본 연구는 교육연구기관에서 생산된 지식정보자원이 기관의 지식관리시스템으로 역할을 수행하는지 살펴보고, 국가지식관리시스템의 방안 제시를 위하여 시도되었다. 홈페이지에서 제공되는 지식정보자원을 '결과의 지식정보자원', '과정의 지식정보자원', '소통의 지식정보자원'으로 분류하고, 내용분석법을 사용하여 메타데이터의 적용 현황, 검색시스템의 구성 현황을 분석하였다. 연구결과, 홈페이지 지식정보자원 관리의 개선을 위하여 표준화된 유형별 메타데이터와 분류체계의 개발, 홈페이지가 기관 생산지식정보자원의 대외 유통 창구라는 인식 고취, 홈페이지 지식정보자원에 대한 다양한 검색기능과 지식지도 제공, 원문 획득을 위한 연계정보 제공, 조직 운영자와 홈페이지 관리자의 기관 홈페이지에 대한 지식관리시스템으로서의 인식, 모바일 환경에 적합한 데이터 크기 분할과 제공 단위의 다양화 작업, 내부 전자결재시스템과 홈페이지의 유기적인 연계 기능을 제시하였다.

Background: In a safety perspective, efficient knowledge management is important for learning purposes and thus to prevent errors from occurring repeatedly. The relationship between knowledge exchange among employees and safety behavior may be of particular importance in distributed organizational systems where similar high-risk activities take place at several locations. This study develops and tests hypotheses concerning the relationship between knowledge exchange systems usage, knowledge exchange in the organizational system, and safety compliance. Methods: The operational context of the study is petroleum drilling and well operations involving distributed high-risk activities. The hypotheses are tested by use of survey data collected from a large petroleum operator company and eight of its main contractors. Results: The results show that safety compliance is influenced by use of knowledge exchange systems and degree of knowledge exchange in the organizational system, both within and between units. System usage is the most important predictor, and safety compliance seems to be more strongly related to knowledge exchange within units than knowledge exchange between units. Conclusion: Overall, the study shows that knowledge management is central for safety behavior.

Diverse requirements of users on web-based model management force a system agent to develop user-adaptive building a model in reality and providing an adequate solution method of the model. The relationship between models is important knowledge for the agent to effectively build a new model to adaptively adjust an existing model under a problem and to efficiently connect the new model into an adequate solution method. Since the generating process of the inter-model relationship is more difficult than the building a new model however the process mostly depends on the knowledge of operation research experts. Without the adequate scheme of the inter-model relationship the burden of the management for the agent increases rapidly and the quality of the services may worsen. This study shows that meta-knowledge generated from relationship between models is important for the user to build a model in reality and to acquire the solver appropriate to the model. The relationship that consists of common and exclusive objects between models can be represented by frames. The system under development to implement the idea includes user-adaptive ability which identifies a model through forward chaining method and searches the solver appropriate to the model by using the meta knowledge. We illustrate the meta knowledge with an applied delivery system in supply chain management.

전 세계적으로 지식경영의 중요성이 확산되는 가운데, 지식관리는 단순히 저장 및 취합하는 방식에서 벗어나 업무프로세스관리(BPM: Business Process Management)와 지식관리(KM: Knowledge Management)를 상호 연계한 지식기반 업무처리(PKMS: Process based KMS) 연구로 확대되고 있다. 특히, 업무 수행 시 다양한 지식을 사용하는 공공기관은 업무에 효과적인 지식관리 필요성이 커지고 있다. 본 논문은 공공기관 업무에 효과적인 지식관리체계를 수립하여 업무프로세스관리시스템(BPMS)와 지식관리시스템(KMS)을 통합한 지식기반 업무처리(PKMS) 시스템을 설계하였다. 이러한 설계를 위하여, 본 연구는 공공업무와 다양한 지식 유형간 상관관계를 조사하고 지식유형을 세 가지 지식그룹으로 분류하여 업무프로세스를 기반으로 한 지식그룹 간 우선순위를 고려한 지식관리체계를 시스템화하였다. 이와 같은 지식관리체계를 기반한 PKMS시스템은 BPM 생명주기와 KM 생명주기의 통합을 통하여 두 가지 패러다임의 장점을 승계하였다. 본 논문에서는 제안한 PKMS 개념을 고용보험 업무에 적용한 사례를 소개한다. 고용보험 PKMS시스템은 단위업무별로 찾아가는 지식관리 환경을 제공함으로써 업무생산성을 극대화한다. 현재 많은 공공기관에서 지식관리시스템을 도입하거나 업무시스템과 연계하는 현 시점에서, 본 연구사례는 BPMS와 KMS의 통합에 관심 있는 기관에게 사례를 바탕으로 한 시사점을 제공하였다.

