Finally, Musan-Bongdong section in Kyeong-Ui corridor opened on 11. DEC.2007, which is a historical event, because this connection means the restoration of 56 yrs' disconnection since 1951 and also starting point launching to connect china, Mongolia, Russia for continental railway logistic infrastructure. This is also one of master plans about the northern line in TAR, carried out by UNESCAP, so this study will touch up each country's railway status and the next tasks related with trans-continental railway such as North Korea, Russia, China. Also, this study reveal a mid-long term development strategy to improve the North Korea railroad for a continent rail link and international railroad transportation between China and Russia, and also checks the way of confrontation to the domestic infrastructure for the activation of the continent railway and the north and south, investigates concretely how to establish TAR northern part routes as soon as possible.

According to article 11 of the Public Records Management Act of Korea, metropolitan city, special self-governing city, province or special self-governing province should establish archival institutions for permanent preservation and management of records. As a result, the establishment and operation of archival institutions in Korea has been increase, but since it is still in the stage of introduction, the mission and role of these archives have not been specified by archives act. Therefore, we need to establish a proper legal basis to support it. To do this, it explores the archives act in China, Russia and Germany in terms of basic operational policy, collection and transfer of records, management of records, and service of records. As a result, the study presents some implications for the archives act for the management of archives in Korea.

The purpose of this study was to compare fur clothing preferences of Korean and Russian women, and then to provide a beneficial data to Koran fur manufacturers who is working in Korea and advancing into Russia. 346 subjects were gather in Seoul and Moscow through convenience sampling method, and frequency, percentage, mean, x²-test, t-test were conducted for data analysis. The results were as follows: 1. Korean and Russian women's fur clothing buying motives, information sources, important factors on purchasing, purchasing, influences ere generally examined. 2. Russian women's fur clothing possession rate as well as fur clothing purchasing intention in the future were higher than Korean women's. 3. Fur clothing item, material, color, style, length which Korean and Russian women prefer were compared. 4. In case of shilhouette, Russia women showed high preference on swinger shilhouette, relatively Korean women preferred H-line. 5. In case of collar design, Russian women showed high preference on stand collar, relatively Korean women preferred notch collar or shawl collar. 6. In case of sleeve design, Russian women showed high preference on turn back cuffs sleeve, relatively Korean women preferred push-up sleeve.

For moving cargo between the North Pacific region and Northern European ports, the Northern Sea Route, along Russia's coastline, is 35-60％ shorter than the traditionally used routes through the Suez or Panama Canals. in addition to its shorter distance, there exist extensive ports und shipping infrastructure, and the potential for developing new markets in Russia and other northern countries including Korea and Japan. These incentives attracted considerable attention from the international shipping and shipbuilding industries and have formed a cooperative international research program, called as the International Northern Sea Route Programme (INSROP) This paper is a general compilation of the historical usage, recent trade developments, the physical environment, and the practical considerations that may shape future operational mode of shipping in the NSR based on results from INSROP reports. This study focuses mainly on an operation of commercial icebreaking cargo vessels that may be utilized along the NSR.

Distribution, population structure, and growth of the bivalve Protothaca euglypta were investigated for clams collected from the northwestern part of the East Sea of Russia. This species is distributed in further northern area than it was found earlier. In the southern area, this clam is found in the intertidal zone, up to 8 m in depth. It is one of the most numerous infaunal species of bivalves, and protected to wave action in the gravel-pebble and sand with rubble biotope. Population density of P. euglypta reaches 500 $spc./m^2$, and biomass 2 $kg/m^2$. Size and age composition of the local settlements and allometric growth of P. euglypta depend on a biotope. The growth rate of P. euglypta considerably reduces in case of the northern boundary area, whereas life span increases.

자웅이체인 배벌레(shipworm), Zachsia zenkewitschi의 생식에 관하여 연구를 진행하였다. 자성 생식기관은 하나의 난소와 소형의 웅성을 안고 있는 한 쌍의 외투막 주머니로 구성되어 있었다. 소형 웅성의 정소는 내장 신경절 주위에 위치하였다. 성숙된 알의 지름은 60$\mu\textrm{m}$이고 난황과 젤리막으로 싸여 있었다. Zachsia zenkewitschi의 정자는 약 2.6$\mu\textrm{m}$의 원추상 두부, 0.5$\mu\textrm{m}$의 첨체, 직경 약 0.9 $\mu\textrm{m}$의 중부로 되어 있었다.

In this study was conducted to investigate the detail of mathematics education programs of America, Russia, Singapore and Israel where the education system for the geniuses has already been established. So the final results concluded from the comparative analysis of foreign and Korean mathematics education programs for the geniuses were suggested to be implemented for improvement and organization of the Korean mathematics education programs for our mathematical geniuses.

Japanese government actively took part in the TSR modernization. the amount of trade between Russia & Japan increased increasingly by 55%, as the individual income increases in Russia, it becomes a big scale consuming market, therefore Japan concentrates on lobby to push into the russian continent and also Japanese government will participate in aggressively to the cooperation with Russian government, loaning to the TSR modernization & trade insurance, high speed train introduction, and introduction of transport system. this study checks and analyzes the japan's concrete methods & strategy to advance to the continent, and also this case can be applied to South korea, if TKR corridor is continuously blocked. I want to review the cooperation of north & south, and the project of continental railways.

Korea has begun institutional education for the gifted since 2002. It has quantitatively expanded, but needs rather qualitative growth. The purpose of this study is investigating a case of scientific education for the gifted in Russia. Three principal of Russian science academy, one educational psychologist, and one education-government official had in-depth interviews for this study. All data from interviews were carefully analyzed. The Science education for the gifted in Russia gives us full assurance that students should reveal their potential ability with the specialized program in school. The Russian run various, particular academies because they try to search for potential ability in manifold areas. The people in charge of scientific education in Korea should make an effort to seek for varied routes in the way of searching for hidden originality and potential ability.

This paper deals with the geographical scope of the East Sea introduced by major domestic institutions. The East Sea surrounded by South Korea, North Korea, Russia, Japan has a variety of marine resources, and is the very appropriate natural laboratory to study future global changes as a miniature ocean. However, there is a continuous conflict between Korea and Japan over the name of the East Sea because of the nature of international waters. So we need the active research achievements based on the exact geographic knowledge of the East Sea to promote the legitimacy of the East Sea in the international community. Nevertheless each domestic institution has a different way to define the southern border of the East Sea so that it showed a difference about linear distance of up to about 44 km. Also, they have defined the scope of East Sea not as the entire East Sea surrounded by South Korea, North Korea, Russia and Japan but as the jurisdiction of the Republic of Korea. It caused serious confusion about accurate statistical knowledge about East Sea such as area, volume, and mean water depth. Therefore, clear social consensus about the geographical scope of the East Sea would be required, there is also the need to institutionalize a legal order to spread it.
