In addition, employment status and additional job search performance were set as performance variables. The main research results of this study are as follows. First, as for the good job condition considered by young people, wages and salaries in terms of companies, job stability in terms of environment, and work-life balance in terms of individuals were found. Second, job search behavior was found to be a key variable influencing employment status and job search performance. Third, it was found that job-search stress injures employment. Finally, work experience promotes employment and job search performance. Therefore, to increase the employment success rate of young people, above all, various supports for increasing the frequency of young job seekers' active job search behavior are needed. To this end, it suggests that it is necessary to develop a customized youth policy service model and to provide systematic services to meet the needs of young people.

  • This paper is a research of job search plan of polytech college based on SEM. We did a through research of factors on the motivation of job seeking and those of job search scheme which are independent variables. We also verified the effects of factors of stable job composition, job seeking surroundings and job selection which are dependent variables. Hence we conducted a survey among polytech college students, studying relationship between factors of dependent variable and independent one. We also analyzed whether motivation of career seeking affects job search plot by utilizing SEM based on AMOS 5.0. The consequence of the research is that stable job and job selection factor were rejected, for they do not highly affect motivation of job seeking. And the factors of job seeking environment (establishment of collaboration between businesses and colleges, hands-on guidance at workplace and the guidance for enhancement of vocational capability), which are dependent variables, were chosen because they are the affirmative factors of motivation of job seeking. After all, they are the crucial factors of job search plan.

Men were satisfied significantly more in their jobs than women. Men also had higher marital satisfaction. The employment status had the most important factor on the job satisfaction. and the marital satisfaction was the second important factor among women and men. As for the age, while older men showed higher job satisfaction, younger women showed higher job satisfaction, 28.04% of the variance in the job satisfaction for men and 33.86% for women were accounted for by the following variables: the younger age. the higher education. job satisfaction, and the higher marital satisfaction, 22.15% of the variance in the marital satisfaction for men and 21.19% for women were accounted for by these variables. Conclusion: The results of this study showed that there were differences in job satisfaction and marital satisfaction between genders, and that job satisfaction and marital satisfaction influenced each other. Employment status was the most predictive factor on the job satisfaction. Married women had an unstable employment status such as part-time position. • The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of flower decorations on job stress and stress copying style of police officers. Flower decorations were done in the form of "one-table one-flower", in which flowers were placed on each desk in the office space. By analyzing color psychology, we first identified the symbolism of color, and selected the cut flowers in the same color. We selected six types of flowers in six colors: red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple. Each Monday morning, the flower decorations were delivered to the police station. We selected 50 subjects who wanted to keep flowers on their desks every week as the experimental group and 44 subjects who only wanted to participated in the assessment as the control group. Before and after the program, we examined the mean difference between the control group and experimental group. After six sessions of the program, there was a significant difference in job stress (p < .001) and stress copying style (p = .049) of the experimental group compared to the control group. Therefore, this study proved that having flower decorations in an office space is effective for the psychological stability of police officers that are highly stressed, due to sensory stimulations from the colors and scents of flowers as well as mutual interaction as they take care of the flowers.
