As the online space becomes more active, interest in protecting personal information is increasing. From this point of view, it is important to prevent personal information from being leaked in advance. As a precaution, it is suggested that users change their password periodically to protect their personal information effectively. Currently, various online services provide a request message that prompts users to periodically change their password. These messages are expressed as positive-centric or negative-centric. This message can be seen as a powerful way to trigger users' behavior. In this context, this study suggests that message framing type can be applied to the password change request message, and to investigate the difference between the positive-centric message and the negative-centric message. In addition, this study concluded that the effect of message type may be different depending on the degree of psychological ownership of the individual on the online service. As a result, users with high psychological ownership in online service were more effective when positive-centric message was presented than negative-centric message. On the other hand, users with low psychological ownership in online service were more effective when negative-centric message was presented than positive-centric message.
This is a way of establishing the information sovereignty in the industrial knowledge of society. The occurrence of the industrial knowledge of society builds knowledge and information as digital system. Digitalized knowledge and information has some characteristics of which the information should be light and variable, so that it can be transmitted rapidly. At this moment, if information super highway is built, and the digitalized information of the advanced information country comes to us, we are to get easily information dependence unless we are ready. Nowadays, our country is accepting the knowledge and information of the advanced information countries without filtering it properly. What is the reason? This means that we are lack of traditional knowledge resourses as the foundation of digital system. This paper deals with (1) the historical reason of the lackness of the traditional knowledge resourses, (2) the aspect of the consumer culture about knowledge and information, and (3) the aspect of the production culture about the knowledge and information. In order to overcome the information dependence, in this paper, we should change both production and consumption of our knowledge and information into a new pattern, establish the seed knowledge resourses, and build libraries everywhere we can use easily. For this case study, this paper takes examples of maeul (which may mean traditional villiage in Korea.) libraries on Changwon City.
The purpose of this study is find out the correlation of level of knowledge of pre-service elementary teacher with space perception ability on 'Earth and Space' of elementary science. During the second semester of 2013, for 15 weeks, the classes were conducted for 3 hours per week and we find out knowledge Understanding degree and select terms offered by 5th grade science courses 'The solar system and the stars', 'Earth and Moon', 'change of seasons' section and measured space perception ability degree of pre-service elementary school teacher with a questionnaire. We analyzed the correlation of understanding level of knowledge in the field of astronomy of pre-service elementary school teacher with space perception ability. The results of the study are presented as follows. First, pre-service elementary school teacher showed a low level of knowledge understanding as it goes the upper grades about upper concept in 'The solar system and the stars', 'Earth and Moon', 'change of seasons' section' of astronomy area of elementary science 'Earth and space sector'. The pre-service elementary school teachers needs to acquire knowledge of astronomy area in elementary school curriculum. Second, pre-service elementary school teacher showed that there are differences individually in 'finding solid body' of sub-element of space perception ability. This shows that 'finding solid body' factor is associated with space perception ability. Third, in the section of 'The earth and the Universe' for elementary education, 'Reflection' and 'Finding solid body' which are low-level components of space perception ability were verified that have a corelationship with general grades in the astronomy conception test.

The purpose of this research is to find a better knowledge service R&D management process. There are four basic characteristics in service : intangibility, inseparability, inconsistency, and no inventory. These intrinsic characteristics require us to change the traditional manufacturing sector based R&D management process. It is necessary to develop an effective knowledge service R&D management model to improve the competitiveness of the service industry and Korean economy. A model case knowledge service R&D has been performed to find a better R&D management model. The whole cycle of R&D process, such as planning, selection, performing, and evaluation has been reviewed by real experience. Several important aspects of R&D process are compared between manufacturing R&D and service R&D. A knowledge service R&D management framework has been suggested. The results of this research can be used for building a better service R&D management process.
