Although shoes industry in Korea is superior in global competition in terms of material, parts, and developmental ability, it has declined due to the lack of design in consideration of OEM production and marketing ability. Shoes industry in Korea has aimed at making inroad to North American market centered with the United States, but it has not focused on Europe market that much. However, as Europe transformed into EU, which is a large economic community, European market is being considered as a great potential for Korean shoes industry, which we can never neglect of. So far, there have been researches of marketing strategic methods to make inroad to the United States and South-East Asian markets, but there has been almost no marketing approach to European shoes market. Therefore, in this study I prepare strategic marketing plans for Korean shoes enterprises to make inroads to European markets, so that they can enter the market successfully, and this is the purpose of this study. In case that Korean shoes industry makes inroads to European market, there are important terms to examine. The strategic terms for consideration to examine are as follows. First, shoes companies such as Nike and Adidas are aware of India. Turkey, and Rumania as new footholds for production, as they have accounted continuous wage claim and labor dispute. Especially Turkey and Rumania are expected to have much competitive strength in price, as they are expected countries for joining EU. Second, we need to shift our understanding of the importance of design for European shoes market. We should pay close attention to the fact that the role of leading companies is to design. Third, Germany, England, and Italy have global-level of specialize institutions and organizations for shoes education and have been succeeded in knowledge industrialization. Fourth, we should consider that the concepts for shoes are changing from innovation in production to in products. Fifth, we should develop specialized concept centered in individualized categories. Sixth, we should open up new markets actively by connecting large shopping centers and multi-shops. Seventh, we should look for the opportunities to expand market through the utilization of BIFOS. Lastly, we should expand our support for opening up markets and participating fairs in foreign countries.

The purpose of this study is to find a solution to disputes in the process of producing digital music sources. At present, the center of the world music market including the domestic market has been completely transformed from the tangible musical record market to the intangible sound source market. Due to these environmental changes, the music production process becomes industrialized and specialized, causing conflicts of interest among the individuals in the process. First of all, this study examined changes in the music market which is the background of the dispute, identified the problems of the process and suggested solutions while summarizing the meaning and role of each process of producing a sound source that may arise during the sound production process. This study covers plagiarism between producers, copyright infringement of the creator against assistant creator caused by the industrialization and division of the production environment, issues related to the rights of sound engineers whose role and importance become bigger as acoustic technology develops and music genres become more diverse, and vertical hierarchy due to the formation of oligopoly by several distributors with huge capital. As a result of the study, it was concluded that Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) system is suitable for solving these problems. Specific methods of using ADR include activation of the dispute settlement system of the Korea Copyright Commission, active use of the arbitration clause specified in the standard contract, and recalculation of labor costs and earnings from copyright through mutual negotiations. This paper can be differentiated from previous studies in that it studied overall problems that might arise in the process of digital music source production and suggested ADR utilization as the solution.

For the labor-saving cultivation of barley in rice-barley double cropping system in paddy field, a series of expriments on the effect of rice straw application were carried out at the National Yeongnam Agricultural Experiment Station from 1992 to 1993. The affection of phenol compounds released from fresh rice straw could be lessened when seeded under rice straw in the soil and that made emergence rate increase by 11％, compared with that on application on the rice straw. Although utilization of rice straw as an organic material caused the poor growth of barley in early stage, it could be enhanced the culm breaking strength. On this reason, affected by rice straw, grain yield was increased from 8％ in common barley and up to 20％ in malting barley. The more nitrogen, CaO$_2$2 and SiO$_2$ applied, the more decomposition of rice straw accelerated from 2％ to 6.9％. On the application of rice straw as an organic material in malting barely cultivation, the content of crude protein was decreased while 1,000-grain-weight and grain assortment was increased.

