our computer. Our system interfaced with fwd complete blood count analyzers(Sysmex NE-8000 and Coulter STKS) for unidirectional data tansmission from analyzer to computer. 계면활성제를 이용한 불균질 매질에서 유기오염물(NAPL)의 정화효율에 관한 실험 (Study of Surfactant Enhanced Remediation Methods for Organic Pollutant(NAPL) Distributed over the Heterogeneous Medium)

  • 불균질 매질 내 분포하는 비 수용성 유기오염물(NAPL; non-aqueous phase liquid)을 계면활성제를 이용한 원위치 정화 방법으로 정화하는 칼럼 및 박스실험을 실시하였다. Ottawa 모래를 이용한 균질 칼럼실험을 통하여 NAPL에 대한 계면활성제용액의 정화 효율 증가를 검증하였고, 실제 오염지역의 토양을 이용한 칼럼실험을 통하여 불균질 토양에서의 정화 효율을 측정하였으며, 불균질 층리 구조와 단층구조를 모형화한 2차원 박스를 사용한 NAPL 정화 실험을 통하여 불균질 매질에서의 정화 효율을 규명하였다. LNAPL 오염원으로 o-xylene이, DNAPL 오염원으로 PCE(tetrachloroethylene)가 이용되었고, 계면활성제로는 비이온성 올리에마이드(oleamide)가, 매질로는 유류로 오염된 오염지역으로부터 채취한 실제토양과 Ottawa 모래가 실험에 사용되었다. 1% 계면활성제용액과 증류수를 주입하여 NAPL을 세정하였고 가스크로마토그래피(GC)를 이용하여 NAPL의 농도를 분석하였다. 균질 Ottawa 모래충진 칼럼의 경우 계면활성제를 주입할 경우가 증류수를 주입할 때보다 o-xylene의 최대유출농도가 약 460배, 불균질 토양의 경우 약 250배, 불균질 층상구조에서는 약 150배 증가를 나타내었다. 불균질 매질에서 계면활성제를 이용한 세정법(flushing method)으로 NAPL을 정화시, 균질 매질에서의 정화 효과보다는 정화 효율이 감소하나, 여전히 증류수만을 이용한 세정방법보다 훨씬 높은 정화 효과를 보이며, 빠른 시간 내에 NAPL이 정화되었음을 확인하였다. 본 실험을 통하여, 불균질 매질에서의 계면활성제를 이용한 토양세정방법의 효율성이 정량화 되었으며, 계면활성제를 이용한 채수주입법의 현장 적용가능성을 확인하였다.산이온의 탄소의 $\delta$$^{13}$C(PDB)값은 -6.2~0.0$\textperthousand$범위이며, 그 기원은 대수층인 지층내 탄산염암 또는 탄산염 광물의 용해에서 유래한 무기기원 탄소로 해석된다.다.으로 변화하였으며 치료 전에 반응하지 않던 항원에 새롭게 반응하는 항체가 나타나는 경우는 드물었다.ms of chlorophyll-a concentration estimation, however, the accuracy stays very similar compared to that of the CZCS-type algorithm. 하계 한국 남해의 해황 변동과 멸치 초기 생활기 분포특성 (The Variations of Oceanic Conditions and the Distributions of Eggs and Larvae of Anchovy in the Southern Sea of Korea in Summer)

