인터넷의 등장은 인간사회의 의사전달 체계가 발전하는 과정에서 가장 큰 혁명적 사건으로 국가간 경계를 허물고 경제시장을 글로벌화 시키는 주요한 역할을 하였다. 현재 우리나라 인터넷 사용인구는 3,440만명(2007. 2월 기준)으로 전체인구의 50%이상이 활용하고 있으며 사회 경제전반에 중요한 매체 역할을 하고 있다. 본 논문은 현재 중앙 집중 형태로 관리 운영되고 있는 우리나라 인터넷교환(IX)센터의 운영현황 및 문제점을 파악하고 개선방안을 도출하였다. 또한 정부에서 최초로 2003년부터 2007년까지 부산지역 1개소에 구축한 IX(Internet Exchange; 인터넷교환센터)구축 운영의 통신정책 실패사례를 분석하고 지역 인터넷 불균형 해소를 통한 국가균형발전과 지역 IT산업 발전방안의 새로운 정책모델을 개발 제시하였다.

스마트그리드에서 가장 중요한 것 중 하나로 제어센터를 뽑을 수 있다. 이러한 제어센터에서 사용되는 대표적인 프로토콜은 ICCP가 있다. ICCP는 제어센터 사이의 데이터 통신에 적합한 프로토콜로써 전력망 전체의 정보들을 다룰 수 있도록 설계되었다. 하지만 해당 프로토콜은 데이터에 대한 접근제어만을 보안요소로 가지고 있기 때문에 매우 취약한 프로토콜이다. 일반적인 ICCP는 보안이 취약하기 때문에 실제 제품들 중 일부는 Secure ICCP를 제공한다. Secure ICCP는 ICCP가 가지고 있는 보안위협에 대한 대응책으로 암호화와 인증을 제공한다. 하지만 Secure ICCP는 한계점이 존재하고, 실제 대부분의 ICCP 서버에서는 기존 ICCP만 사용하고 않기 때문에 전력제어센터 사이에 주고받는 데이터는 여전히 취약하다. 따라서 ICCP 서버에서 Secure ICCP의 사용을 권장하고, Secure ICCP가 해결하지 못하는 문제점에 대한 연구가 추가적으로 필요하다.

Korean government has invested about 400 million dollars to the business incubator using the facilities and human resources of universities and research institutes and successfully operated to contribute the economic development(1.6 billion dollars sales, 5,500 companies) and job creation(16,000 employee) in the end of 2013. Although incubators have grown rapidly, there is limited performance, like a hardware centered support, limited exploitation of resource in the university, less collaboration with the community, less star companies. This research provide a alternative capacity building direction based on the creativity and resource dependence theory. Specifically this paper suggest a building creative incubating center, traversing the valley of death, accelerator for the CPM(Capability, Product, Market) linkage, organic implementation of university resources.

The purpose of this study is to examine segmenting the effect on the school resilience of the poor children by children's satisfaction in using Community Child Center. For this purpose, we conducted a questionnaire survey with 275 elementary school students on the 3rd-6th graders, using Community Child Center in Cheongju City. As a result, User Satisfaction of Community Child Center gave meaningful affection to school life among school resilience. Children using Community Child Center who are satisfied with friendships and cognitive activity program gave meaningful affection of study and school grade by statistics. Also, it shows According to School Resilience(interest and attitude), Children using Community Child Center should be divided to 4groups, and providing services need to concern the characteristics of each children group.

In July 2010, The Korean government announced a plan to implement smart work centers to resolve low birth rate, low productivity and social costs of the urban traffic jams. The Plan calls for up to 30 percent of the working population to be working under the smart work system by 2015. This empirical study was conducted to find factors affecting the Smart Work Center use. Based on the IS Success Model, 'operation Infra Quality' and 'User Satisfaction' have positive impact on the Smart Work Center use. 'System Infra Quality' and 'IT Infra Quality' have positive impact on the 'User Satisfaction'. Consequently 'System Infra Quality' and 'IT Infra Quality' have positive impact on the Smart Work Center use indirectly.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors influencing the intent to revisit among health screening center customers. The subjects were 195 customers of a health screening center. The intent to revisit was positively correlated with customer satisfaction and word-mouth communication. Multiple regressions showed that customer satisfaction and perceived health status explained 29% of the variance of the intent to revisit. In order to increase the intent to revisit, hospital and nursing managers should strive to improve customer satisfaction. In particular, strategies to arrange explanation of the result consultations, individual health management tailored to customers' needs, and customers-relationship management for continuing relations with the customer should be needed. In addition, it will be needed to expand the roles of nurses who are working in the health screening center from simple heath check or customer reception to active health education and continuous health screening plan after initial one.

The traditional yttria-stabilized zirconia (YSZ) used in thermal barrier coatings has a limited operating temperature owing to densification and volume changes at high temperatures. A $(La_{1-x}Y_x)_2Zr_2O_7$ sintered compound was prepared by the co-precipitation and oxalate methods, by adding lanthanum zirconate to yttria. The thermal properties and crystallinity obtained by the two different methods were compared. Both methods yielded pyrochlore structures, and the oxalate method confirmed phases at low temperatures. The thermal conductivity of the sintered bulk prepared by co-precipitation was 0.93 W/mK, while that prepared by the oxalate method was 0.85 W/mK. These values are superior to that of 4YSZ at $1,000^{\circ}C$, which is widely used in industries.
