정보기술 KS 규격번호 체계 개정

  • 정보기술 분야의 기본 특성 및 주요 선진국의 정보기술분야 규격 번호 체계를 고려하여 새로운 정보 기술 분야 KS 규격의 분류 및 번호 체계를 개발하고 97년도 3월 개정된 KS A 0001에 따라 부제 등을 도입하여 해당 국제 규격과 비교 검토를 용이하게 하였으며 번호의 공간을 효율적으로 사용할 수 있게 하고자 함.

A Study of Psychometric Function Curve for Korean Standard Monosyllabic Word Lists for Preschoolers (KS-MWL-P) (한국표준 학령전기용 단음절어표 (Korean Standard Monosyllabic Word Lists for Preschoolers, KS-MWL-P)의 심리음향기능곡선 연구)

  • Word recognition test (WRT) for the children can be useful for diagnosing the degree of communication disability, prescribing hearing instruments, planning aural rehabilitation and speech therapy, and determination of site of lesions. The Korean standard monosyllabic word lists for preschoolers (KS-MWL-P) were developed considering the criteria given by the literatures. However, the authors of KS-MWL-P suggested more children should be included to verify homogeneity of the lists using psychometric function curve since only 8 children participated in the developing process. The purpose of this study was to explore the homogeneity of KS-MWL-P for supplementing the limitations of the lists employing psychometric analysis. To 23 preschoolers who have normal-hearing, 100 monosyllabic KS-MWL-P words were examined with the pictures. Psychometric function curve with linear slopes of 20% and 80%'s correct rates through accounting recognition scores of each monosyllabic word at variable intensities from -10 to 40 dBHL was obtained and analyzed. As a result, s-shaped psychometric function curve was presented with increasing correct rate depending on intensity and showed no statistical significant differences among each word and list. The congruous graph shapes among lists also indicated good homogeneity and the list 1,2,3,4's average slopes were 4.48, 3.86, 4.65, 4.50. It was verified that the homogeneity was suitable because the analysis of variance showed no statistical significance among lists (p>0.05). However, KS-MWL-P's order of slope according to the order of the number of items, $1{\sim}10$, $1{\sim}20$, $1{\sim}25$ showed no difference with the p-value of 0.93, 0.59, 0.91, 0.70 for the lists 1,2,3, and 4, respectively. Although KS-MWL-P was assumed that the lower-numbered items were easy for testing younger ages, this study's results could not agree with the author's conclusion. Considering this matter, rearranging of the number of items should be performed according to the analysis of slope suggested by this study for testing younger children with easier items. Other than this, in conclusion, KS-MWL-P was proved to be useful for clinical and rehabilitative evaluating and training tools for preschoolers.

  • 본 고는 1997년 12월 31일 개정된 "강 용접부의 방사선투과시험 방법 및 투과 사진의 등급분류 방법" (한국산업규격 KS B 0845)을 이해하는데 참고가 될 수 있도록 일본공업규격 JIS Z 3104의 해설부분을 번역한 것으로 KS B 0845의 모체가 되는 JIS Z 3104의 본래취지를 정확히 전달하기 위하여 편집하거나 가감하지 않고 원문 그대로 기술하였으며 KS B 0845와는 일부 용어나 항목구성에 차이가 있으나 번호에 관계없이 각항목의 제목을 보고 이해하게 하였다. 특히 일부 부속 규격의 미 제정상태에서 개정판이 발표되어 적용에 혼란을 초래할 수도 있겠으나 부분적인 적용은 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

  • 현대문명이 발달함에 따라 산업제품 설계에서는 인체부위 치수가 필수적으로 이용되고, 특히 대중시설에서도 이용자의 편의성을 제공하기 위해 인체측정의 중요성이 부각되고 있 다. 현재 인체측정에 대하여 국제적으로 통일되어 있고 국내에서도 KS A 7003과 KS A7004는 인체측정용어와 인체측정방법에 대해 표준이 설정되어 있으나 인간공학적으로 한국인에 적정한 체계적인 표준화 설정이 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 인간공학적인 인체측정의 표준화 수립을 위하여 인체측정방법 및 측정항목에 대하여 ISO(International Standardization Organization), NASA(National Aeronautics and Space Administration), HQL(Research Institute of Human Engineering for Quality Life)과 KS(Korean Standardization)의 관련 내용을 비교 및 분석하였다. 또한 KS의 측정항목과 측정방법의 개선을 제안하고 몇몇 측정항목을 대상으로 제안된 내용의 검증 실험을 다루고 있다.

