대학 행정직원들의 감정부조화가 정신건강에 미치는 영향 -심리적 유연성의 매개효과- (The Effect of Emotional Dissonance on the Mental Health of University Administration Staff -The Mediating effect of Psychological Flexibility-)

  • 본 연구목적은 대학 행정직원들의 감정부조화와 우울, 불안, 신체증상의 정신건강 간의 관계에서 심리적 유연성의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위하여, 대학 행정직원 191명에게 설문지를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0 프로그램과 Sobel Test를 활용해 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째. 대학 행정직원들 다수가 감정부조화(52.36%), 우울(47.12%), 불안(58.12%), 신체증상(62.83%)의 어려움이 있었다. 둘째. 감정부조화 위험군이 정상군에 비교하여 우울, 불안, 신체증상 수준이 유의하게 높았다. 셋째. 감정부조화와 심리적 유연성은 우울, 불안, 신체증상에 유의한 영향을 나타냈다. 넷째. 감정부조화와 정신건강 요인(우울, 불안, 신체증상 각각)간의 관계에서 심리적 유연성의 매개효과가 검증되었다. 마지막으로 대학 행정직원들의 감정노동과 정신건강에 개입할 필요성과 그 개입 및 예방 방안으로서 심리적 유연성을 제언하였다.

현대자동차 비정규직 문제를 바라보는 시각과 해결을 위한 제언 (A View on In-house Subcontract Workers in Hyundai Motor Company)

  • 이 글은 오랫동안 사회적인 쟁점이 되어왔던 현대자동차(현대차)의 사내하청(비정규직) 문제를 둘러싼 원청-정규직 노조-비정규직 노조의 관계를 검토하고 바람직한 해결방안을 찾기 위한 것이다. 현대차에서 사내하청의 정치는 회사와 정규직 노조 사이의 내부노동시장을 둘러싼 '갈등적 담합', 회사와 비정규직 노조 사이의 '배제와 저항', 그리고 정규직 노조와 비정규직 노조 사이의 '연대적 갈등' 관계를 축으로 전개되어 왔다. 2012년 대법원의 최종판결 이후 비정규직 해법을 둘러싼 3주체 사이의 갈등과 담합/연대관계는 한층 증폭된 형태로 나타나고 있다. 원하청 특별교섭(협의)의 지속적인 파행이나 비정규직 노조와 회사 사이의 심화된 갈등, 그리고 정규직 노조와 비정규직 노조 사이에서 나타나는 연대의 위기 등은 이를 단적으로 보여주는 사례이다. 현대차에서 사내하청 문제를 풀기 위해서는 정규직-비정규직 노조의 통합, 그리고 내부노동시장에서의 '교섭된 유연화'를 통해 3자 사이의 모순적인 관계를 양자 사이의 '갈등적 협력관계'로 전환시키는 방안을 검토할 수 있다. 단기적으로는 법의 준수를 바탕으로 하는 단계적인 정규직 전환과 비정규직의 처우개선이 이루어질 필요가 있다. 그 결과 현대차 기업노동시장은 정규직-합법도급-직접고용 기간제로 구성될 것이다.

Model of Future Teacher's Professional Labor Training (Art & Craft Teacher)

  • Economic transformations have led to an increase in the role of creative assets and their central role in public life. Changes in creative activity have led to a change in the organization of the work of institutes engaged in the training of specialists, in particular teachers of labor education. Methods and approaches to training determine the development of creative industries, being the basis for models of professional training of future teachers of labor training. The purpose of an article was to develop a modern model of professional training of future teachers of labor training based on the concept of creative economy. The methodology is based on the concepts of holistic craft and creative economy. Based on the integration of pedagogical learning models "Craft as design and problem-solving", "Craft as skill and knowledge building", "Craft as product-making" and "Craft as self-expression" developed and experimentally confirmed the conceptual model of professional training of future teachers of labor training. The proposed model forms a practitioner with professional, technical, digital and creative skills who is able to transfer the experience to students. The training course "Creativity and creative thinking" has been developed. The model provided for the development of a course based on the strategy of developing professional creativity, flexibility, improvisation, openness, student activity, joint practice, student-oriented approach. The practical value implies the adaptation of the developed model of professional training of future teachers of labor education during the training of teachers in higher education, which is confirmed in the experiment.

