지가를 통한 충청권의 지역공간구조분석 (Analysis of Regional Space Structure of Chungcheong Region through Land Prices)

  • 충청권을 대상으로 지가변수를 이용하여 충청지역의 현황과 공간구조를 분석하였다. 충청권의 지가총액은 2013년 12월 현재 950조로 산출되었으며 이는 분석대상의 최초시점인 1980년 147조보다 6.46배의 지가상승이 이루어졌음을 확인할 수 있었다, 1980~2013년까지 지가를 기준으로한 지역의 동태적 공간변화를 분석한 결과 유의미한 공간구조의 변화를 가져온 것은 1980년대뿐이었다. 충청권의 지가를 중심으로 한 중심성 분석의 결과 1980년대에는 충청권의 중심이 세종시의 북동쪽에 위치하였다가 대전권의 지가상승과 더불어 우하향으로 이동하였다, 표준편차거리는 1980년대에서 1990대로 진입하는 과정에 대전을 중심으로 집중화가 일어났으며, 그 이후에는 집중화가 거의 일어나지 않았다.

  • With speediness of economy, the structure of land use has taken lots of change. How can we quickly and exactly obtain detailed land use/cover change information, and then we know land resource amount, quality, distributing and change direction. More and more high resolution satellite systems are under development. So we can make good use of RS data, existed GIS data and GPS data to extract change information and update map. In this paper a fully automated approach for detecting land use/cover change using remote sensing data with object-oriented classification based on GIS data, GPS data is presented (referring to Fig.1). At same time, I realize integrating raster with vector methods of updating the basic land use/land cover map based on 3S technology and this is becoming one of the most important developing direction in 3S application fields; land-use and cover change fields over the world. It has been successful applied in two tasks of The Ministry of Land and Resources P.R.C and taken some of benefit.

  • 효율적인 공간계획은 기후변화에 성공적으로 대응하기 위해 필요한 요소 중 하나이다. 연구자들은 흔히 토지이용 및 공간계획 연구를 수행하기 위해 LULC(Land-Use/Land-Cover) 데이터를 활용하고 있다. 그러나 LULC 데이터는 어떠한 도시 표면의 특징을 분류할 수 있는 조건이 몇 가지로 한정되어 있어 여러 도시에서 나타나는 각기 다른 도시구조를 기존 토지피복 분류법으로는 쉽게 분석할 수 없다. 이러한 토지피복 자료의 한계는 도시 열섬 분야에서 사용되는 LCZ(Local Climate Zone) 자료를 통해 극복될 것으로 보인다. 따라서 본 연구는 먼저 LCZ 데이터가 도시 열섬 분야뿐만 아니라 다른 분야에도 적용될 수 있는지를 논의하고, 두 번째로 LCZ 데이터가 기존 LULC 데이터의 문제점을 동일하게 가지는지 논의하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구 방법론은 크게 두 가지로 진행된다. 첫째, 문헌고찰을 통해 LCZ와 관련된 기후, 토지이용, 도시공간구조 분야의 연구를 종합하여 현재 어떤 연구에 LCZ 데이터가 활용되고 있는지, 토지이용과 도시공간구조 분야에서 어떻게 적용·활용될 수 있는지 분석한다. 다음으로 GIS 공간분석을 활용하여 LCZ 데이터도 역시 LULC 데이터에 내재한 몇 가지 오류를 공유하고 있는지에 대해 비교·분석한다.

군산의 근대도시발달과정과 도시조직의 변화 유형에 관한 형태학적 연구 (A Morphological Study on the Modern Urbanization and Transformation Type of Urban Tissues in Kunsan)

  • The purpose of this thesis is to analyse modem urbanization process and the morphological transformation of the urban tissues in Kunsan between the you 1899 and 2001, The method of this study is to investigate the transformation process of morphological elements such as plot structure, building layout, building facades, land use, exterior space structure and their use, with actual field surveys, the analysis of land registration maps in 1912, and various topological map. Morphological analysis on modern Kunsan is progressed by three steps-typo-morphological analysis of urban tissue in old-town area, interpretation of morphological process, and transformation process, of morphological structure in Japanese concession in view of plots system. As a result, it is found that there is cyclical relationship among the morphological transformation processes of morphological elements, plots, buildings, land-uses, and access space to buildings. From the view of town plan change, the period of restoration of war damage in 1950s and compressive growing period in 1960s have important meaning in the morphological process of old-town area. Particularly the first building plan and layout type together with plot form and structure is acted as the main factor to decide the subsequent plot transformation system, exterior space system and the particular streetscape in Kunsan.

토지 관리를 위한 토지 정보시스템의 응용에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Application of Land Information System for the Land Management)

  • This study is concerned with the effective of aspects of utility management and land management, the accuracy of data, the structure of cross reference file of data and the perpetual preservation of data management through a drawing of computer and database, when land and utility information of the application of Land Information System is made on the computer. It will be shown that the present system of land management is inadequate in various contexts and occure in difficult problems of use, as presented in this paper, computer alternatives to these difficulties is efficiently managed and conveniently used land utility management. The ultimate goal is provided the necessary information of various areas as the presented land management operation is builted a drawing of computer and database construction through the computer.

