라이프스타일에 따른 베이커리 카페 선택속성 및 이용행태에 관한 연구 - 20~30대 소비자를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Influence of Consumer Lifestyle on Consumer's Selection of Bakery Cafe Attributes: Focusing the Age Group of 20s and 30s)

  • This paper aimed to investigate the influence of consumer lifestyle on consumer selection of bakery cafe attributes. Data were collected through a self-administered questionnaire by 403 random consumers between the ages 20s and 30s in several bakery cafes in Seoul and Gyonggi area. Different methods of statistical analysis had been used such as frequency analysis, factor analysis, k-means clustering analysis, cross tabulation, one way ANOVA and Duncan's multiple range test with SPSS for Window 13.0 package. First, when analyzing the 16 questions of comsumer lifestyles, four factors were extracted: 'dining out-oriented factor', 'achievement-oriented factor', 'brand-oriented factor', and 'health-oriented factor'. Second, the respondents were divided into three groups by k-means cluster analysis: no interest group, dining-out & value oriented group, and health-brand oriented group. Third, consumer's bakery cafe attributes were categorized into five factors including 'food', 'convenience and image', 'store promotion', 'positive dining experience', and 'menu & merchandises'. Finally when analyzing the differences in the selection of bakery cafe attributes according to consumer's lifestyles, it showed a significant differences.

중국 중서부 지역(운남성) 대학생들의 소비자 행동연구(제 2보): 의복추구혜택에 따른 세분시장의 소비자특성 (A Study of College students's Consumer Behavior of the Midwest(Yunnam) in China(Part II): The Consumer's Traits of Market Segmentation Based on the Apparel Benefits)

  • This study investigates consumer's traits of market segmentation based on the apparel benefits. The subjects were 302 college students living in Yunnam, China. The mean, ANOVA, factor analysis, Duncan test, and K-means cluster analysis were used for statisticals analysis. The results of this study are as follows. The college students were classified, into six subdivisions, according to the apparel benefits by cluster analysis: indifference group, utility pursuit group, hedonic/brand pursuit group, individuality pursuit group, social recognition/fashion pursuit group, and pursuit benefits-minded group. In the factors of happiness-pursuing and life-centered of materialism, significant differences were found according to the groups of apparel benefits, and all factors of symbolic consumption and brand loyalty were found to have significant differences according to the groups of apparel benefits. The evaluation criteria of clothing were significantly different, depending on apparel benefits subdivision in criteria of aesthetic, socio-psychological, and utility. The use of information was shown to have significant differences, according to the groups of apparel benefits. The study results are highly expected to be utilized as useful sources in marketing plans for the midwest of China.

어촌체험마을 방문객 유형화에 관한 연구 - 충남 태안군 어촌체험마을을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Types of Visitors to Experiential Fishing Villages - Focused on the Case of Tae An-Gun in Chung Nam Province -)

  • This study classifies the types of visitors to experiential fishing villages and analyses the features and target marketing strategies by categorical groups. Seven factors are extracted by Factor Analysis and the results of Cluster Analysis indicate the classification of five groups. The first group puts emphasis on the family connection, so family centered facilities and programs are necessary. The second group is composed of surrounding area residents whose purpose of visit is unclear. So environmentally friendly village development programs to encourage local patriotism are necessary. The third group puts emphasis on the necessary facilities and programs for experiencing the fishing village and traditional play, etc. The fourth group emphasizes programs related with the region and the means to satisfy visitor's aesthetic desires. Finally, the fifth group aims at various desires that are generally felt in experiential fishing villages. So this group requires marketing strategies from the public point of view. The existing research mostly surveys rural tourism villages, but this study highlights the difference in dealing with fishing villages as opposed to rural villages, from the perspective of industry and settlement.

