  • The purpose of this study was to develop the implant which has superior stress distribution and primary stability to others by using Instron test and finite element method. The model used in the experiment were cylinder type implant, tapered screw type implant, screw type implants. Recognizing that the number of samples were small and the lack of applying press-fit conditions to the cylinder type, we can make the following conclusions.

An Identification of Outlying Cells in Contingency Table via Correspondence Analysis Map

  • When an appropriate model is fitted to explain a certain categorical data, outlying cell detection plays very important role to reduce the lack of fit. There exist many statistical methods to identify outlying cells in contingency table. In this paper, correspondence analysis is applied to identify one or two outlying cells. When corresponding relationships between categories of the row and columns are explored, we find that outlying cells could be identified via the correspondence analysis map.

Shapriro-Francia W' Statistic Using Exclusive Monte Carlo Simulation

  • An exclusive simulation study is conducted in computing means for order statistics in standard normal variate. Monte Carlo moments are used in Shapiro-Francia W' statistic computation. Finally, quantiles for Shapiro-Francia W' are generated. The study shows that in computing means for order statistics in standard normal variate, complicated distributions and intensive numerical integrations can be avoided by using Monte Carlo simulation. Lack of accuracy is minimal and computation simplicity is noteworthy.

Minimax Average MSE Designs for Estimating Mean Responses

  • The unknown response function is usually approximated by a low order polynomial model. Such an approximation always accompanies bias due to model departure. The minimax Average MSE (AMSE) designs are suggested for estimating mean responses. A class of first order minimax AMSE designs is derived and a specific first order minimax AMSE design is selected from the class by optimizing the secondary criterion related to the power of the lack of fit test.

  • The present study examined the causal relationships among nurses' job environment /job characteristics(work overload, lack of autonomy, professional role conflict, interpersonal relationships), maturity, job stress, job satisfaction and turnover intention by constructing and testing a theoretial framework. Based on Katz and Kahn's (1978) theory of organizational open system and Kahn, Wolfe, Quinn, and Snoek's (1964) theory of stress, nurses' turnover intention, job satisfaction and job stress were conceived of as outcomes of the interplay between personal characteristics and work environment. Personal aspects associated with outcome variables included professional knowlege and skill, and maturity(challenge, commitment, control, responsibility). The work environment factors involved work overload, lack of autonomy, professional role conflict, and interpersonal relationships (social support). Three university hospitals located in Seoul were selected to participate. The total sample of 443 registered nurses represents a response rate of 96 percent. Linear structural relationships (LISREL) technique was used to test the fit of the proposed conceptual model to the data and to examine the causal relationships among variables. The result showed that both the proposed model and the modified model fit the data excellently, revealing considerable explanatinal power for job stress and job satisfaction. The explanatory power of turnover intention was relatively lower than those of stress and satisfaction. In predicting nurses' stress, satisfaction and turnover intention, the findings of this study clearly demonstrated that professional role conflict might be the most important variable of the all the environmental variables and personal characteristics. The results were dis-cussed, including directions for the future research and practical implications drawn from the research were suggested.

무응력길이법을 이용한 사장교의 시공단계 해석 (Construction Stage Analysis of Cable-Stayed Bridges Using the Unstrained Element Length Method)

  • 초기평형상태를 만족하는 간략해석법(Jung et al., 2015)의 무응력길이를 이용하여 사장교의 임의 시공단계를 직접적으로 모사할 수 있는 무응력길이 기반의 시공단계 해석법을 제시하고, 이 방법의 효용성과 정확성을 보이고자 한다. MIDAS해석 시 unknown load factor기능을 이용한 초기형상해석과 lack of fit force기능을 이용한 순방향해석을 실시하는데 반하여 ULM (unstrained length method)해석법은 무응력길이만 알고 있으면 중간단계를 거치지 않고 직접적으로 특정중간단계를 해석할 수 있다. 2차원 인천대교모델을 구축하고 ULM과 MIDAS를 각각 적용하여 시공단계해석을 수행하고, 수치예제를 통하여 두 해석결과를 분석한 결과, 완공계의 주탑, 주거더의 길이 차이로 인한 오차를 제외하면 비교적 서로 일치하는 결과를 보였다. 아울러, 포장무게와 카운터웨이트를 역으로 재하하여 폐합해석을 수행하고, 결과비교를 통하여 두 해석결과의 타당성을 보였다.

