방사선사의 직무 스트레스 측정도구 개발을 위한 요인별 신뢰도 분석 (An Analysis of Reliability by Factors for Development of Job Stress Measurement Tools of Radiological Technologists)

  • The present study is designed to analyze reliability and validity of the instruments used to measure job stress of radiological technologists mainly by means of the questionnaires from 'Korean edition of NIOSH check list'. The subjects of this study are 890 radiological technologists active at 44 general hospitals in 16 provinces and cities across the country. The item-total reliability revealed that 10 factors in 6 are the major causes of stress in job life of radiological technologists. The measuring instrument proved to be valid with reliability coefficient of internal consistency by factors being more than 0.7. The factors found to be applicable herewith include limit and authority of job (0.73), cohesion within departments (0.86), resources control (0.81), mental requirements (0.85), job load (0.82), and job stability (0.72). When job autonomy item of causes are modified for proper use to radiological technologists, the measuring instruments are expected to show high reliability. It seems, however, necessary to develop a measuring instrument to analyze and use the validity of related measuring instruments since the reliability here was rated low, with statistical coefficients lower than 0.7 in such factors as job management (0.57), conflicts within departments (-1.13), sense of responsibility for patients (0.66) and usage of education (0.26). As this study was intended to examine reliability and validity of the concepts related to measurement of job stress on the part of radiological technologists, it nay not be proper to apply the results of this study to general use, but is advised to utilize them as basis for developing instruments to verify reliability and validity by comparing with and analyzing other measuring instruments.

응급구조사의 직무분석에 따른 업무개선과 삶의 질 향상을 위한 문제점 해결 방법에 관한 연구 (A study on problem solution method for works improvement and advancement quality of life on Job analysis of Emergency Medical Technicians)

  • This study is a descriptive survey research to know the levels of job satisfaction and influential factors for emergency medical technicians(EMT). This study sampled Level 1 and Level 2 Rescue Members from fire stations and EMT from general hospitals in the Gwangju City and JeollaNamdo area. Interviews for the 75 participants of this convenience sample were conducted for a two month period from July to September 2006. Data was collected on interviewing questionnaires. When looking at the results above internal factions were most influential towards satisfaction and self-responsibility, fulfillment, displays of Aptitude were highest for satisfaction. However, organizational factors were the lowest. There is a need for reform in promotion term periods and policy as well as promotion opportunities. Influential factors for job satisfaction were Role Performance Ability, Intentions for Changing Jobs, and Job Selection Motivation. Therefore, the more insufficient your ability to perform your job the less satisfied you are with it and the more fear you feel from experiences on the job the less satisfied you are with your job. Henceforth, there is a need to reform the educational programs offered to EMT for job training emphasizing job performance ability and the ability to judge for oneself on emergency situations, and reform the promotional system. Finally, there is a need for psychological consultation to offer stability to those after treating an emergency situation and encouragement for personal religion.

대구지역 관광호텔 조리종사원 실태와 직무만족에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Realities and Job Satisfaction of Hotel Cuisine Employees)

  • This study is. aimed to investigate the realities and the job satisfaction of hotel cuisine employees to be occupied with the special grade of tourist hotel in Daegu. As the factors of job satisfaction for the cooks, the 5 items such as social reputation, job itself, human relationship with co-workers, the chance of promotion, and the stability of company and benefits were selected. And 21 subitems of them were also chosen. The 154 persons of all were examined in this study. For the establishment of the factors in the area of job satisfaction, the methods of Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ analysis and factor analysis were carried out. The propensities of employees and the differences of job satisfaction were examined by using x$^2$-test method and one-way ANOVA respectively. 1. In the area of males professional cooks were 89% with respect to age, 51.9% were found to be under 25 years of age which constituted the largest age group. 96% of the cooks had graduated a high school or had a higher education Those who had four or more years of cooking experience were 46.8% which constituted the largest group, while about 30% had less than one year experience. Approximately 50% of the cooks earned an average of less than W700,000 per month. Among these cooks most worked for western type food establishments. Even with their higher education, we found that their work term is short and their income, low.2. In the research on job satisfaction, the survey result found was in the order of: social security, the work itself, human relationships with their fellow cooks, the chances of promotion, and job security and benefits with index-values of 4.59, 3.98, 3.18, 2.94 and 2.52 respectively.

