중장년층이 온라인상에서 활발히 일어나고 있는 협력적 지식구축과 문제해결 과정에 참여하도록 하기 위해서는 커뮤니케이션의 역량 강화가 필요하다. 이를 위하여 'K 기관'의 학습자를 대상으로 변화실험실을 실시하여 중장년층의 디지털 커뮤니케이션 역량 강화를 위한 스마트러닝 모델을 적용하였다. 연구결과, 중장년층의 디지털 커뮤니케이션 역량 강화를 위한 스마트러닝 모델은 디지털커뮤니케이션의 세 가지 영역인 디지털미디어의 도구적 활용, 창의적 생산 활동, 사회적 상호작용을 구성요소로 개발되었다. 각각은 스마트 패드 사용법 익히기, 앱을 이용한 자기 진단, 앱을 이용한 포스터 제작, 역할극 동영상 제작, 의사소통 게임 및 SNS활용하기 등으로 적용되었다. 본 논문은 다양한 배경과 미디어 사용 경험을 가진 중장년층을 테스트베드로 활용함으로써 그들의 요구를 효율적으로 반영하는 스마트 러닝의 설계방법을 제시했다는 데 의의가 있다.

본 연구에서는 정보윤리 교육의 중요성은 크게 인식하면서도 현장에서 전문적인 지식과 교육 방법 부족으로 체계적으로 실시되지 못했다는 정보윤리 교육의 문제점을, 많은 연구자가 지적한 대학에서의 정보윤리 교육과정 모델 제시를 통해 그 해결책을 모색해 보고자 하였다. 교육과정 모델에 포함될 교육 내용은 초 중등 예비교사들인 교원양성대학의 대학생들을 수요자로 보고, 그들의 의견을 수용하였고, 정보화 역기능 위주의 불균형적인 내용을 완화하기 위해 정보윤리 5가지 영역을 구성하여 교육과정 모델을 제시하였다. 더불어 현장 교사들의 의견과 요구 사항들도 반영하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구에서 제시한 교육과정 모델의 타당성 검증을 위해 전문가 집단의 검토를 받았다. 본 논문이 향후 대학에서의 정보윤리 과목 신설과 교육과정 구성에 밑바탕이 되기를 기대한다.

4차 산업혁명 이후 인공지능, 빅 데이터와 같은 기술들의 발전으로 사회 전반에 다양한 변화가 일어나고 있으며, 핵심적인 기술 적용 과정에서 수집할 수 있는 데이터의 양도 급속하게 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 특히 학계에서는 연구 동향을 파악하기 위하여 기존에 생성된 문헌 데이터에 대한 분석이 이루어지고 있으며, 이러한 문헌 분석은 연구의 흐름을 정리하고, 어떤 연구 방법론이나 주제, 또는 현재 학계에서 화두가 되고 있는 대상에 대한 파악을 통하여 향후 연구 방향 설정에 많은 기여를 하고 있는 상황이다. 그러나 문서 데이터의 분석을 위하여 데이터 수집이 필요하나, 일반적으로 프로그램에 대한 전문 지식이 없는 경우 접근하기 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 텍스트 마이닝 기반의 토픽 모델링 웹 애플리케이션 모델을 제안한다. 제안 모델을 통하여 데이터 분석 기법에 대한 전문적인 지식이 부족하더라도, 연구 논문의 수집, 저장, 텍스트 분석과 같은 다양한 작업을 진행할 수 있으며, 연구자들이 선행 연구 분석과 연구 동향을 파악하기 위하여 데이터 분석에 투입되는 시간 및 노력을 단축시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

소비자 구전은 정보통신기술의 발전과 모바일 기기의 보급 가속화로 그 영향력 또한 급속도로 커지고 있다. 그러나 과도한 마케팅 경쟁은 가짜리뷰와 같은 거짓 온라인 구전을 확산시켰고, 이로 인해 소비자들은 온라인 구전에 대한 피로감과 함께 온라인을 통해 얻게 되는 정보를 불신하는 결과를 초래하고 있으며, 이는 소비자의 합리적 구매 결정 행위에 부정적인 영향을 미치기도 한다. 이에 대한 문제 인식의 확산으로 가짜리뷰의 형태적 특성에 대한 연구를 비롯해 가짜리뷰를 효과적으로 분류하기 위한 다양한 탐지 방법에 대한 연구가 증가하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 네이버 블로그에 작성된 포스트를 대상으로 데이터를 수집하고, 사용자의 무의식에 기반한 습관적 패턴을 머신러닝 모형을 통해 분석해 보았다. 게시물이 작성된 블로그와 그 게시물에서 추출한 변수를 분석하여 향후 가짜리뷰 예측에 활용하고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 광고성 리뷰 예측에 있어 해당 글 작성자의 블로그에 등록된 전체 포스트의 개수와 포스트의 등록 날짜는 매우 높은 상관관계를 보였으며, 해당 포스트가 속한 분류에 등록된 포스트의 개수, 포스트 본문에 사용된 이미지의 개수, 블로그에 포함된 메뉴 개수, 포스트 제목 및 본문의 길이, 포스트가 획득한 '좋아요'의 개수 또한 높은 상관관계를 보였다. 또한 광고성 리뷰 여부를 판단하기 위한 머신러닝 모형에 있어서 랜덤포레스트를 활용한 모형이 가장 우수한 모형으로 확인되었다. 본 연구에서는 블로그에 작성된 리뷰 내용에 대한 형태소 분석을 시행하는 대신 리뷰를 작성한 사람의 행위를 분석하기 위한 시도를 하였다. 이를 위해 블로그와 포스트의 특성 데이터를 수작업이 아닌 웹 크롤링 기법으로 수집하고 머신러닝 모형을 통해 광고성 리뷰 여부를 판별할 가능성을 확인한 점은 향후 가짜리뷰의 빠른 탐지를 위한 효율성 및 효과성 향상에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