세계주요도시의 대중교통 경쟁력 비교 (A Comparison of Public Transportation Competitiveness in World Major Cities)

  • 최근 지속가능 한 개발에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 교통분야에서도 지속가능 한 개발을 위한 대중교통활성화에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있으며, 대중교통육성법 제정, 대중교통분야의 투자확대, 대중교통체계개편 등의 다양한 정책들이 시행되고 있다. 이와 같이 대중교통에 대한 중요성이 어느 때보다도 높은 시기에, 현재의 대중교통경쟁력 수준을 평가하는 것은 매우 중요한 과정이라 할 수 있다. 이를 통해 현재까지의 대중교통정책 및 그 효과에 대한 이해의 폭을 넓힐 수 있고 향후 효과적인 대중교통정책을 수립하는데 도움을 줄 수 있기 때문이다. 그러나 기존의 연구는 대중교통의 전반적인 경쟁력 수준을 평가하기에는 미흡한 점이 많았으며 국제비교연구 또한 전무한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 대중교통의 여러 평가요소를 고려한 12개의 평가지표 선정하고, 요인분석을 통하여 4개의 요인을 선정하였으며, 선정된 요인을 이용하여 군집분석을 실시하여 60개의 세계주요도시를 8개의 군집으로 분류하고 대중교통경쟁력수준을 평가하였다. 또한 지역(대륙)별 도시들 및 서울시의 대중교통특성을 파악하였으며, 각 도시의 대중교통경쟁력수준과 대중교통수단분담률의 관계를 다중회귀분석을 이용하여 분석하였다.

시군단위의 불투수면적률과 도시화 지표의 상관성 분석 (Correlation between Impervious Surface Area Rate and Urbanization Indicators at the Si-Gun Level)

  • This study investigated the correlation between impervious surface area rate(ISAR) and various urbanization indicators at the si-gun administrative level. For the years 2017 and 2021, we built correlation matrices to examine the relationships between ISAR and eight urbanization indicators, including total population, working-age population, residential power consumption, non-agricultural power consumption, paved road length, permitted development area, numbers of registered vehicles, and cadastral 'Dae' parcel area. Additionally, K-means clustering was employed to classify the 229 si-guns based on the ISAR change patterns. The analysis revealed a significant positive correlation between ISAR and urbanization indicators for both years studied. However, the interannual comparison showed a noticeably weaker correlation between changes in ISAR and urbanization indicators from 2017 to 2021. The K-means analysis also showed that si-guns with higher ISAR values, typically urban areas, demonstrated a weaker correlation, while the cluster consisting mostly of rural areas with lower ISAR displayed stronger correlations. These results suggested that ISAR should be a significant factor for consideration in sustainable rural planning and development strategies.

대학생의 쇼핑가치유형 및 소비능력에 관한 연구 (A Study for the Consumption Competencies According to the Shopping Value Types of College Students)

  • The purpose of this study was (1) to investigate the changes in consumer competencies according to the types of shopping value, (2) to reveal the effects of shopping value on consumer competencies. The subjects of this study were 266 university students dwelling in Seoul. A questionnaire was used as the survey method. The data was analyzed by Cronbach's alpha, frequencies, percentile, mean, factor analysis, K-mean cluster analysis, t-test, ANOVA and Duncan's multiple range tests, multiple linear regressions. Computations were conducted by SPSS WIN 12.0. The study produced the following results. First, college students can be categorized into 3 shopping values by K-means Cluster analysis of 13 items: the hedonic shopper (shopping value), the utilitarian shopper (shopping value) and the balanced shopper (shopping value). Second, there were significant differences in grades, satisfaction with life and shopping value. That is, grade 3and utilitarian shopping value group had a higher level of consumer competency. Third, the variable that influenced consumer competency was the utilitarian shopping value, influencing consumer attitude and consumer skill. These results imply that consumers should be constantly educated and that there needs to be a campaign to promote utilitarian shopping value.

Bootstrapping and DNA marker Mining of BMS941 microsatellite locus in Hanwoo chromosome 17

  • LOD scores and a permutation test for detecting and locating Quantitative trait loci(QTL) from the Hanwoo economic trait have been described and we selected a considerable major BMS941 locus. K -means clustering analysis of eight markers in BMS941 and four traits resulted in three cluster groups. Finally, we applied the bootstrap test method to calculate confidence intervals for finding major DNA markers. We conclude that the major markers of BMS941 locus in Hanwoo chromosome 17 are markers 85bp and 105bp.