이공계 대학생의 대학생활 경험과 취업의 질 : 성별차이를 중심으로 (Does College Experience Effect Job Quality Of Science And Engineering Graduates? -Focusing On Gender Gap)

  • This study aims to examine whether a gender works to make the difference on the university experiences of natural sciences and engineering major students; and the income and quality gap between the graduates. In this study, university experiences means job market and job searching related experiences such as job fair attending, The main research questions are as follows; fist, what are the significant university experiences related job preparation and application, and is there a gender gap on those experiences? Second, how is the job market performance of the national sciences and engineering graduates for their income level and quality job, and is there a gender gap on the job market performance of the sample? Third, which variables among the university experiences for job searching and application impacts the job quality and income level of the natural sciences and engineering graduates? To find out the research results, this study conducts a panel data analysis with GOMS (Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey) throughout survey year of 2006 to 2015, towards 568,264 as weighted value number. As analysis methods, this study carries out a descriptive analysis, ANOVA, discriminant analysis, linear regression and T-test. Therefore, here are the brief outputs of the study; first, for natural sciences and engineering students, the off-campus experiences such as job fair, job recruit festival and internship programs are more favored; second, female students are more likely to attend personal and self-driven job preparation programs; third, on job market performance, the graduates' income level and company scale rate are higher in the male but job stability is higher in the female; fourth, as a result of the linear regression, gender factor decides the income level in considerable degree; additionally, gender factor shows the difference of the job satisfaction and self-effectiveness on one's job as a qualitative variables. For obtaining strictness, university program factors are controlled through model fitness process. As above, this study finds out the main factors of university life of natural sciences and engineering graduates which are related their job searching and preparation experiences and figures out stronger factors in job market; and examines the statistically significance of the gender in this casual-effect relationship between job preparation and job quality of the graduates.

전공과 성별에 따른 대학생들의 직업가치관 분석: 공학 및 사회과학 계열을 중심으로 (The Analysis about Work Value of Undergraduates According to Major and Gender: In Focus of Engineering and Social Science Department)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 전공과 성별에 따른 대학생들의 직업가치관을 분석하기 위한 것이다. 연구 결과 얻어진 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공학계열과 사회과학계열 대학생들은 직업가치 중 성취와 몸과 마음의 여유를 매우 중시했다. 둘째, 대학생들은 성취, 직업안정, 심신의 여유, 금전적 보상, 인정 영역에 높은 가치를 부여했고, 내재적 가치 지향이 외재적 가치 지향보다 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 두 집단은 봉사, 지식 추구, 애국, 금전적 보상, 인정, 실내활동 영역에서 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 넷째, 성별에 따른 직업가치관 분석 결과 남학생은 심신의 여유, 성취, 직업 안정, 지식추구, 금전적 보상 순으로 높은 가치를 부여했다. 여학생은 금전적 보상, 심신의 여유, 성취, 직업 안정이 높게 나타났다. 다섯째, 봉사, 애국 등의 영역이 낮은 가치 수준에 머무르고 있는 것은 진로교육을 통해 지속적으로 개선해야 할 여지가 있다고 보아진다. 결론적으로 본 연구의 결과는 대학생들의 진로 탐색에 대한 지도와 조언을 위한 교육과정을 구성하고 운영하는 데 있어서 시사점을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

경비원의 직무환경과 사기 및 이직의사와의 관계 (A Study on the Job Condition, the Morale and the Job Leave of the Private Security)

  • 한국의 경비산업은 짧은 기간에 양적으로는 급성장을 하였으나 인사관리상에 불합리한 점이 적지 않아 경비원의 사기가 낮고 이직이 높은 것이 현실이다. 경비원의 사기수준에 따라 직무수행에 큰 차이가 있으며, 궁극적으로는 이직의사와 관련을 갖는다. 따라서 경비원의 사기문제와 이직의사는 매우 중요하다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구는 경비원의 직문환경과 사기 및 이직의사의 관계를 규명하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 경비원의 직무환경과 사기 및 이직의사의 관계를 보면 다음과 같다. 우선, 직무환경 평가를 보면 남자가 여자보다 불만이 많다. 그러나 보수에 대한 만족은 여자가 남자보다 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 이직의사를 보면 이직의사가 ‘있다(63.1)’ 가 높게 나타났다. 이것은 남자가 여자보다 높게 나타났다. 연령별로는 20대에서 가장 높고 40대에서 낮게 나타났다. 셋째, 직업만족과 보수만족이 높고 승진기회가 공정하게 주어진다면 경비원의 사기가 향상될 수 있다. 따라서 보수를 적절한 수준으로 올리고, 승진기회 역시 공정하게 하여 직업에 대한 자부심을 갖도록 해야 한다. 넷째, 경비원의 이직율을 감소시켜 조직의 안정성과 효율성을 증대시키려면 업무량을 적절하게 부과하고 승진기회를 공정하게 부여하며, 나아가 직업만족을 향상시켜 주어야 한다. 다섯째, 경비원의 이직율을 감소시키기 위해서는 사기를 진작시킬 필요가 있다.

