RDA 교육훈련 동향 분석 및 국내 적용 모형 개발에 관한 연구 (Analysis of trends in RDA on-the-job training and its application model in Korea)

  • 본 연구는 세계서지제어의 기반이 되는 목록규칙으로 작용하게 될 RDA가 외국의 대표적인 도서관들에서 본격적으로 적용되기 시작함에 따라, 국내에서도 이에 대한 대응이 필요한 시점임을 밝히고, 특히 교육훈련 및 향후 적용과 관련된 주요 논의사항 및 방안을 제시하고자 하는 목적을 가지고 있다. 이에 RDA 도입의 현황 및 RDA에 대해 진행되고 있는 외국의 교육훈련의 내용과 방식을 포괄적으로 분석하였다. 이러한 사례 분석에서 도출한 부문별 시사점을 바탕으로 RDA 교육훈련의 모형을 개발하고, 이를 국내 환경에 맞게 적용하는 방안을 제시하였다. 또한 향후 RDA 적용에 따른 다양한 관점의 고려사항을 기관 유형별로 나누어 제시하였다.

Factors Affecting the Job Performance of Clinical Laboratory Scientists

  • Clinical laboratory testing plays a crucial role in the detection, diagnosis, and treatment of disease. Clinical laboratory scientists evaluate test results, develop and modify procedures, and establish and monitor programs, to ensure the accuracy of tests. It is clear that over the past decade the role of the clinical laboratory scientists has expanded and this process will be continued into the future. The purpose of this study is to clarify the factors influencing the job performance of clinical laboratory scientists and aim to provide the role and duties of clinical laboratory scientists. To examine the frequency of work context and the importance of task, the surveys were conducted on 168 clinical laboratory scientists. The questionnaire items were used 10 score by Likert scale. According to the results of this study, the important factor affecting the job performance was "Analyze laboratory findings to check the accuracy of the results", and the next factors were "Establish and monitor quality assurance programs", "Enter data from analyzer into computer", "Calibrate and maintain equipment". And the factors of "repeating same tasks" and "spend time making repetitive motions" were answered the highest. This study will provide strategies for improving work environment, developing education curriculum and method, and role of clinical laboratory scientists. We must continually upgrade our knowledge, and identify the new trends in technology and science and accept changes.

서울시 청년층의 고용의 질 결정요인 분석: 인구이동, 노동시장 동향, 일자리 지속기간 및 임금을 중심으로 (Analysis of Determinants of Employment Quality of Youth in Seoul: Focused on Population Movement, Labor Market Trends, Job Duration and Wages)

  • 본 연구는 한국고용정보원의 청년패널조사(YP2007) 1~13차 직업력 자료와 전체자료 연결자료를 이용하여 서울시의 청년층 노동시장 동향 및 특징과 서울시 청년취업자의 일자리 지속기간과 임금 결정요인을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 고소득 근로자일수록 이탈가능성이 낮고, 전공 일치도가 높은 근로자일수록 이탈가능성이 낮은 것으로 확인된다. 또한 다른 조건이 일정한 상태에서 남성일수록, 기업규모가 커질수록, 상용직, 가구주, 노동조합이 있는 경우 임금을 상승시키는 결과를 보였다. 특히, 미스매치와 관련해서는 기준집단(적정학력, 적정기술)과 비교하여 학력부족 미스매치와 기술부족 미스매치는 각각 4.9%, 5.5%의 임금상승 효과를 보이고 있으며, 학력과잉 및 기술과잉 미스매치는 각각 5.3%, 9.2%의 임금손실 효과를 나타내고 있다. 그리고 전공일치 집단은 전공불일치 집단에 비해 3.8%의 임금을 상승시키는 것으로 추정된다.

주제어 네트워크 분석(network analysis)을 통한 국내 감정노동의 연구동향 탐색 (Exploration of Emotional Labor Research Trends in Korea through Keyword Network Analysis)

  • 본 연구는 최근 10년 동안(2009-2018) 국내 학술지에 발표된 감정노동(emotional labor) 관련 892편의 논문을 텍스트 마이닝(text-mining) 및 네트워크 분석(network analysis)을 활용하여 연구동향을 파악하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위해 이들 논문의 주제어를 수집 및 코딩하여 최종적으로 871개의 노드(node)와 2625개의 링크(link)로 변환시켜 네트워크 텍스트로 분석하였다. 첫째, 네트워크 텍스트 분석 결과로 동시출현빈도에 따른 상위 4개 주요 주제어는 번아웃, 이직의도, 직무스트레스, 직무만족 순으로 나타났으며, 연결중심성에 따른 상위 4개 주제어들의 빈도와 연결중심성 모두 비교적 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 연결중심성 상위 4개의 주제어를 바탕으로 자아(ego)연결망 분석을 실시하여 각 네트워크의 연결중심도에 대한 주제어를 제시하였다.