  • When using non KS aggregate muck pile in general, compared to when using KS aggregate, when obtaining an identical slump a high unit quantity of water was confirmed, and when designing the concrete mix the compressive strength of concrete decreased due to an increase in W/B. Therefore because the use of non KS aggregate decreases the liquidity, strength and durability etc. qualities of concrete from an overall performance point of view, there is a need for the used of KS aggregate and when using aggregate that does not adhere to KS standards, it is determined there is a need for appropriate concrete mix design and care.

  • Revision and establish of KS(Korean Standards) is currently actively discussed. It is just the time for a new world class standards under the new system with WTO(World Trade Organization). This paper is a part of "Researchs on the Standards in Railway rolling stock Field", as one of KS establish projects. The aim of this study is to define the requirements of railway rolling stock-test methods for running resistance. In the former KS, there is no items matched with this purpose. Therefore a new part of KS is proposed.

  • The test results for water repellency of paper and paperboard according to KS M 7057 can readily be influenced by an operator's bias. In order to discard such bias, the automatic analysis program of water repellency was developed based on different shape features of a liquid trace formed on a specimen. That is, the shape of a liquid track flowing down on the specimen with an angle of $45^{\circ}$ was evaluated according to width variation between head and tail of the trace($S_{Hr}$), uniformity of a liquid flow($S_{d}$), length of long traces($L_{SHr}$), eccentricity of liquid traces($E_{i}$), and then was recognized as a specific degree of water repellency. Finally, the automatic analysis system of water repellency based upon KS M 7057 made it possible to readily measure water resistance of paper and paperboards classified into R0 to R10.

  • 정보화 사회의 급격한 변화로 첨단 기기들은 우리의 생활에 없어서는 안 될 존재가 되었지만 이는 각종 노이즈 및 서지에 노출되어 있다. 또한 기상이변으로 낙뢰에 대한 피해가 점점 증가하고 있어 효율성이 높은 대책이 요구된다. 따라서 KS 9609는 단순 보호각에 의한 건축물 보호로 폐지되고 WTO의 TBT협약에 의한 기술 부합화 차원에서 KS C IEC 61024로 제정되었다. 그리고 미흡한 부분을 보완하고 강화시킨 62305라는 새로운 피뢰설비 규격을 받아들였다. 그러나 이것 역시 실제 적용시 여러가지 문제점이 드러났다. 본 논문에서는 KS C IEC 62305의 문제점을 파악하고 이를 해결하기 위한 방안에 대하여 설명하고자 한다.

Isolation and Characterization of Marinobacter sp. KS-1, which Produces a Chondroitin Sulfate-like Mucopolysaccharide

  • In an effort to isolate a bacterium producing chondroitin sulfate (CS), a marine bacterium, KS-1, which produces mucopolysaccharides, was isolated from seawater and identified as Marinobacter sp. based on analyses of its morphological and biochemical traits and 16S rDNA sequence. Agarose-gel electrophoresis showed that the KS-1 strain produces a CS-like mucopolysaccharide. Structural analysis using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy revealed that the structure of the CS-like mucopolysaccharide produced by Marinobacter sp. KS-1 is similar to that of dermatan sulfate (CS B). However, the molecular mass of the CS-like mucopolysaccharide is higher than that of standard chondroitin sulfates. Considering the above results, we conclude that the Marinobacter sp. KS-1 produces a CS-like mucopolysaccharide that differs somewhat from CS B in molecular mass.