  • Globalization has fuelled the desire for simplicity and flexibility in rules and processes within nations. de Soto (2000) calls for the simplification of rules to enable people to join the formal economy. Friedman (2005) echoes the need for simpler rules, to attract business and capital. Market-based approaches to governing have been adopted in many nations due to globalization. Recent developments demonstrate that such approaches fail. Globalization may lead to impoverishment in the absence of proper forms of governance (Cooney 2000). That is why it has the tendency to become a "race to the bottom." Regulatory measures can be costly, and the costs of doing business are uneven across nations. This unevenness is being used as a comparative advantage. Others call this regulatory competition (Smith-Bozek 2007) or competitive governance (Schachtel and Sahmel 2000), which is similar to the model of Charles Tiebout. Collaborative governance is an approach that governments could use in lieu of the competitive method. Mechanisms that enable stakeholders to exchange information, harmonize activities, share resources, and enhance capacities (Himmelman 2002) are needed. Philippine public policy encourages a shift in modes of realizing labor market governance outcomes from command to collaboration (Sale and Bool 2010B; Sale 2011). Is labor market governance and regional development in the Philippines collaborative? Or is the opposite - competitive governance (Tiebout model) - more evident? What is the dominant approach? This preliminary research tackles these questions by looking at recent data on average and minimum wages, wage differentials, trade union density, collective bargaining coverage, small and bigger enterprises, employment, unemployment and underemployment, inflation, poverty incidence, labor productivity, family income, among others, across regions of the country. The issue is studied in the context of legal origins. Cultural explanations are broached.

가요성 알루미늄피 케이블을 이용한 인플렉스 시스템의 개발 (Development of In-Flex System using the Flexibility Aluminum Clad Cable)

  • The developed in-flex system completed the wiring work with the plug-in connection. To maintain electrical and mechanical stability, and an insulation between the conductors was strengthened by forming a partition. Moreover, the error according to a bad connection was prevented by separating the inlet from the outlet of the electric trace and thus the quick construction become possible. The metal reinforcing material was added outside the upper case and lower case. The fire-resistance efficiency was maximized in order to minimize a damage by the fire. As to the developed system, we found that it takes shorter time to complete installation than the rigid steel conduit wiring work, and that about 25 % of construction cost was saved because the labor costs decrease due to the shorter construction period of time.

해외산업단지 조성을 위한 국가별 산업입지 비교우위에 관한 연구 (Comparing the Locational Advantage for Developing Overseas Industrial Park)

  • 이 논문은 우리나라 중소기업의 해외진출을 위한 전용산업단지 조성을 전제로 주요 국가들에 대한 산업입지결정변수를 적용하고 이에 따른 비교우위결과를 분석 한 것이다. 연구결과, 첫째, 2010년 1/4분기 현재, 우리기업이 진출한 국가들은 모두 128개국이며, 이 중 '80년~2010년 동안의 총 신고건수 기준 상위 20개국은 중국, 베트남, 일본, 홍콩 등 아시아 지역에 속한 국가가 13개로 가장 많았다. 둘째, 해외산업단지 조성을 위한 주요 분석대상국을 선정하였다. 128개 국가 중에서 1인당 GDP가 우리나라 보다 낮고, 2007년~2010년 동안 현지 법인 신고건수가 10건 이상인 38개 국가를 선별하였고, 이 중 2008~2009년 기준 월 최저임금이 우리나라와 유사한 수준(815달러/월)의 10개 국가를 제외하여, 최종적으로 중국, 베트남, 캄보디아 등 총 28개국을 주요 분석대상국가로 선정하였다. 셋째, 해외산업단지 조성시 국가별 비교우위 평가지표를 크게 투자유인정책, 노동시장 유연성, 시장수요 잠재력, 인구규모, 제조업 신고건수 변화율 등 5개 부문으로 구분하고, 부문별로 세부지표를 선정한 후 중요도에 따라 가중치를 부여하였다. 넷째, 28개 국가를 대상으로 평가지표를 적용한 바, 노동시장 유연성과 투자유인정책 부문의 평가점수가 높고 상대적으로 미개척된 지역으로서 우리나라와 우호 관계에 있는 인도네시아, 몽골, 우즈베키스탄 등이 전반적인 비교우위가 높은 것으로 나타났다.