This paper is to assess the influence of business field and qualification acquisition on job-getting and working business by conducting survey against the qualification holders of the national technology in the area of ICT industry. The result shows that respondents working in the ICT industry are 58.7% of samples. Their working business are shown as manufacturing area of broadcasting & telecommunication, telecommunication service, science/technology service, and media service. As for the value of qualification, the current working business area of respondents is more influential factor than the types of qualification. Workers of media service industry recognize the qualifications more useful in job-getting and job performance.

Although women's economic participation has been increasing in Korea, the utilization of educated women's labor is still low. Therefore, vocational training programs for women are both important and necessary. This study examines the vocational training programs for women offered by the three largest vocational training centers in Jeju: the Woman Resources Development Center, the Jeju Women's Development Center, and the Seogwipo City Women's Cultural Center. This study also analyzes the students' satisfaction with these vocational training programs and identifies the related variables that cause differences in their levels of satisfaction. The sample includes 397 respondents who were surveyed from June 23 to September 12, 2008. Moreover, the data are analyzed by conducting a one-way ANOVA, t-test, and Duncan's Multiple Range(DMR)test. The major results of the study are as follows. First, the vocational training programs in Jeju consist of lectures that cover various subjects. The programs mainly focus on work that offers relatively low wages and requires few skills, and the duration of the programs is short. Second, the original goal of the programs does not meet the needs of women who are seeking employment. The participants respond that they want more appropriate programs that are designed by considering their need for employment, support them in finding a job, and re-educate them. Third, most of the participants are satisfied with their vocational training experiences, and their satisfaction with the instructors is especially high. The differences in their levels of satisfaction are caused by economic characteristics such as the location of the student's residence, home ownership, and the level of life. The results of this study suggest that there is a need to separate vocational/employment training from general education for women. Moreover, the vocational training programs for women should be more specialized according to the different needs of each group.

Welding automation is one of the most important manufacturing issues in shipbuilding in order to lower the cost, increase the quality, and avoid the labor problems. Generally the on-line teaching is utilized on the robot that is used in the welding automation system, but it requires much effort and long time to program. Especially, if the system is composed of more than two cooperating robots, it demands much more skill to program the robots' motion. Thus, a convenient programming tool is required for efficient utilization of welding automation system. In this study, a convenient programming tool is developed for welding automation in which gantry-robot system is used. The system is composed of a gantry transporter and two robots mounted on the gantry to cover the wide work range in the ship building application. As a programming tool, an off-line programming software based on PC is developed. By using this software, field operator does not need to concern about coding of task programs for three control units, one is for gantry and two are for robots. The task programs are automatically generated by assembling the program modules in database according to geometrical information of workpiece and welding condition, which become the only concern of field operator, The feasibility of the generated programs can be verified via a motion simulator previously to on-line running.

This study was conducted to develop labor and chemical cultural practice improvement for weed control in ginseng field. Five crop species were screened in vitro and three crop extracts were sprayed in the test allelopathic effect for weed species. Methyl alcohol extracts of rice, oat, rye and wheat straw showed inhibitory effect on the germination of six weed species, Amaranthus retroflexus, Chenopodium album, Arthraxon hispidus, Digitaria adscendens, Echinochloa crus-galli, and Setaria viridis. Especially, extract of oat straw was most effective to inhibit the germination of six weed species tested. Also, spraying the extract solution of rice, rye and wheat straw was effective to inhibit the growth of weeds in ginseng field. Ginseng root length, diameter, fresh and dry weight in extract spraying plot were higher than those of non-treatment plot.

Due to the development of Internet and the collection and usage of the individual information, the infringements of the personal data have been increased rapidly. Regarding the personal data protection in the medical industry, it is clearly described in 'Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and information Protection, etc.'. the law is ratified on the basis of the service provider, therefore, it has its own limitation to be applied to medical industry. Therefore, this paper is to set the security standard and to discuss the range of legal application and considerations on its basis for the domestic medical institution at the electronic medical record system. We exemplify specific applicable content of the electronic signature in the electronic medical record also, present a security assessment item in electronic medical system and set the criteria for the security standard in the medical industry.
