  • Generally, It was used to use a unit of a Large regularity in developing Large Capacity Converter System of the electric power. Lager a capacity of a unit of regularity, more expensive cost of it. So, normally, We overcome the limit of a proper form of an electricity semiconductor which be used in application field of Large capacity electricity conversion system through the Composition of Multi-level Circuit or Dual-Mode or parallel switch. but some problem is discussed. Using parallel RC-diode circuit instead of Large Capacity diode, We implemented a circuit that it overcome the limit of a regularity with dealing current distributed by parallel RC-diode circuit.

Charted Depth Interpolation: Neuron Network Approaches

  • Continuous depth data are often required in applications of both onboard systems and maritime simulation. But data available are usually discrete and irregularly distributed. Based on the neuron network technique, methods of interpolation to the charted depth are suggested in this paper. Two algorithms based on Levenberg-Marquardt back-propaganda and radial-basis function networks are investigated respectively. A dynamic neuron network system is developed which satisfies both real time and mass processing applications. Using hyperbolic paraboloid and typical chart area, effectiveness of the algorithms is tested and error analysis presented. Special process in practical applications such as partition of lager areas, normalization and selection of depth contour data are also illustrated.

주거환경이 학업성적에 미치는 영향 - 중학생을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Effect of the Residential Environment on the Scholastic Attainment - A Case of Middle School Students -)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the residential environment on the scholastic attainment of middle school students and present the direction of better residential environment for mental faculties. A questionnaire was distributed to 537 middle school students and SAS Package was used. The results of this study were as follows.1. The scholastic attainment was significantly good when the number of family was four and it improved as the level of parents` occupation, parents` school career and household income got higher.2. As the distance to the facilities from the house got nearer, the level of arrangement in the house got higher, the degree of concern of parents on the education got higher and the scale of the house got lager, the scholatic attainment of middle school students become better significantly.3. The residential environment had an Independent effect on the scholastic attainment of middle school students.

  • Polycrystalline diamond films are deposited on a Si substrate by employing a 2.45 GHz $\mu$-wave plasma CVD system. Prior to depositing the diamond film, a DPR(diamond photo-resist) layer is coated to enhance the nucleation density. The growth rate of diamond films increases with the $\mu$-wave power and approaches to be about $1.5{\mu}m/hr$ at 1100 W. Structural properties of diamond films deposited are characterized from their SEM photographs, Raman spectra, and AFM surface images. Lager grain size, higher intensity of diamond peak, and smoother surface are observed for films deposited at a higher power. The possible mechanism on the diamond growth is also discussed to explain the experimental results.

수소저장금속의 형상과 변형 (Shapes and Deformation of the Hydrogen Absorption Metal)

  • Deformation on shapes of the hydrogen absorption metal in this paper was investigated on hydrogen absorption-desorption cycling. In order to study this problem, the cold rolled palladium plate and the cold extrusion palladium bar as specimens had been used. By using the electrochemical method, the palladium specimens were cyclically hydrogenated in the 0.1 mol H$_2$SO$_4$ electrolyte. As results, it is noted that the thickness of the plate specimen gradually increased in increasing hydrogenation cycles whereas the width and the length decreased. But both the diameter and the length of the bar specimen increased with increasing hydrogenation cycles. Also, grains in the plate specimen were greatly deformed after hydrogenation cycling whereas internal grains in the bar specimen were pulverized. And deterioration of the hydrogen absorption rate of the bar specimen was lager than the plate specimen.

다이아몬드 박막의 표면 개질을 통한 연마성능 향상에 대한 실험적 고찰 (An Investigation of the Enhancement of Abrasive Ability of Diamond Film by Surface Modification)

  • In order to identify the effect of lubricant films on abrasive abilities of diamond films, wear rates of Ruby balls slid over as grown diamond films and polytetrafluoroethylene films coated diamond films were compared by using pin-on-disk tribometer. Wear scars of Ruby balls were measured by SEM. Results showed that wear rates of Ruby balls slid over polytetrafluoroethylene coated diamond films were about 4 times lager than as grown diamond films. Coefficients of friction decreased with sliding distance at diamond disks but were almost unchanged at polytetrafluoroethylene coated ones. These results came from behaviors of wear debris, which adhered more strongly in the tracks of as grown diamond films than polytetrafluoroethylene coated ones.

Piaget의 개념 발달의 메커니즘과 대수의 역사 (Piaget's Mechanism of the Development of Concepts and the History of Algebra)

  • This study is on the theory of Piaget's reflective abstraction and the mechanism of the development of knowledge and the history of algebra and its application to understand the difficulties that many students have in learning algebra. Piaget considers the development of knowledge as a linear process. The stages in the construction of different forms of knowledge are sequential and each stage begins with reorganization. The reorganization consists of the projection onto a higher level from the lower level and the reflection which reconstructs and reorganizes within a lager system that is transferred by profection. Piaget shows that the mechanisms mediating transitions from one historical period to the next are analogous to those mediating the transition from one psychogenetic stage to the next and characterizes the mechanism as the intra, inter, trans sequence. The historical development of algebra is characterized by three periods, which are intra inter, transoperational. The analysis of the history of algebra by the mechanism explains why the difficulties that students have in learning algebra occur and shows that the roles of teachers are important to help students to overcome the difficulties.

교차 Lager 광선의 Fringe 시도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Fringe Visibility od the Crossed Laser Beam)

  • 레이저 비임이 대기중을 전파할 때 고류(turbulence)의 영향을 고려해야 한다. 고류의 영향에 의한 프린지 시도는 extended Huygens-Fresnel principle을 도입하여 타원체로 간주할 수 있는 프린지 체적에서 장의 전 분포를 시하고 이 전 분포로부터 평균 강도분포를 얻었으며, 평균 강도분포를 구하기 위해 Fourier-Bessel적분을 행하였다. 평균 강도분포에서 최대 평균 강도분포max 및 최소 평균 강도분포 min을 얻었으며, 이 식들을 프린지 시도의 정의 식 V=(Imax-Imax)/(Imax+Imin)에 적용하였다. 본 논문에서는 광원으로 파장 =4880[]인 아르곤 레이저를 사용하였고 광원의 모우드는 TEM..모우드로 하였다. 또한 비임의 교각 =5˚, 광원으로부터 프린지 체적 까지의 거리 L=10[m], en 광원간의 거리 B=(2tan /2)L, 특성 비임 반경 =2 /[ ( /2)]을 이용하여 프린지 시도에 관한 결과를 얻었으며, 이 결과에 의하면 L'( / ·L)에 대한 변수 r의 비 r/L'= 에서 V=1이고, r/L=0.1에서 프린지 시도가 감소한다. 또 강 고 류인 경우와 약 고 류인 경우에 대해 프린지 시도를 비교하였을 때 강 고류에서 감소폭이 크다는 사실을 알 수 있었다.

수평형 지열 히트펌프 난방 성능 분석을 위한 실험적 연구 (Experimental Study for Horizontal Geothermal Heat Pump Heating Performance Analysis)

  • This study have an objective to suggest basic data and measured result of heating performance on water-water type horizontal geothermal heat pump which is based on heating and cooling load calculation result of small residential house. The average temperature during measured periods is $9.4^{\circ}C$ on primary EWT and is $7.6^{\circ}C$ on primary LWT. The temperature difference shows $1.8^{\circ}C$ as average temperature. Because the average outdoor temperature of peak is lager than on December and than on January, the temperature difference between EWT and LWT is bigger that on January than that on December. The system COP is 3.62.