  • 한국 남해의 대마난류 변동에 따른 멸치 초기 생활기 분포와 해황과의 관계를 7월과 8월 (하계) 한국 남해 연안 및 대마난류 횡단 관측을 통해 조사하였다. 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1) 7월 말$\~$8월 초 한국 남해의 표층은 수온 $20\~23^{\circ}C$ 이하, 염분 33.0 이상의 남해 연안수와 수온 $21\~25^{\circ}$, 염분 32.0$\~$32.5의 중간수 (대마난류계수) 그리고 수온 $26^{\circ}$ 이상, 염분 31.5 이하의 대마난류수가 분포하였다. 해역별로 연안수는 거문도와 소리도 주변,욕지도$\~$거제도 남서연안에 분포하고 대마난류수는 제주도 북동 일부해역과 외해역에 분포했다. 대마난류계수는 연안수와 대마난류수사이에 존재하고 거문도$\~$소리도, 소리도$\~$욕지도에서 warm streamer 형태로 연안 유입되었다. 수온, 염분의 수평경도가 큰 해역은 청산도$\~$거문도, 거제도 남서해역 주변이었다. 2) 위성자료에 나타난 표면 수온 수평경도가 가장 큰 해역은 청산도와 거제도 남서 해역 주변이었다. 표면 수온의 일 변화에서 거문도$\~$소리도, 소리도$\~$욕지도 해역에서 난수 유입이 일어났다. 표층류는 고흥반도 남쪽$\~$소리도가 북서 방향, 소리도$\~$욕지도는 북동-북서 방향으로 수송되어 수온, 염분 분포에 나타난 표층 warm streamer의 연안 유입 형태와 일치하였다. 연안수나 외해의 대마난류수는 북동$\~$동으로 수송되었다 (Fig. 13) .3) 클로로필 (기초생산력)은 연안수역이 2.0$\mu$g/h 이상으로 높고 외해는 0.5$\mu$g/h 이하로 낮았다. 클로로필 농도 분포는 수온, 염분 분포와 거의 유사하였다. 농도가 가장 큰 해역은 수온, 염분의 수평경도가 가장 큰 거제도 남서해역으로 8.0$\mu$g/h이었다. 4) 멸치 난과 자 $\cdot$ 치어는 연안수와 대마난류계수간 전선이 형성되는 거문도와 욕지도, 거제도 남서해역 주변에 많이 분포하였다. 이들 해역은 하계 기초 생산력이 타 해역에 비해 크고 남쪽에서 반 시계 방향으로 연안을 향해 유입하는 warm streamer가 존재하는 해역이었다.

산란계 감염 살모넬라균 억제에 대한 감귤박 특이 발효 미생물 제제의 사료 첨가 효과 (Prevention of Salmonella Infection in Layer Hen Fed with Microbial Fermented Citrus Shell)

  • 안전한 먹거리 생산은 축산물의 사육에서부터 시작된다. 현재 병원성 바이러스 및 균에 의해 먹거리의 안전성이 위협을 받고 있으며, 또한 항생제의 남용으로 인하여 병원성 균이 면역력을 갖게 되고 그에 따라 슈퍼 박테리아 등이 계속 생겨나고 있는 추세이다. 이런 시점에 항생제 대체 물질 개발이 절실하게 요구되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 안전한 축산물생산과 국민의 식품안전의 최초단계인 축산업에서 항생제를 대체할 천연항생 사료첨가제를 개발하고자 본 실험을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서는 감귤박 특이 균주, 토양미생물 균주, Coenzyme Q10을 이용하였고, 무 항생제사료에 첨가하였다. 병아리 때 일정 기간 동안 사료첨가제를 급여 후 살모넬라균(Salmonella gallinarium)을 구강을 통해 주입하였다. 그리고 일정시간 동안 혈액과 분변을 채취하고 배지를 이용 살모넬라균 검사를 실시하였으며, 결과적으로 감귤박 특이 균주에서 가장 좋은 억제 효과를 얻었다. 이 결과를 살펴볼 때 병아리에서는 이러한 첨가제들이 장내 다른 병원성 균이 선점하지 못하도록 하는 것으로 사료된다. 장기의 해부를 통해서 장기의 손상 상태를 확인한 결과 감귤박 특이 균주 첨가제인 경우 간장색의 선홍색인 반면 일반 항생제 및 무 항생제 사료는 간장의 색의 황색으로 변한 것으로 미뤄 보아서 첨가제의 효과로 살모넬라균이 억제되어 간장의 손상을 방지한다는 효과를 얻었다. 이러한 결과는 천연항생제를 이용한 사육 기반 확립은 물론 먹거리 안전성을 보장하며, 사육부산물은 식물재배의 비료로 이용하여 완전 순환농업을 위한 좋은 재료가 될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