피부미용사의 직무환경 및 직업존중감이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Job Environment and Job Esteem on Job Satisfaction in Skin Beauticians)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 피부미용업 종사자들의 직무만족도에 대해 직무환경 및 직업존중감이 미치는 영향을 연구하고자 서울 및 경기지역 피부미용실에 재직중인 20~50대 성인 여성 470여명을 대상으로 피부미용사의 특성 및 직무환경, 직업존중감, 직무만족도를 분석하였다. 첫째, 피부미용사들의 직무환경이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보면, 직무만족도의 하위요인 직업적 긍지 만족도, 소속감 및 기여도, 임금 및 복지에 상대적으로 높은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 이는 피부관리샵의 휴게시설이나 휴식공간을 적절히 보장하고, 안전 및 위생관리를 철저히 하는 등 근무조건을 개선해야 함을 시사한다. 둘째, 직업존중감이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보면, 독립변수별로 사회적 평가, 자기(내재적)평가, 미래가치, 자아성취지향이 높아지면 직무만족도의 하위요인들이 상승하는 것으로 나타났다. 이것은 피부관리사의 사회적 인식을 제고할 수 있도록 전문가로서 대우하는 것이 중요한 요인임을 시사한다. 직무환경의 하위요인인 근무조건, 조직환경, 직업안정성과 직업존중감의 하위요인인 사회적 평가, 자기(내재적)평가, 미래가치, 자아성취지향이 직무만족도의 하위요인에 각각 중요한 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타나, 직무만족도를 높이기 위해서는 직무환경 하위요인들의 전반적인 개선과 더불어 직업존중감의 현재가치에 해당하는 사회적평가, 자기(내재적)평가, 자아성취지향은 물론 미래가치 역시 중요한 요인임을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 연구결과를 통해 피부미용실 경영자들이 피부미용사의 직무만족도를 높이기 위한 인력관리방안의 기초자료를 제공하여 피부미용업 발전에 기여하고자 한다.

생명보험설계사의 직무경험 의미 탐색 (Searching the Meaning of Life Insurance Planner's Job Experiences)

  • 이 연구는 생명보험설계사의 직업적 안정과 고성과 및 고소득 창출을 위한 직무경험 의미의 탐색이다. 연구방법은 영업현장에서 활동 중인 생명보험설계사 6명을 연구 참여자로 선정 후 그들의 직무경험 의미 탐색을 위해 내러티브접근 연구방식으로 수행하였다. 연구결과 생명보험설계사의 직무역량 인식수준은 경험의 차이에 따라 달랐다. 경험이 전무 한 후보자 시절에는 생명보험설계사의 직무를 누구나 할 수 있는 일이라고, 입문교육을 마친 신입설계사는 상품지식과 컨설팅능력을 갖춰야 할 수 있는 일로, 그리고 경험이 쌓일수록 고객을 대하는 훌륭한 태도와 꾸준히 일하는 습관이 형성되어야 설계사로서 성공할 수 있다는 그들의 인식을 확인하였다. 또한 생명보험설계사가 느낀 직무경험 의미는 직업의 가치 인식과 사명감으로 봉사하는 일이라고 판단하였고, 그들의 성공적인 직무활동 기대요인은 스스로를 교사, 의사, 천사의 역할 수행 및 개인과 가정의 경제적 안정을 지키는 행복전도사로 인정을 받고, 이를 위한 전문 봉사활동가로 직무역량을 과시하고자 함을 기대하고 있음이 탐색되었다.

골프경기보조원의 업무환경요인이 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Work Environmental Factors on Job Stress in the Golf Caddies)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between perceived job stress and work environmental factors related with socioeconomics factors and physical burden in the golf caddies. Methods: Job stress in golf caddies was estimated by using the Karasek's job content questionnaire (JCQ) and work environmental factors were estimated by self-reported questionnaire and interview. Results: The subjects were 316 woman caddies who had never been occupationally exposed to hazardous chemicals, was mean age 31.1 years. Mean work duration was 6.44 years and working hours per day on low- and high-demand season were 6.16 and 10.51, respectively. The golf caddies displayed higher scores of job stress due to multiple factors such as working hours and frequency of rounding per week, physical burden, confliction, income satisfaction and employment stability. We found that high strain group was positive correlation with age, career, working hour (including frequency of rounding) and job demand, however, showed negative correlation with job decision latitude and support of supervisor and coworker. Conclusion: In conclusion, we suggest that the golf caddies be regard divided into high strain group as appropriate. Thus, stress management and health promotion program for golf caddies should be developed.

가계의 경제적 안정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Financial Stabilityof households)

  • Financial stability of households is the basic and most important factor of the quality of life. It affects emotional psychological mental and social aspects of family personal develop-ment and family healths etc. This study investigated and analyzed the data on financial stability of households. The data collected through the self-administered questionnaire from 466 house-holds in Kwangju area were analyzed. As statistical methods Frequency Percentile. Anova Duncan-test and Regression analysis were used. The results obtained are as follow: Education job status housing tenure type numbers of income source assets income and income flexibility have positive effects on financial stability. Especially numbers of income sources has most important effect. Significant correlation coefficients between financial stability and economic pressures mental healths financial satisfaction life satisfaction and coping behaviors were revealed respectively To improve the quality of life financial stability of household is severely considered. To be financially stable providing various income sources is more desirable than having regular and fixed income.