남한지역 풍력자원 평가 및 바람지도 구축을 위한 바람권역 분류 (Classification of Wind Sector for Assessment of Wind Resource and Establishment of a Wind Map in South Korea)

  • We classified wind sectors according to the wind features in South Korea. In order to get the information of wind speed and wind direction, we used and improved on the atmospheric numerical model. We made use of detailed topographical data such as terrain height data of an interval of 3 seconds and landuse data produced at ministry of environment, Republic of Korea. The result of simulated wind field was improved. We carried out the cluster analysis to classify the wind sectors using the K-means clustering. South Korea was classified as 8 wind sectors to the annual wind field.

정상교합자의 골격 변이의 분류 (Classification of the skeletal variation in the normal occlusion)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 정상교합자의 전후방 및 수직적인 골격형을 군집분석을 이용하여 분류하고, 자연적인 치아치조부 보상기전으로 정상교합을 이룰 수 있는 골격의 범위와 한계를 파악하여 교정치료와 수술-교정 복합치료의 경계 증례에서 진단과 치료 계획 수립에 도움이 되고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 대단위 구강 검진 중 15,836명으로부터 선발된 정상교합자 중 검사에 응한 294명의 측모 두부계측방사선사진의 투사도를 작성하여 계측하고, 인자분석을 통하여 18개의 골격계측항목 중에서 전후방적 골격 관계를 나타내는 인자와 수직적 골격 관계를 나타내는 인자를 추출하였으며, 이를 군집분석에 적용하여 정상교합자의 골격형을 9개의 군으로 분류할 수 있었다. 본문에서는 각 군의 전후방적, 수직적 골격계측 항목의 평균 및 표준편차를 구하고, 각 군 간의 차이를 비교 분석한 결과를 제시하고 있으며, 이를 통하여 정상교합자의 전후방적, 수직적 악골 관계가 매우 다양함을 알 수 있었다.

식생활 라이프스타일에 따른 비만도와 외식선택속성에 관한 연구 - 부산지역 대학생을 중심으로 - (A Study on Obesity Index and Attributes of Selecting Places to Eat Out by Food-Related Lifestyle Types - Focusing on Pusan University Students -)

  • 본 연구는 부산지역 K대학교 학생들을 대상으로 식생활 라이프스타일유형에 따른 군집을 도출하고 각 집단과 외식선택속성과 비만도와의 차이를 고찰하고자 연구를 진행하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 통계프로그램 PASW Statistic 18.0(Predictive Analytics Software)을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석 및 신뢰도분석, t-test, ${\chi}^2$-test, 비 계층적 군집분석과 ANOVA을 실시하였다. 남자 대학생들의 평균키는 175.59 cm, 체중은 69.53kg이고, 여자 대학생들의 평균키는 162.81 cm, 체중은 53.42kg으로 나타내었다. 남학생 체질량지수를 저체중이 1.7%, 정상체중은 64.6%, 과체중 19.7%이고, 비만은 14.0%로 나타났다. 여학생 체질량지수는 저체중이 22.9%. 정상체중은 62.7%, 과체중이 8.5%, 비만은 5.9%를 나타내었다. 식생활라이프스타일 항목은 건강추구, 안전성추구, 분위기추구, 미각추구, 서양음식추구요인으로 추출되었고, 외식선택속성은 음식의 질과 서비스, 합리적인가격, 접근성과 분위기, 먹어본 경험 요인으로 추출되었다. 식생활라이프스타일은 군집1은 [식생활 무관심형 집단] 군집2는 [건강지향형 집단] 군집3은 [건강무관심형 집단]으로 군집 명을 부여하였다. 식생활라이프스타일 군집과 외식선택속성 요인간의 차이분석에서 군집1은 먹어본 경험에서 높은 평균값을 나타내었고, 군집2는 음식과 서비스의 질에서 높은 평균값을 나타내었고, 군집3은 접근선과 이미지에서 높은 평균값을 나타내었다.