CHP에 의(依)한 간척지(干拓地) 토양(土壤)의 제염(除鹽) 및 이화학성질개량(理化學性質改良)에 관(關)한 시험연구(試驗硏究) (Studies on the Desalinization and Improvement of Physical-chemical Characteristics of Saline and Alkali Soils by CHP Treatment)

  • 간척지(干拓地) 토양(土壤)의 제염기간(除鹽期間)을 단축(短縮)하여 빠른 시일내(時日內)에 정상답화(正常沓化) 시킬 수 있는 제염방법(除鹽方法) 연구(硏究)의 목적(目的)으로 토탄(土炭)을 주원료(主原料)로 하여 만든 토양개량제(土壤改良劑)인 CHP (일종(一種)의 Ca-humate)를 염류토(鹽類土)에 사용(使用)하여 pot에서 이의 제염효과(除鹽?果), 이화학성질개량(理化學性質改良) 및 수도재배시험(水稻栽培試驗)을 실시(實施)한 결과(結果) 아래와 같다. 1. CHP 처리(處理)는 염류토(鹽類土)의 입단화(粒團化)에 영향(影響)을 주어 입단구조(粒團構造)가 약간(若干) 개량(改良)되었다. 2. 투수성(透水性)은 현저(顯著)한 효과(效果)가 있어 CHP-A 1.0% 처리(處理)는 무처리(無處理)에 비(比)하여 투수속도(透水速度)에서 약(約) 3배(倍), 투수량(透水量)에서 약(約) 4.5배(倍)로 증가(增加)하였다. 3. 제염효과(除鹽效果)는 CHP 처리량(處理量)을 증가(增加)할수록 단기간(短期間)에 제염(除鹽)을 기(期)할 수 있다는 성적(成績)을 얻은바 무처리구(無處理區)가 투수(透水)를 시작(始作)할 때 CHP-A 1.0%구(區)에서는 토양중(土壤中)의 Na가 약(約) 80% 용탈(溶脫)되었다. 4. CEC 및 인산흡수능(燐酸吸收能)은 CHP 처리(處理)에 의(依)하여 일정(一定)한 경향(傾向)이 없어 거의 무관(無關)하였다. 5. 수도생육상황(水稻生育狀況)은 강우량(降雨量)에 의(依)하여 크게 영향(影響)을 받았으나 처리량(處理量)이 많을수록 완전답(完全沓)과 비슷한 생육(生育)을 하였고 토양중(土壤中)의 염농도(鹽濃度)에 비례(比例)하여 염조해(鹽阻害), 무효분얼(無效分蘖), 비중(秕重)이 증가(增加) 되었다. 6. 정조수량(精租收量)은 CHP 처리량(處理量)에 따라 증가(增加)되었으며 CHP 0.5%구(區)와 정상답(正常沓)의 정조수량(精租收量)이 비슷하였고 CHP-A 1.0%구(區)는 무처리구(無處理區)에 비(比)해 약(約) 15 배(倍) 이상(以上)이었고 정상답(正常沓)보다도 약(約) 25%나 증수(增收)되었음을 보였다. 본(本) 실험(實驗) 결과(結果)로 보아 포장(圃場)에서의 배수(排水) 및 관개(灌漑)등에 관(關)한 토목학적(土木學的)인 관리(管理)가 pot에서와 같이 용이(容易)하게 다루게 될 수 있다면 본(本) CHP의 시용(施用)은 간척사업(干拓事業)에 획기적(劃期的)인 성과(成果)를 얻을 수있을 것이다.
