본 논문은 효율적이고 신뢰성 있는 전문가시스템을 구축하기 위한 도구를 제안하고 구현한다. 전문가 시스템에서 추론은 특정 전문분야의 지식베이스에 저장된 지식을 기반으로 행해진다. 이 때 전문가 시스템이 신뢰할 수 있는 추론의 결과를 얻기 위해서는 다양한 형태의 지식들이 이용되고, 지식의 정확성 및 일관성이 유지되어야 한다. 이러한 관점에서 본 논문은 지식이 지식베이스에 첨가되기 전에 지식의 오류를 점검함으로써 오류가 없는 지식들을 선택적으로 지식베이스에 첨가하여, 지식의 정확성 및 일관성을 유지하는 지식관리 시스템을 구축했다. 아울러 본 논문은 전문가 시스템이 추론과정에서 다양한 지식을 이용하도록 절차적 지식과 데이터베이스에 저장된 선언적 지식을 호출하여 사용할 수 있도록 했다.

본 논문에서는 전문가 시스템 개발에 있어서 체계적인 규칙추출을 위하여 지식베이스 구축에 관한 분석/설계단계까지를 5개 단계로 세분화하여 지식획득과정을 강화하였다. 또한 각 단계별로 지식공학자가 수행해야 하는 프로세스와 각 프로세스별로 지식공학자가 실질적인 작업을 통해 결과를 산출하는 태스크를 정형화하였다. 본 논문에서는 제안한 체계적인 규칙추출 방법론을 이용하여 아군 화력자산의 파괴율을 고려하고, 지휘관의 의도에 부합하는 아군 화력자산을 배분하는 STAFS 전문가시스템의 지식베이스 모듈 개발에 관한 연구를 수행하였다.

Rule minimization technique adapted from rough set theory was applied to remove redundant knowledge which is not necessary to make a knowledge base. New algorithm to diagnose fault using Improved Fuzzy Cognitive Maps(I-FCMs), and Fuzzy Associative Memory(FAM) is proposed. I-FCM[22] is superior to gathering knowledge from many experts and descries dynamic behaviors of systems very well. I-FCM is not only a knowledge base, but also a inference engine. FAM has learning capability like neural network[12]. Rule minimization and composition of I-FCM and FAM make it possible to construct compact knowledge base and breaks the border between inference engine and knowledge base.

고도화된 무기체계와 복잡한 전략으로 인하여 지휘관이 분석하고 판단해야 할 정보의 복잡도가 증가하고 있다. 지휘관의 적시적 판단을 위해서 전장의 정보를 지식화하고 분석할 수 있는 지능형 서비스가 필요하다. 지능형 서비스는 전장상황 정보로부터 지식을 추출하는 단계와 지식베이스를 구축하는 단계, 지식베이스로부터 전장상황을 분석하는 단계로 구성된다. 본 논문은 두 번째 단계에서 구축 완료된 지식베이스를 임베딩함으로써 입력 쿼리와 유사한 정보를 추출하는 방안을 연구한다. 지식베이스 임베딩을 위해 문장화 과정이 필요하며 random-walk 알고리즘을 적용한다. 문장화된 정보는 Word2Vec을 활용하여 벡터화되고 코사인 유사도를 통해 입력 쿼리와 유사한 정보를 찾는다. 본 논문에서는 오픈 지식베이스로부터 98개 개체를 기준으로 980개의 문장을 생성하고 100차원의 벡터로 임베딩함으로써 코사인 유사도 기반 유사 개체가 추출됨을 확인했다.

In this paper, we suggest a framework to represent the fuzziness in knowledge base as a perspective of the object-oriented paradigm. We divide the knowledge base in two parts. One is the object-base that stores the fuzzy propositions and the explanatory databases. The other is the rule-base that manages the rules between the fuzzy propositions. As the first step, we have to develop a new fuzzy object model that gives an easy way to represent the fuzzy propositions, that is, the fuzzy knowledge in the real world.

한의학에서 환자의 병적상태를 분석하고 진단하기위한 전문가시스템은 진단과정에서 환자로부터 받아들인 지식에 기초하므로 지식은 정확하게 표현되어야 한다. 그러나 대부분의 한의진단과정에서 환자로부터 받아들인 지식은 주로 질적자료에 기초하여 기준이 애매한 개념의 지식을 많이 포함하므로 이에 대한 처리가 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 한의전문가시스템 구축에 이용되는 정보의 정확도를 높이기 위하여 Hayashi의 수량화II류를 기반으로 하여 한의진단과정에서 얻어지는 지식을 수량화하는 방법을 제안하였다.

This paper is based on a belief that, it is the simplest and best way measuring intangibles and knowledge assets on a monetary base, although there are many efforts to measure it. We analysis and compare with accounting, appraisal and valuation standards on Korean, USA and global level each. We conclude that valuation is appropriate for intangibles and knowledge assets, but we should check the standards of valuation on a social base in Korea.

본 논문은 자연언어 문장을 지식베이스의 지식 골격에 맞추어 지식의 형태로 변환하기 위한 과정 중의 하나인 관계추출(Relation Extraction)을 목표로 한다. 특히, 문장 내에 있는 서술어(Predicate)에 집중하여 서술어와 관련성 높은 지식베이스 프로퍼티(Property or Relation)를 찾아내고, 이를 통해 두 개체(Entity)간의 의미를 파악하는 관계추출에 초점을 둔다. 이에 널리 활용되는 원격지도학습(Distant Supervision) 접근 방식에 따라, 지식베이스와 자연언어 텍스트로부터 원격 학습이 가능한 레이블(Labeled) 데이터를 자동으로 마련하여 지식베이스 프로퍼티에 대한 어휘화 작업을 수행한다. 즉, 두 개체 사이의 관계로 표현되는 서술어와, 온톨로지로 정의할 수 있는 프로퍼티와의 연결을 통해, 텍스트로부터 구조적 정보를 생성할 수 있는 기반을 마련하고 최종적으로 지식베이스 확장의 가능성을 열어준다.

For a long time, a number of alarm processing techniques have been researched to reduce the number of actuated alarms for operators to deal with effectively during the abnormal as well as the normal conditions. However, the strategy that the only systems with a few clear technologies should be used as a part of an alarm annunciation system has been adopted considering the effectiveness and the reliability in actual alarm processing systems. Therefore, alarm processing systems have difficult knowledge-base maintenance problems and limited expansion or enhancement defects. To solve these shortcomings, the integrated knowledge-base which can express the general information related to all the alarm processing techniques is proposed and its management tool, Knowledge Input Tool for Alarm (KIT-A) which can handle the data of the knowledge-base efficiently is developed. Since the integrated knowledge-base with KIT-A can manipulate all the alarm information without the modification of alarm processing system itself, it is expected to considerably advance the overall capability of maintenance and enhancement of the alarm processing systems.

시맨틱 검색은 논리적으로 표현된 지식 베이스를 사용하여 현재의 키워드 기반 검색보다 더 정확한 결과를 제공할 수 있다. 그러나 일반 사용자는 지식 기반의 복잡하고 정형화된 질의어와 스키마를 잘 알지 못한다. 그래서 검색 시스템은 사용자 키워드의 의미를 해석할 수 있어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 멀티미디어 콘텐츠의 시맨틱 검색을 위한 사용자 질의 의미 해석 시스템을 설명한다. 제안한 시스템은 도메인 온톨로지 기반으로 구축된 지식 베이스의 정형화된 구조에 의미 해석 과정이 통합된 온톨로지 지식 베이스 기반 검색 시스템이다.
