This paper presents expansible driver manager that is easy to upgrade each surveillance device linkage in synthetic circumstantial judgement system. Unlike conventional surveillance systems that use fixed surveillance device and provide finite sensing data, a proposed system extends devices that not only existing but also newly develop, additional. This driver manager collects datas of standardized type from a driver of new device that developed based on common interface through configuration. And then, that transmits datas gathered to synthetic circumstantial judgement part according defined tags.

This study examined the association among personality, conflict strategies, and marital conflict. The subjects were 279 married women who completed a questionnaire for 4 personality types(extraversion-introversion, sensing-intuition, thinking-feeling, and judgement-perception), 5 conflict strategies(dominance, integration, compromise, avoidance, and smoothing over), and marital conflict. The results of this study were as follows: 1) Among the women of thinking-feeling type women, the thinking group tended to use more dominance conflict strategy than the feeling group. Among the women of judgement-perception type women, the judgement group tended to use more compromise conflict strategy than the perception group. 2) Results of hierarchical regression analysis revealed that two conflict strategies (dominance and compromise), two personality types (extraversion-introversion and sensing-intuition), and income were significant predictors of marital conflict for married women. Overall, we can conclude that marital conflict is more affected by the strategies for dealing with conflict than by individual personality.

The purpose of this study is to suggest a defect-repair management and judgement of apartment housing for the private housing construction company. The objectives are : 1) to investigate how the defect-repair were managed and 2) to suggest the range, period of defect-repair and the proper managial size of housing company. Data were collected by the interviews from the heads of management departments of housing construction companies. Twenty-one companies selected were divided into three groups according to the amount of housing supply. Major result were as follows : 1) departments of defect-repair in housing construction company are divided into sub-system according to the size of housing supply. 2) the judgement of the range and period of defect-repair are extracted. They are, according to the order of their importance, constructional defect, functional defect, aesthetical defect and the defect in use.

This study is designed to grope for logical methods in the decision-making process of human beings such as creation and analysis. With this in mind, the paper worked with a process where the designers of a design team gather and analyze their opinions in a design process to decide on the HVAC system of buildings. The paper introduced the fuzzy theory, or one of the methods to quantitatively describe language values with ambiguous features, suggesting a method to determine the judgement and suggestion values of the HVAC designers with the characteristics of language variables as the values of design factors greatly influencing the HVAC system. As a result, the paper tested the possibility of the fuzzy system as a logical method to gather the judgement of HVAC designers in a stage of HVAC type selection exerting a great influence on the experience and judgement of the designers and having powerful linguistic features and to determine an appropriate HVAC type which can satisfy the suggested values of related design factors.

This paper is concerned with a chronological analysis of the simple limb movement and the performance of a selective response for Korean adults. The cybernetical control number(C.C.No) tester is used to perform the experiment for 103 males and 96 females aged from 20s to above 60s. For the selective response ecperiment, judgement speed has decreased with age. The judgement speed was slowed down more rapidly with age for female than for male. Both the limb movement and the judgement speed showed significantly different trends according to age groups. Especially, it was shown that simple limb movement decreased beginning with 50s for male and 40s for female. It is expected that the results can be applied to the job design of aged people.

본 논문에서는 국내에서 옥외에 설치한 계기용변성기의 화재원인을 분석한 것이다. 이는 KSC IEC와 같은 공인된 규정에 의해 준수되었고, 현장에서 입증이 가능하도록 전개되었다. 결과적으로, 공정의 마무리가 불량한 계기용변성기의 개스킷 부분에서 화재 원인을 찾아내었다. 화재 과정을 추정하면, 미체결 개스킷에 기인한 계기용변성기에 수분이 침투한 것이다.

This study article is a study on the rules of origin review and rules of origin judgement. and The purpose of this article shall be studies to korea foreign law and Korea American FTA in origin country regulation. this article are two most important elements in determining market access in a FTA. that is the coverage of tariff elimination and rules of origin. The rule of origin in a FTA greatly influences the creation of economic profit and distribution. This study contributes to a understanding of judgement of rules of origin and extend level of generalization of exchange law, WTO, FTA Regulations by review interaction relation.

In the present study, we investigated the grammaticality judgement skills of children with developmental language impairments. The participants included 20 children with language impairments of ages ranging from 7 to 9 years and of IQ's ranging from 71 to 84, and 40 normally developing children. Twenty normal children were matched with the language impaired children in their language ages and the other 20 normal children were matched with the language impaired children in their chronological ages. The children were asked to judge the grammatical correctness of 48 short sentences, half of which were ungrammatical sentences containing incorrect case-markers and the other half were grammatically correct sentences. Four types of case-markers including nominative "i/ga", accusative "ul/lul", locative "e," and instrumental "ro" were systematically changed to generate the ungrammatical sentences. The language impaired children performed worse than both groups of normally developing children in detecting the ungrammatical sentences and in correcting the case-markers of those sentences. In detecting the errors of ungrammatical sentences, the language impaired children exhibited variable performances across the different case-markers.

이 논문은 인간의 주관적인 판단에 의한 의식구조문제를 취급한다. 의식구조를모델링하는 방법으로 퍼지구조 모델링법이 있으나, 이 방법은 인간의 주관적인 판단의 일대비교의 회수가 많고, 판단에 대한 전도라고 할 수 있는 정합성을 체크하기 어렵다. 이러한 점들을 개선하기 위한 방법으로서 AHP에서의 일대비교행렬의 개념을 이용한 행렬에 의한 퍼지구조모델링법으로서 의식을 구조화한다. 이 방법의 유효성은 품질시스템구축에 대한 의식 구조그래프에 의하여 보이고자 한다.

현재 인터넷윤리교육은 통합적 도덕성을 바탕으로 한 윤리교육 모델에 기반하여 이루어지고 있다. 즉 인지적인 영역과 행동적인 영역이 상관관계를 가지고 윤리적 인지가 도덕적 행동으로 실행될 것으로 기대한 학습모델이다. 그러나 인터넷윤리교육이 범국민적으로 추진되고 있지만, 정보화의 역기능으로 인한 문제는 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 효과적인 인터넷윤리교육에 대한 시사점을 도출하고자 윤리적 인지와 도덕적 행동이 관련이 있는지 분석하였다. 현실에서의 도덕적 행동에 관한 측정 도구는 '도덕 판단력', 인터넷 상에서의 도덕적 행동은 '정보윤리 판단력', 인터넷에서의 윤리적 인지는 '인터넷윤리의식' 자가진단 도구를 사용하여 수준을 측정하고 이들 간의 관계를 분석하였다. 연구결과 대학생들의 도덕 판단력과 정보윤리 판단력, 인터넷윤리의식 수준은 전반적으로 현저히 낮았다. 도덕 판단력과 정보윤리 판단력은 약한 상관관계를 가지고 있어 현실에서의 행동과 인터넷 상에서의 행동은 거의 상관관계가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 정보윤리 판단력, 인터넷윤리의식 간에도 유의미한 상관관계가 없었다. 즉 인터넷 상에서의 인지와 행동은 상관관계가 없으므로, 인터넷윤리교육은 윤리적인지가 윤리적 행동으로 이어진다는 이론에 근거한 윤리교육학습 모델과는 다른 교육모델을 기반으로 수행되어야 한다. 인터넷윤리교육은 윤리적 인식과 도덕적 행동을 각각 중요한 교수영역으로 다루어야 한다.