Construction managers who are placed on the top of the construction production organization should exhibit its best knowledges concerning all aspects and control related members at every position properly. In case of CM firms in developed countries, they are equipped with a practical system of technology and management knowledge, and efficiently use the knowledge not only for novices but also experts. However, the domestic CM firms which are now at the lower level than those in developed country are not supported with the sufficient and systematic knowledge for CM tasks due to various reasons. Therefore, the objective of this study is to suggest the direction and strategy for the development of an experts-knowledge management system to enhance the construction productivity at the viewpoint of CM firms which conduct, manage and supervise various tasks of construction projects. Domestic CM firms would play a great role to enhance productivity and secure competitive advantage of project management as much as the firms in developed countries if experts-knowledge and information are supported by a computerized system.

This study proposes the knowledge discovery process for the effective mining of knowledge on the web. The proposed knowledge discovery process uses the Prior knowledge base and the Prior knowledge management system to reflect tacit knowledge in addition to explicit knowledge. The prior knowledge management system constructs the prior knowledge base using a fuzzy cognitive map, and defines information to be extracted from the web. In addition, it transforms the extracted information into the form being handled in mining process. Experiments using case-based reasoning and neural network" are performed to verify the usefulness of the proposed model. The experimental results are encouraging and prove the usefulness of the proposed model.

Presented in this paper is a development of knowledge management system based on knowledge life cycle. Knowledge processes in an organization have a life cycle from creation to disposal. So, KMSs have to support the entire life cycle of knowledge. This paper proposes desired knowledge life cycle model, and extracted functional requirements for KMS. For the fulfillment of this requirements, we developed KMS called XM-Brenic/MSX. This system has 6 components for supporting the knowledge life cycle.

The purpose of this study is to survey what strategy BACHE, a bathtub manufacturing company, chooses to implement knowledge management. Generally speaking, the success factors of this case company is follow-up management. The first factor is to use linguistic metaphors for employees to understand difficult knowledge management terms easily. The second one is that CEO tries to set and lead pro-knowledge management corporate culture. The third one is based on the CKO's competence to read business circumstances and apply the theory of knowledge management to the workplace. The fourth one has something to do with a way of knowledge creation, for example, a suggestion system and QC circle. The fifth one depends upon CKO's mission to share knowledge invented from his own company's with the rivals and large companies which order bathtubs so that overall bathtub industry can upgrade knowledge management.

우리 나라 중소기업의 지식영영 수준을 비교 평가하기 위하여 150개 업체를 대상으로 설문 조사 하였다. 연구 모형은 1) 지식경영과 기업전략 2) 지식경영 문화와 체계 3) 지식경영을 위한 학습 과정과 공유 4) 지식경영을 위한 정보기술 5) 지식경영 성과측정과 보상에 대하여 평가하였다. 연구 결과로는 기업의 특성에 따라 지식경영 수준 차이가 있다는 것이다. 특히, 우리 나라 기업에서 지식경영을 위한 기업 문화 형성이 미흡하며, 지식경영을 위한 학습과정과 성과과정 및 보상이 다른 영역에 비해 상대적으로 낮게 나타났다. 우리 나라 기업의 특성을 맞는 지식경영의 평가 개발이 요구된다.

본 연구는 유통업의 지식 경영 도입 사례를 중심으로 지식경영시스템(Knowledge Management System)의 전반적인 분석을 통해 합리적이고 효율적인 지식경영 도입 방법을 모색해 본다. 또한 지식경영에 대한 이론적, 실무적 분석을 동시에 파악하여 기존의 이론중심적 접근에서 벗어나 실무적으로 기업에 도입할수 있는 시스템을 검토하여 유통업의 장기적이고 통합적인 지식경영 전략을 모색하는데 그 의의가 있다. 따라서 H사의 실무적인 분석을 통해 기본적인 지식경영의 개념, 절차 그리고 지식경영 조직 및 현황을 파악하고, 나아가 대내외적인 경영환경과 유통업의 실태를 통한 지식경영 도입의 필요성을 검토하여 분석하였다. 이러한 지식경영의 이론과 실무를 겸비한 시스템 분석에 의해 나타나는 제 문제점들을 검토하여 향후 지식경영 시스템의 개선방안을 모색함으로써 지식경영의 성공적 도입 및 정착을 위해 제언하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 지식경영 시스템의 도입에 대한 방향성 구체적인 대한 제시가 되었다는 점은 본 연구의 커다란 성과라 할 수 있을 것이다. 그러나 본 연구의 한계점으로는 다수의 유통업체를 대상으로 사례 분석이 이루어지지 않아 향후 발전 방향에 대한 의문점은 있다 하겠으며, 이를 기업에 대한 설문을 통해 실증적인 분석이 이루어지지 않아 향후의 연구 과제로 남는다.