CT는 문화콘텐츠를 만들어내는데 직 간접적으로 활용되는 모든 관련 지식과 기술이다. 최근 문화콘텐츠 산업의 폭발적인 성장과 기술의 첨단화 추세에 따라 CT에 대한 수요가 급증하고 있다. 본 연구는 CT의 R & D 성과와 기술 확산 촉진을 위하여 개발 및 거래대상 기술의 가치평가 방법을 제시하고 시뮬레이션을 통해 그 가치를 추정하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위하여 CT의 분류와 특성을 기술하고, 학계 및 실무에서 개발한 기술 가치평가 방법을 고찰하여 CT기술 가치평가모델을 연구하였다.

For a library to be able provide information services and fulfill its function as a knowledge convergence center capable of responding to various information demands, the development of next-generation information systems based on the latest information and communication technology is needed. The development of mobile information services using portable devices such smart phones and tablet PCs and information systems which incorporate the concepts of cloud computing, SaaS (Software as a Service), annotation and Library2.0 is also required. This paper describes a library information system that utilizes collective intelligence and cloud computing. The information system developed for this study adopts the SaaS-based cloud computing service concept to cope with the shift in the mobile service paradigm in libraries and the explosion of electronic data. The strengths of such a conceptual model include the sharing of resources, support of multi-tenants, and the configuration and support of metadata. The user services are provided in the form of software on-demand. To test the performance of the developed system, the efficiency analysis and TTA certification test were conducted. The results of performance tests, It is encouraging that, at least up to 100MB, the job time is approximately linear and with only a moderate overhead of less than one second. The system also passed the level-3 or higher criteria in the certification test, which includes the SaaS maturity, performance and application program functions.

최근 급속한 기술의 발전과 더불어 연구개발 산출물도 상당량 발생을 하고 있다. 종전의 데이터베이스 구축 방식으로는 방대한 산출물을 디지털 아카이브하기엔 많은 시간과 비용을 초래한다. 또한 기술 및 지식사회가 되어감에 따라 국가R&D보고서 콘텐츠도 다양한 전문서비스가 가능하도록 웹서비스 개발이 요구되고 이를 충족시키기 위해 전문서비스가 가능한 E-Book 형태로 가공하는 절차가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 국가R&D보고서의 E-Book을 정의하고 효율적인 가공절차를 수용하는 변환 모델 및 관련 시스템 구축에 대해 논의한다.

본고는 하버드의 교양교육이 자유교육으로서 어떠한 역사적 의미를 가질 수 있는지 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위해 오늘날 대학교육의 원형인 자유교육의 의미를 역사적으로 개괄해 보았고, 자유교육의 전통에서 가장 끝자리를 차지하고 있는 하버드 자유교육의 특징과 역사적 의미를 살펴보았다. 이러한 고찰은 "대학의 특성화와 구조조정"의 문제로 많은 혼란을 겪고 있는 우리 대학들이 어떠한 문제점을 가지고 있는지 그리고 더 생각해야 할 점이 무엇인지 더듬어 볼 계기가 될 수 있을 것이다. 우리 대학들의 혼란은 대학교육을 학부교육과 대학원교육으로 구분하지 않는데서 기인한다. 학부교육은 학습자의 "liberalize"를 목표로, 전문대학원을 포함한 대학원은 전문적인 지식교육을 목표로 삼아야 한다. 하지만 이에 대한 우리 대학들의 인식은 매우 부족하다. 이러한 인식 부족은 대학의 학사구조와 교양교육의 왜곡을 초래하기도 한다. 본 고찰을 통해 이러한 문제점을 함께 고민할 수 있는 계기가 되었으면 한다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a nocturnal emission and menstruation education program using CAI for Korean elementary school children. Methods: The research design was methodological study a ISD model 4 fields into sub contents in each field of the nocturnal emission and menstruation by CD titles. And to verify the effect of the education program, performance evaluation of the educational program for structured questionnaire was conducted on 120 late school-age children on June, 2010. Results: The results of this study were as follows; Through this, developed program was proved its effectiveness in enhancing knowledge level on nocturnal emission and menstruation in late school-age children(t=14.03, p<.001, t=11.52, p<.001). Conclusion : Accordingly, this program is expected to be an educational program to be used in various educational institutes, communities, and home as well as self-study that allows children themselves to study repeatedly, choosing the contents they want, whenever they hope as an educational program on nocturnal emission and menstruation in school-age children. In addition, it is suggested that various fields of programs should develop in consideration of early sexual maturity.