웰빙트렌드와 호두과자 선택속성이 소비자 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of the Well-being Trend and Attributes of Choice for Walnut-cookie on Purchase Intention)

  • This study analyzed the impact of the well-being trends and the attributes of the choice of the walnut-cookie on the consumer's purchasing intention. The results of this study would enhance newly revised product so that brand and product marketing strategy would be strengthened. This study also would contribute for the consumer related management through systematic and exploring research regarding consumers' expectation of products' values and trends. Specific results are as followings. Well-being oriented trends had various meanings such as "Commercial Well-being", "Eco-friendly Well-being", "Physical Well-being", and " Favors for leisure". Consumer's attributes of choice for the walnut-cookie were "Branding", "The Value of Traditional Food", "Environmental Position", and "The Function of Products". And the "Popularity", "Nutrition". and the "Service" were most preferred factors to be chosen. The multiple regression analysis was tried to test the impact of demographics, well-being trend, and the attributes of choice for walnut-cookie influence on the consumer's purchasing intention. The statistically significant factors were age, job, and leisure oriented consumer style of consumer's characteristics as well as corporation's brand strategy on a basis of marketing aspects. The younger groups, leisure pursing groups, and student groups showed the higher level of purchasing intention for the walnut-cookie compared to other groups.

구인기업과 구직자 간에 인식하는 인재상의 차이 분석 (Analysis of the Differences in Recognition of Talented Human Resources Between Enterprises and Job Seekers)

  • 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명 관련기업의 채용경향에 있어서 구인기업과 구직자가 인식하는 인재상의 차이를 16개로 구성된 요소를 중심으로 비교분석하였다. 분석자료는 4차 산업혁명 관련 기업과 구직자들을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였으며, 분석방법은 빅데이터 유형의 자료를 활용하여 사회연결망 분석과 변량분석을 혼합한 융합연구방법론을 적용하였다. 결과적으로 다음의 몇 가지를 검증하였다. 첫째, 대기업은 소통을 강조하고, 중소기업은 역량과 자신감을 강조하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 제조업에서 구인기업은 자신감과 역량을 강조하고, 구직자는 스펙과 열정을 강조하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 서비스업에서 구인기업은 인성과 역량을 강조하고, 구직자는 스펙과 글로벌을 강조하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 구직자들은 제조업과 서비스업에 따른 인재상이 큰 차이가 있었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 인재상에 대한 인식 불일치 현상을 줄이기 위한 기업의 채용 정보개방에 대해 논의하였다.

Occupational Performance of Hearing-Impaired and Normal-Hearing Workers in Korea

  • Background and Objectives: This study aimed to investigate the occupational performance of Korean workers with and without hearing loss and analyze the hearing-related difficulties in the working environment. Subjects and Methods: The Amsterdam checklist for hearing and work was used for the analyses and the occupational environments of the Korean workers were investigated. Out of 129 total participants, 86 workers experienced severe to profound hearing loss and 43 had the normal hearing ability. The hearing-impaired workers were recruited from two leading vocational centers and normal-hearing workers were their colleagues. Results: The hearing-impaired workers were found to take fewer sick leaves and exhibited higher rates of permanent job statuses compared to the normal-hearing workers. Workers with hearing loss rarely detected background sound; however, they could perceive reverberation more frequently. They felt more satisfied with their careers than the normal hearing workers as they received social support and needed to put their effort into hearing for most hearing activities. Furthermore, the effort in hearing increased with the increase in job demand, job control, social support, and career satisfaction. The working hours per week increased with the increase in age, education level, job demand, job control, and social support. Different trends were observed in 9 out of 12 variables while comparing the data from the present study with that obtained from the hearing-impaired workers of the Netherlands, indicating a large difference between countries. Conclusions: Although the hearing-impaired Korean workers operate diligently with good job positions, it is necessary to enhance their acoustic environment and provide them social support. Considering the cultural background of the hearing-impaired workers, the development of suitable vocational rehabilitation programs and specific questionnaires is strongly recommended worldwide.

간호사 이직의도 구조모형에 관한 문헌고찰 (Literature Review of Structural Equation Models for Hospital Nurses' Turnover Intention in Korea)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to review research papers on structural equation models for hospital nurses' turnover intentions, and to identify the factors that influence these intentions. Methods: Twenty-four research papers on structural equation models for hospital nurses' turnover intentions were identified for systematic review. Results: All 24 papers assessed nurses' turnover intentions in general hospitals and university hospitals. A total of 36 indicators and 105 items were used to measure turnover intention. Turnover intention was positively related with 10 variables, and negatively with 17 variables. Organizational commitment, job satisfaction, job stress, burnout, organizational culture, and empowerment were found to have significant direct and indirect effects on nurses' turnover intentions. Structural equation models in 23 of the 24 research papers showed high compatibility with the data. The models accounted for 20.1% 68.0% of total variances. Conclusion: The study findings show recent trends in nurses' turnover intentions, and indicate directions for future research.

직장 내 성희롱과 관련변인 분석 (Sexual Harassment at Work and Related Variables)

  • The purposes of this research were to find the general trends of sexual harassment at work and to investigate the differences of related variables. The data were obtained through 321 employee living in Kwangju. The major findings were as follows : 1) 53.0% of respondents reported that they had experienced the offence of sexual harassment at work at least once. And 57.9% of respondents reported that they had experienced the victimization of sexual harassment at work at least once. 2) The most apparent response of victimization at work was ‘anger’. And the most frequent coping behavior was ‘smiling or joking’. 3) The offence style of sexual harassment was different by sex, men's marriage, and sex-role attitude. The victimization style of sexual harassment was different by sex, job, women rate in workplace, attitude toward sexual harassment, and sex-role attitude.