분석성, 포괄성, 유연성이 임금에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Analyzability, Comprehensiveness, and Flexibility on Wage)

  • 맡고 있는 일에 문제가 발생했을 때 문제의 원인을 아는 정도로 분석성을 측정하고, 회사의 전체 업무를 이해하는 정도로 포괄성을 측정하고, 본인의 일에 예외적인 상황이 발생하는 정도로 유연성을 측정한다. 기업의 고정효과 또는 임의효과와 연령, 근속, 직위 직급 등 전통적인 인적자본 변수들을 통제한 후 이 특성들은 통계적으로 유의하게 임금을 높인다. 맡고 있는 일에 문제가 발생할 때 문제의 원인을 거의 모르는 자보다 대부분 정확히 아는 자가 임금이 5.2% 높다. 맡고 있는 팀(부서)의 업무만을 어느 정도 이해하고 있는 자보다 회사의 전반적인 업무를 이해하고 있는 자가 임금이 2.52% 높다. 일상적이고 반복적인 일을 하는 자보다 하나하나가 새로운 일을 하는 자가 임금이 2.98% 높다.

  • The Korean Apparel industry has played an significant role for the econom-ic development in Korea which is mainaly due to the apparel exports to the world market. However the Koran apparel industry has confronted drastic changes in domestic and also in international market for the last several years. Korean apparel products have lost price competitiveness in international market because domestic labor costs have increased so fast and al-so newcomers such as China or other Asian countries have emerged as compet-itive producers. Furthermore domestic market has been saturated with the Korean apparel manufacturers and also with the foreign retailers. Therefore the Korean apparel industry should establish market-ing strategies in order to regain competitiveness. This study aims to analyze the factors for non-price competitiveness of Korean apparel industry and propose the way to regain competitiveness form the buyers' point of view. The present study utilize the survey data for the internet database which is established by the Cotton Incorporated. The results show that the Korean apparel industry is not competitive in terms of non-price factors such as minimum orders terms of payment preproduction stage use of new technolo-gy and lead times. These factors are not directly related to the price of product which is suggested to the buyers. However these are flexibility factors which play important roles in decision making process of buyers because they can reduce risks in uncertain business environment. Therefore the Korean apparel industry should establish global marketing strate-gies which can enhance non-price competitiveness as well as price competitiveness.

  • The major purpose of this research was to investigate the causal relationships among working wives' work-family conflict, socialization of housework, and home management satisfaction. the double ABCX model of family stress and adaptation provided the theoretical framework for this study. the data were recruited from working wives who had more than one pre-school child. The respondents were asked to complete the self-administered questionnaires, and the responses of 536 working wives were used for the final analysis. basically Cronbach's α to the reliability of major variables, frequencies, percentages, means, standard deviation, pearson's correlation coefficients, and LISREL 7 program were performed to test the research model. The results of this study can be summarized as follows : 1. The frequency of work-family conflict was affected by the flexibility of work time and wives' income. 2. The severity of wok-family conflict was directly influenced by the frequency of the conflict, the flexibility of work-time, and wives' education level. 3. The variables influencing the degree of socialization of housework were found to be the frequency and the severity of work-family conflict, wives' education, and the degree of husband's participation in housework. 4. The higher degree of home management satisfaction was associated with the higher level of family member's health status, the greater degree of the flexibility of work-time, and the greater degree of husband's participation in household labor.

  • This study was investigated the marital satisfaction of expanding dual-earner couples and it’s influential variables. The sample consisted of 226 husbands and wives in dual-earner families living in Seoul. The data were analyzed by various satistical methods such as Frequency, Percentile, One-way analysis, t-test and Multiple Regression Analysis. The results of this research were as follows: 1. The level of marital satisfaction was higher for husbands than wives. 2. Husbands’marital satisfaction was significantly affected by husbands’age, husbands’sex role attitude, wives’occupation, flexibility of wives’work. 3. Wives’marital satisfaction was significantly affected by husbands’income, husbands’sex role attitude, husbands’participative times of household labor and wives’participative time of household labor.