간호사의 건강증진행위 측정도구 개발 (Development of Measuring Tool for Health Promotion Behavior of Nurses)

  • 본 연구는 우리나라 간호사의 건강증진행위 측정을 위한 검증된 도구가 부족한 실정으로 간호사의 간호환경 특성을 반영하면서 그 사용이 검증된 도구 개발이 필요함에 따라 한국 간호사의 건강증진행위 측정도구를 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구는 2019년 1월부터 12월까지 간호사 총 530명을 대상으로 실시하였으며 연구방법으로는 문헌 고찰 및 포커스 그룹 면담을 실시하고, 타당성과 신뢰성을 측정하기 위해 데이터 분석을 하였으며, IMB(Information-Motivation-Behavioral Skills) 모델을 적용하여 개념 틀을 구성하였다. 그 결과 간호사로서의 자아개념(2 문항), 병원생활관리(4 문항), 건강에 대한 지식 및 정보(5 문항), 신체적·정신적 스트레스관리(3 문항), 근무적응(2 문항)의 5가지 요인 16 문항으로 도출되었다. 모델 적합도는 346.23 (��<.001), PNFI는 .60, PCFI는 .63으로 허용 기준을 충족했으며 RMSEA는 .10이었다. GFI .88, CFI .85, IFI .85는 기준치에 적합한 것으로 확인되었다. 모든 항목은 Cronbach의 �� .85로 안정적인 신뢰성을 확보하였다. 본 연구에서 개발 한 간호사의 건강증진행위 측정도구는 간호 실무 측면에서 간호사의 건강 증진 행동을 측정하는 도구로 사용될 것이며 간호사의 건강 증진 행동을 폭넓게 이해하는 데 도움이 될 것이다.

병원 재직자들의 직무배치와 개인성과간의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과 검증 (The Mediating Effect of Self-Efficicy in the Relationship between Hospital Employee's Job Placement and Individual Performance)

  • 의료기관에서는 경영성과를 높이기 위해 우수한 직원을 선발하는 일에 큰 관심을 두고 있다. 채용된 직원은 직무배치를 통해 주어진 업무를 수행하게 되는데 기존연구에서는 직무환경이 개인의 직무능력 지각과 개인성과에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 연구가 미비한 상황이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 병원에 근무하는 보건계열 재직자들을 대상으로 134부의 설문을 수집하여 이들의 직무배치에 따른 개인-직무적합성과 자기효능감, 개인성과간에 어떠한 관계가 있는지 실증적으로 분석해보고자 하였다. 구체적으로 개인-직무적합성과 개인성과 간의 관계에 있어 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구의 가설검정결과 첫째, 개인-직무적합성은 자기효능감의 하위요인인 자기조절감, 자신감, 과업도전감 모두에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 둘째, 자기효능감 중 자기조절감, 자신감은 개인성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 개인-직무적합성은 자기조절감을 완전 매개하여 개인성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 자신감을 부분 매개하여 개인성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 자기효능감 연구를 환경요인으로 확장한 이론적 시사점을 지니며 병원조직의 인적자원관리 측면에서 실무적 시사점 및 연구의 한계를 논의하였다.

여성 수영복용 브래스트캡의 착용실태 및 불만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Wearing Conditions and Dissatisfaction with Breast Cap for Current Womens Swimsuits)

  • The purpose of this study was to provide information on how to improve the comfort and fit of womens swimsuits through analysis of the present wearing conditions and users complaints. In order to compile the information about dissatisfaction with the appropriateness of the fit of breast cap for swimsuits, a questionnaire was administered to 364 females (over 20 years old under 60 years old). The contents of the questionnaire consisted of questions such as the reasons for selecting to wear breast cap for swimsuits or not, size of brassiere and swimsuits, dissatisfaction with material, dissatisfaction with function of breast cap. The collected data were analyzed using the descriptive statistics value of frequencies and percentile value, mean, and so on by means of the SPSS WIN.10.0 program. The differences among age groups, body type groups by rohrer index, cup size and so on were compared using the chi-square test. Results of the survey responses about swimsuits breast caps: Most women have worn swimsuits with caps. According to the results, women who are older or overweight, or have larger breasts, or breasts which sag, as well as those who have had the experience of giving birth responded that they feel uncomfortable because of the slope of their breasts. Concerning complaints about the caps, 61% of respondents complained about the cap size and lack of correspondence with breast size, 56.8% expressed concern about the cap gap. There is significant difference in wearing reason of breast caps forswimsuits among age groups and many kinds of groups.

인체부위 인식을 통한 깊이 카메라 기반의 자전거 피팅 시스템 개발 (Development of a Bicycle Fitting System Based on Depth Camera through Body Part Recognition)

  • Recently, there has been a gradual increase in the number of people who are interested in cycling, leading to an increasing number of cycling equipment consumers. However, many bicyclists get hurt because of their lack of knowledge about the right size of bicycle for their body. Although it is necessary for a rider to fit their bicycle to prevent injury, they reject a fitting service because of the long hours and high cost. In this study, we propose a bicycle fitting system that uses a depth camera to improve the limitations of existing manual fitting systems. With the defined formula, the system calculates the size of the bicycle using body image information extracted by a depth camera and visualizes a customized bicycle for a specific consumer. This system will not only save the customer time and money, but will prevent injury from the use of a bicycle that does not fit.