강원도 일부 도시들의 토지이용 및 녹지구조 (Land Use and Greenspace Structure in Several Cities of Kangwon Province)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze urban greenspace area and vegetation structure by land use types for both Chuncheon and Kangleung. Natural and agricultural lands were predominant in the study cites, as 75-80% of total area. Residential lands accounted for about 10%, and commercial and industrial lands(including transportation), 5-10%. Only 10-20% of urban residential and commercial area was covered with greenspace. Woody plant cover was 12-13%, and tree density was 1.5 trees/100$m^2$ for urban lands(all land use types except natural land) in both cities. The tree-age structure was largely characterized by young, growing tree population, and species diversity within a diameter class decreases as the diameter classes get larger. Urban lands of both cities had quite a similar species composition of woody plants (similarity index of 0.65). Street trees in Chuncheon were intensively pruned annually to protect the above ground utility lines. Some strategies were explored to solve problems found in the existing greenspace structures. They included increase of biomass and greenspace area through minimization of unnecessary impervious surfaces, creation of multilayered and multiaged vegetation structures, relocation of above ground utility lines and avoidance of intensive tree pruning, and establishment of greenspace proximity and connectivity.

개발에 따른 탄천유역의 파편화 및 이질성분석 (Analysis of Fragmentation and Heterogeneity of Tancheon Watershed by Land Development Projects)

  • Rapid urbanization has transformed the spatial pattern of urban land use or cover. This paper concentrates that changed characteristics of landscape structure in the Tancheon Watershed, from 1995 to 2003 were investigated using land cover map. We used FRAGSTATS software to calculate landscape indices to characterize the landscape structure. We found that built up area has been increased rapidly during the study period, while cultivated area and forest area have been decreased rapidly in the same period. From 1995 to 2003, built up area was increased from 19.73% to 39.62% and cultivated area and forest area was decreased 17.60% to 5.97% and 58.31% to 49.41%. Number of patches, mean euclidean nearest-neighbor distance, contagion index, Shannon's diversity index increased considerably from 1995 to 2003, also suggesting the landscape in the study area became more fragmented and heterogeneous. but because of continuously fragmentation, landscape became homogeneity. The study demonstrates that landscape metrics can be a useful indicator in landscape monitoring and landscape assessment.

Landscape Structure and Relationship between Water Quality and Land Use Pattern in the Watershed of the Wangsuk River in Gyunggi-do Korea

  • Land use pattern in the Wangsuk river watershed was investigated on the bases of physiognomic vegetation maps made from the aerial photograph interpretation and field check. Landscape structure was analyzed using a GIS program supported by ArcView. Landscape structure depended on the geographical position of the river, such as the upper, middle and lower river. Watersheds of the upper and middle rivers were dominated by forests composed of secondary forest and plantation. But agricultural fields dominated that of the middle and lower river. Urban area and agricultural fields increased in from the upper toward the lower river watersheds. In addition to, a transformation of agricultural pattern into an institutional agriculture was characteristic in the middle and lower river basins. Water qualities of the Wangsuk river were usually better in the order of the upper, middle, and lower river, but they were fluctuated according to the site. Such fluctuation would due to self-purification of the river and land use pattern of the watershed as the non-point source. In this viewpoint, a strategy to manage the water quality in the level of watershed is urgently required.

도시복개하천의 복원사업 이후 인접 주거지의 물리적 특성 변화 (The Changes of Adjacent Residential Area after the Restoration of Covered Urban Streams)

  • This study aims to analyze the changes of adjacent residential area after the restoration of covered urban streams in seoul. The changes of adjacent residential area after restoration were analyzed by changes of land using, urban structure, individual lot of land and architecture to investigate relationship of the urban stream and residential change. The result as follows: the first one is the change of land use and urban structure in adjacent residential area. This change of infrastructure through stream restoration has transformed land use and urban structure in adjacent residential area. Secondly, there is the changes of the individual lot of land. It seemed that new development by combined lots would be concentrated in stream-side blocks. But, the changes of lots such as combining or dividing lots tend to be concentrated in stream-side, main road and main streets. In stream-side, commercial function of land use has changed to residential one which has restored streams landscape by transformation of lots use without changes of ownership-lots. Finally, there is the change of architecture. It turned out new building in adjacent residential area is similar to general development. However, new building in streamside is related to direction of stream. In addition, remodeling and expansion tend to change in commercial buildings on stream-side bridges of corner lots intensively. As a result, it is related to expectation of architectural activation and improvement of sidewalk environment by stream restoration.

다중시기 위성영상과 토지 통계자료를 이용한 토지피복 변화 예측: 천안시·아산시를 사례로 (A Prediction of the Land-cover Change Using Multi-temporal Satellite Imagery and Land Statistical Data: Case Study for Cheonan City and Asan City, Korea)

  • 이 연구에서는 미래의 토지피복도 작성을 위해 위성영상을 기반으로 토지피복 변화를 분석하고, 토지지목의 통계자료를 이용하여 미래의 토지지목 변화를 예측하였다. 토지지목 예측 방법에는 이중지수 평활법을 이용하였다. 위성영상을 이용한 각 연도별 토지피복 분류 결과, 천안·아산시의 토지피복 변화에서 가장 큰 증가 면적을 보인 유형은 인공구조물이며, 다음으로 수역, 초지, 나대지 등도 증가하였다. 반면에 산림지, 논, 습지, 밭 등은 감소하였다. 토지지목의 시계열분석 결과에서는 위성영상을 이용한 토지피복 분류 결과와 유사한 결과가 나타났다. 이중지수 평활법을 이용한 토지지목 변화를 예측한 결과, 2010년에서 2100년까지 논, 밭, 산림지와 습지는 지속적으로 감소하는 반면, 인공구조물, 수역, 나대지, 초지는 계속해서 증가할 것으로 예측되었다. 이상의 결과는 기후변화 대응전략 마련을 위한 기후변화에 따른 토지피복 변화 예측을 위한 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
